    @JaxCampbell82 @SkyUK Cancel it and just watch stuff on bcc iplayer etc. Not worth your money! Or get Now TV or something similar. Sky are a rip off 😘 xxx

    @SkyHelpTeam atrocious service from yourselves and open reach. Took a day off from work to have Internet and phone fitted between 8am-1pm. It's now 15:37 and still no show and no contact from yourselves or them on why this is happening!

    Are @Tesco & @SkyUK happy to align with the Mail's claim that "TV adverts increasingly fail to reflect most of the audience they are aimed at... Watch the TV adverts some evenings, for example, and you might assume that almost every middle-class family in Britain was mixed-race"?

    @SkyHelpTeam 3rd attempt at trying to cancel my Sky Tv via the chat function, I’ve been waiting this time since 1.10pm while trying to look after a newborn. The hours I’ve wasted doing this are ridiculous. I assume it’s deliberate so people give up and keep Sky instead. Shameful.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks, the service status was saying that there was an issue this morning, lots of posts on community groups about loss of internet in the area, now service status says no issue but still no internet in the area. Roadworks currently right next to street cabinet, causing issue??
