    I've been waiting all day on a @TalkTalk engineer instead of doing the many many things I have to do. They were supposed to arrive before 1pm after changing the activation day with very little notice and still haven't turned up. Customer services have been no help. Avoid.

    Back to holding for a manager with @TalkTalk. It is Kafka, like so much modern stuff. I can't even get through to make a complaint. They don't phone back as promised. They won't put you through to a manager as is their obligation if you request an "escalation". Awful service.

    @TalkTalk I need Internet and not getting any help from talktalk. They have cancelled my go live date, not delivered router and can't give me any update! I'm now having to shield with my elder parents as it is the only place I can get Internet to work from home. Shocking service!

    @TalkTalk I have so far had a bad connection, terrible customer service and I was told a manager would get into contact with me within a day, but 4 days later they still haven't. I've lost out on business and spent a great deal of time (over 3 hours now) trying to resolve the problem.

    @TalkTalk I dont need help anymore, I've had to reschedule to next Friday and will be unable to work until then. I'm being blamed for missing an appointment I waited in all day for.
