@RobiR1972 @SkyHelpTeam 9 days myself now too mate. At least you’ll get £116 quid knocked off further bills. Just so you know also. 30 days without and you can terminate your contract at no cost. And be entitled to the money owed.

@SkyHelpTeam Why is it so hard to downgrade or cancel? Been in a webchat queue for 90 mins last night before you closed which has continued into another 90 mins so far today. Why can't I self serve and do this via MySky? I can upgrade on it.
