@TalkTalk @AnnColley3 DM’s are dangerous. Saw one a few weeks ago asking a customer to DM with personal information it was a scam but it looked very genuine. It’s just not safe.

@TalkTalk Yep been down that route. Takes forever to pickup. Voice system correctly recognises bereavement then routes me to business line, not bereavement. All the time saying go online chat instead. NB I'm not in uk, so i can't access the website anyway because it's geo blocked.

@virginmedia is a ******* farce and a con! I just found out that I get charged per call divert and charged for the length of the call! This adds approximately £40 per month to the bill. This **** didn’t happen with @skytv or @TalkTalk

@TalkTalk The issues can’t be fixed by me DMing you the issue is that the service is unreliable to the property since the service was installed 4 months ago a week hasn’t passed where there wasn’t some sort of issue with the service dropping

@mototingle Can’t be as bad as TalkTalk- had an issue with box no signal was asked about 6 times to do same action gave up on them said I’m off and put phone down - then signed up with Sky - 2 yrs later no problems so far.
