    @AliButcher @Raphaelite_Girl Wouldn't touch Sky with a bargepole, or TalkTalk, BT, Virgin, or any of the big names. Zen's customer service is fab, they are so lovely

    @TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

    @TalkTalk Totally understand that Nokulunga, but when the problem that we're trying to solve is @TalkTalk cutting our internet connection for no good reason, accessing emails becomes a challenge. Like asking a rugby player to score a confirmation try when you've confiscated the ball.

    worst @TalkTalk experience so far. Stayed with them due to previous good experiences with service and customer service. Moved home, not informed of broadband not being active until potentially midnight when engineer installed at 1 o’clock!

    @TalkTalk Can someone please contact me? I’ve tried for nearly 9 weeks to cancel my account and receiving emails saying I need to make a payment yet had no internet connection? And every time I ring it hangs up after 20 minutes on hold.

    Going by everyone tweeting @TalkTalk, it seems either everyone's routers are just becoming faulty. Or they have an issue and don't want to say anything about it🤔

    @TalkTalk #talktalk #badservice This will be 5th router and 3 or 4th week of no service since we were 'upgraded' to full fibre in May this year. Don't use talktalk choose another provider.

    @TalkTalk I have called this number and after a long wait, finally got through to someone.. who just transferred me through to a retentions team (not what I asked for) and now waiting a long time on hold (again), just for someone to try and stop me leaving! Terrible service @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk two months and still waiting for my broadband to be disconnected. 10 phonecalls, being transferred and hung up on 5 times, tried raising a complaint twice just to be hung up on. Being told three different stories, and then hung up on again. Still no further forward..
