    @TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

    @OpenreachHelp I've just had what seemed to be a spoof call - the callers claimed to be phoning on your behalf to investigate line problems. They wanted to transfer me to an engineer who would go through diagnostics with me. I am a talktalk customer. Was this genuine?

    SICK AND TIRED OF @TalkTalk 's f***ing appalling service! desperately trying to pursue an enquiry on DM - GIVEN my account number and phone details etc. answered security q's amending when necessary . there should be NO DOUBT that they are dealing with the correct person!

    @TalkTalk Order managed team offered to cancel order once again then to place yes another new order, was then informed fiber is no longer available.

    @TalkTalk Our WiFi has been down for two days and customer services have advised the earliest they can come out to fix is in three days. This is not acceptable as we're in lockdown working and online schooling. Can you contact me to fix today? Thanks

    @TalkTalk So, major issue here. Someone has entered my email adress at some point and some of that probably ended up in my spam folder and got deleted. Now that person seems to be in financial trouble with you as the creditor. See PM for details.
