BT sales had previously sold her a package, fibre, BT tv, BT sports and a bunch of add ons. she only used her landline, spoke to my manager and got it all cancelled without cost. Poor lady was taken advantage of 100%

String of Ears (@string_of_ears) reported@jammierooroo @SkyUK You can invoke the cooldown clause. With every contract like this, there's a fixed amount of time during which you can cancel without any penalties.
