@TalkTalk have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with - please avoid. Four teams later (online chat > full fibre > cancellations > loyalty) and they still haven’t completed a cancellation I called and made a month ago.

@TalkTalk cannot get through 📞. I cancelled Full Fibre installation last week (I never requested it) via the Chat online - the advisor said he would send a confirmation email of the cancellation but never did & I’m still receiving texts to say the engineer is coming on the 8th.

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup your customer service is absolutely shocking. Been trying to get my billing issues sorted since November and it’s still not resolved. Numerous calls over a hour a time and still no further forward. Would not recommend to anyone!!

@TalkTalk shocking service - called to move house, was told it wasn’t an option so asked to cancel - now no record of the call and I’m being told that it’s an unsolicited cease because the new owners have their own provider in place?!
