@TalkTalk have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with - please avoid. Four teams later (online chat > full fibre > cancellations > loyalty) and they still haven’t completed a cancellation I called and made a month ago.

@TalkTalk line ceased due to company error. No Internet, TV or phone line until 5/10. 3 hours spent speaking to you yesterday with no positive outcome. Terrible custom service, disconnected x3 & unable to get hold of the complaints dept 🤔. Very poor!!

@TalkTalk my salon phone line is still not working properly. Normally we are fully booked week in week out. Next week bookings down approx 70% get an engineer out now!!!!

Massive thanks to @TalkTalk. My internet went down at noon yesterday and today I received a new router for free and had £50 credited to my account. Back up and running again in just over 24 hrs. Absolutely fantastic service.

@TalkTalk are now refusing to send an engineer to fix my elderly mothers phone, despite promising to do so on here. They do not keep their world and they are determined to make life as hard as possible for an elderly woman living in her own. I invite you to avoid these bullies
