@Laurenturnerrr_ @TalkTalk Yeah, wasn't happy with appt. made w/out my consent. Took a couple of goes to cancel it. Phoned future fibre & they "cancelled" it - only to get another appt. confirmation email 3hrs later!. After a complaint made through chat, they eventually managed to cancel the upgrade 🤞
