@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

@TalkTalk Brilliant service today guys! Our broadband has been dropping in and out this week. Today the outreach engineers arrived unannounced to replace our outside cable..... because you had noticed the connection dropping out and raised the call out appointment for us!Thanks!

@TalkTalk so for the past 3 months my internet speed has plummeted and now I have no internet at all. I really shouldn’t have to pay for this level of service, this should be free, that’s how bad it is. I will be leaving ASAP and expect a refund for the months of hell. Ciao

@TalkTalk My contract ends on 20th Dec and having been a loyal customer of over 5 years thought they would offer a deal to retain my custom, how wrong I was..disappointed to say the least..
