    @magicroundabout I spent 10yrs with TalkTalk. They get terrible reviews too but I never had a problem! People always share their negative experiences I guess.

    @TalkTalk we've had 3 automated calls this morning so far, claiming to be from TalkTalk, saying our Internet line is to be disconnected. These calls are coming from different numbers 0121, 0126, 0128 codes so barring is not working!

    Hi @TalkTalk, I don't appreciate my mother receiving a letter threatening debt recovery for non payment of a bill when she already notified you, incl @VodafoneUK - her new internet supplier. She's recently become a widow & your customer service is much to be desired!

    @TalkTalk I've called the number and chose option to cancel and surprisingly a human answered within 25 seconds, I have given notice to cancel, here's hoping more clients do so and TTB is consigned to the dustbin of poor service and support providers. @bt_uk Hi 😜

    @TalkTalk Just wanted to let you know your technical support contact routes are ****. Automated sms routes to the website, which routes to sara bot. You must have some humans who can answer a phone maybe in India who could book an engineer.

    @c75livex @TalkTalk Thank you @TalkTalk for liking my tweet but it doesn't help my client who'd already spent 3 hours going round in circles as you didn't even recognise her account number. She relies on her TV and internet for connection to the outside world.
