    @SkyUK parents having awful internet connection at their home. They are new customers to sky and are unable to reach anyone by phone can you assist please?

    @SkyUK so I've been trying to call sky for 2 weeks now and all I get is an automated system which tells me to go online and cuts me off. I have also emailed with no reply. Extremely unhappy with my sky products and my customer service.

    @SkyHelpTeam We've received two calls today (first not a good time for us, second cut off after very poor English speaker started talking) from 01706966655 - they claim to be Sky (this is as far as I got before line went dead). Can you advise if this was genuine?

    @virginmedia, super fast broadband is great but I didn't realise that the fact it doesn't work and is unreliable was part of the deal. When will this be solved and if it's not going to be solved in the next few hours @SkyUK sorry I left, but I hope I can quickly go back.
