@Talktalk disappointed with Talktalk service I’ve called 020 3441 5550 spoke with an agent who said No you can’t have FTTP on Friday your agent said not a problem he was cancelling my Fibre install from BT 7the July 🤔 Ps can you reinstate my BT order

@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@AliButcher @Raphaelite_Girl Wouldn't touch Sky with a bargepole, or TalkTalk, BT, Virgin, or any of the big names. Zen's customer service is fab, they are so lovely

@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

@EE Why does my fibre internet keep going slow and disappearing from my mobile phone? Mainly in the evening and always overnight. I can see Talktalk and Virgin connections that my neighbours have but my EE network has disappeared.

@TalkTalk I don't know. You offered me an upgrade to city fibre and it didn't work - I was advised that I needed a new router - ordered one - it still hasn't arrived. What a waste of time for Talktalk and for me - one day off work another half day on chat trying to resolve the problem.
