@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@TalkTalk We have dm’d you already and Was total waste of time. We’ve issued a formal complaint already. you were not willing to release her 2 months into a 24th month contract without penalty & refused to send her new router to try to rectify problem then. I’m now forwarding to ombudsman

@TalkTalk I sent a DM yesterday, and was told that unless HP could tell me how to connect my printer to the internet I would be stuck with an 18 month contract where I can't use my wifi printer. Really not impressed, considering that the problem only started when I switched to Taalk Talk.

@TalkTalk Had no phone line for a week, broadband speed of 2mb for a week and guess what I was given a credit of £1.70 on my account! Great customer service and a joke of token gesture for all the hassle, inconvenience from this inept company! 23.33p a day credit given!
