@Talktalk disappointed with Talktalk service I’ve called 020 3441 5550 spoke with an agent who said No you can’t have FTTP on Friday your agent said not a problem he was cancelling my Fibre install from BT 7the July 🤔 Ps can you reinstate my BT order

@Johndale555 Got TalkTalk Freeview tv. BT sport through EE so can only watch on mobile or the tablet I’ve got. Probably cancel it after the free 3 months.

@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

Had a @TalkTalk email address for 15 years, they have now changed their settings so it no longer works via the apple mail app and to receive help I am now being asked to set up a direct debit to pay £5 a month. #ripoff

@TalkTalk pls could you provide me with a number so I can talk to someone about my Fibre installation. Issues since June 2022, another appointment today & then get a text saying it’s cancelled as cant have Fibre in my area, despite the fact the box outside was installed in June.

@TalkTalk can someone help? my elderly parents have a faulty tv box and are being told they have to buy a new one. So they pay a tv subscription but can’t use it unless they pay for a new box that is faulty because talktalk don’t do that one anymore
