    @TalkTalk slow everything for a year and can't get in my account reset 3 times wasted an hour! and can't find a number to call you and your online chat are too busy! So good old Twitter might you respond to this- contract may not get renewed in May !!!

    @TimInSuffolk Thanks for that. Yes I was aware that TalkTalk was hacked at one stage during her time as CEO - I was a customer at the time, do not feel that CEO can always be held responsible for a hack, many companies have been caught out once, not all admit it.

    @MrMiNiKi Been with TalkTalk for our UFO since 2019 and genuinely - no problems at all. This is in stark contrast to our previous provider (Virgin) which gave us issue after issue and charged us the earth for it!

    @TalkTalk Chat support horror. Connection drops out in middle of day. I report. They test now and tell me it's fine. It is fine now, but it wasn't then. Seems that it is not possible to understand this. They suggest maybe it's my laptop? *Face to hands*

    @SkyHelpTeam I have contacted customer services. They were no help and insisted she would have to pay the bill regardless of her learning disabilities. She switched to you from @TalkTalk to save money, but now straight away she has been hit for a bill of nearly £200 which she can't afford.

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup your customer service is absolutely shocking. Been trying to get my billing issues sorted since November and it’s still not resolved. Numerous calls over a hour a time and still no further forward. Would not recommend to anyone!!

    @TalkTalk Thanks Thabiso, it's taking a while for @SkyUK to reply, either that or they are ignoring the problem. We still have our talk talk box so I'd imagine it would be fairly easy to swap back. You dealt with my wife before and were really patient and understanding with her.

    Can’t wait to leave @TalkTalk both me and my neighbour both experiencing “Poor Network” and “Cutting out” yet no problems on the line. Going on since the storms! Please don’t tell me to restart my router!
