@SkyHelpTeam no internet in Manchester area again, no WiFi, why am I constantly having to pay for a service I hardly ever receive as since I signed up we have had problem after problem! The internet is clicking off literally every 5 minutes! It’s Ridiculous!

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam I have already been in touch with the sky mobile team and was told credit card or loan agreement was the only way. I have been a loyal customer for over 12 years not the customer service I was expecting!!!!! Absolute disgrace!!

As a long term subscriber to @SkySports, I look forward to watching Scottish football over the festive period. If @SkySports can’t meet this demand, then I shall cancel that subscription. I hope they will issue me and others with a full refund.
