@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

My internet seems to have randomly and mysteriously gotten **** at exactly the same time that TalkTalk are trying to get me to “upgrade” to a service that I shouldn’t really need for at least £5 extra per month. Odd that.

@TalkTalk wifi is absolutely pathetic, had nothing but problems with it for years and every time someone is sent out to fix it, it’s back to being **** a week later. You’re wifi is an absolute scam. Do not get @TalkTalk wifi, you’d be better off syphoning wifi from your local KFC

@TalkTalk are the single hardest company to deal with. We took over a line and the previous owner did not inform them, now we have to pay and can't get bills, access anything! And no help at all from talktalk. Wow. Utter brick wall

@TalkTalk Have been trying to get ahold of you. Writing from 4G, no wifi. Yet another Friday night ruined by TalkTalk. We are unable to watch a movie without it freezing. It has taken us almost an hour to get through the first 10 minutes.We pay for your premium service why?

@ssAlex984 @TalkTalk Have you checked offcom? There is a point where you can break the contract because of poor service.
