@JaxCampbell82 @SkyUK Cancel it and just watch stuff on bcc iplayer etc. Not worth your money! Or get Now TV or something similar. Sky are a rip off 😘 xxx

@SkyHelpTeam Multiple times over the past year & finally I had someone help me today that didn’t tell me to “unplug & wait”. I can’t remember his name but it was 10/10 customer service!

@SkyHelpTeam Great, more complex customer services to navigate. Imagine if you could just speak to a person or have an email address, how good would that be. 4 engineer visits and still no solution, very difficult customer service process. However, the sales team are very easy to contact.

@SkyHelpTeam help. Openreach disconnected our broadband by mistake. Yesterday o/r engineer came out and admitted mistake,said he didn’t have any cable. Someone would fix first thing this morning. Still no engineer!!! Daughter remote learning and threatened with fine from college
