@TalkTalk Still we wait. @mjhemm Openreach are failing us. My road's connection has been broken for weeks. We are customers of Talktalk, BT and Sky. All of these companies tell us Openreach will come and restore our connection but they never arrive! What is going on?

@TalkTalk really annoying that you’ve sent my previous account to debt collector for services I’d never received because you destroyed my home when installing it. I was told there would be no charges due to damage caused. You owe me money if anything. Diabolical company.

@TalkTalkGroup @talktalk absolutely appalling service from you. Two days in a row you were supposed to come and upgrade and it hasn’t happened. I’m now trying to cancel my contract and I have been lied to at least once, hung up on and put through to the wrong dept twice. Poor.

@arleithead @TalkTalk I feel your pain! Mum’s phone & broadband was with them. Sorting things out after she died was incompetent & uncaring. Having transferred account cancelling it when no longer needed it took 90 mins! They could not understand that the property is empty so we don’t need the service
