@Talktalk disappointed with Talktalk service I’ve called 020 3441 5550 spoke with an agent who said No you can’t have FTTP on Friday your agent said not a problem he was cancelling my Fibre install from BT 7the July 🤔 Ps can you reinstate my BT order

@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

@Johndale555 Got TalkTalk Freeview tv. BT sport through EE so can only watch on mobile or the tablet I’ve got. Probably cancel it after the free 3 months.

@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

So after 4 engineers, 3 routers, complaint after complaint. My @TalkTalk WiFi is still horrendous and dropping up to 30 times a day. I have had to switch provider you are clearly not interested in helping or providing what you promised let alone the speeds. (1)

@TalkTalk I've still got the same problems. I get the message: couldn't verify account The username or password incorrect or pop3/Imap for this account isnt turned on. Check email settings. But I'm using the same as the webmail.

If you are claiming UC u can get FREE internet for SIX mnths. Sadly, the only Co. they have a contract with is @TalkTalk + you must not already be a customer (or owe them £). It's VERY tempting, but for the love of God DO NOT take up the offer, they are the worst Co. 2 deal with
