    @Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

    @TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

    @AliButcher @Raphaelite_Girl Wouldn't touch Sky with a bargepole, or TalkTalk, BT, Virgin, or any of the big names. Zen's customer service is fab, they are so lovely

    For anyone thinking about taking out a service with @TalkTalk, please don’t! I ignored the bad reviews and have been left since my installation date of 2nd Feb with no internet. Today I have been told my whole order has been cancelled due to “technical issues”

    upload speeds have been slowly dropping more and more every day @TalkTalk soon be down to below 1 at this rate

    @joeandnatz @TalkTalk I can’t even get them to close my account as they say I’m still in contract! Even though they caused the problem and no one will fix it! Tearing my hair out @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk Hi TalkTalk, Can you confirm whether it is acceptable for one of your agents in the upgrade team to use the phrase "Oh My God"X2 when dealing with a customer? Is the level of service you offer based on faith or religious belief? Or taking the lords name in vain? 1

    @MarcAllera do you think it is acceptable that since moving from a perfectly good broadband service with talktalk that since switching to your company on 15th Feb I have had no broadband. Well I don’t. I think it is totally unacceptable. All I get is excuses.

    @TalkTalk my patience has gone now. Our Wi-Fi is STILL off. An engineer replaced the outside line last week and on Wednesday an engineer replaced the inside phone line socket. It’s still not working.

    Had a letter from TalkTalk saying, Sorry you’re leaving us! We can offer a £20 pm deal! No thanks. I’ve gotten a deal at 19.99 down from your £29. Shoulda been as loyal as I’ve been. And I get a £30 voucher.

    @TalkTalk the worst customer service with @TalkTalk. No Broadband for 12 days. 2 visits from talktalk engineers and 1 from openreach all agree that you have switched my fibre service in error. 9 hours on calls to every dept who keep passing me around as no one wants to help. What now!!
