@OpenreachHelp Plusnet were going to be our new provider but they let us down so we signed up with TalkTalk but they have now cancelled our order as they couldn't transfer landline number. So currently no provider. Compounds the issue with your engineers failing to do the job they were meant to

@virginmedia well you are definitely losing a customer at this point. You hve been letting all your customers down with constant WiFi outages and problems. I shall be going on to talktalk since your prices are shambles for the service we get. 36 quid for 18 month tht dn't work?
