@SkyHelpTeam limited TV, 1 week of no TV, and over 3 days wait from booking for an engineer? £15. On a bill of about £110 a month, and a customer for over 21 years. Bit of a kick in the teeth.

@lavosaurus Just here to point out that to watch the premier league if you live in the UK (access to every game) it will cost you close to $120 AUD per month and you need three subscriptions (BT, SkySports & Amazon Prime). If you are an Optus customer they are charging $6.99.

@SkyHelpTeam TV has been failing for a month or so. Every fix from online guides only ever temporary but also as "in the moment" worked, meant never got progress. Now at stage 2tb Q box won't switch on. Finally got replacement and engineer booked. Recompense for 5 weeks of
