@SkyHelpTeam Rung again, voice recognition doesn’t work and none of the options then give mention buying accessories. Why are you trying to make it difficult to buy things from you? Can’t you just fix the website?!

@SkyHelpTeam How many times, I have done them all and tour service is absolutely horrendous! This is Britain, it rains daily, if your service doesnt work when it rains then it never works!

@SkyHelpTeam trying to use the PS4 app and it's not loading. I keep getting the message "we're having trouble connecting to sky, please press the PS button to quit". Any help? Also cannot connect through MacBook, getting Error, please don’t direct me to website as it’s no help.
