  @GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

  @TalkTalk Are you aware of any problems in the LN5 area of Lincoln ? I hands spoken with the call centre who gave impression that they were aware of an outage , however checking the app it states fault fixed ? Still no internet ….

  @TalkTalk my activation date is due tomorrow and my router hasn’t arrived. I’ve been on the phone for over an hour and the problem is not solved. I checked a week ago and I was told that everything was on track. What is going on?
