    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks. So to confirm, you’re not aware of any outage in this area and you’re suggesting an engineer is booked to assess the line? Given we are working from home and it’s suggesting the next available appointment is Friday, this is something of an inconvenience

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve tested my line it says nothing is wrong. I can guarantee you though that there is. Last time I rang you fobbed me off saying it was fine even though I told you how bad it was.

    @SkyHelpTeam Ok thanks so much. I’ve waited 6 weeks for the system to be updated so Do I just keep waiting. I just want to know what the resolution will be as if there isn’t one Ill cancel all my sky subscriptions (I only pay £150 a month so I guess you won’t miss me)

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks, I unplugged for five minutes and plugged back in again. Went down again after 1st time. Worked after 2nd time but then began to slow again. Restarted Mac and seems fine this morning!🤞

    @SkyHelpTeam No. It’s just repeatedly prompting me to book an engineer which I’m reluctant to do if the problem isn’t with my equipment.

    @SkyHelpTeam So when you sell people broadband, you tell them how much you can get to their property but not how much you can ACTUALLY use? That's crazy? The minimum streaming requirements on netflix don't look at the speed the ISP can get down the line to the house? Yes, TS steps followed.

    @SkyHelpTeam - my elderly mother needs your help. She's had no internet for 2 weeks and feels isolated and cut off. She's spent hours on the phone with tech but just needs a human to speak to help sort this. Is there an accessibility team that specialises in isolated elderly?

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve tweeted before about not being able to upgrade my mobiles. I try and it says “we are having technical difficulties.” I was told to clear caches. Done that, tried on the app, iPad, laptop, same message on them all!? I want to view them online before calling,help?

    @SkyHelpTeam Problem Is an openreach track and trace engineer told us it’s ready to go but the system has not been updated. You need to tell Openreach it’s ready as you are not passing the message on. It is impossible for us to sort this out. We cannot loads directly...
