@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

@Johndale555 Got TalkTalk Freeview tv. BT sport through EE so can only watch on mobile or the tablet I’ve got. Probably cancel it after the free 3 months.

@Talktalk disappointed with Talktalk service I’ve called 020 3441 5550 spoke with an agent who said No you can’t have FTTP on Friday your agent said not a problem he was cancelling my Fibre install from BT 7the July 🤔 Ps can you reinstate my BT order

@KerryPMurray @TalkTalk save your breath mate. I was told by a talktalk agent in South Africa that it’s a system wide issue and it can take up to 3-5 working days for it to be fixed. What a joke of a company!

@TalkTalk Would be good if you can connect the internet I ordered on 14th September. You have charged me twice now and I have never had a liver service and have spent over 20 hours on the phone. Last resort is social media....

I'm as guilty as the next for calling out poor customer service on here. However, we should also point out great service. Thank you @TalkTalk for a seamless home move - fibre connected on time, at 53mb, better speeds than before, even out here in the sticks. 🙏
