@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

@TalkTalk Switched from BT. Install today. Openreach left needing someone to lift a manhole. Called you at 5 was told a new installation date of the 24th. Left with no internet service. Shocking "A Manhole Cover" No comms from you. How can you leave a customer with no service.

@TalkTalk you're still having problems with your TV Boxes. If something is scheduled to record on ITV or CH4 related channels, they just fail to record. Will this problem ever get resolved? It's gone on far too long now. 😱😡😠

@YorkshireChuff @TalkTalk It's like they are playing a game ..who can keep you on hold for the longest and if they cancel your account then they personally get fined. One customer assistant actually laughed at me when I said why am I on hold for so long? It can't be that difficult. @Ofcom

@TLinks69 @TalkTalk Hi. Did you ever get this resolved. I spent 3 hours on to support yesterday with the same problem. They have disabled sending through their smtp servers for some users and forced webmail only. The support guy has no idear of this. He was of no help at all

Tried to move house with @TalkTalk So far four different dates for installation of Broadband. All missed. Raised a complaint and was promised a call back (6 days ago). Didn’t happen. Waiting at least another week for the next promised date. @MoneyTelegraph suggest tweeting

@TalkTalk I changed ISP back in Feb of this year and informed you of this at the time. Your service center told me my contract was cancelled but you continue to send me bills demanding payment.. I have contacted your unhelpful helpline numerous times to but get no help at all.
