    @TalkTalk Hi Charlotte, thanks for getting back to me. After two hours of reboots & scanning for issues an automated test of my line from your helpline bizarrely resolved the issue.

    @magicroundabout I spent 10yrs with TalkTalk. They get terrible reviews too but I never had a problem! People always share their negative experiences I guess.

    @TalkTalk we've had 3 automated calls this morning so far, claiming to be from TalkTalk, saying our Internet line is to be disconnected. These calls are coming from different numbers 0121, 0126, 0128 codes so barring is not working!

    @TalkTalk I am facing slowness and connectivity issue for more than a month but no proper fix has been applied. Really having a bad and negative experience.

    @AkiiFPS @X24RRR I took TalkTalk for granted, so many people used to talk mad crud on TalkTalk cause it got hacked and leaked customer info, BUT AT LEAST IT NEVER WENT DOWN 😭

    @TalkTalk And you need a far better customer service system, where cases can be managed and solved with care. If i get disconnected it takes approx 30 min for next agent to get up to speed again. It’s an appalling waste of time and so easy for them to skirt responsibility.

    @TalkTalk It’s already been looked into at length Fez by Talktalk so I’m now stuck with no internet. We have done a right to cancel my contract because they said it would take another two weeks to reconnect my internet so we’re now done !!!

    Any TalkTalk user in the UK experiencing problems with TalkTalk Youview recorder not recording correctly. Problem is their programmers have failed to update system by 1 hour to British Summer Time, hence programmes out of synchronisation & fail to record. 🌐

    To talktalk now they are saying delay in sending out router don’t even if I will receive it. Rang customer service spoke to Amanda who said she will ask customer service to ring me in next 24/48 hours to log my COMPLAINTS list is still growing! Such awful customer service

    @MatthewKing35 I've had TalkTalk for over a decade and it's still less than £30 a month for line rental, calls and the internet (for streaming as well) and I've never had a problem.

    @TalkTalk THE worst customer service! Trying to cancel is like trying to find a way through a maze of departments. On hold, transfers then had the line dropped four times when I finally reach the last department, jaw droppingly bad. Now on silent hold for past hour on my 5th call
