@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@AliButcher @Raphaelite_Girl Wouldn't touch Sky with a bargepole, or TalkTalk, BT, Virgin, or any of the big names. Zen's customer service is fab, they are so lovely

@TalkTalk Abysmal customer service and problem solving. Sending out an engineer 4 days after we're due to switch when our broadband isn't working at all is not helpful!

@TalkTalk I have sent you a DM, but have to say publicly that your customer service and fulfilment departments are obviously under-resourced. I have been waiting since the start of the month for an Eero router (available next day on prime!)-a woeful service

@TalkTalk So I've waited two weeks for my internet at my new place (go live date) and still no Internet. Still amazed it takes that long in this day and age. Can't actually talk to anyone at talktalk because it's 7pm and there's no support system in place. 🤬

@tzenkethi Just like those awful #talktalk resturaunt adverts, charging 1.29 or whatever for the first chip and then so much else for every subsequent chip. Or a £30 fee for laying the table. **** off with that **** @TalkTalk

@TalkTalk why is the service dire in northumberland right now? I'm even having to use 4g to get on twitter to ask! Bloody ridiculous when you pay for a service

TalkTalk should have 0 customers. Its entire workforce should sit in silence every day, as literally nothing happens on its network, and think about what a pile of crap it is.
