@magicroundabout I spent 10yrs with TalkTalk. They get terrible reviews too but I never had a problem! People always share their negative experiences I guess.

@TalkTalk we've had 3 automated calls this morning so far, claiming to be from TalkTalk, saying our Internet line is to be disconnected. These calls are coming from different numbers 0121, 0126, 0128 codes so barring is not working!

@TalkTalk There is no point. I've cancelled my subscription. After about 6 or 7 TALKTALK just cancelled everything. They want to connect me on 11th April. Why? I didn't cancel. I hope you are Ashamed. Stop asking me details. If TALKTALK Cared you would know.

@TalkTalk It would help if you'd started by ever setting me up with account details. And no, I don't have another half an hour of my life to spend on hold on 0345 number to your full fibre accounts team to get cut off b4 speaking to right person. Email sent to Yr chief exec. Pls sort it.

@TalkTalk No access to your site or my email on my computer, so I can’t see if you’ve refunded me for failed service etc by logging into my bank account. (I don’t have email on my phone).

@TalkTalk Seems to be a theme, after web chats, emails on here, hours spent on hold and now 4-5 call backs from your complaints department our billing issue is still not resolved as nobody seems to able to answer the phone in your UFO team.
