@TalkTalk have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with - please avoid. Four teams later (online chat > full fibre > cancellations > loyalty) and they still haven’t completed a cancellation I called and made a month ago.

@TalkTalk Your organisation is an actual joke. It's been 4 weeks and we still have no internet. We've been passed from person to person for days now, promised a call back that never comes. I'm actually disgusted at the treatment we've received. You're a waste of time.

Found out my elderly grandmother with dementia has been ripped off by @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup paying for broadband for years that she’s never used. Apparently no one can help or see that she’s never used any data! Absolute disgrace.

@TalkTalk Make it so my wifi isn't running so slow, I'm paying £28 a month for it and despite my PlayStation saying the wifi is at 70mbs it feels slower than when I first had it installed
