  @BTSopenreach @SkyUK I’m on an ADSL and have been for over 10 years. Both of your companies can provide FTTCP but both are fobbing me off. I’m currently without internet due to the inability of either of your companies to fix the problem. Please help!

  @SkyHelpTeam Hi. It seems to tell my that there are no known issues in the area and that it cant see the hub. Everything is connected properly and working. Two of the three lights on the hub are green and the middle one is off.
