@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@TalkTalk Are you aware of an issue at the exchange in Woking/Brookwood? My connection dropped this morning and I’ve contacted customer services so I believe engineers are investigating.

@TalkTalk Make sure we get the service we are paying for until we switch? I would’ve thought now was THE time for the best customer service so we might consider coming back? Also TalkTalk is one of the only providers that don’t let you keep your email address forever. That’s rubbish too!
