    @SkyHelpTeam I've called twice. 45 minutes to get through and no one helps. Get told I cannot speak to a manager. Rubbish service for 82 year that has no sky now !

    @SkyHelpTeam I just get a flat tone. I’ve managed to find a number and called them now, so this should start to roll now hopefully. Not always sky’s fault but having such a poor contact thing is. They need to improve it massively.

    @SkyHelpTeam Telling me your website is correct and that my broadband speed is fine when I’m showing you evidence that it’s slow is mind boggling. Not helpful.
