@SkyHelpTeam New Sky customer (two weeks now) and all channels work perfectly - as did all recordings. Today however I noticed that my box cannot play recordings (even if they’re downloaded from Catch Up TV) and I’m shown “There’s a technical fault with this channel..”. Help pls

@SkyHelpTeam Dont need the router earlier than this time frame? You explain to me how I go about connecting up my philips hue smart bulbs, printer and wireless cameras over a local network without a router? Sure I dont have internet but I could still have setup these devices locally.

@SkyHelpTeam we’ve been trying to watch HoD all evening via Sky Go PS5, get to the end of the adverts and the screen goes black when the intro usually begins! (Other people seem to be reporting the same issue) are you aware and fixing?
