@Brown_Clare1995 @SkyHelpTeam I have shared our password with both neighbours as they are completely stuck, no phone signal, no internet, no tv. You appreciate failures happen but it’s easier if you are informed. If there had been a generic tweet I could have told them why.

@SkyHelpTeam Time scale is fair enough but an understanding of why? If I went to a garage to get my car fixed, they would tell me what they needed to do and I would pay. I pay for sky internet (and TV) so would it be possible to share with us the reason as to why it's down please?
