    @TalkTalk My broad band was connected since 24 of June but up till now it has never worked for a second. Now you guys are sending me the first bill despite the fact that reported it's not working.

    @magicroundabout I spent 10yrs with TalkTalk. They get terrible reviews too but I never had a problem! People always share their negative experiences I guess.

    @TalkTalk Hi Charlotte, thanks for getting back to me. After two hours of reboots & scanning for issues an automated test of my line from your helpline bizarrely resolved the issue.

    @TalkTalk we've had 3 automated calls this morning so far, claiming to be from TalkTalk, saying our Internet line is to be disconnected. These calls are coming from different numbers 0121, 0126, 0128 codes so barring is not working!

    @TalkTalk 1.5h yesterday on the chat mum sat and told to call (she can't hear on phone). 0.5h on the phone with my support, transferred to 3 people (wrong last person I've been told), waiting for another transfer, call cut. HOW ON EARTH we can cancel the contract!?!?!?

    @doctorwibble @j_mcconnachie @TalkTalk Talktalk Indian customer are not fit for purpose. I am not sure Miss Harrison, if care about customers who been with your talktalk gor over 30 years. But we have been treated with professionalism by Indian service team. I don't get what the impression. I see all the complaints.

    @TalkTalk @officialvi0let I have the same issue as I’m moving and want to transfer to remaining flatmate. Royal Mail is unreliable and slow. What incentive is there for me to do this rather than cancel?

    @TalkTalk website help is useless. There is a problem in my area so wanted an update. Operator just wanted to do a check list of questions to check my line. Asked me the same questions several times but forgot the answers….. joke

    @TalkTalk Talktalk Indian customer service team are terrible at helping UK customers. The experience with Talktalk has been down right disgusting customer. About the Indian customer service team sector not fit purpose. 30 years we have been with talktalk. Useless unprofessional team.

    @TalkTalk The worst internet service, today I have not been able to work from home, who pays me for the work day?because they are very quick to collect and cut the service if it is not paid.I regret hiring them.

    @TalkTalk Each time we requested to speak to management. Your Indian customer service team hang up the phone. We have been customers for thirty years. Very unprofessional not being fit for purpose. Talk talk
