    @TalkTalk why is your solution always 'We'll send a new router'. Coincidental drop out of service following opting to end my contract in a couple of weeks. 😡

    @GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

    @devilfiddler Thank you. I gave up waiting for explanations from TalkTalk ages ago They'll never admit it when there's a problem. I switched to their Fibre for a more reliable service at greater expense some time ago. OK for a start but now unreliable frequently.

    @bt_uk And the irony here is that I am leaving @TalkTalk due to their abysmal customer service and encountering the same with you on my first attempt to engage!

    @talktalk I have been waiting since 8am this morning for your engineer to fit my fibre. They were due between 8am and 1pm. I was given a number but there is no reply to texts. When i call your customer services I am told just to wait around until tomorrow and see if he appears.

    Why are @skytv so hard to contact?! I’ve followed all the online steps to then be told from an automated machine that I will get a text to help. IT WONT ******* WORK. I wish I’d just gone with Talktalk 🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻

    @TalkTalk Hi, any idea why Whatsapp has stopped working properly via my TalkTalk wi-fi but seems to work on 4G? Connections and speed are fine and there's no Homesafe issues.

    @TalkTalk Is this the level of service we are to expect? Can you offer us no other solution? This will be 30+ days from our initial activation date, and we still have no internet! We are being told reconnection will take two weeks, can this be done any sooner? We’re in need of connection
