@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

Hi my @VodafoneUK mobile will not ring my elderly parents talktalk landline ?? My parents mobiles also Vodaphone won’t ring their landline either !! Why is this ?? My sister is on EE can get through fine. It seems there is an issue between Vodaphone mobile & talktalk landline

@TalkTalk Why do you refuse to allow customers to cancel via email or online it must be via phone. Conveniently they are either closed or can't get through. I don't want the retention sales nonsense, just to leave!

@TalkTalk I have just wasted 2 hours on the phone trying to cancel my service, my contracts over, I don't want to continue paying and I've been hung up on 4 times. I don't have time to wait on the phone, I have to go to work and today was also for doing my uni coursework.

@TalkTalk trying to cancel my UFO service. Can't do it unless I speak to someone in your team, however you don't answer the phone and I can't reach them on the webchat. How do I cancel?
