@SkyHelpTeam @claudelittner Mine has risen too,I never had a letter or email to say it was going up, and since I swapped to Sky our internet is so slow compared to BT, we have rang in numerous occasions to get this rectified and have got nowhere, so certainly NOT value for money!!🤬😡

@SkyHelpTeam It’s mainly connection to devices. I can’t stream certain channels, or play certain video games without disconnecting or the ping jumping out of the ceiling. Had no problems with previous providers, even at lower speeds. So my experience leads me to believe it’s poor connection

@SkySports Here we go, more ramming down the throat of the “we just want to be accepted” brigade, whilst telling people what to accept. The fact is, if there were any women out there good enough, they’d get signed up by a team, there are females in things like RB’s academy etc!

@claudelittner @SkyUK We called to cancel our policy last week for the same reason. No notification of price increases, but yet it doubled in price in a very short space of time. However, upon said phone call, we were given a 40% saving. Sad that you have to threaten to leave to be given a decent deal

@SkyHelpTeam @claudelittner Good value? Have you actually sat down and taken a look at your own product? More repeats than eating cucumber late at night! It's a good job I like sport, otherwise I'd be paying nearly £100 per month just to watch programmes I've seen a thousand times before 😡
