@SkyHelpTeam I did it this morning and it stated there's an issue outside the property and an engineer will go to the exchange, will this be done today? It's for our holiday let property so we currently have a grumpy customer, said it's been down for 40 hours so far 🙄

HONESTLY @SkyHelpTeam I’ve called now 15 times and yet I cannot get anyone to help me with my broadband activation. I’m now out of internet for 3 working days and have had to pay £45 bundle to work from home because I wasn’t expecting this delay.

@SkyHelpTeam Just like to say thanks for getting the problem resolved quickly, had a call back this morning & the chap said the Hard Drive have died, new Sky Q box delivered tomorrow. A £15 sky store voucher & a 3 day sky credit on the account for lose of service Brilliant service as always.
