@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@TalkTalk does buyer calls the seller or seller calls the buyer? Sending txt msg to call future fibre team about an update on your order is silly, im sure they should be calling me and giving me update not otherway around. Not good customer experience.

@NinaL1976 Hi, did you get anywhere with talktalk? I just seemed to go round & round in circles for about 3 days. I dont think they had a clue how to solve the problem!!

@TalkTalk help would be appreciated, my broadband and telephone line have stopped working, spent hours on phone and webchat, keep getting told to wait and then get disconnected or transferred and the transfer not picked up.

@dancludlow @TalkTalk After 21 hours of no internet @TalkTalk have at least now agreed to use only 1 excuse, "there is a fault at the exchange and they are working on it". When asked for an estimate on a fix, not a chance, hours, days, no one will say, just wait for the fix

@TalkTalk No internet now for 3 day's, keep phoning and getting no answers, absolutely dreadful service, I've been with talktalk since 2009, this is how you treat loyal customers, appalling.
