@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

Hi @TalkTalk, my Mum's internet was wrongly disconnected two days ago by you and she was promised a call from your team that never came to reinstate. She has now spent almost two hours on the phone to you, at her cost, and is still without Internet. Please help.

@TalkTalk I already know what the problem is. An outage at the exchange, I was told this morning by your team .... I was told engineers are working on it.

@TalkTalk My Internet is working but can't confirm if an Open reach engineer has fixed the problem as you sent me an email hour saying a engineer is required and will be at the exchange in 2 -3 days

Hey @TalkTalk your customer service is the worst in the business. 3 months of me having to call you, you not sorting the problem and then when you did still not calling me to tell me it was fixed and I could leave your nightmare company. You treated my disability with contempt.
