@SkyHelpTeam hi, my signal has been poor now for 3 days, we’ve done all the troubleshooting and nothing has fixed it. we moved house in april so only had the dish fitted a few weeks ago. your site is saying next engineer isn’t available until 14th june?? is this true?

@SkyHelpTeam cannot log into ionos webmail @ionos_help_uk usung sky broadband. Works fine on mobile data. Seems like this issue happened before last year. Any current issue? Update?

@SkyHelpTeam I did this but the picture quality is the same, also tried my downstairs Sky Mini Box and that is same quality too. It’s the Sky Mini boxes what are crap quality even my friend @NatashaSpucia has noticed a difference too.

@NOWHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam I pay for Mum to have phone and broadband with NOW. For the last 10 days we have had no phone (pic in tweet replying to to this one) We have Broadband but no phone! Which is important for my elderly Mum! Please help!!!!!!!
