@TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

Well done @TalkTalk. Received an email at 9.47pm yesterday telling me you wanted to "do what we can to fix the issue" and "want to put things right". Just spent an hour on the phone to be told nothing can be done as there are no managers in on Saturday.

Just wanted to update about @TalkTalk Still no landline, still poor Internet ( 0.6mbs) should be 34! We can't watch anything without it stopping takes ages loading. No email still,they doubled the bill. Then we are expected to chase this up! This has been months now. #Useless

Dear @TalkTalk, we moved house & I cancelled our service with you. Thanks to advice from your staff on phone support I cancelled my direct debit & awaited the final bill. I was then hit with cancelled DD charges (despite paying it within the hour of notification) & now /1
