    @SkyHelpTeam Been there, done that. Try doing a search yourself, you will find that there is no solution that works for everyone.

    @PeripateNic @SkyHelpTeam Nope, don't click on it or send info, check your bank statement, if there was an issue with your payment they would phone or write to you, usaully they would write.

    The #ENG based media (mainly @SkySports) never seem to take account of the quality of opposition. The positive comments and ‘records broken’ reported over the last few week MUST seem embarrassing to report on in the way chosen, they can’t be a that naive, can they!?

    @SkyHelpTeam Problems with The Matrix showing in UHD in Sky Cinema? Says No Subscription but plays fine in HD. All other movies in UHD download and play fine.

    @SkyHelpTeam existing customer of 20+ years, considering whether to renew, looked at options. 2 questions. 1. Is that the absolute best deal you can offer? 2. Why? As a customer of 20+ yes (TV & Broadband) do I have to pay a £10 broadband set up charge, when it’s already set up

    @SkySports ...Can you please turn the annoying commentators mic down and actually allow the volume and atmosphere of Hampden to be turned heard? If I turn my telly up to getadecent atmosphere, my neighbours will complain about the loud as **** commentry. Bloody annoying.
