    @SkyHelpTeam both the WiFi and phone line dropped out this morning, is this an issue in the Gorleston area or is something wrong on our end? Everything has been switched on and off and it hasn’t been resolved.

    Dear @SkyHelpTeam Wednesday our broadband started dropping out it is now Sunday it is still dropping out the only advice I get is to use the broadband checker which doesn't work seriously getting fed up and getting no answers so tired of it I shouldn't have to pay for this

    @SkyHelpTeam our phones r connected 2 the WiFi but we cannot access any apps nor connect the xbox but the t.v & alexa can please help as its been 3 days now. I've tried all the usual stuff, on/off reset but nothing has changed

    @SkyUK Yet, i got a letter saying my contract is up, but never fear we've given you a great deal of £30.50 a month... looks like another 40min phone call wait to speak to someone who refers you to another and then another, before you finally get to talk to somone. #everytime
