I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

Kitti (@TruHon) reported@talktalk really unimpressed with your handling of my cancellation of my account... It shouldn't take a two hour phone call, loads of stress to cancel an account that SHOULD have been cancelled in Dec. Granted most of that is bill dispute. Get better!
