    @SkyHelpTeam Been there, done that. Try doing a search yourself, you will find that there is no solution that works for everyone.

    @JaxCampbell82 @SkyUK Cancel it and just watch stuff on bcc iplayer etc. Not worth your money! Or get Now TV or something similar. Sky are a rip off 😘 xxx

    @SkyUK another poor customer experience on sky. Technical issue with my broadband, call up after wasting 30min trying to find your contact number due to 0 connection. Wait 20min in a queue for a rep to tell me nothings wrong, and then hang up on me. Now what?

    @SkyHelpTeam hi sky just had a call from +44 800 597 9843 asking for personal info such as mothers maiden name. This sounds dodgy to me like somebody at sky is giving away customers details. We are always told never to give password details to people who phone you.

    @SkyHelpTeam Been there done that, had engineers out, can’t find a problem, we’ll there is a problem, I can’t connect to the internet.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello, anyone there? It’s now been over a week since I was told an engineer would contact me. I was also told the SLA is 2-5 working days, we have now gone past that. As a paying customer, I’d appreciate a response please @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam I'm having trouble activating my Discovery+ 12 months free. I've followed the onscreen instructions and scanned the QR code but there isn't a page on my phone to enter the 6 digit pairing code.

    @SkySports So they've been saying they're going to knock each other out for weeks now and soon as they've got the amount of pay per view they wanted it's now turned into an exhibition. I would get more out of watching them in sparring .worst thing is they're already talking next opponents
