@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

@Talktalk disappointed with Talktalk service I’ve called 020 3441 5550 spoke with an agent who said No you can’t have FTTP on Friday your agent said not a problem he was cancelling my Fibre install from BT 7the July 🤔 Ps can you reinstate my BT order

@TalkTalk tweet 1- appalling service. I switched from sky to talk talk around 4 weeks ago. Since then my son has had trouble logging on to Microsoft teams to do his school work. We sent the laptop of to be fixed. Turns out after 80mins on to yourselves it’s the router you sent

@TalkTalk hi, trying to help my elderly Mum with her talk talk tv box. None of the apps work (error code YVM105). I’ve tried a factory reset & checked that the software is all up to date. The broadband connection is wired & no obvious issues. Any other suggestions? Thanks!

@TalkTalk Sick and tired of "We've fixed it" and then losing internet two days later. We lost connection for a week and now have intermittent ping spikes after upgrading router and package. Please resolve the issue well and truly before claiming to have done so.

Was expecting a call back because your system was down yesterday yet nobody called. I urgently need to get a date changed for moving house otherwise wifi ends tonight. Tried calling now and it’s closed. I need to change a date. Help. @talktalk
