Has anyone told you the new(ish) menu update is **** @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam ? Taking away the viewing box whilst traversing the options is a mistake. Functionality reduced. Don’t enjoy.

@SkyHelpTeam That’s not really acceptable. It appears you undertook this contract knowing you could not execute it & misled me three days before the appointment as to what would be done on the day. I have cancelled my previous provider & now face loss of service.
