    @TalkTalk we've had 3 automated calls this morning so far, claiming to be from TalkTalk, saying our Internet line is to be disconnected. These calls are coming from different numbers 0121, 0126, 0128 codes so barring is not working!

    @magicroundabout I spent 10yrs with TalkTalk. They get terrible reviews too but I never had a problem! People always share their negative experiences I guess.

    @TalkTalk Hi Charlotte, thanks for getting back to me. After two hours of reboots & scanning for issues an automated test of my line from your helpline bizarrely resolved the issue.

    @TalkTalkGroup @TalkTalk @MoneyTelegraph no internet since 17/9 - 2 weeks. 2 engineer visits. Several hours on phone and chat line. Nothing. We told you on Thursday that the fault is outside the house. Still you send an engineer to check inside. Worst provider. Switching to BT.

    @TalkTalk Yes they fixed the fault . But he just had he mobile phone bill and saw the cost of the call to fix a failt that wasn’t his doing.

    Having the slowest conversation ever with @talktalk ‘help’ team. Messages being responded to on average every 11 minutes. Great work - last time internet was down for five days. Wonder if they can beat that this time?

    @TalkTalk my mum who is 72 years of age is having serious issues with drop outs and has been left with no broadband since 8pm on 01/10/21 till now! This is the second router that has been sent!, We have reset the router, and turned it off and on again loads can you help please.
