    @EONhelp quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced (apart from @TalkTalk ) constantly rearranging appointments without saying or just completely ignoring them altogether. Frustrating doesn’t begin to cover it! 😡

    @TalkTalk Hi Kaye, I just know you guys have customers in the TR20 area that like us had a very long broadband outage last weekend (read my string) and last night the same fault has arisen. Thought you might want to check the status in this area too!

    @SueSuezep TalkTalk. Phone & broadband went out for three months. Helpline kept going round in circles to the same person with the same set of questions. Even spent a few weeks blaming “our equipment” which they supplied. Finally came back on no apology no refund. The absolute worst.

    @TalkTalk What a bunch of tossers !You won’t mend mums broken phone line until she talks to you ffs!! She is 89 immobile and her lifeline, her falls line isn’t working because of you. We incurred an extra hours care so mum could use carers mobile. 4 hours it’s taken to talk !!!

    I urge the entire world to NOT go with @TalkTalk broadband. Appalling service and no wifi even 3 weeks later. On to be told for the 5th time they are ‘working on it’z.Horrific service, very unhelpful. FUCKKKKK YOU TALKTALK

    @TalkTalk Hi I would love to be able to respond but it’s quite difficult with no internet. The details on my line have already been checked and an engineer came out. It’s still broken.

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup Live date MARCH 1st. Still no internet. Cannot work- ILLEGAL to go elsewhere. Call every day on hold for HOURS, you don’t call on booked complaint callbacks. You book engineer slots and they don’t show. Escalated CEO office on 3/3 no response. HELP ME!

    @TheLilSquidge @TalkTalk @Plusnet I hear you, though if you look at my recent tweets/replies, you will see the cost of poor customer service, unreliable broadband, and, even, the breaking of regulations and inability to escalate problems caused by some number of customer account errors.. 1/2

    @TheLilSquidge @TalkTalk @Plusnet 2/2 broadband is more than the advertised speed.. congestion in your local area can result in poor speeds, especially at busy times, traditionally evening/weekend, but now anytime that Zoom etc matter.. Worth asking Plusnet to explain the benefits they can offer you.

    @TalkTalk - I’ve had enough! Can’t speak to anyone at call centre. 3 days Witt no WiFi or Tv to watch. I’m going crazy. I can’t even get on chat - can someone please help?

    @TalkTalk well reported slow broadband speeds was instructed to make certain checks while the tech department made their checks eventually sent an engineer who changed the master socket and router, then had a decent speed but the day after back to slow speeds
