    @TalkTalk have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with - please avoid. Four teams later (online chat > full fibre > cancellations > loyalty) and they still haven’t completed a cancellation I called and made a month ago.

    @TalkTalk just to let you know everyone that TalkTalk have 30 days to resolve your issues with the internet and only then you can request to cancel your account without penalties...

    @TalkTalk any idea when you're customer service will be back up? Had fibre installed today, no router delivered, now no Internet. No help via phone, can't tell me if it's been dispatched or not. Ta.

    @TalkTalk Hi thanks for reaching out. Postcode dh50bh, acct holders last name Hendriks. 2 weeks ago the roofers cut the wire by accident. Housimg *** had it repaired by kelly svs but since then the connection is terrible, i am an avid gamer and am suffering latency issues as wellas a ping

    @TalkTalk will I be provided compensation for the hours the internet is down? & do you suggest I keep a log of every time this happens as I find it's happening more and more these days. I pay for one of the fastest broadbands and it's preventing me from working from home.
