@SkyUK When you take out a contract paying a high monthly cost you expect the device and allowance .... third bill about to be paid and still no device. Passed 5 times by call centre, advisors claiming to put me on hold to read the notes ... never to pick up again

Ok @SkyHelpTeam getting fed up with ongoing issues….WiFi max booster not working, connects for 5 mins then drops. Moved it closer to router to connect then goes again. Ongoing speed issue sitting with #openreach. What else can I do other than cancel the lot and go elsewhere?

Hours on the chat to people that are incompetent and can’t even understand what I’m saying and now @SkyHelpTeam have gone awol in the dms. The app is also ridiculous. Telling me my tv services are restricted when I’ve never had sky tv. Absolute joke

@MartinDash1 @SkyHelpTeam We’ve just phoned Sky & they had to do a reboot on the sky box & system . If you’re having problems still Mart might be worth giving them a call as they are aware of lots of issues! Supposedly sorted now , but we’ll see 👍
