@TalkTalk have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with - please avoid. Four teams later (online chat > full fibre > cancellations > loyalty) and they still haven’t completed a cancellation I called and made a month ago.

@TalkTalk Has the whole of BN11 lost broadband or is it just me? Fault detected and engineer in 2 to 3 days but no more detail. Is this a widespread issue? No Internet, no work. See my problem?

@TalkTalk Not a chance I have tried on numerous occasions as has my daughter. Not only have we got nowhere but some staff have been rude. I am hoping the promise of a call between 10 and 12 today goes ahead. I am seeking compensation and have handed my case to a 3rd party to deal with.

@talktalk part 2. I swear the woman was going to ask for a DNA sample and my firstborn child to be sent to her in order to access my account. Needless to say we never did have the convo about retention offers.

@TalkTalk Can you explain why twice in a month we have had to contact talk talk to send someone to fix our internet and twice they have not turned up, we've had shocking service for the past 6 weeks getting less than subpar service.
