@SkyHelpTeam I have been in touch with the Sky Mobile billings team 5 times now to resolve an issue! Every time they tell me the money they’ve taken from me will be refunded - it never comes! This has been going on since April! I will escalate this further if I need to 😡

@MSC75041 @SkyUK No surprises @MSC75041 … customer service has gone to the dogs with so many companies instead of being reasonable and retaining customers… they’d rather give out £100 vouchers for new customers! Can’t think of one company who properly values me as a customer.

@OpenreachHelp Hi, thanks for getting back to me. Unfortunately @SkyHelpTeam are useless as the Sky system says no faults now. But clearly still ongoing. Do you guys have an ETA on the fix being completed?

@si_whitt @flushingitgolf You’re not allowed talk about that as we’re only supposed to highlight good or bad things involving women. @KitOnTheCourse said on the SkySports podcast this week that women being banned is unacceptable but clubs where it’s women only are fine and understandable. Work that out.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes I’ve signed up for the updates , haven’t had any yet. The point is I have no phone signal for over a week? With no prior notification? I’m a fairly new Sky mobile customer & so far the experience isn’t great

@NetflixUK your customer service is appalling I have Netflix via Sky ultimate. I've linked following the instructions given but still being charged seperatley. Spoke to your rep, asked to be transferred to manager, phone was put down on me! @SkyUK this partnership is not working
