    @TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

    @AliButcher @Raphaelite_Girl Wouldn't touch Sky with a bargepole, or TalkTalk, BT, Virgin, or any of the big names. Zen's customer service is fab, they are so lovely

    @TalkTalk Karl left a rely to my Trustpilot review and suggested I contact TT at Twitter or Facebook. I had no service from March 21st to 27th, then none from August 16th to 26th. In march I was told I reported the fault too late, I've been told I reported August's problem too...

    @TalkTalk It’s not a concern, it’s a fact. Kicked 5 times daily. I don’t want to send a DM. I just want to cancel and go back to NTL 33.6kbps which is more reliable.

    @TalkTalk trying to get an account being use fraudulently in my name cancelled and blocked but nobody will help because I do not know the account number or landlines It isnt my account- I have no access to any of that. 4 different people and 3 different departments cannot help

    @vodafone @talktalk Both of you want my contract but each of you direct me to a number that cuts off when I dial it. If I didn't know better I'd think neither of you give a **** as long as you get my money. Which one of you should I trust?
