Just setup Sky Glass, the menu is hardwork, only one “user” so recommendations and “playlist” are a bit useless. Currently reading pages and pages of issues on the forums and no official @SkyHelpTeam responses. Searching shows often finds iPlayer shows rather than TV listings 🙁

@JusticeJD1 @aernai99 @SkySports No rules were broken, even Mercedes, Toto and Lewis have all accepted this and congratulated Max on his world title, there’s a reason why the appeal still hasn’t been lodged (and won’t be)

2/2 we only have HD for 5mths free and nearly 1 month of that we haven't been able to download anything on HD ffs.. still no word on a fix its a wk b4 xmas and no update even posted by @SkyHelpTeam..I assume of it was affecting sky broadband it would have been fixed already smh

@SkySports Btw when you lot going to cover all the players dropping clutching their chests having to retire due to heart problems a known side affect of this jabb myocarditis but naw it's just a coincidence couldn't have anything to do with it this happens all the time 👍👍

@SkyHelpTeam I’m three days in, I’ve done everything tech support has suggested including buying a Wi-Fi booster and it still won’t work. I’m paying good money for something that doesn’t work. What can you do about it?

@SkyHelpTeam Phoned every day since 5th Dec; promised call backs which haven't happened; had a Sky engineer out yesterday and an Openreach engineer today; full complaint made in writing by recorded delivery. You couldn't write it: it's like a saga! Disgusted is an understatement.

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK Your broadband is ******* awful. I have to reboot my router daily to get near the poor 30mbps a second you say I should get. I've tried to add Sky Boost to my account tonight and it repeatedly says, you're already a customer, sign in. I am signed in. Junk.
