    @SkyHelpTeam I also logged into the router and read the speed at the hub…. At best download 4mbps. Upload 6mbps The test you suggested is not worth the bother it provides no qualitative status of service…. Has anyone looked at why performance was so dire?

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been waiting for the last 15 minutes as the Talk section isn’t helpful at all - it goes around in circles; the only option is to call which totally defeats the object of having the landline to avoid charges as I’m not a Sky Mobile customer.

    @SkyHelpTeam I can’t believe how crap 💩 #skygo is! Now I no the sky team tried to help me out unfortunately no joy, so I turned my phone off and on and the sky go app worked, just tried it now and all it’s doing is buffering with a black screen #crap #retweet if you’re the same

    @SkyHelpTeam I am ****** sick of the Netflix app always freezing on Sky Q. It never does this anywhere else. Just your bastard box. And no I am NOT turning it off from the ****** bastard wall, it's too far away. Sort your **** ****** app out.

    @SkyHelpTeam day 3 of trying to upgrade tv package and to change to sky broadband. No one answering the phone. I was promised a call at 5.15pm which never happened, maybe I should stay with BT
