@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

@TalkTalk can you please update everyone here on the status of TalkTalk Internet? You don't have to Google far to find large swathes of the country are hit with Internet issues: dropping Internet,no Internet,etc. Your own website says all services running fine. Fail.

Me: my new provider is taking over on 30th December. @TalkTalk: no problem, your Internet will be disconnected on 30th December and you will not pay anything after that. 27th December - @TalkTalk disconnects our Internet Worst company to call too - this is never being sorted

@TalkTalk spoken to cancellation department, home move department, home department & manager department. Wanted to do a home move but they said they can’t & I wanted to cancel but they don’t know how so I get cut off. Iv tried 5 times. Pathetic staff, unprofessional & Useless!!
