@TalkTalk we've had 3 automated calls this morning so far, claiming to be from TalkTalk, saying our Internet line is to be disconnected. These calls are coming from different numbers 0121, 0126, 0128 codes so barring is not working!

- 3x my broadband has been cancelled by someone using a 3rd party service (no security required) - @TalkTalk Management Customer Service says their is nothing they can do (block requests on an account) therefore only solution is to call the cancellations team everytime! LOVELY

@TalkTalk Why is it that everytime you have planned works, within 24hrs of the date/time our router always goes off? Can you put a "you may need to restart your router" message on these announcements? However it's never at the exact time of the works so a bit odd. @WhichUK @OmbudServices
