@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

@AliButcher @Raphaelite_Girl Wouldn't touch Sky with a bargepole, or TalkTalk, BT, Virgin, or any of the big names. Zen's customer service is fab, they are so lovely

@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@Talktalk disappointed with Talktalk service I’ve called 020 3441 5550 spoke with an agent who said No you can’t have FTTP on Friday your agent said not a problem he was cancelling my Fibre install from BT 7the July 🤔 Ps can you reinstate my BT order

@TalkTalk we have been consistently let down by you with regards to our wifi go live date. Three months after moving into our home, nothing. Failed promise after failed promise, and no update last week despite being assured it would go live on the 22nd... SORT IT OUT

It’s terrible I need to rely on my mobile data to watch stuff on my PS4 because half the time @TalkTalk is weak as hell. WIFI AND Ethernet cable and it’s too weak to connect.

I'm so ******* done with Talktalk Been stuck on the phone for 30 minutes so far and we've made absolutely no progress To anyone thinking about upgrading to Future Fibre, just ******* don't. Absolutely ******* don't. Shittiest service I've ever had to deal with. **** this.

@TalkTalk you make effective communication with yr company very difficult. I would like to email a complain. Please advise how as you have no option on yr website & the info required for a letter is prohibitive. Your customer support could not assist as yr system is down again.

@TalkTalk And now, I've just been told @TalkTalk will call me in FIVE WORKING DAYS with an update. So that will be two weeks with no internet. This is unacceptable. Can someone please call me today and fix this.
