@SkyHelpTeam The only access I made was to press it thinking it was the F1 qualifying I recorded earlier. No one else here ordered it, and it didn’t ask me for my pin when I played it in error. Why would it record by itself? This happens from time to time but never box office

@SkyHelpTeam tried to order the boxing on my SkyQ box and it says I’ve reached the spending limit on my account? I’ve never set any limit. Can this be changed quickly online somewhere?
