Disgusted with @SkyUK was thinking of leaving due to unbelievably expensive bills plus poor WiFi... contacted them to sort out and half way through online discussion the sky advisor logs off to go for their break and tells me to wait 45 mins and then they’ll be back! #badservice

@SkyHelpTeam None of this helps. I have reconnected and updated almost every few hours throughout today. It’s inexcusable as same last month. I pay for upgraded fastest broadband and yet hardly receive this service. Trying to work from home and home school it’s not ideal.

@SkyUK help pls!Moved out of property today but not moving into new property for 3-4 weeks. Sky move team said best option is to cancel broadband, line & TV with NO termination fees due to circumstances but when transferred to different team they’re demanding £83 cancellation fee

@SkyHelpTeam our SkyQ keeps losing internet connection and mini boxes reporting connectivity issues. This is happening several times each day. We have sky broadband and there are no errors from hub? Any advice?
