@TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

@TalkTalk had enough of your awful customer service. Please get a team leader to call me, I’ve even had emails being blissfully ignoring my problems and to ‘log in’ when I can’t and that’s the issue.

@TalkTalk HERE TO HELP? WHAT A JOKE. WAS ON HOLD FOR 45 MINS. GOT THROUGH, NO HELP OFFERED. WAS CUT OFF AFTER ANOTHER 30 MINS. HAVE NOW SENT YOU POWER OF ATTORNEY FORMS 3 TIMES - NOW VERY DISTRESSED. I AM NOW CANCELLING MY DIRECT DEBIT. HUGE COMPLAINT WILL BE COMING YOUR WAY.

@TalkTalk As noted, I spoke to customer services over the phone yesterday. Also on 23/03 I believe which was when I was advised that there would be no fees if I cancelled. Apologies, the "you" was a more general TalkTalk rather than you specifically.

@TalkTalk Another hour of my life wasted trying to sort my account out with the SHAMBLES that is TT - customer service is TRULY AWFUL no-one gives a direct answer except "hold on whilst I transfer you to another department" #DidoHarding used to be CEO THAT tells you everything!
