@SkyHelpTeam I have tried about 8 times today to speak to someone regarding my broadband order. I have been passed from pillar to post. Toldnto phine one number to speak to a team. Phone it and left we an automated service. Then they hang up on me.

@SkyHelpTeam Unless you can make my broadband work consistently over social media I’m not sure.....can you? 3rd time in 2 weeks my internet has been terrible it’s a joke, then when I call up I get told “there’s nothing we can do” tell you what you can do cancel my direct debit until it works
