@SkyHelpTeam Well I ain’t happy about this. It will put my bill up to well over £100 a month I’ve been a loyal customer since 2013 it’s supposed to be better deals for customer loyalty. I’m in two minds weather to terminate my contract.

So. Now the third time of me waiting at my daughters for @BTOpenreach1 and @SkyUK to get an engineer to hook up her broadband. It better be third time lucky! They’ve 45 mins. Pretty poor so far.

@SkyHelpTeam hi. Have been trying for the last week to look into upgrading my broadband package. I am a sky customer. Using the app and the online version it continually says there are technical difficulties. Can’t get through on chat and don’t want to wait on the phone for ages.

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK I was meant to have broadband installed/activated today and you have let me down. Been told I will have to wait until end of next week for a resolution. Your team even told me to contact Open Reach directly... Really frustrating as I can't work from home now.
