@Talktalk disappointed with Talktalk service I’ve called 020 3441 5550 spoke with an agent who said No you can’t have FTTP on Friday your agent said not a problem he was cancelling my Fibre install from BT 7the July 🤔 Ps can you reinstate my BT order

@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

@AliButcher @Raphaelite_Girl Wouldn't touch Sky with a bargepole, or TalkTalk, BT, Virgin, or any of the big names. Zen's customer service is fab, they are so lovely

@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

If @TalkTalk offer you a £100 voucher to stay with them, I implore you not to accept the offer. You won't get the £100 voucher, you will get stress, lied to, hours spent on hold, incompetent managers, rude 'customer service' staff, and end up leaving anyway. #TalkTalk

So far in my attempt to reach @TalkTalk customer services I’ve been: - Cut off 2 minutes into the 1st call - Left in silence for 8 minutes on the 2nd call, only to have my call somehow merged with a distinctly abusive customer, who starts abusing me. And this is a phone company

@TalkTalk Has anyone given notice to cancel their contract and been told a confirmation email would be sent and you never received? Is this some kind of scam to say you didn't give enough notice for talk talk to incur extra charges?

Well, I just had a call from the “complaints team” at TalkTalk. After a very therapeutic few minutes telling him about my treatment from the “customer service” team now and previously he has arranged an engineer to visit tomorrow and a call back after to discuss compensation.

…Obviously I’m not really expecting an actual resolution because this is TalkTalk after all but I can pretend to be optimistic for now as I continue to count down the months until I’m free of this contract with them and can find a responsible provider instead.
