@SkyUK It’s pretty bad to be honest. The screen goes blue on a regular basis and in reality it could just be a box that you plug into any TV. I should have stuck with Sky Q, at least that isn’t dependent on having fibre internet to work.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been on hold for 15 minutes and haven’t been cut off yet so we’ll see. It always seems to elicit better service if you head straight for cancellations though 🤷

@LevelUp_Dereham @SkyHelpTeam How about you wind your neck in, you pay nothing to Sky for Channel 4 OD because its a free service you can get elsewhere you muppet, C4 are responsible for the upkeep of their own app so get in touch with them
