Ian Braisby (@BraisbyI) reported from Hastings, England@dancludlow @TalkTalk After 21 hours of no internet @TalkTalk have at least now agreed to use only 1 excuse, "there is a fault at the exchange and they are working on it". -
Ian Braisby (@BraisbyI) reported from Hastings, EnglandI have spent over 12 hours trying to get someone at talktalk to fix this, it will be almost 6 weeks before they attempt to install the fibre connection for 2nd time. All I have from TalkTalk is there front line people telling me how sorry they are
-
Ian Braisby (@BraisbyI) reported from Hastings, England@TalkTalk The main problem has always been that the front line staff have been apologising and saying sorry since the 18th Feb, but they obviously cannot do anything about the problem and the people they are passing the problem to are doing nothing
