@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@TalkTalk I've now been on hold in total online for 1 hour 55 minutes and am still on hold. I've also tried to call and was on hold 18 minutes until you hung up on me. My landline isn't working. I can't stay on hold any longer. Can someone pls help me
