    @Talktalk disappointed with Talktalk service I’ve called 020 3441 5550 spoke with an agent who said No you can’t have FTTP on Friday your agent said not a problem he was cancelling my Fibre install from BT 7the July 🤔 Ps can you reinstate my BT order

    @AliButcher @Raphaelite_Girl Wouldn't touch Sky with a bargepole, or TalkTalk, BT, Virgin, or any of the big names. Zen's customer service is fab, they are so lovely

    @Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

    @TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

    well that was a completely ****** day, @talktalk have got away with breaking the law and nothing i can do about it, the emotional harm that this has done to me is bad, where is our legal system it's a fundamental part of democracy @JolyonMaugham

    @TalkTalk internet is absolutely terrible, had nothing but problems every few months with net dropping in & out...

    @TalkTalk some great deals on talk talk round £25 per month I’ve been a loyal customer for 16 years ime a pensioner and I pay £42 a month I can not really afford that I am not happy considering bt etc are doing really good deals😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
