@SkyHelpTeam our broadband has gone down in the Meadvale Reigate area. It’s been down all day with a large number of residents reporting the same issue. Is there any update when this will be resolved?

@SkyHelpTeam I did get help. Nothing changed. The customer service is atrocious and lengthy. They always keep repeating the same instructions and at the end nothing really changes. Your broadband is a ******* joke
