@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

@AliButcher @Raphaelite_Girl Wouldn't touch Sky with a bargepole, or TalkTalk, BT, Virgin, or any of the big names. Zen's customer service is fab, they are so lovely

@TalkTalk i have been left waiting on the phone for two and a half hours and there are still 30 people ahead of me on the line! i have already given notice to terminate my account now that contract has ended to the customer service rep, Why am i being asked to wait?

@TalkTalk finally managed to do a live chat and apparently the problem was resolved by removing the front plate of the socket. the problem hasn't been resolved and I still have slow broadband. 10-11mb to the router not the guaranteed 38 I should get so now what?

@TalkTalk We’ve had problems with the internet. Randomly the wifi just goes. And doesn’t come back. I thought it was a one time thing. But then it continued. Its happened twice in one day Also since you have to work from home, its been hard to get into meeting when this happens.
