    @SkyUK When I log into my account I can see other people's orders, names and addresses. It gives me the option to cancel engineer bookings etc. This is a huge data protection issue. I called your team but she didn't care - just told me to log out and change my password!

    @SkyHelpTeam. Although 2 weeks without proper functioning Sky service, I can't fault the response. Original engineer off sick, and a replacement was arranged and sorted the problem in 30mins. The phone support a few weeks ago and practical support today, A great job! Thank you

    @SkySports What is inevitable is that the useless officials in this country will do everything they can to mess up what is principal is a good system in VAR. Only an idiot would have given that as a foul.

    @SkyHelpTeam disgusting customer service. Waited 12 days for an engineer didn’t show and didn’t have the courtesy to call. Now I can’t get one until 24 April!!! subscription will be cancelled and ombudsman contacted

    @SkyUK need to contact you re service problems. No live chat function, no customer services phone no. Website keeps directing me to self-help where it says 90% issues can be resolved. I'm in the other 10%. I NEED to speak with someone. Seriously, no way to contact you??

    @adarkelimited These ex refs are a waste of time on @SkySports & @btsportfootball as they don't like to upset old colleagues, and have become embarrassing. VAR has a lot of issues, but one thing it has done on a good job on, is highlighting the very poor standards of referees in this country
