    So @SkyHelpTeam are now leaving people without sky tv for up to a week, because THEY thought it was time to upgrade from a skyHD box to a sky Q box even though said customer is a 70 yr old woman who NEEDS her tv and who has already turned down sky Q b4... Is this bullying??????

    @SkyHelpTeam Ps. Only being able to send these Tweets as using up my 4g on phone due to NO internet. Please answer: will I get refund for period of NO service? Will I get reimbursed for going over mobile phone data allowance? Currently home schooling daughter. Only able to do this on 4G 😡

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky what an awful company to deal with.Still no broadband over 3 months wait shocking @SkyHelpTeam doesn't help that they miss sold me it in the first place. If I here the word escalation one more time 💥
