    @magicroundabout I spent 10yrs with TalkTalk. They get terrible reviews too but I never had a problem! People always share their negative experiences I guess.

    @TalkTalk Hi Charlotte, thanks for getting back to me. After two hours of reboots & scanning for issues an automated test of my line from your helpline bizarrely resolved the issue.

    @TalkTalk My broad band was connected since 24 of June but up till now it has never worked for a second. Now you guys are sending me the first bill despite the fact that reported it's not working.

    @TalkTalk we've had 3 automated calls this morning so far, claiming to be from TalkTalk, saying our Internet line is to be disconnected. These calls are coming from different numbers 0121, 0126, 0128 codes so barring is not working!

    @havalina9 @TalkTalk If you go on the page with the deals as a new customer would the chat pops up and they are keen to speak to you then? If you are already a customer and they have your cash they aren’t interested.

    @TalkTalk Nothing changed in my home in 2 weeks, every 12 hours or so my internet drops off. Sometimes my hub needs to reaqcuire, others it doesn't. My connection through your status me tells there is no issue with your network. Connection currently 5% of min. Please fix this.

    Talk talk helping you stay connected? I literally have to restart my router to do anything. Horrible speeds for months since I joined. Can you suggest anything? @TalkTalk

    @MissMunnipenni @TalkTalk Go on the page where new customer deals are and the chat pops up. They are keen to speak to you when they think you are a newbie but not when they already have your cash coming in
