@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

@TalkTalk worse service. Try and call and have to listen to that ****** music for 25 minutes when someone finally picks up only to be told they can’t help. Spoke to the loyalty department to cancel and it went through. Now I get a call and they haven’t submitted it ffs

@OpenreachHelp We’re day 5 now. I’m losing income and clients through not being able to work. My wife is unable to teach her students. My elderly mother is not able to contact us so my sister is having to travel over 100miles to support. Openreach + TalkTalk are still just saying ‘in progress’
