@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

@AliButcher @Raphaelite_Girl Wouldn't touch Sky with a bargepole, or TalkTalk, BT, Virgin, or any of the big names. Zen's customer service is fab, they are so lovely

@TalkTalk were supposed to send an engineer out on the 14th. waited in all day & nobody came. spoke to customer services & they said “oops we got your mobile number wrong!”. then got a random call this morning saying “we want to send an engineer but we don’t know you address” wtf

Disappointed in the customer service from @TalkTalk - router packed up last Tuesday and had to wait for an engineer to confirm last Friday. Was told a new router would be ordered only to find out today that it hadn’t been. I work from home and rely on internet #noworknomoney

@talktalk I currently have Full Fibre (150 Mb) with unlimited landline calls with BT DIgital Voice. Do you offer the same service, as your helpdesk agent wasn't clear? Several comparison sites list you as doing so.

@TalkTalk I’ve tried calling many times to cancel my contract and your call centre cut the call off part way through discussions. How can I cancel if your call centre won’t talk to me?

@TalkTalk @yaekmj Then they just insincerely comment "we're really sorry, please DM" which I also have and the DM people just reply and say they can't help either... Its a pointless message and truly awful service. Never dealt with a company quite so appalling.
