@LouiseHartje1 @SkyHelpTeam Do you expect Sky’s social media team to work overtime on a public holiday because there are system issues? They’ve already said they are aware of the issue and it is being investigated. There’s nothing else they can do.

@bencooney3d @SkyHelpTeam It is not that people think the poorly qualified peeps behind @SkyHelpTeam are fixing broadband issues, it is the formulaic responses that people object to. When there clearly are problems would it be too much to change the good night tweet to let peeps know they give a damn??
