@TalkTalk we've had 3 automated calls this morning so far, claiming to be from TalkTalk, saying our Internet line is to be disconnected. These calls are coming from different numbers 0121, 0126, 0128 codes so barring is not working!

@magicroundabout I spent 10yrs with TalkTalk. They get terrible reviews too but I never had a problem! People always share their negative experiences I guess.

@TalkTalk My broad band was connected since 24 of June but up till now it has never worked for a second. Now you guys are sending me the first bill despite the fact that reported it's not working.

@Plusnet why is my internet terrible since switching to you? Moved from a rock solid talktalk and had constant dropouts since. I thought talktalk were supposed to be terrible and plusnet decent? I’m seeing the opposite. Constant disconnections, weak WiFi and the router is ancient

@NKrankie I've been with TalkTalk a few years. CS is in South Africa & Philippines I think. On the odd occasion I've called them it has been ok. BT is never going to see my custom again🤮🤮

@nickstubbs01 I'm with TalkTalk but it's a nightmare if you have an issue. This is ongoing and in spite of many hours spent irately on phone and multiple promises it still isn't fixed and it's down to a language barrier.

@TalkTalk I demand a refund AND a compensation for the lost hours because of not having Internet connection. An engineer came to fix it a couple of months ago and I was even charged for this in next month's bill. Now it is still not working properly and I got work to do!
