@EONhelp quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced (apart from @TalkTalk ) constantly rearranging appointments without saying or just completely ignoring them altogether. Frustrating doesn’t begin to cover it! 😡

@SueSuezep TalkTalk. Phone & broadband went out for three months. Helpline kept going round in circles to the same person with the same set of questions. Even spent a few weeks blaming “our equipment” which they supplied. Finally came back on no apology no refund. The absolute worst.

@TalkTalk Hi Kaye, I just know you guys have customers in the TR20 area that like us had a very long broadband outage last weekend (read my string) and last night the same fault has arisen. Thought you might want to check the status in this area too!

@MarinaNigrelli I'm obviously asleep. I only realised yesterday- from R4 - that Harding had "stepped down" from T&T. And she still owes me ca. £14 from her TalkTalk days. I'll forget that if she refunds the lion's of the £37 billion.

@TalkTalk Thank you for your message. We upgraded from fibre 35 to 65 cause of poor connection and it didn't help. We called TalkTalk and we were told we were "not priority" even though our monthly average was 24MB (way below the promised minimum). So when do we become a priority?

@Burnslade We’re never reminded of that little snippet on the media, the #DidoHarding TalkTalk sacking for total incompetence. She should receive an honour in that field, and wasting £37bn must be a record.

@guardian £37 Billion of taxpayer money spaffed on a test and trace system she is/was in charge of, that never actually worked. Compare to Ireland £27,000 test and trace, works fine. expectations were "too high" of her no doubt being useful and doing a job properly, see talktalk.

Hey @TalkTalk woke up this morning to find I have no Internet. Ran a connection test via the service centre and got a result that an engineer will be sent in 2 to 3 business days!!! I am still working from home due to covid, I can't be without the Internet this long!!!!

@joelycett @CrapBroadband I'm with @TalkTalk have been for years, hardly any issues & my son has tons of devices running like his Xbox thingy & streaming TV I've never called CS the odd occasion something was wrong as my son lets me know. I hit the TT community forum instead and it gets sorted that way

@TalkTalk “upgraded” my broadband without my consent. Result: no internet for a week and having to skip work to wait engineer to fix their mess. Customer service does nothing. Furious 🤬🤬🤬
