    @EONhelp quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced (apart from @TalkTalk ) constantly rearranging appointments without saying or just completely ignoring them altogether. Frustrating doesn’t begin to cover it! 😡

    @SueSuezep TalkTalk. Phone & broadband went out for three months. Helpline kept going round in circles to the same person with the same set of questions. Even spent a few weeks blaming “our equipment” which they supplied. Finally came back on no apology no refund. The absolute worst.

    @TalkTalk Hi Kaye, I just know you guys have customers in the TR20 area that like us had a very long broadband outage last weekend (read my string) and last night the same fault has arisen. Thought you might want to check the status in this area too!

    @TalkTalk Trying to contact my 85 year old mum in north Norfolk, she uses TalkTalk for landline and internet so clearly relies on you. Been no service over 5 hours, you’ve let her down. Very few updates from you. Got to try harder .

    @TalkTalk I have messaged you and that went nowhere. The solution is send an engineer to solve the problem that you created. Its simple but takes effort. Not talktalk strong points it seems

    @babymuffin2013 @TalkTalk I’m leaving once my contract ends, worst customer service out there!! I got told I would receive phone calls to update and didn’t get a single call.

    @TalkTalk Why are you so hell bent on resetting the 5ghz band to the same band as everyone else. I have to redo this every couple of days. It is such bad service to keep deliberately making our customer experience worse!

    @TalkTalk are charging me £88.87 exit fee for... Internet that can't handle Netflix streaming or YouTube videos and a service that when down for an hour every Sunday at midnight, what a cracking company and treatment, good riddance.
