    @SkyHelpTeam Internet continues to have issues, would appear this is a trend across the country, so the question is, Sky, are you going to attempt to fix or compensate? I'm sure @Ofcom is also wondering.

    Well end of another day of no @SkyUK - complete outage. Engineer still pending, no one answering phones. No sign of open reach at the junction box.If it were just open reach prob why would ALL my neighbours have internet? Google says it’s not just me. Changing provider ASAP.

    @SkyHelpTeam we are experience download failed on all sky originals, I understand on the sky community forum that other people are experiencing this. Is any solution coming soon?

    If @SkyUK Glass is a streaming service how come I only get half of @SkySportsF1 Ted’s Notebook because the previous program ran late? I can’t even set it to record a re-run as there doesn’t appear to be a way to do that
