    @TalkTalk we've had 3 automated calls this morning so far, claiming to be from TalkTalk, saying our Internet line is to be disconnected. These calls are coming from different numbers 0121, 0126, 0128 codes so barring is not working!

    @magicroundabout I spent 10yrs with TalkTalk. They get terrible reviews too but I never had a problem! People always share their negative experiences I guess.

    @TalkTalk My broad band was connected since 24 of June but up till now it has never worked for a second. Now you guys are sending me the first bill despite the fact that reported it's not working.

    @7ericgod @TalkTalk I’m in the same position. I’ve spoken/ messages over 10 people now. Some sound like they know what they’re doing yet I still haven’t got the email and others haven’t got a clue what I’m talking about. I was even asked if I was checking the correct email account, like I’m stupid.

    @VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot I am sorry for your loss+the terrible experience with Vodafone. A couple of years ago when my parent died I was very grateful 4 the kindness+best practice from TalkTAlk- dedicated bereavement support line; Unintrusive+efficient. Really made a difference at the time. @TalkTalk

    @jacquep @ChillaxBcn @TalkTalk I've been with Zen for very many years. Not cheap but great reliability and customer service on the odd occasion I've needed it. That's internet and landline. Don't do TV afaik.

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup 6 weeks and 7 complaints later and still no router or internet. I was promised equipment latest today!! I need someone from your legal department who can cancel my contract FOC and take the restrictions off my line so another provider can help me!!

    @TalkTalk Four days left of the entertainment boost, and I still have no activation link email for NOW. Three weeks of trying to get this. And yes, I have checked the correct email account. Absolute farce. Going to call and cancel tomorrow. Presumably you’ll also mess that up.

    Hello @TalkTalk My neighbours are using your services. The council installed new windows and managed to damage the wire providing phone, Internet and TV to them. They have approached you and you told them a BT engineer will repair it but only on 7 September.
