@TalkTalk have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with - please avoid. Four teams later (online chat > full fibre > cancellations > loyalty) and they still haven’t completed a cancellation I called and made a month ago.

@TalkTalk Still no internet in LN5 Lincoln . Is someone able to please update ? Is it a network problem ? Presume you are aware it’s still ongoing ? ( any chance of running a call centre with decent quality lines manned by people with a decent understanding of the English language ).

@TalkTalk Been on phone for an hour this morning. Want to charge for an extra £6 for eero when we have been miss sold fibre Internet. Paying extra, same speeds as last contract, lost phone line, hive and you want extra £6. Told leaving, phone put down, disgrace!

…and @talktalk sent me two messages detailing how I might have to pay for the repair but didn’t mention anything about compensation for loss of service until prompted or explain why I’ve gone from “slightly patchy but usable” wifi to “none at all” without warning.
