    @AnElderEmo @Eddief83 @SkyHelpTeam I wish they'd just fix the outdated hardware that they're still running on (direct wiring is still 70% copper cabling) instead of letting it degrade then repairing it once a month

    @SkyHelpTeam been down all night from 9pm till now and I use my internet for my home office. This is the third outage I’ve had in as many months which is unacceptable. I have done all the diagnostic steps so the issues your end.
