@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@TalkTalk sat next to a mate who is in tears as they’ve just lost their father and are trying to settle his account. 3 times they’ve called you, all calls have taken near an hour and they get bumped off. I don’t want your help, just want to shame your contempt for service.

@TalkTalk @WayneHill_ Talk talk don't actually want to talk and discuss the issues that I have been having, and this is someone that wants to go with the company, however I have been passed from pillar to post and I have found the whole experience a total nightmare
