    @TalkTalk we've had 3 automated calls this morning so far, claiming to be from TalkTalk, saying our Internet line is to be disconnected. These calls are coming from different numbers 0121, 0126, 0128 codes so barring is not working!

    @magicroundabout I spent 10yrs with TalkTalk. They get terrible reviews too but I never had a problem! People always share their negative experiences I guess.

    @TalkTalk My broad band was connected since 24 of June but up till now it has never worked for a second. Now you guys are sending me the first bill despite the fact that reported it's not working.

    @TalkTalk Hi Charlotte, thanks for getting back to me. After two hours of reboots & scanning for issues an automated test of my line from your helpline bizarrely resolved the issue.

    @TalkTalk Absolutely ridiculous that on the weekend there is no support other than first line call centre staff. Nothing can be sorted out. Thinking of just moving tbh now. Its costing me my living.

    Hi All, We started communicating at 13:01 and I have just come off from Talktalk at 17:08. They passed me through four agents, none of the agents would do as I asked, none of the agents knew how to help and it seems like a game to waste your time. Why treat customers this way?

    @TalkTalk My mother in law will say yes but here's the thing, her memory is very poor, she can be easily influenced and talktalk take advantage of that. The company you work for have no interest in anything but money
