I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

Kitty Hung (@drkittyhung) reported@TalkTalk - we are having outage in Barnet. Our postcode is EN5 area. Not just our household but also one of our neighbours who is also your customer. At first I thought our router was broken but when our neighbour has the same issue, we realised that it is the network connection not our broadband router. Look forward to your explanation.

They deliberately keep charging you months after you have switched broadband suppliers. If you want peace of mind don't have any dealings with them

Impossible as no Internet .cable prob.Still taking Direct Debit!

You have been the worst I have ever had since I went to Fibre, Rubbish. Outages between one and three a week is unacceptable, Never before happened to me.

So it's not just me saying this. Currently 11.06am, 09/06/2025 its working as normal, question is, for how long????????
