    @SkySports Despite PFA saying players want to help.we have more players and managers,who think they are ‘special’ flout the rules.young and older they think they can do what they like,when they like,say sorry and its ok.I do hope people come to realise how narcisstic footballers have got😷

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Daniel, thanks so much for the reply. Gaaaaah this makes me sad 😔 Haven’t been able to use the Q box to its full potential due to horrendous broadband speeds on the auld copper wire for the last few months, was hoping Glass via mobile bb could be the solution! 😭

    @SkyHelpTeam You could have kept people informed throughout the maintenance window and at least confirmed when all services were resumed considering how many people now work from home. Very poor.

    @danlugsden @SkyHelpTeam I'm in Lambton, mines been down since about 10, working from home tomorrow so better come back, but what is most worrying is my elderly mums landline is down and I can't reach her if there is any problems. Washington not on list so we must be classed as Sunderland. Not good Sky

    @SkyHelpTeam not at all happy that I've been charged the £20 admin fee when I was told by the woman in your retention department that this was waived due to the problems caused at the time. Listen to the call and refund immediately
