    @JaxCampbell82 @SkyUK Cancel it and just watch stuff on bcc iplayer etc. Not worth your money! Or get Now TV or something similar. Sky are a rip off 😘 xxx

    @SkyHelpTeam Everything is showing as green and 'no known issues in your area affecting your broadband' but clearly there are. Only 2 of the 3 lights on the skyq router are lit up. The middle one isn't lit

    @SkyHelpTeam Well the internet is still not working this is beyond a joke. I work from home so this better be resolved asap this now day 2 !! Sky is a joke !!

    @SkyHelpTeam Ta for replying but, to clarify, your answer is 'no, we just decided to stop Banshee halfway through, hard luck'? The fact it was on before doesn't help me now, watching the repeats. As I get Sky via Virgin, I don't have access to your boxsets on demand.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks but I'm STILL chasing the money owed when Sky lied to me. Totally untrustworthy but a fantastic product only let down by liars

    Well just come home to find my sky TV is down, spoke to customer services and said need an engineer out which take 10 working days!!!!! @SkyUK this is dusting! Over 12 years of loyalty to you and treated like this 🤬
