@SkyHelpTeam Recently (this year) I’ve noticed my broadband has been really slow more and more, and the last few weeks have been terrible. Nothing has changed on my end so I just want to get to the bottom of it and solve it so I can use it again like I used to. Please help!

@SkyHelpTeam I am totally disgusted with your Service. We have been having problems for 3day- the download spead is around 0.3. Whilst my upload is around 17. You say there is no problems, sent me a new router! DIDNT WORK!!! Promise a call back didn't get!!! Can't get a engineer!

@SkyHelpTeam Apparently there was a problem yesterday and the day before. Something to do with a card? That was affecting our area. Don't know if it's been fixed. But sky seems to think everything should be back to normal now?
