@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@DaveB05950867 @TalkTalk At least they booked an engineer for you. They failed to book one for me and now I’m 4 days over my connection go live date with no end in sight. An engineer was meant to come this morning and never turned up.

@TalkTalk had a text saying your engineer is visiting on 16th to connect our internet, we were told over phone it would be the 8th and this is the only reason I am staying as my partner was with bt so we had to cancel 1 and stayed with tt because the eng could get to us 1st

@TalkTalk moved in yesterday.someone was meant to come out between 8-1 never bothered. No WiFi and a massive data bill with my mobile provider. I'm so angry right now. No appointment booked either
