@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@Davina______ @TalkTalk Similar with Virgin. The first few weeks (or was it DAYS) fast service after switching to faster service and paying double as much (50£/month). Now appallingly slow , loading all the time and crashing/disconnecting. 🤮It’s a racket. All of them. I think I’ve tried them all-same.

@talktalk don’t know if can get any worse! 3 times at least disconn in the past few months, fixed after going through hours of customer service..now trying to cancelling and bringing up contract, but providing good service is part of your contract, on hold already for long…

@TalkTalk just spent 45 mins on chat to one of your guys about terrible WiFi and tv service - no improvements and chat has crashed now as well as TV. Needs sorting - please look into it.
