@TalkTalk have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with - please avoid. Four teams later (online chat > full fibre > cancellations > loyalty) and they still haven’t completed a cancellation I called and made a month ago.

@TalkTalk @MartinSLewis @Mattallwright can you help me with the seemingly impossible task of cancelling with TalkTalk, who only seem capable of passing you from one dept to another achieving nothing?

@JU51LNS I am sorry to hear that you feel this way, however, from 7 July, if you’re not a TalkTalk broadband customer and haven’t subscribed, you won’t be able to access your email. Elizabeth

@TalkTalk customer service is ridiculous, I have made a data access requests under GDPR on a number of occassions with the person or AI bot who is supposedly dealing with my complaint, and it has yet to be achknowledged let alone actioned. I have asked to cancel my service

@TalkTalk Hi Sindy, Thanks so much. I got through to your team via text and they did a few tests and seemed to fix something and after one final reboot the light is no longer flashing red and WiFi is connected again. Have a lovely day.

@PaulUtd16 @TalkTalk Tech is great when it works. Trying to speak to a human these days to sort problems out is nigh on impossible! Hope your parents are sorted soon

@TalkTalk the only thing you can do is continue to run the service as it is and not try and charge people

@TalkTalk your Broadband was already slow, but für last 2 days it’s almost Snail pace. Have you gone bust?

@entrustTMF @virginmedia Only way to get good service is to use BT/Open Reach as provider; but you will pay! I have had Shell, TalkTalk and now Utility Warehouse as my contract changed hands. All equally poor in their own way. At last house, in the middle of nowhere, had BT, and never had a problem.
