@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

@AliButcher @Raphaelite_Girl Wouldn't touch Sky with a bargepole, or TalkTalk, BT, Virgin, or any of the big names. Zen's customer service is fab, they are so lovely

@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@TalkTalk It took me so long last time to get @TalkTalk to send someone out because the issue is with the junction box and corroded wires that I’m not inclined to go through the process again of checking this and that which I can’t do with limited mobility

@gracedh5 @Stefano22552618 @TalkTalk Scumbags, I've took legal advice and their in breach of contract so the contract is nil and void, I'm just following their complaints procedure to show I've done all I can to try and fix the issue amicably, luckily I have all the conversations screenshot

My mum is 84 doesn't have a computer or use wifi or broadband just a landline for Careline but she is paying £30-35/mth for fast fibre & next month her bill is going up by £14?! How many other old people are being abused?!😡

@Nicola515 @TalkTalk They just cut people off so they can't challenge their extortionate bills! We've been cut off 3 times today my mum is 84 & in tears cos she is paying so much to @TalkTalk she can't afford the care she needs! Spent 7hrs today on the phone & internet - impossible to get help! 😡😡
