@EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

@TalkTalk honestly I couldn’t be more disappointed and angry for choosing your service. A service you sold me without checking I had a telephone line first then took money as a deposit! 3 weeks, 5 phone calls and paying another provider later I have a dusty router and no refund!

Hi @TalkTalk, shall we have a little chat about your absolutely appalling customer service? No stable internet since I started the contract in early feb, you want to charge me £200 plus to leave and your idea of compensation is to take money off a bill I won't even get?!

@TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp Yet again let down by OpenReach. Was expecting an engineer between 8-1 yesterday. No show. Tried calling his mobile, no answer, left a message, didn't hear a thing. Called customer services to be told noone knew where engineer was, noone could contact him

@FionaScottEvan1 @TalkTalk Oh Fi. That’s horrible. I can’t remember which programme exactly it was- but I know TalkTalk featured on it before for the same thing. It was one of those consumer programmes and it was a long while ago. I hope you sort it XXX
