@TalkTalk Hi Kaye, I just know you guys have customers in the TR20 area that like us had a very long broadband outage last weekend (read my string) and last night the same fault has arisen. Thought you might want to check the status in this area too!

@EONhelp quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced (apart from @TalkTalk ) constantly rearranging appointments without saying or just completely ignoring them altogether. Frustrating doesn’t begin to cover it! 😡

@TalkTalk why have I been changed for an engineer visit when there was nothing wrong with the equipment in my house and the problem was at the exchange. I am try to contact someone in customer service but cannot seem to find anything on the website. No phone number or Chat !

Nothing worse than having to report an issue to be told you need to pay them even more money to maybe fix it and the guys use of the English language is terrible. Thanks alot @TalkTalk
