El Zoido (@decapod_10) reported@jammierooroo @SkyUK I work for a finance firm and, despite not being customer facing, I have regular training on vulnerable customer management. Someone crying on the call would immediately make them vulnerable and would prevent upselling/coercion of any kind. Fix this @SkyUK

Sarah 🌼 & RIP Jasper 🐾 (@madcow42) reported@jammierooroo @JAU_4 @SkyUK Doesn’t help when the call centre is based outside of the UK. They just work off a script, no empty or emotions on that script. I do hope you get it sorted, they are the worst company for customer service

Mike F. Common Sense Respecter (@MikeyF88970088) reported@jammierooroo @Noritaeden @SkyUK I had a similar experience with their Indian call ctr. I called back and demanded to speak to someone in the UK (they have a call ctr in Scotland). The guy was v helpful and easy to understand. Got my bill down by over £45 a month. Moral of story, demand to speak to a brit!
