@SkyHelpTeam For the past 24 hrs my landline has been crackling loudly & I’m unable to get a broadband connection. I’ve done ALL the web troubleshooting & my hub is either flashing up as amber (low speed & problem between signal box & hub) or no connection. Advice needed please.

Hi @SkyHelpTeam, I really don’t mean to complain again, but when did your Upgrade Team get really unhelpful? I don’t need made up examples using McDonalds as to why a customer of 12 years is not worth as much to you as a new one.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve had no internet for 3 days, meaning I’ve not been able to work from home. Every time I do a test, it comes up outage in area - how can this still be the case after 3 days!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam But the only “upgrade” to me online is to pay £99 upfront to save £1 a month. If I were a new customer, I could pay £20 upfront and pay £8 a month less. Bit poor, that. That’s why it would be great to talk to someone.

@David_Jenkins_7 @SkySports Mixed feelings. We were dreadful for most of his last year. Most of the guys who let him down are still there. Major surgery needed whoever comes in. Is that likely with the Chuckle Twins in charge of recruitment.

@SkyUK I’ve called at least 6 times every single day this week to be non stop lied to! I’m absolutely disgusted !! You have been taking my money since January when I moved out while I’ve had no services provided to me. And u still treat me like ****. SHAME ON YOU SKY. AVOID !!!

@SkyHelpTeam It’s skyQ and unless the engineer can replace the hard drive I think it will be a waste of time. I have called support twice and then spoke to a pretty unsympathetic lady in the leave sky team
