@Johndale555 Got TalkTalk Freeview tv. BT sport through EE so can only watch on mobile or the tablet I’ve got. Probably cancel it after the free 3 months.

@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

@Talktalk disappointed with Talktalk service I’ve called 020 3441 5550 spoke with an agent who said No you can’t have FTTP on Friday your agent said not a problem he was cancelling my Fibre install from BT 7the July 🤔 Ps can you reinstate my BT order

Anyone else been scammed by @talktalk adding supersafe booster without authorisation? First was told it was end of a promotion and when confronting them about it not being on previous bills, been told it's a system error that added it. @MartinSLewis help please.

@BTSopenreach openreach so **** for not doing a job in my Property to switch my broadband connection on due to the bull **** their given talktalk and saying someone will be round, my go live date was yesterday between 8am - 1pm and nothing happened & the same said again today

@TalkTalk Are you guys going to help me with my query or not? I've spent more than 8 hours in the last 3 days to solve this and there is no progress. You cancelled my order without contacting me, made me create a new order and expect me to wait 3 more weeks.. This is ridiculous.

@TalkTalk Your service is crap! My humans 82 year old father has been on the phone to you for over an hour and a quarter - your now tv link failed to work, you failed to resolve it & are now trying to charge him more! Totally disgusting & appalling way to treat a long standing customer
