@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

@Johndale555 Got TalkTalk Freeview tv. BT sport through EE so can only watch on mobile or the tablet I’ve got. Probably cancel it after the free 3 months.

@Talktalk disappointed with Talktalk service I’ve called 020 3441 5550 spoke with an agent who said No you can’t have FTTP on Friday your agent said not a problem he was cancelling my Fibre install from BT 7the July 🤔 Ps can you reinstate my BT order

@TalkTalk What does soon mean? We have been without WiFi since Sunday morning. We have work and deadlines to work towards. This is unacceptable, particularly for those of us who live in properties where mobile data doesn't work such as myself.

@EatRisky @TalkTalk 08082231133 consumers help line.people rung to make sure contract ended but money still come out of accounts .they didn't cancel carried on with no pre contractual information gives u over a year to cancel.dont let them get away with it

@TalkTalk I’ve place the order on 12th December, on 28th my internet was supposed to go live. Is 9th of January and my internet still isn’t live. This is unbelievable how Talk Talk treats new customer, and now I have to wait another 48hrs for another update from them😡
