@TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

@TalkTalk Any idea why when the router for my business isn't working and I've been on the phone for almost an hour, the best your guys can come up with is to 'turn it off and on again'? Then to top it off you put me on hold, then hang up!? Terrible service!!

3 hours my 86ur old gran has been trying to get an engineer and new box sorted through @TalkTalk terrible service every time such a hard company to deal with
