@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

@MrBlues_666 thanks so much Mr Blues. yeah its frustrating not being being able to talk to someone in person. Im with Talktalk, and feels very dispassionate. I care for someone too, who has dementia, and we rely especially on the landline for emergencies. going to look at Co-op service

@TalkTalk Hope your not the same team that is answering calls because I have been cut off THREE times due to fault your end. I have no service & am not being allowed to speak to complaints team. Absolutely disgusting service for paying customer. I would like to terminate my contract now
