@JaxCampbell82 @SkyUK Cancel it and just watch stuff on bcc iplayer etc. Not worth your money! Or get Now TV or something similar. Sky are a rip off 😘 xxx

@SkyHelpTeam just spoke to broadband team, They said its an issue with with a London exchange. They also said it would take 5 or 6 days to fix! Why so long? Not good enough for us working from home.

@MrSiLaw @SkyHelpTeam We used to have the same issue years ago, and Sky claimed it wasn't anything to do with them. Make sure your Sky Q box isn't set on Active mode, and if it is change it. Guarantee that will solve your issue.
