@TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

@TalkTalk I guess that's it then. Our speeds are lower than paid for, yet its our problem. Could you ask accounts to contact me. I would like to change provider as you are not providing there service I pay for.

@rabiestherat @TalkTalk Worst broadband provider EVER! No CS, they don't answer calls EVER, and they have no powers to resolve anything...try BT or Virgin...same two hour queue but eventually there are people that can actually 'Help' unlike this bunch of useless arseholes..Good Luck
