@TalkTalk have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with - please avoid. Four teams later (online chat > full fibre > cancellations > loyalty) and they still haven’t completed a cancellation I called and made a month ago.

@TalkTalk Hi @talktalk no I won't be sending you another DM, the previous chat lasted an hour and got nowhere, as did 3 telephone calls direct and raising a formal complaint all in the past 2 weeks. Promised it would be resolved in 5 working days and still not. @MartinSLewis

@TalkTalk You can go to the TalkTalk community forum posts for today, it is there for all to see. I am paying for a service I'm not getting and I will take this up formally with CISAS later this week, as agreed resolve time has passed & I will get my email addresses cut off on the 28th.

@TalkTalk 2/2 guaranteed. Yesterday internwt down all day. Hours on phone but u claimed internal fault and engineer needed. Loved one isolating so said no. 30 mins later internet magically working. Reckon router needed updating. About time you changed it. Shocking lack of understanding

@TalkTalk Go on let’s see if you can as over 100 calls 2 new routers 2 open reach visits and new phones hasn’t an promise of call backs is a waste of time ie you don’t call back. Rubbish customer service departments shut by 6pm what about people that work and the chat bot is useless
