@SkyHelpTeam your sky go app on PlayStation isn’t working again. I’ve tried all the troubleshoots on your site so please don’t send me a link and ask if I’ve done them. The app is broken, simple as that. Loads of others having the same issue today and yesterday.

@SkyHelpTeam I did that, and when the routing was down it didn’t find anything, but when routing was working all was fine. That’s how IP works.

@SkyUK what is going on with subtitles on Sky Q? Everyday we have to restart the system to get them back. This can't be right? Tried calling you but you won't talk to me because we're not registered with you. Help! My virtually deaf husband depends on them

@Bigdee_1996 @SkySports it's there to fix clear and obvious errors not re-referee the whole match. If it's not a clear and obvious error they stick with the referees decision like they do in cricket for LBWs

@saveloy14 @SkyHelpTeam Have they hell...I will need to call them still to sort all that out. They told me that OFCOM have allowed them to ditch the £8 a day compensation during the pandemic. Yet again the customer suffers.
