@EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

@JuliePratt27 @SkyHelpTeam The lack of knowledge/updates is actually disturbing from Sky. Even TalkTalk provide consistent updates when an outage occurs, and even have a localised tracker. I wouldn’t go with TalkTalk if my life depended on it, but at least they’re responsive to these issues.

@TalkTalk No never once. It’s happening on all devices on out WiFi. I’m able to log into my sky account and the settings on my device show it’s a sky connection @SkyHelpTeam

@TalkTalk hey folks,just about to begin a TalkTalk broadband contract,but @YodelOnline are struggling to deliver a router.Hasn't even made it out for delivery&apparently they've contacted you for further details.Appears they may miss their estimated delivery of yesterday. Help 🥴
