@SkyHelpTeam Whilst I appreciate this what am I meant to do when one of my initial problems is I can't get through on the phones as after 20 minutes to half an hour it cuts me off , apologies for being short but this is the latest in a long line of issues with sky .

@SkyHelpTeam Hi - that takes me to the same screen as my screenshot - the one that keeps saying "oops". I understand BT are down (neighbours reporting the same issue) so perhaps there's a problem?

@SkyHelpTeam In the last 30mins. It's hard to convey in a tweet but I'm not the only person down my street with no internet. And there are people in the next street over also with sky who also have no internet.

@SkyHelpTeam I have received an email from Sky advising me that "We've had to cancel your Spotify subscription. Just to let you know, in the coming weeks you'll no longer be able to pay for Spotify Premium through your Sky bill each month". Why is this happening ?
