@SkyHelpTeam Connection test says no problems but have no internet? No issues in the area yet clearly there is one as I’ve just said we’ve no internet? Happened to somebody else I know last week and clearly no lessons have been learnt 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

@8gzd8k76nM @SkyHelpTeam Service unaffected (only have Sky Mobile), account in credit, access to MySky via Laptop shows the same error 🤔...I'm out of contract and my SIM is going up (like everything) so might be a good time to shop around 👍

@SkyHelpTeam I have already spoken to sky today and they have been no help! Dont wanna waste my time on a hopeless cause. All they have done is blame @DPDgroup_news
