@SkyHelpTeam the experts couldn't help as I don't live with her and can't get her on the phone. Her bill was £44 in March 20, went up to £49.46 in April 20, then £59 until March 21 when it's now £63. She hasn't changed or added anything. What is this 84 year old getting for the 43% increase.

@SkyHelpTeam Yep. They either told us to get a credit card or cancel the account. So we cancelled and went elsewhere. Not everyone has a credit card...
