    @JaxCampbell82 @SkyUK Cancel it and just watch stuff on bcc iplayer etc. Not worth your money! Or get Now TV or something similar. Sky are a rip off 😘 xxx

    @SkyHelpTeam I should be as I used the app a week ago and haven’t logged in and out again since today. How would I check the right account is being used? I did have problems when I first joined as my mobile is with you guys and a separate account was made for my TV.

    @SkyHelpTeam no end of issues with broadband activation since beginning of March. Already put a complaint in. On the phone every day. Was promised I’d get a call today (again) and nothing. At wit’s end with this disastrous service.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello. Just going through the sign-up process online, and before I proceed, I need to figure out if someone will install a new phone/broadband point, rather than using the old one, which is in an awkward position and connected using poor wiring?

    @SkyHelpTeam Oh I’m not worried about them because I know that they are scams but I feel you should be aware of how big the problem is. If I’m receiving 4 calls in 2 weeks then I dread to think how many of these across the country are being carried out.

    @SkyHelpTeam shocking service, can’t contact you anywhere. Had no internet for days now, tried everything new cables and all. Thinking of changing providers. I can’t work from home, you’re stopping me from doing my job. RESPOND TO ME PLEASE.

    Hi @SkyUK I want to talk to someone about upgrading my broadband. Tried via your website but the chat is busy, there are no options gone numbers and your “upgrade broadband” section is having technical difficulties. Please help.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, my satellite signal keeps dropping out often getting the message that no signal is being received. His has being happening for over a month now. I have followed steps online to reset, which sometimes works but then it will drop out again.
