    Dear @SkyHelpTeam Wednesday our broadband started dropping out it is now Sunday it is still dropping out the only advice I get is to use the broadband checker which doesn't work seriously getting fed up and getting no answers so tired of it I shouldn't have to pay for this

    @SkyHelpTeam everytime I wanna go on the internet with my iPad too watch the football the internet keeps cutting out , we have got the best internet aswell but seem too always stop working , thinking about going too virgin at this rate wouldn’t get a problem with them

    @primevideosport That was rubbish laptop worked then kicked out, TV did not work, iphone could not cast errors, back on laptop message too many devices playing stream (I wish!!) so all in all thanks for the rubbish experience. Leave football to @SkySports or @btsportfootball

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for your reply. I’ve seen all the relevant info and done all the tests. But it hasn’t resolved the fact that even with just one laptop connected, loading a web page is impossible. Never mind a video meeting. I’ve had to use my phone’s hotspot and data just to get by.

    @SkyHelpTeam Was told on the phone that a Booster 4 may help my issues with broadband and that it was free as part of my package. Wasn't told about 9.95 delivery. Cannot cancel the order for some reason and I'm not spending another 55 mins on hold. Can you sort?
