@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@AliButcher @Raphaelite_Girl Wouldn't touch Sky with a bargepole, or TalkTalk, BT, Virgin, or any of the big names. Zen's customer service is fab, they are so lovely

@TalkTalk Support is essentially read list of questions to try pin fault to your hardware, when that doesnt work its a line test, if that comes back ok you dont have a problem and they dont want to know. My daily reminder - Dont join them ever for the sake of your health!

@TalkTalk I'd like to make a complaint about JORELJR, the FOURTH person I've had to speak to (issue still not resolved) who decided to ignore me for the last 20 minutes of their shift, very unprofessional.

@TalkTalk Good. I’ve cancelled because my speed has been 40mbs below the guaranteed speed for over a year. I did it on the phone and could barely hear or understand the person that dealt with it. I hope I don’t get charged cancellation fees after such awful service.

Don’t ever sign up with TalkTalk. Changing to them was a huge mistake & as soon as my contract expires in May I’m leaving. Their customer service has been utterly appalling for 16months & they don’t care that I’m still without landline/ internet/ emergency alarm. Day 3 tomorrow😠

@TalkTalk I will do, when I'm back on live chat again tomorrow trying to get this issue fixed, repeating myself to a 5th person. Supposed to be guaranteed 35mbps I'm getting 2.3, yet people keep asking me how many bars signal I have
