@TalkTalk we've had 3 automated calls this morning so far, claiming to be from TalkTalk, saying our Internet line is to be disconnected. These calls are coming from different numbers 0121, 0126, 0128 codes so barring is not working!

@TalkTalk @TheChefSwedish Good luck with that one - had the same problem they sent 3 engineers out who all said that it was talktalk who needed to speak to BT - That was June - July - August - September - sorted now but complaint ongoing - they say they will ring but never do

Customer Service at #talktalk is appalling. Raised a complaint 186569 & was due a call between 2pm & 4pm yesterday. No call. Complained again this morning - due a call at 10am today - nothing.

@kunsbannedhair @ManCityHelp @TalkTalk No idea Gazza but if ppl have to wait for hrs just to register a complaint it's an operation failure...need to change the process and make it more user friendly. Simple token system can do wonder.
