@Talktalk disappointed with Talktalk service I’ve called 020 3441 5550 spoke with an agent who said No you can’t have FTTP on Friday your agent said not a problem he was cancelling my Fibre install from BT 7the July 🤔 Ps can you reinstate my BT order

@Johndale555 Got TalkTalk Freeview tv. BT sport through EE so can only watch on mobile or the tablet I’ve got. Probably cancel it after the free 3 months.

@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@TalkTalk And it's working again now, but you still tried to get me to dm so you can start gaslighting me, the only service down detector that says it's fine is yours! The rest have your customers saying it's down. Yet you claim there was no issue? We are not idiots you know.

Hi @TalkTalk - I know it's @YodelOnline fault but it reflects really badly that you haven't sent the hub out in time for the start of our contract. You've let us down & it is a really disappointing start to using you as a supplier 🙄

@TalkTalk my@mum is in her 80s alone in the house her only means of contacting anyone is via phone or email but your crappy service has been down all day so she’s stranded and cannot even make a call - do you know how useless your service is and where do I make a complaint ?

@TalkTalk internet has been so poor the past couple of days . It keeps disconnecting and now today it’s running that slow it’s taking 5-10 mins for a page to load. I’m working from home I called in about this and the guy I spoke to said the issue was sorted now ….. clearly not
