@magicroundabout I spent 10yrs with TalkTalk. They get terrible reviews too but I never had a problem! People always share their negative experiences I guess.

@TalkTalk we've had 3 automated calls this morning so far, claiming to be from TalkTalk, saying our Internet line is to be disconnected. These calls are coming from different numbers 0121, 0126, 0128 codes so barring is not working!

@cactus_woman @B_E_Andre I don't know which service provider your mother has but TalkTalk do provide a screened access service which may help. Anyone with elderly relatives should contact the service provider to find out what the options are to prevent these scum from doing this

@JamesMc59550575 @TalkTalk Ive just moved to them and it went off at the weekend and has been slow since then. Chat won’t connect and can’t even get logged in on their website. I’ve got uni work to do and it’s beyond annoying.

@TalkTalk hi, my internet just went down about 10 minutes ago. Your server status says there is an issue and ot needs tk run a test, but every time I run it, it just defaults back to saying it needs to run a test, and no one is answering or rwplying on live chat
