    @SkyHelpTeam do ANY of your reps get any sort of customer service training? Do your managers not feel like complaints should be dealt with? Genuine question because your service is abysmal.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have worked customer support for 7 years. Never in that time for any company have I heard of a customer being treated like this on purpose. The fact that your managers can't take escalations even when working from home is not an acceptable answer to any customer.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve no internet no phone line I’ve done the checks - I’m heartily sick of paying for Sly Broadband when it’s poor at best for the bulk of the time. Every time we try to connect to another WiFi it says wrong p/W which is not the case - very fed up with the whole shebang

    @SkyHelpTeam No I’ve tried this and it’s still not working. It’s on fb, messenger, WhatsApp, Twitter, Instagram etc. It’s really frustrating as I’m paying for nothing

    @SkySports I played at decent level throughout the 70’s and beyond until I retired 5 years ago. A lot of bad things were said back in those ancient days. Thankfully in today’s game there are lines you don’t cross. If proven then he’s crossed it. Just not acceptable in this day and age!

    @SkyHelpTeam Then why wasn't I asked to wait? I have been repeatedly lied to and been treated awfully by your support. I will happily wait on the line for a manager to finish what they're doing and take my call. Promising 24 hours turnaround and then sneakily booking it for May 3 is appalling

    @SkySports can someone tell me what vesterguaad is supposed to do with his foot after touching the ball first? Never a red card. Appaling decision.

    @SkyHelpTeam When will this issue be fixed???? Why was an engineer call cancelled when our broadband stopped working BEFORE the outage. Youe customer service is a joke and we will be leaving!
