@Talktalk disappointed with Talktalk service I’ve called 020 3441 5550 spoke with an agent who said No you can’t have FTTP on Friday your agent said not a problem he was cancelling my Fibre install from BT 7the July 🤔 Ps can you reinstate my BT order

@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

@Johndale555 Got TalkTalk Freeview tv. BT sport through EE so can only watch on mobile or the tablet I’ve got. Probably cancel it after the free 3 months.

@barbjungr @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I can sympathise. It took me days on two occasions to restore my broadband. Stressful as well, having to liaise over bad telephone lines to personnel with strong accents, waiting in queues......

@barbjungr @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I had problems with leaving TalkTalk. My father had died and I was selling his house. Should have been obvious the service was no longer needed. Dreadful.

Been trying to cancel @TalkTalk now for 2 months. Multiple phone calls, webchats etc, lied to on the phone about the contract being finished, bounced from person to person. Borderline fraudulent behaviour. And surprise surprise, they're not signed up with the ombudsman. Clowns.

Has anyone else with a Onetel e-mail address stopped getting e-mails on their devices? Nothing at all since Monday morning. As usual @TalkTalk TalkTalk have been no help with the issue whatsoever!
