@TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

@TalkTalk I was told to come back 2-3hrs and that was at 3.55. Back on and still need someone to help. It’s not even for emails it to check my account. I need answers to the question I was askin on live chat to which after an hour i was cut off then reconnected to be cut off again!!

@TalkTalk Not able to send or receive emails since early afternoon and on phone, was told to call back tomorrow! Rubbish service! Have had a Tiscali email for many years - is this the issue?
