@freesat_tv Well, I am a new Fibre 65 customer and signed up via the Freesat free box link and @TalkTalk say I will not get the free box. Can someone please help with this then if Talktalk are not correct as I am getting no joy with them?

@NigelGodfrey @TalkTalk I have a hack. Call customer service- note or record how long it takes to connect. Call sales- (noting the difference). When you get the sales person- you note you have a sales issue- if you can't get service in the same time you can get sales- they lose the business.

@TalkTalk I’m simply asking - do the Ts&Cs of your “Fixed Price Plus” promise allow you to break that promise like you say your earlier Fixed Price products terms allow that promise to be unilaterally broken by you?
