Latest ******* company to incur my wrath today is Sky. @SkyHelpTeam Broadband has failed three times today. Beginning to wish I’d stayed with BT. Tell you what, shall I fail to pay you a few times?

@SkyHelpTeam When people say they have looked at them you keep referring them back to them. It's really poor and not in any sense of the word "help". You aren't providing support. You aren't engaging with their issues. You simply assume they are all too thick to check the website first.
