@SkyUK As a family, we use many of your services which amount to a lot of money each month. We have had issues with our internet for at least a month now. We have phoned you daily to get this sorted. We’re both teachers here who have a responsibility to deliver lessons online 1/2

@SkyHelpTeam Really had enough now.Raised complaint on Dec 1st & had to chase 4 times, each time nothing has been actioned - waiting in a lengthy queue each time of course! Really getting fed up now! Complaints Team - stop sending voicemails (yes you do!) and call me. 😡
