    @TalkTalk 2/2 The service should be better, no matter where I live.

    @TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

    @TalkTalk I have tried for 5 days now to try & get some help regarding my vulnerable 92 year old Grandad's phone line. My Grandma died so we switched the account ownership to him & it his line still not been reactivated. I have spoken to your agents every day & it's still not on.

    @TalkTalk once again, your broadband isn’t working. Without internet all morning, what a shambles of a company. Don’t tell me to DM you, you should be stating in public why you offer such shoddy service

    @TalkTalk So I can expect to be without internet for up to a week. This has happened four times in the last 8 months as can be verified from my records. This, you will agree, is outstandingly bad service.

    @TalkTalk I ordered for a router 26th jan and it’s supposed to go live today 7th feb. @YodelOnline hasn’t delivered my parcel but they claim they have.Why are u using a very terrible delivery company. Why! I will gladly pay for express delivery with a better delivery company. This is sad

    @BrentSaysHurl @TheLardidar It's ridiculous that in this day and age with 21st century technology it should not happen. I am definitely considering leaving TalkTalk after today and other recent poor WiFi service. Meanwhile fingers crossed it is fixed this evening.

    @TalkTalk @Ofcom I would like to submit a formal complaint about talk talk I pay my bill every month I expect a service that actually works will I get reimbursed for not having Internet for the last 4 days NO is a joke.

    @TalkTalk You keep compensating me but I would prefer to have a service that works. Upgrading to @TalkTalk superfast broadband has been a disaster. What’s the point of upgrading if it never works.

    @TheLardidar @BrentSaysHurl Exactly like a lot of people require it for working from home, aswell as businesses. But it went off at midnight the other day. For a few hours, also of late it has been lagging. @TalkTalk a lot of folk will require compensation for poor service.
