@SkyHelpTeam Already looked. Takes me round in a circle, to contact Sky again with the same question due to not having an issue with Sky picture in general, but only Channel 4 HD (SD fine). You can’t tell me if it’s a known issue with the channel so I know if I need to bother or not?

@SkyHelpTeam If not there should be some kind of status page for customers to be able to check that kind of information. It would benefit not just the customer but yourselves.

@SkyHelpTeam No. I am a new customer. He was due to do the installation, but wouldn’t enter the house to to install the dish at the rear despite the advice given to distance during the installation only 3 days earlier. I now face having no service.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been trying to sort my sky q box by using online help all day and gave resorted to ringing .... says the wait was less than 20 mins when I started but now waiting for over 50 mins .... is there anyone there??

@Dannybolt11 @SkySports Is that luck? Stupid from the Spurs player but wouldn't classify as luck. Controlled the game, Spurs couldn't muster a decent effort and were then picked picked off. Istanbul had far more luck. Madrid was a poor game but it's not one I consider lucky.

@SkyHelpTeam hi there. My internet has just come back on since the outage which is great. However, my internet on iPhone keeps dropping out about every five minutes it’s done it about 7 times. All other internet in house is now working fine. I’m wondering what might be going on?
