@SkyHelpTeam hey there I need your help getting my mothers phone line installed,I’ve been told it’s going to take 4 weeks, and as she is a pensioner who needs her phone as it’s connected to a 24 hour carer helpline i think 4 weeks to connect is awful service can you please help

Dear @SkyHelpTeam Wednesday our broadband started dropping out it is now Sunday it is still dropping out the only advice I get is to use the broadband checker which doesn't work seriously getting fed up and getting no answers so tired of it I shouldn't have to pay for this

@AzzTK7 @SkyUK Cancel it mate, get a Firestick with iptv. Costs 40 quid for the stick, 40 for the year and then a vpn(if you’re on virgin) to stop them blocking it for 40 a year. Upfront is the same as 1 month but then that’s it next 11 months is nothing!!
