@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@voly79 @TalkTalk Speak to the online team. Get a engineer to reset your line. I had same issue and computer forced my interent to bottleneck.. bt engineer said its not consumers fault

@TalkTalk Yes, I can but so far you've failed miserably. 6 days without broadband. And your customer service is just playing up. I've given up. I'm only interested in ending this contract and getting a broadband from a decent provider.

@talktalk it's now been more than 72hrs since we reported total loss of Internet service. Engineer supposed to attend before 1pm today and hasn't arrived. Your website isn't loading and you aren't responding to direct messages. Are you still in business?!

and giving me no clear answer, I asked the last person to connect my call to a manager and he, after some excuses, hung up on me. Well done @TalkTalk . You're number one in disrespecting people, wasting their time and money and giving rubbish customer support. @TalkTalkGroup

@TalkTalk the engineer who was due between 8am and 1pm hasn't arrived. It's now almost 3, no explanation or revised ETA. Should we be concerned they have had an accident? A medical emergency? Have you reported the missing engineer to their depot?
