@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@Talktalk disappointed with Talktalk service I’ve called 020 3441 5550 spoke with an agent who said No you can’t have FTTP on Friday your agent said not a problem he was cancelling my Fibre install from BT 7the July 🤔 Ps can you reinstate my BT order

@Johndale555 Got TalkTalk Freeview tv. BT sport through EE so can only watch on mobile or the tablet I’ve got. Probably cancel it after the free 3 months.

@TalkTalk We switched over to you last week and have had to reboot several times since then. When we look at the connected devices it shows some of the devices two or three times on the list. Could this be the problem? Any suggestions? Thank you 🙏

@MartinSLewis hi, I am trying to get TALKTALK to turn on caller display for a 95 year old lady who receives numerous scam/unsolicited calls, 4 weeks and 5 phone calls later, still no caller display. Can we cancel the contract and move to another supplier? #talktalkwonttalk

@TalkTalk So sales team tell you it will be a smooth change from on Bt fttp to talktalk fttp. Customer service, oh somethings gone wrong you’ll be without broadband for a week but it’s not our fault. I suppose it must be my fault then?

My @TalkTalk telephone & broadband service stopped at 4pm today, after 2 web chats and to service calls I was informed they may have been disconnected because I'm upgrading to talk talks full fibre and they got the dates wrong 1/2

@TalkTalk I have had the WORST customer service from your team today and yesterday! I have moved home and nothing has gone live yet! This was supposed to happen on Friday, then yesterday now I'm being told it won't be until next Tuesday!! Total of 4 hours on the phone!

@dancludlow Morning Dan, We are still without Internet access so I will be chasing @talktalk this morning, it has been down 17 hours nows and over 1.5 hours on the phone and web chat, not amused. If it turns out I have been disconnected 😡 Hope your day is going better Double espresso please
