    @magicroundabout I spent 10yrs with TalkTalk. They get terrible reviews too but I never had a problem! People always share their negative experiences I guess.

    @TalkTalk we've had 3 automated calls this morning so far, claiming to be from TalkTalk, saying our Internet line is to be disconnected. These calls are coming from different numbers 0121, 0126, 0128 codes so barring is not working!

    @TalkTalk No. You will just refer me to the Service Centre who will put me on hold for an hour and tell me nothing like they did on Monday. You have the fault reference, Open Reach have been here, do you not know what your own company does?

    @TalkTalk You are NOT here to help. 2 hours on phone at weekend, 25% increase in my monthly costs, and still no internet. Absolutely shocking customer service!!

    Almost an hour on the phone tonight, 2 hours in chat through twitter DMs, people I was talking to were running line tests, trying to diagnose my WiFi problem, and still, even though it's obvious the router is the problem, @talktalk won't send me a replacement

    When you pay £50 a month on @TalkTalk internet but you iPhone hotspot has a better internet connection… how can you get out of a contract and a service as I’d rather just use my iPhone..

    @gentlebite_ BT/Sky are basically the same company, don't go virgin media even if their speeds are high they will **** you over 100% of the time. Don't go talktalk unless you want a million ping. Depends if cityfibre or some similar company is available for you, they're generally most stable

    @TalkTalk so Friday my internet went down so sat was online for over 6 hours to get it to work then worked for 2 days and now is not working since 5pm wtf is going on. Need help asap.

    @TalkTalk Your Customer Service’s are inept and inexcusable who can’t deal with a simple request!! 2 hours my partner on the phone to you trying to sort out an issue about an upgrade he did back in October and you can’t even sort it out! Still not sorted!! Terrible service!
