    @TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

    @AliButcher @Raphaelite_Girl Wouldn't touch Sky with a bargepole, or TalkTalk, BT, Virgin, or any of the big names. Zen's customer service is fab, they are so lovely

    @Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

    2 1/2 hours, 3 advisors, no resolution to my almost 10 year old youview box needing to be replaced, an engineer has to come out and I've waited at least 20 minutes to confirm an appointment. @TalkTalk customer service has gone right down the shitter in recent years.

    the fact that @TalkTalk is still a functioning broadband company confused me. The service and WiFi they give is nothing but dog **** and they will never improve or change my mind

    @TalkTalk I thought BT were bad but you’re up there. I’ve called twice for support, been made to wait forever whilst you were “looking into it” and then been cut off both times. Please help

    @craigspencerUTT @TalkTalk Apparently there's no chance of getting 'auto' compensation until my issue (of 6 months a 4 routers!) Until my issue is resolved. I can see how this makes financial sense to TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk Then I wouldn’t be surprised if next time you’re looking for a payment if your customers suddenly have no idea where the money that was meant to you go to you has gone. I’m sure we’ll all be working on the issue trying to pay you.
