@SkyHelpTeam I put in a complaint via email on Monday but have yet to receive an acknowledgement. Total loss of service since 16th Jan/ overcharging/engineer cancellations/delayed provisioning etc. Is there anyone at SKY that can act as a direct point of contact to resolve this?

@JamboKennedy @MichaelBensonn @SkySports Hook is turned, elbow connects on the side and location of the contusion. Eubanks hands start to drop, he’s then hit with an uppercut while he is already clearly affected by the elbow. There’s no doubt the uppercut did damage, but he was already affected by the elbow.

@SkyHelpTeam when can customers stuck on the original broadband ultrafast package upgrade to the new ultrafast? The system thinks I'm on the fastest available when I'm definitely not but can't upgrade as the system doesn't work as the packages are called the same thing!

@SkyUK is the worst fraud ever! Spent almost an hour talking to yhem about anoyher issue l had with my bloody Qbox (brand new since Novmber) I asked to file a conplaint and they gave me a reference. They sent me the confirmation and two minutes later they closed it!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam looking for some help please. Can you get sky+ still with a dish and the likes rather than using internet. My great aunt wants to watch more sport. She’s 97 so doesn’t do internet lol. How much would it be for sky+ with sports and a basic phone package
