@SkyHelpTeam I’ve recently got a Sky Stream puck and have been disappointed by its performance and reliability. Most days when I turn on the stream, there is an error message saying something wrong with the WiFi but then it goes on to say that it running a reduced service. Fix???

for a telco @SkyUK has the worst voice system for the customer support reps... interesting that for sales they have UK call centers with super clear connection, for customer support? gets routed to India with choppy connection. their live chat? only works for sales, not help🤯

@SkyUK Hi, I have Sky ultimate package with Sky Stream and Netflix. I had Netflix before I joined Sky and linked it when I got Sky Stream. Will it go back to being separate Netflix without losing my account when I cancel my whole package? Do I give 14 or 30 days notice to cancel?
