@TalkTalk I have been on the phone for an hour, my 80 year old father who's recovering from cancer and is on dialysis has no landline and Internet for 2 weeks, his panic alarm won't work due to the land line being down. We require urgent assistance and your staff can't help me.!

Has anyone ever tried to speak to a human being at @TalkTalk It's very difficult, then when you do get through, they're just doing heavy breathing down the phone and telling you they don't understand.

@TalkTalk Been waiting on UFO chat for nearly an hour! All I want to do is send my 'replacement' router back. I'm not paying £60.00 for a new router that replaced a faulty one, especially when it doesn't support WPA3. Come on! Tech's changing you need to keep up with it.
