@TalkTalk we've had 3 automated calls this morning so far, claiming to be from TalkTalk, saying our Internet line is to be disconnected. These calls are coming from different numbers 0121, 0126, 0128 codes so barring is not working!

@magicroundabout I spent 10yrs with TalkTalk. They get terrible reviews too but I never had a problem! People always share their negative experiences I guess.

@TalkTalk Hello. My 93 year old grandmother is in Withernsea and her phone isn't working. Is she a likely victim of this Yorkshire fault? What is the ETA of a fix? Also, that link isn't the most useful - it doesn't take you to a map or list of the affected areas. Can it please? Thanks

@VodafoneUK And to save you time. This is the same phone line, master socket etc etc that I’ve been using for years without issue with TalkTalk and Postoffice. So please focus on why your router is so slow rather than looking for the issue elsewhere.

@TalkTalk our internet speed connection keeps slowing down. It says The wifi speed from the router to devices is extremely low. We reset & seems to work but the. It goes down again! I can’t work with that kind of speed!

@TalkTalk It’s been fixed a engineer was out. Thank you. The worst customer service I have ever had. The calls were from Philippines couldn’t make out what they were saying. 😡😡
