Big companies don't care about customer service and it really gets to me. Without the customers you'd be nothing. @skytv @SkyHelpTeam owe me money from October and @McDonaldsUK still haven't replied to me since beginning of January. Disgusting really

@SkyHelpTeam was there a #Sky router firmware upgrade last night? My BT Mesh WiFi has stopped working overnight and this is usually because the Sky Router firmware has been upgraded causing issues. I need the firmware version rolled back as has previously happened.
