    @TalkTalk My broad band was connected since 24 of June but up till now it has never worked for a second. Now you guys are sending me the first bill despite the fact that reported it's not working.

    @TalkTalk Hi Charlotte, thanks for getting back to me. After two hours of reboots & scanning for issues an automated test of my line from your helpline bizarrely resolved the issue.

    @TalkTalk we've had 3 automated calls this morning so far, claiming to be from TalkTalk, saying our Internet line is to be disconnected. These calls are coming from different numbers 0121, 0126, 0128 codes so barring is not working!

    @magicroundabout I spent 10yrs with TalkTalk. They get terrible reviews too but I never had a problem! People always share their negative experiences I guess.

    access are called Internet Service Provider (ISP). These are the companies we pay to get access to the Internet and a prominent example is Glo, MTN, Airtel for (Nigerian users) Jio, BSNL (Indian Users) BT, TalkTalk, Zen Internet (UK users) etc

    Anyone wanting better broadband for streaming etc, get rid of @TalkTalk for their shoddy and poor service, and instead, get @bt_uk fibre. Gone from 37mg to 150meg for same price £30 a month ! Beaut

    @TalkTalk My problem is far from resolved after several attempts. I have been on the live chat attempting to get a cheaper rate and been cut off to three advisers. Completely useless customer service. Very frustrated. It was a joke. I have spent over two hours and achieved nothing.

    @TalkTalk Still no internet and no access to your customer service. Only people asking me the same questions without doing anything to fix my issue. I ve already checked which internet providers offer 24/7 customer service support. Virgin here we come.

    @TalkTalk Internet is down. Spoke to two of your IT support each verifying that the issue is resolved yet internet still down. And on top of that your customer service has closed for tonight. Is this a joke? No 24/07 customer service available?

    @TalkTalk hi there, spent an hour with your help desk and they have no idea why we have no WiFi. They’re sending a new router while we also just received an email saying there were engineer works and everything is fixed (it isn’t). Please tell me what is going on? This is crazy!
