@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@TalkTalk @deadwitchflying Andy iu've been through this a few times, you cant help me. the systems are broken and some of your colleges have misfiled name change forums repeatedly, not let me change ISP or just end my contract because they wont update my ******* credentials to match my bank.

Does anyone else who has @TalkTalk internet find that it goes down and they have to switch the router off and then on again to get it back? Lack of reliable internet these days is so frustrating and it’s getting worse!
