@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

After todays stress I can safely say I will never go back to @TalkTalk... services cancelled within the cooldown period yet was billed and told it's still active. Never received a router or anything and been without internet for 3 weeks (1/2)

@TalkTalk are without a doubt the worst company I have ever have to deal with. We are without internet and have been since Sunday morning - all they can recommend is that we power down for 20 minutes at a time. Trying to get through to their customer service is pulling teeth.

@Donald_Owens @TalkTalk @geteero Make sure the modem is working and putting out internet. Easiest way is to switch from modem->eero to modem->laptop (or other testing device that can plug in via ethernet and browse the internet), if it doesn't work, call the ISP
