  • MarkHay57056719 Hay-z (@MarkHay57056719) reported from North Baddesley, England

Sky broadband still out, 3rd day after reporting that it was down. The exact reason I won’t consider a Sky Q tv at the moment. #skyhelpteam #sky #skyq

  • scotp09 Scot P (@scotp09) reported

@Martin_mufc21 @SkySports So why watch any United game then? If you can't get to the game, support the team from home, pub, stream. Jesus. So you ll only watch United if we have a chance of winning the league?

  • jrcnelson craig (@jrcnelson) reported

@SkyUK As an ex sky customer and after reading these replies I won’t be touching this. whole point of being able to stream is so you can take it with you as long as you have a decent download speed only being able to use it at Your registered accounts address kind of defeats object

  • BazRees Baz Rees (@BazRees) reported

@SkyUK If we cancel our Sky tv contract would we still get the free channels on our Sky box?

  • thackeraydental Simon Thackeray (@thackeraydental) reported

@SkyHelpTeam The sky q hub isn’t indicating it’s dropping though as every time it happens all the green lights are on. But the internet stops working. My computers are also hardwired via the network not wifi. Unplug q hub and all the boxes reconnect. Until the next time….

  • rclaypole Richard Claypole (@rclaypole) reported

@RealSoupyTwist @SkyUK The TV is average the service is good. Only went with Glass as just moved house last year and didn’t want cables run all over the place. Downside was having to buy a TV as part of the deal. If the Stream service had been available 12 months ago that would have been perfect.

  • DriftedWires Jen (@DriftedWires) reported

@SkyHelpTeam Yes I understand that, but the price was for BT as well, my bill has been what was quoted for Sky Sports & BT. It just wasn't on my bill as two separate things. Now BT is gone. There are people on your sky forums with the exact same issue.

  • thackeraydental Simon Thackeray (@thackeraydental) reported

@SkyHelpTeam They are all hardwired to a gigabit network in the house. The wifi in the rooms is strong. It’s all the fault of BT and not sky. But sky q router frequently stops talking to the rest of the network resulting in a reboot of router, extenders and q boxes in order. Happens too much

  • thackeraydental Simon Thackeray (@thackeraydental) reported

@SkyHelpTeam Usually get the ‘you have a connection problem’ in the preview screen on the home page. Sometimes get an error connection on blue sky screen but can’t recall the error code. I’m watching prime though the q box today and that just freezes and ‘might’ unfreeze when buffered.

@porscheuro @SkyHelpTeam Sky glass sucks. Awful TV
