    @TalkTalk we've had 3 automated calls this morning so far, claiming to be from TalkTalk, saying our Internet line is to be disconnected. These calls are coming from different numbers 0121, 0126, 0128 codes so barring is not working!

    @magicroundabout I spent 10yrs with TalkTalk. They get terrible reviews too but I never had a problem! People always share their negative experiences I guess.

    @TalkTalk My broad band was connected since 24 of June but up till now it has never worked for a second. Now you guys are sending me the first bill despite the fact that reported it's not working.

    @TalkTalk terrible customer service. They messed my broadband account up on 18 Feb still can’t fix it and are trying to charge me to close the account! Every call gets passed around until they cut you off because they can’t deal with the problem!

    @TalkTalk Can't be bothered Iam going to cancel my direct debt and put things with my solicitors! U can't be bothered to pick phone up and speak with me that's my only route left for me now I spent over a hour last month and thought it was sorted even though the chat guy cut off early!!
