    @SkyHelpTeam After trying to work from home with WiFi painfully slow, I made the mistake of calling to get the refund due as a service guarantee. It’s great to upgrade at the touch of a button but it’s nigh on impossible to downgrade or complain #WFH #Broadband #snailspace

    @SkyHelpTeam Speed into my hub from outside is 24mbps when I speed check it tells me there is a problem, I'm on superfast 35 (best I can get in my village )just seems strange that if I do speed tests from other sites all are well below your guarantee of a min 24

    @SkyHelpTeam what's the issue with Q boxes dropping broadband connection? 6 times tonight it's happened. No other Internet connected items have connections. Getting quite frustrating (I'm being polite!!!!).

    @SkyHelpTeam can someone please help me out I’ve did every step the website, app and chat bots have told me to and I’ve still no broadband. Now you want me to pay £15 for an engineer to come out a week from now meaning I’ll have no tv or broadband for a week

    Staying at mums due to a family emergency and omg @SkyUK charging £60+ for 1mb/2mb speed and constantly drops out and screws the tv up.. great for a 70 and 77 year old! Getting rid of this as what she paying for?! Such a joke.. I pay less that that on virgin for 200mb included

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, why are you pin protecting absolutely random episodes of Futurama or Simpsons?! (& only on Sky channels) They never, ever used to and they're being shown in the same timeslot as they always have, it's really frustrating when you just want background noise

    @RobertWozniakFc @aboutceltic @SkySports We also can't just bow down to players either if he's knocked back our offer of new contract do u think we shud just give him all he wants??? Some signings work some don't its not an excuse to be scared to move players on trust the gaffer he's not let us down
