@SepticFalcon @TalkTalk Have a look into plusnet you can use your own router etc and never had a problem for 3 years

Ongoing complaint wirh @TalkTalk and I keep receiving emails saying they’ve tried to call me but no missed calls or voicemails. When you call back there’s no answer. How can a ‘communications’ company be so bad at communicating with customers??? #talktalk

@YardleyShooting @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup Mike, you *may* think there is a reason you have to stay with them, as you have stated in the past. But that is simply not true. I am offering my help and advice. It would be illegal if they say you cannot move providers.

@TalkTalk @HeavyLightPiano I have been trying this since 8am this morning. We got connected 'just' yesterday. Have a problem & nowhere to turn! Terrible first 24 hours!! Thought Virgin were bad. All the same.
