@SkyUK I'm seriously affected and disgusted by the service I receive. I've been waiting since the 14th of July to get a broadband connection and it just keeps getting postponed. My job is getting affected and the simple excuse I get is that Openreach engineers are not available

@SkyHelpTeam No. Ans seriously I don’t meed another date. Either it gets installed or I need to know my rights to cancel the contract. I am suffering at work as there r no signals here and imagine my professional issues associated with no internet. 12 years of relationship in jeopardy.

@SkyHelpTeam Nope. No faults. Says no known faults in the area. No issues with connection or hub set up. Just going slower than normal (but above minimum) & keeps dropping off. So this is me notifying you of an issue.

@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam I tweeted last night about my Dads brand new sky Q box repeatedly freezing. Thought the problem was gone, but no it’s just happened again!!! Seriously getting annoyed now. A brand new box??I have better things to do then trying to unfreeze the box constantly
