@channell_chris @SkyHelpTeam Completely agree. I keep hoping that sky will communicate this issue out to all their affected customers rather than trying to hide it! The temporary fix doesn’t work for me (either 8888 or 1111) and so been without downloads for weeks! Someone sort this out @SkyHelpTeam !!!

@SkyHelpTeam I still don't have internet after your scheduled maintenance this morning in West Mids, despite status page now saying 'No Issues'. I've turned off/on, reset etc with no luck.

@SkyUK By the way changing your DNS to 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 fixes the issue but you will need to reboot #sortitoutsky
