    @Johndale555 Got TalkTalk Freeview tv. BT sport through EE so can only watch on mobile or the tablet I’ve got. Probably cancel it after the free 3 months.

    @Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

    @TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

    @AliButcher @Raphaelite_Girl Wouldn't touch Sky with a bargepole, or TalkTalk, BT, Virgin, or any of the big names. Zen's customer service is fab, they are so lovely

    @Talktalk disappointed with Talktalk service I’ve called 020 3441 5550 spoke with an agent who said No you can’t have FTTP on Friday your agent said not a problem he was cancelling my Fibre install from BT 7the July 🤔 Ps can you reinstate my BT order

    Wouldn't recommend @TalkTalk to my worst enemy. Phoned tonight as still no Internet after a new connection. 6.31 I dialed. Told very busy, listened to the same tune on repeat to a message at 19.16 to say we are not closed thank you goodbye! Not good enough at all

    Hi @TalkTalk despite calls and DMs we are still in limbo W no internet. BT have confirmed to neighbours there is a fault, and are sending them mini hubs and replacement support. In the middle of pandemic we need internet to do our jobs. Why aren’t you doing anything? #talktalk

    Last month it was @TalkTalk bad time. Now @HiveHelper @HiveHomeUK British Gas. Bought & paid for smart thermostat & hub. BG man ‘forgot’ last week to bring hub (paid for) - ‘will drop by today/tomorrow’. 3 long tedious sessions online Hive chat. No hub but elevated to 2nd level😤
