@EONhelp quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced (apart from @TalkTalk ) constantly rearranging appointments without saying or just completely ignoring them altogether. Frustrating doesn’t begin to cover it! 😡

@SueSuezep TalkTalk. Phone & broadband went out for three months. Helpline kept going round in circles to the same person with the same set of questions. Even spent a few weeks blaming “our equipment” which they supplied. Finally came back on no apology no refund. The absolute worst.

@TalkTalk Hi Kaye, I just know you guys have customers in the TR20 area that like us had a very long broadband outage last weekend (read my string) and last night the same fault has arisen. Thought you might want to check the status in this area too!

@chrislepkowski @TalkTalk Chris, I had major issues with them a month ago, no internet for 20 days. Call centre and online chat worse than useless. However, their community online forum is excellent and fixed my issue within 48 hours. You need to create an account but they will definitely get it sorted...

@TalkTalk Have you gone on strike too? A week now with no Internet! This is more than am outage! Have some respect to your customers and fully explain this situation. Otherwise customers will go elsewhere.

@broadbandgenie Talktalk r using ***** tricks. End of contract. People ringing up to say do not renew. In the middle of it phone goes down. Then they state oh u didnt cancel. To bill people. This needs to stop. The cost of living crisis. Money by deceite. People desperate

Talktalk should be closed down and investigated. Checking the calls to company. Where people cancelled contract. They got billed after talktalk used ***** tricks to add cost. Money by deceite. Do not enter in to contracts. Check reviews people feelng ripped off

@TalkTalk In my experience I've noted when talk talk fail their customer, they just hope they just go away. They resortyi to delay and frustration tactics. I have been trying to get rid of them since end of November, my nightmare is still lingering on. Think a million times before you join

@TalkTalk I asked them to arrange for a higher manager to call me. Again your systems and procedures don't allow this. It ended with your advisor saying when I get time to call customer service and explain my story to them again!

@TalkTalk The DM was sent 12 hrs ago and no reply. Incidentally, I called your fibre loyalty cancellation team few mins ago and wasted another 1/2 hr of my life with them. It ended with accepting their failure, apologies but they can't do anything. They told to call CS and make complaint.

@TalkTalk No it is not resolved! Still no service in M9 please just stop with the lies and get the service we are paying for back on without any further disruption. It’s been 4 days!!!
