@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@TalkTalk Hi, I already spoke with the Live chat department and they weren't able to help. They told me to call the Sales Dept. I then got sent to 3 other depts before supposedly being put through to the Ultra Fibre Optic dept. I've just put the phone down after wasting more time on hold

@TalkTalk @NatalieNtromans NEVER WILL I EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. OUR PHONE LINES HAVE BEEN DOWN FOR TWO DAYS YET EVERYTIME I TRY TO CONTACT TALK TALK TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE THEY STATE THEY CANNOT GET ME THROUGH THE SECURITY PROCESS, DESPITE THE FACT IM READY THE INFORMATION OF THE BILL I PAID LAST MONTH

@TalkTalk No access to your site or my email on my computer, so I can’t see if you’ve refunded me for failed service etc by logging into my bank account. (I don’t have email on my phone).

@TalkTalk There is no point. I've cancelled my subscription. After about 6 or 7 TALKTALK just cancelled everything. They want to connect me on 11th April. Why? I didn't cancel. I hope you are Ashamed. Stop asking me details. If TALKTALK Cared you would know.
