@TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

@TalkTalk S35 here and the connection is absolutely awful, NHS worker trying to work from home and it’s impossible as the connection keeps dropping, does not stay stable at all, not impressed.

@virginmedia No reply on complaint from 26th Jan, and no reply on here from 28th Jan, still cant get through to your relations team on phone, and chat windows has been waiting over 100 hours for a reply. @TalkTalk are you any better?

@TalkTalk Please & urgently. With all due respect, it the site states internal infrastructure upgrade with services down between 00:01 and 05:00, and not my switch area, yet im affected, and 6 hours beyond that time frame still no service, then this needs priority
