    @Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

    @Johndale555 Got TalkTalk Freeview tv. BT sport through EE so can only watch on mobile or the tablet I’ve got. Probably cancel it after the free 3 months.

    @Talktalk disappointed with Talktalk service I’ve called 020 3441 5550 spoke with an agent who said No you can’t have FTTP on Friday your agent said not a problem he was cancelling my Fibre install from BT 7the July 🤔 Ps can you reinstate my BT order

    @AliButcher @Raphaelite_Girl Wouldn't touch Sky with a bargepole, or TalkTalk, BT, Virgin, or any of the big names. Zen's customer service is fab, they are so lovely

    @TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

    Broadband NOT @YourSSE because you sold us out to @OVOEnergy who then sold us out to @TalkTalk crap service and no phone number to contact, mum's broadband has now been down 24hrs with no out of hours number to be found anywhere!

    @TalkTalk hello, city fibre has been upgrading the fibre in my area, talk talk emailed me saying it was ready in the area and I can upgrade to full fibre now. Called customer support and have been told no such thing exists for me and I have to call city fibre. What's up with this

    @TalkTalk Hi talk talk we haven't had Internet for over 48 hours now I have been on your web chat to no avail. I also have a special needs daughter that now cannot access the Internet. Any help would be much appreciated.

    @TalkTalk You have by far the worst customer service I have ever come across! I have spoken with 21 advisors who just keep passing me to other departments! No one knows what they’re doing or even care!! It’s appalling!! I am going to start legal action if it is not resolved today
