    @TalkTalk we've had 3 automated calls this morning so far, claiming to be from TalkTalk, saying our Internet line is to be disconnected. These calls are coming from different numbers 0121, 0126, 0128 codes so barring is not working!

    @TalkTalk Hi Charlotte, thanks for getting back to me. After two hours of reboots & scanning for issues an automated test of my line from your helpline bizarrely resolved the issue.

    @magicroundabout I spent 10yrs with TalkTalk. They get terrible reviews too but I never had a problem! People always share their negative experiences I guess.

    @TalkTalk My broad band was connected since 24 of June but up till now it has never worked for a second. Now you guys are sending me the first bill despite the fact that reported it's not working.

    @TalkTalkGroup In my 66 years on this planet I have never, ever come across such breathtaking levels of incompetence from a “customer services” team. I regret the day that I ever signed a contract with TalkTalk… this company is a nightmare of epic proportions.

    @TalkTalk My broadband service is terrible. I've been trying to get in touch for a week but on hold for too long by phone and with web chat. Today I'm trying to log on to my account online and there is a Cookie Settings popup which will not close whatever I do.

    @jayrayner1 @virginmedia They're nearly all very poor. We ditched TalkTalk because it was impossible to find somebody with a clue and everything I called I had to tell the same story again. On a positive note and credit where it's due, I've found Apple to be brilliant.

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalk ,I want to return my router and have nothing to do with your company. Each time I call and request for my contract to be cancelled . the representatives pretend the network is bad and cut the call. its happened consecutively. your team must think they are smart

    @TalkTalk can someone please contact me ASAP as I have been without Internet for a week because someone disconnected the account in error!!! Surely its literally the case of pressing a button to reconnect?? 4 hours on live chats with a technical team.... really poor service guys
