    @TalkTalk Hi Kaye, I just know you guys have customers in the TR20 area that like us had a very long broadband outage last weekend (read my string) and last night the same fault has arisen. Thought you might want to check the status in this area too!

    @EONhelp quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced (apart from @TalkTalk ) constantly rearranging appointments without saying or just completely ignoring them altogether. Frustrating doesn’t begin to cover it! 😡

    @TalkTalk I urge everyone to seriously think twice before using @TalkTalk as your ISP. Shocking customer service. Tell you to cancel via the cancellation line but no one answers and they continue to take your money !

    @talktalk Having made an offer to pay in instalments that was refused, I was told my account would be passed to a debt collector!!! Yet, you have not done so but continue to add charges. I will be forwarding my issue to ofcom. TT’s level of customer service is a disgrace

    @lilc0smic @TalkTalk Mine's been down for four weeks, and every time I call I have to go through the troubleshooting of turning it off and on again. Like I didn't try that before calling.

    @lilc0smic @TalkTalk Tech support is so great, isn’t it? They read their script and insist the problem is you, not them or their equipment. That being said, a lot of problems ARE fixed by cold rebooting.

    I'm sick of TalkTalk just adding extras to my account when I've specifically indicated that I don't ******* want them. Their website is so bad too. Extra £4 this month for some **** I don't want and wouldn't use.

    @TalkTalk Please can you advise how we should have reported this issue without incurring additional costs when they have no internet access and their phone line was down? I would be very interested to know
