I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

The issue is when the internet is not available, sending a SMS link to report a fault to a website is of no use when a customer cannot access the internet! Do better!

Rob Ranby (@Rob_Ranby) reported@John_the_hawk @TalkTalk I told them exactly this on the phone to their foreign call center, three times! They completely ignored me. Zero thinking outside the box or common sense. They can't help if it's not in the script in front of them.
