    @TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

    @TalkTalk No Harold, you can’t. It is a terrible company and I wouldn’t use them if they were the last wifi provider in the world.

    @TalkTalk I have had the worst experience possible and stressful experience with this company and I would not even recommend them to my worst enemy. 10 days without broadband through a fault of Talk Talk and no-one has taken any responsibility.

    @TalkTalk Tbh I would like the fault fixed. I know when it’s not working. Does @Ofcom not provide regulations over how long a fault can exist for (especially when it’s impacting over 400 households)!
