    @TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

    @AliButcher @Raphaelite_Girl Wouldn't touch Sky with a bargepole, or TalkTalk, BT, Virgin, or any of the big names. Zen's customer service is fab, they are so lovely

    @Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

    @TalkTalk Service the worst of all DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM!! Call 1 - HUNG UP ON ME Call 2 - HUNG UP AFTER BEING RUDE Call 3 - Got through, without warning put me on hold and put me through to another call handler who again hung up on me. ALL WERE FROM A FOREIGN CALL CENTRE

    Hi @TalkTalk your engineer arrived 5 hours late, installed the wrong item (didn’t fit router) drove away immediately, rejected all calls and now wifi is down with our neighbours too. There has been no communication from you, we desperately need wifi to do our work. Pls advise.

    @TalkTalk Internet off around 10.30am. Passed on the issue to Openreach as high priority because they can’t help. Great support 👎 Unable to work from home all day. Now 6pm and no sign of having it sorted anytime soon. Paying for something we don’t get is frustrating

    @TalkTalk Have been trying to get through to someone to ask why my bill has gone up, over 3 hours in total via Chat & 6 days (when I get my break at work) phoning to be put on hold forever! How can I talk to someone to sort this problem?

    Also @TalkTalk don't tell me to contact you, I have contacted costumer support so many times and told them so many times to change equipment and without any luck.. So myeah, I will cancel my contract ASAP because YOU cannot deliver what have u promissed.

    There cannot be a more STUPID, INCOMPITENT & UNTRUSTWORTHY COMPANY as @TalkTalk , I have been going around in circles 2day, Spoke to 5 different departments had to go through security x5,each dept says they will put me through to correct dep, BUT DONT @BBCWatchdog @Ofcom

    @SSE It looks as if the person who was helping to fix the long-term problem of a slow line has now moved to @TalkTalk. I was just asking what compensation I can expect for having such a slow line for so long. It's supposed to be an average 63Mbps, but I have 40Mbps.

    @TalkTalk I haven’t had internet since 5pm. Woke up this morning and it’s still off. I have had an incident report open since the 15/01/2023 as the internet keeps dropping yet nothing has been fixed. I work from home so need it sorting asap
