@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@Talktalk disappointed with Talktalk service I’ve called 020 3441 5550 spoke with an agent who said No you can’t have FTTP on Friday your agent said not a problem he was cancelling my Fibre install from BT 7the July 🤔 Ps can you reinstate my BT order

@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

@TalkTalk There's no point it will be the same as every other time it goes off and a waste of my time going through all the checks which shows nothing wrong. You still haven't resolved why I can't sign into my account either so I can't even sign in to check. Fed up customer!

@TalkTalk I think you should change your name to LiarLiar. The lies and false promises I’ve had is unbelievable. 4 missed engineer installs, conflicting messages from openreach and TalkTalk and then to be told today that we won’t have service until 6.1.2021!!

After several weeks of messaging Virgin Media I have decided to tweet instead. I moved from talktalk to Virgin and virgin said they would cancel my contract with talktalk. The contract was not cancelled and I am left with a bill of over £100 from talk talk.

@TalkTalk can you please shut down my account online. I’m no longer your customer, my contracts ended, I told you with notice, Virgin Media informed you. So stop treating me like I’m still you’re customer. I don’t care I’ve gone over my phone allowance, I’m not your customer....
