@TalkTalk have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with - please avoid. Four teams later (online chat > full fibre > cancellations > loyalty) and they still haven’t completed a cancellation I called and made a month ago.

My @TalkTalk broadband is regularly breaking down and when it does run I get nowhere near the speed quoted in my contract. This has been going on for a couple of weeks now with no resolution. Previously reported via Chat.

@TalkTalk Every night without fail the Internet kicks me off all devices from midnight for at least 30 mins and sometimes till 2am. There are literally 100's of searches comments and complaints about this being a problem with talktalk since 2020. Why? Beyond sick of it. Fix ASAP please

Be aware people when your contract is coming up for renewal less you tell talktalk your leaving your be charged the same rate if not a higher rate your given no credit as LOYAL customer talktalk give out different deals to those that threaten to leave being loyal gets u no where

@TalkTalk #badservice #terrible our WiFi broke a week past Sunday. They said they'd send a new router. Hadn't arrived by Friday when we phoned. They hadn't sent it. Promised next day delivery on Friday. Now Monday still not arrived. Staff just don't do their job.

Moving house is crap. But having to deal with @TalkTalk customer services is making me want to rip my eyes out. I just wanna be able to have by WiFi moved with me. Why do you make it the most difficult process?!

@talktalk internet and landline not working since 23 August. Had to call out an ambulance for my husband on Sunday following a fall as couldn’t contact Community Alarm. Totally disgusted by lack of help or response to calls. @STVNews @BBCScotland
