@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@TalkTalk utter disgrace how I have been dealt with over the last few weeks ! Over 7 hours on the phone discussing the same issue ! Owed money and still being messed around !!! No where to complain and everyone I speak to can’t resolve my issue ! Getting fed up of this !

@TalkTalk I’ve had no broadband service for 45 minutes (Prestwich, Manchester) - I cannot check my status online as I’m on fibre & can’t get through on the phone. Can you confirm issues?

@TalkTalk I’m assuming there’s no one monitoring this account? I’ve asked twice now how I can speak to someone about my poor internet connection and you’ve not replied. Like your website - gives the impression of customer service but delivers nothing. Roll on end of contract time

@TalkTalk had no Internet for over a week, spent every single day on the phone to them, spent 3 hours on the phone and then get hung up on. First class service from them. Keep going @TalkTalk, doing an amazing job
