    @SkyHelpTeam Hey. Moved house back in November 2020. Was informed that my Sky Broadband and Talk had been cancelled. Thought this meant TV also... but turns out I've been charged for TV for Dec, Jan, Feb, March and April... even though I no longer use Sky TV. Can you help please?

    @PeterWilde19 @SkyHelpTeam Couldn’t agree more. It’s an absolute joke. See they have now added that the parts needed have not resolved the issue. How about they tell us what the problem is? Yes we might not understand the terms but we should be told what’s going on

    @SkyHelpTeam I've called you twice today on behalf of a vulnerable person. 1x Put on silent hold whilst notes were checked for 45 minutes before giving up. 2x Call disconnected at your end after 15 minutes spent explaining the problem. Any advice?

    @SkyHelpTeam how do I get in touch with someone who doesn’t put the phone down! It’s Friday before a bank holiday and an engineer was due 12-5pm today .... no show! Waited in all day very annoyed 😡

    @SkySports if you want to make a statement you should stop using twitter until they do something about the rampant abuse problem, not just a for a weekend. it's a useless half-measure that will accomplish nothing.
