Wow ive received the worst service from @SkyUK after being a customer with them over 15 years. All over them not waiving a £9.99 fee to enable me to receive their ‘guaranteed service’ which I haven’t received for the past 3 months!!! #complaintraised #existingcustomersdontmatter
