@SkyHelpTeam You’re ****. Your service is absolutely shocking. We’ve moved house and promised we’d have wifi moving in yesterday and now we are getting told over the phone that we won’t have broadband for 2 weeks. Customer service shocking.

@SkyHelpTeam I phoned back up, spoke to the soundest guy, he could do the offer straight away no issues as it’s an offer for existing and new customers, as I mentioned. Shame the same information isn’t spread between all staff as I can see from tweets you loose a lot of customers this way.
