@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

two @CityFibre via @TalkTalk lines down, next door but one to each other - phoned it into the ISP, said within 3 days, on the third day you phone up and they have no record of the fault FFS

@nadivto @TalkTalk Yes, I’ve rung them, no known issues! They did a router check, can’t connect IP address? Will escalate and get back within 3 working days!! Not good enough

One hour and I went nowhere with TalkTalk… not like @bt_uk is any better. They send me snail mail telling me I have new offers on my online account but in all the 2 years being with them not a single offer thrown my way. Always errors. They ignore my complaints.

@TalkTalk - Internet goes down last night, I ring twice this morning at 8.30 & told that you are closed (website says open since 8). Then you start asking questions about my phone line quality and finally run a test to tell me all is clear when my Internet IS STILL NOT WORKING!
