    @Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

    @TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

    @Talktalk disappointed with Talktalk service I’ve called 020 3441 5550 spoke with an agent who said No you can’t have FTTP on Friday your agent said not a problem he was cancelling my Fibre install from BT 7the July 🤔 Ps can you reinstate my BT order

    @AliButcher @Raphaelite_Girl Wouldn't touch Sky with a bargepole, or TalkTalk, BT, Virgin, or any of the big names. Zen's customer service is fab, they are so lovely

    @TalkTalk very poor service leaving a vulnerable pensioner without service since Sunday. Personal alarm not working because phone line not working. Engineer did not turn up for scheduled appointment. Disgraceful and unprofessional. Shame on you TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk Currently on hold trying to phone you. 20 minutes and counting. Two BT engineers in the last five days without any improvement. The fault continues, every afternoon. Even your chat function is currently disabled. Please, please, please... help.

    Typical @TalkTalk can’t deal with you wanting to cancel so they hang up on you… ring back again to be told the cancellation team is shut at 4 but normally open till 6pm… Waste for 2 and a half hours! Just cancel my contact! #TalkTalk #wasteoftime

    @OpenreachHelp can you guys assist on a case with me as talktalk have no support due to South Africa riots. Ordered a fibre upgrade package at the end of June, Was meant to be set up 8th July but delayed, openreach needed to do work on exchange. Was meant to have update yestrday
