@AccidentalCISO British Airways,Sony, talktalk & many others have had woes.there are still here If you can't create revenue you failed the business objective. Reputational harm can be fleeting if your product is demanded & have a loyal customer base. They will leave if you can't deliver.

Hi @TalkTalk . I moved house and ordered future fibre. Go live date was 7/3 but have not received router. Have spent >6 hours on helplines in last 3 weeks. Told on Sunday 6/3 router order hadn't been submitted! Still no confirmation of being sent for delivery. Service terrible.

It turns out useless @TalkTalk disabled my eero hub and don’t support it but failed to give me a contact number for eero I had to Google it. Called and it was sorted in less than 30 seconds. Still not renewing contract customer services leaves a lot to be desired.

@TalkTalk were supposed to install my full fibre a week ago but the engineer never showed. Despite spending about 20 hours between the live chat and phone calls still don't have a new install date. Shambles
