@TalkTalk have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with - please avoid. Four teams later (online chat > full fibre > cancellations > loyalty) and they still haven’t completed a cancellation I called and made a month ago.

@TalkTalk Very disappointed with the service I got today when trying to help my elderly parents who are without broadband and phone line. I was encouraged when finally I was put through to the Welfare Department- unfortunately they need renaming as they hung up on me!

@didoharding May i suggest you resign whatever appointment you have been promised, Talktalk was a disaster and you never answered by registered letter. As for Test and trace £37,000,000,000 plus I believe and a total disaster served no purpose. LEAVE THE UK

@TalkTalk I’m am disgusted at the poor customer service my elderly parents have received from you. You have left them with out a landline for over 3 months, but still happily charging them for a service they are not receiving. No one is apparently able to resolve the issue!!

@BarbaraSutton15 She has an extraordinary capability of failing upwards. At TalkTalk she let customer data be hacked & then tried to cover it up. In the pandemic she spunked £38bn up the wall. Get ready for the return of leprosy after she's worked her magic at the NHS & "earned" another few £m.
