@EONhelp quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced (apart from @TalkTalk ) constantly rearranging appointments without saying or just completely ignoring them altogether. Frustrating doesn’t begin to cover it! 😡

@SueSuezep TalkTalk. Phone & broadband went out for three months. Helpline kept going round in circles to the same person with the same set of questions. Even spent a few weeks blaming “our equipment” which they supplied. Finally came back on no apology no refund. The absolute worst.

@TalkTalk Hi Kaye, I just know you guys have customers in the TR20 area that like us had a very long broadband outage last weekend (read my string) and last night the same fault has arisen. Thought you might want to check the status in this area too!

Looking through the tweets about #talktalk broadband being down, it angers me how entitled some people can be. Theres an issue with an exchange Karen it probably isn’t even their fault, but sure you just mash your keyboard and call them useless.

@rangerreith @TalkTalk Mines been Down for hours, sent a dm spent over an hour and a half on dm, they wanted to know about my mobile phone and what software my mobile phone was using etc which is nothing to do with my talk talk account. God only knows what's up.
