@TalkTalk Probably the worst experience ever in changing provider. No landline for 10 days now, changed my number that we'd had for 20 years without asking and told us we can't have it back. OFCOM have been notified.

@TalkTalk I’ve DM’d endlessly after posting my complaint on FB. Again, nothing but empty promises aka lies. I just cannot understand how you can allow elderly, ill people to be isolated without communication. Plus hours of time wasted trying to get this resolved. Pitiful service all round

@srhlufc74 @TalkTalk I am having this exact same issues tonight, mails has stopped working via I phone mail app and when I try to sign in it says “no password provided for talk talk” I’ve deleted and added the account as wasn’t receiving mail but still no luck

.@TalkTalk internet down. Follow the checkup procedures, still doesn’t work. Use the chat feature, tell them I’ve been through all the checkups and they need to send an engineer. They then make me do all the same checkups again. 45 mins later “We’ll need to send out an engineer”

@TalkTalk Ever since I got a new broadband router from you I have had non stop problems. The connection goes & I have to restart it constantly. I'm now unable to use the house phone when it's in use. Can someone help me with these issues because it's getting tiresome.
