    @TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

    So I rang @talktalk to cancel the move and they said they couldn’t and that I would be without internet at my current address. Like I need this additional stress. Maybe you want to update your facts on your web site whereby it says the request can be amended!!!!! ..part 2

    Fuming with the lack of support from @TalkTalk So I requested a broadband house move, on my account it said I could cancel the “moving home request” at anytime before the date. I had last minute news today that the move isn’t going ahead tomorrow ... part 1

    @TalkTalk I have twice spoken to someone who says there is nothing wrong our end, and that it is a problem in Leicester, but then we are told it is not a problem in Leicester. This is terrible service and needs to be sorted out. I will DM you.

    @TalkTalk Apparently you can't assist as they've just told me my complaint won't be looked at until 13th September. I've been without Internet since Saturday.

    @TalkTalk Your staff just don’t seem to get it. The phone line is always bad they can’t hear me and there’s always a delay on the line. I have now received an email saying welcome to talk talk tv??? No no idea what that’s about and haven’t asked for it. I just want the account cancelled

    @TalkTalk After over 20 years and trying to cancel numerous times you keep dropping my call (and then blaming me) Your customer service team are costing me more money on the premium rate number. I've emailed your CEO and customer team at TalkTalkPLC! See if they can sort you out

    @TalkTalk Where do I start! I’ve cancelled my service with you in July and sent the router back. I’m still receiving bills. I understand you created two accounts for me probably because nothing worked at the beginning. Looks like one account is cancelled then other isn’t

    1/2 Terrible service yet again from @TalkTalk . I lodged a complaint against them 2 weeks ago. Rang them back and rather than putting me through to complains I had a tech support person telling me there is nothing to complain about. Useless company

    @TalkTalk day 3 of WiFi problems!!! How long will this go on ? Also where is my Alexa and plug for resigning my contract ??
