@Talktalk disappointed with Talktalk service I’ve called 020 3441 5550 spoke with an agent who said No you can’t have FTTP on Friday your agent said not a problem he was cancelling my Fibre install from BT 7the July 🤔 Ps can you reinstate my BT order

@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

@TalkTalk I’m a customer set up by @FreedomFibre in January. Internet is down, called your support team but they don’t seem to know what to do and just transferred me around then cut me off. Can you help?

@TalkTalk Also just to add we have been waiting nearly a month for wifi due to our first order that was placed being cancelled. TalkTalk wouldn’t take responsibility for this as it was a system error not theirs. I have sent a lengthy complaint which conveniently hasn’t had a reply

Looking for broadband?? DO NOT USE @skytv's Broadband service. Even @TalkTalk is SO MUCH more reliable. I'm a cripple, and becoming ever more reliant on Alexa operated stuff for turning on lights, and plugs I can't reach. The ONLY way to get them working is removing the TV ADSL

@danny5486 @TalkTalk They don't care. Sent me wrong hub. I spoke to complaints about how I was treated and so much background noise and someone swearing. Then won't give me hub that it says I should have, waited nearly 4 days before telling them they win. Worst company and I'm stuck with them

@TalkTalk why can you never fix a problem? I now have built up evidence of all the times my internet drops out, crashed and just doesn’t work! Fuming isn’t the word! I’ll be in contact for yet more explanations!!

@TalkTalk how do I make a complaint? I've been on the phone to for 1 hour and 15 mins (still on the call) and because the query is not simple the agent is now acting like they can't hear me. This is the worst service ever.
