@TalkTalk 2/2 The service should be better, no matter where I live.

@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@DanLFC @TalkTalk Think you have spectacularly missed the point there @TalkTalk Absolutely your prerogative to remove the mailboxes but the lead in time is inadequate and shortsighted. All you’ve done here is ensure you’ll never have us as customers again.

@TheWhite_Wonder @TalkTalk Connection issues - no doubt down to the weather happening in the UK, high winds and heavey rain

@TalkTalk Have done no luck, couldn't help at all. All I was after was the free year of Amazon Prime as I would get if becoming a new customer.

@TalkTalk you have sent a modem that doesn't work, keep trying to fob us off with excuses and clearly don't know what you're on about. Sort it out

I've been helping some elderly family members w/ issue w/ their @TalkTalk landline. No incoming calls for over 3 weeks & they can't even get call-divert working while they supposedly fix the fault. It's a *basic* call routing issue. Lots of important calls missed! @MoneyTelegraph

@TalkTalk You could call me when you commit to so and perhaps provide the broadband service I pay you for

@DanLFC We’ve recently invested in our email platform to give it a sizeable upgrade to improve the service, security and functionality. To be able to keep improving TalkTalk Mail, we can no longer provide a free mailbox to customers who don’t have a broadband contract with us. Mike

@Parlez_me_nTory @ben__h @TalkTalk Bit old fashioned, government likes fancy words, why not Bloatware as a Service. You tell a grown up you want to role out BaaS, you’ll have money hosed at you. Especially if you can mention machine learning in the pitch.

@combat_boot @ben__h @TalkTalk Wait until they realise Rule 2 is empty, there'll be a mass recruitment drive to provide more bloatware in the service
