I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

Afterwards I asked if I could cancel it. They said no so I had to keep paying for it for a year.

I have to chase for updates, but never any successful outcomes. Now, you cant even process a contract renewal properly - chance to charge me for money? Terrible.
