    @SkyHelpTeam Lol, this is the same issue as Everytime you do work on the lines. Every reboot, every step by step leads to the same outcome. Funny though when work completes at 6am everything is fine again! Starting to get a bit sick, I know you need to upgrade lines but stick to overnight!

    @SkyHelpTeam So is no help available for the fact my upload speed is 10% of what it normally is? 0.7mb/s upload speed is unacceptable and unusable for video calls

    @SkyHelpTeam 0 satellite signal. Ran all tests and recommended methods to fix. Looking into potential upgrade as a result. Would prefer to speak to someone vocally, however.
