@EONhelp quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced (apart from @TalkTalk ) constantly rearranging appointments without saying or just completely ignoring them altogether. Frustrating doesn’t begin to cover it! 😡

@SueSuezep TalkTalk. Phone & broadband went out for three months. Helpline kept going round in circles to the same person with the same set of questions. Even spent a few weeks blaming “our equipment” which they supplied. Finally came back on no apology no refund. The absolute worst.

@TalkTalk Hi Kaye, I just know you guys have customers in the TR20 area that like us had a very long broadband outage last weekend (read my string) and last night the same fault has arisen. Thought you might want to check the status in this area too!

@TalkTalk Hi Nikki, yes I was able to cancel eventually. But I don't see why I had to speak to 4 different departments and spend 50 minutes on the phone repeating myself. It's sad because I've only had good experiences with talk talk and this kind of ruined the whole customer journey.

@TalkTalk Recently my talk talk broadband has been down all the time, keeps going off anytime & so many times you don't realise & miss important messages & updates from work. I am thinking about changing my provider as it is really annoying 🙄

Hi @talktalk I have been on the phone now for 45 mins trying to sort this out. I have an email stating I will get an engineer tomorrow to install new broadband. Your help desk say the order is not complete and won’t be happening!!! Still on hold to next level support. 🤬

@TalkTalk So if your doing planed maintenance and the customer is without Internet due to the maintenance the customer losses out. Good to know
