@Talktalk disappointed with Talktalk service I’ve called 020 3441 5550 spoke with an agent who said No you can’t have FTTP on Friday your agent said not a problem he was cancelling my Fibre install from BT 7the July 🤔 Ps can you reinstate my BT order

@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

Well @TalkTalk have hit a new low. The latest "customer service" person can't speak to me as I apparently have no password set on my account, yet everyone else I've filled the form in for says thanks and gets on with it

If @talktalk think we are paying £186.04 for two phone calls we made to them today they best be prepared for the backlash from this!! £186 to get cut off twice by two different advisers and the issue not resolved. @TalkTalkGroup #talktalk #poorcustomerservice

@TalkTalk @jedgamez Hang on a minute Your certainly not the best I had you for 6 years because you kept offering me deals & said you would change but I’ve had better speeds from BT in the last 2 years alone. Also you was selling me large fibre broadband even though I could only get medium 🥴🥴

@talktalk Why does my latest TalkTalk router not have the minerals to provide a decent signal to my Tv in the kitchen? It’s ok with Tv in lounge close to router. Modern property, 2 bed mews. Disappointed. 😡

@theresafryers @imgur @TalkTalk I thought it was back working again too but it seems not. TalkTalk are being very blase about the situation. When I told them the issue I was suggested to get a new router yet there are many people seeing their Imgur images down.
