@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

@AliButcher @Raphaelite_Girl Wouldn't touch Sky with a bargepole, or TalkTalk, BT, Virgin, or any of the big names. Zen's customer service is fab, they are so lovely

@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@Johndale555 Got TalkTalk Freeview tv. BT sport through EE so can only watch on mobile or the tablet I’ve got. Probably cancel it after the free 3 months.

@TalkTalk Due to failure to address my faulty landline/broadband since 5/10/25. Failure for my complaints to be escalated and callbacks made to help resolve matters, @CISASUK please can you help. There’s a vulnerable adult without any means of calling for help in an emergency.

@UranusHasRings @TalkTalk I use Zen Internet and never had an issue with them, good customer service. Not the cheapest BUT it's a UK call centre. I have started to use companies that only have UK call centres also use Octopus Energy and best customer services going in that sector.

@ClareEGabriel3 @TalkTalk Had terrible trouble with them, some years ago. Escaping their clutches even proved difficult, too. Eventually managed it; good riddance!

@TalkTalk how do I get in touch with the CEO of TalkTalk please? No working landline or broadband service since 4/10/25 for a vulnerable adult living alone.Reported and complaint escalated but still unresolved,appalling service and the executive board need to be aware.
