@magicroundabout I spent 10yrs with TalkTalk. They get terrible reviews too but I never had a problem! People always share their negative experiences I guess.

@TalkTalk we've had 3 automated calls this morning so far, claiming to be from TalkTalk, saying our Internet line is to be disconnected. These calls are coming from different numbers 0121, 0126, 0128 codes so barring is not working!

@TalkTalk Thanks, no need for DM, just tell us when service will resume, I tried the DM route last week and just lost time on my working hours with personal identification and the likes, when it is not a personal issue but an exchange node issue...

@muradmuuu @TalkTalk @TalkTalk this is beyond a joke? Loss of earnings on top of the horrendous service by you guys! No answers either? What do you expect your loyal customers to do other than leave? No way I’ll be joining you after your service to my friend, would not recommend!

Since the 27th November which was my broadband go live date with @TalkTalk , I have had no internet. Almost 2 weeks. I was told I will be contacted with a solution. Still, nothing. Abhorrent service

@TalkTalk Are you going to explain why at a time like this when so many people are working from home you can’t even keep a stable internet connection?? Also you have one of the worst customer service departments I have ever dealt with. An absolute shambles .
