@TalkTalk This was following actual hours spent on calls with Future Fibre support because they couldn't get MyAccount setup so that I could pay bills. Online search shows this has happened to others but support act like it's my problem. Future Fibre/TalkTalk support is woeful

@TalkTalk my elderly parents have been waiting to be connected to the internet since 5/09 and between you and @OpenreachHelp telling them conflicting information they’re now stressed and upset. only switched to you because of your “excellent customer service”. Do better please!

@TalkTalk 41 minutes I was just on the phone, absolutely useless!!! Expecting me to wait till Saturday to send someone out to fix the fact that your engineers drilled through my water pipe installing fiber, flooded hallway I can’t even let water out my bath! I WANT SOMEONE OUT NOW

@bt_uk why is @TalkTalk offering superfast fibre broadband to homer when your own support closed our ticket without actaully providing any answers on fibre rollout? Is denial a new sales tactic?
