    @SkyHelpTeam @johnevelyn Adding my voice to John's while looking for info on here - I have the same outage in BN1 area. No broadband since late Friday night, so we're now into day 4. All the same results & messages re. testing & trying to phone. My partner & I are burning mobile data to work from home.
