@SkyHelpTeam If accessibility and customer UX matter to you 1. Display your customer helpline clearly when we press "contact us" along with opening times, call wait times etc. 2. Provide menu options to divert call to right department. Onus on SKY not on us to GUESS. 3. Give queue positions
