@Johndale555 Got TalkTalk Freeview tv. BT sport through EE so can only watch on mobile or the tablet I’ve got. Probably cancel it after the free 3 months.

@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

@AliButcher @Raphaelite_Girl Wouldn't touch Sky with a bargepole, or TalkTalk, BT, Virgin, or any of the big names. Zen's customer service is fab, they are so lovely

@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@Talktalk disappointed with Talktalk service I’ve called 020 3441 5550 spoke with an agent who said No you can’t have FTTP on Friday your agent said not a problem he was cancelling my Fibre install from BT 7the July 🤔 Ps can you reinstate my BT order

In fairness, #talktalk's response has been pretty good (albeit when prompted). I had an engineer next day here to fix issue. Fingers crossed it's plain sailing now.

@TalkTalk Laptop and camera not connecting (finding WiFi) the other devices connected on the 5ghz. But you lose signal as you walk away and don't switch over to the 2.4 for better signal.

TalkTalk have been letting me down quite a bit when it comes to internet connection, it’s been on and off for most of this week and it’s not been there when I need it most. In fact, it’s making me wonder if it’s worth renewing my contract.

@TalkTalk I am leaving our current property as my partner has terminal cancer. We do not need our services anymore from 14th November. Please cancel any fees and stop services from the above date thank you. I'm not able to ring as its too emotional to speak about.
