    @GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

    @TalkTalk your service is beyond a joke. The amount of times me and my father have got in contact with you about numerous issues that we needed to be fixed and your response was always the same. ‘The problems been resolved’ and it just gets worse everytime.

    @muradmuuu @TalkTalk Had talk talk for a year in 2017, worst year of my life, awful company with awful service. Constant lies from the company. I pray to god you recover from Covid soon, I know how much you are suffering from this illness 🙏🏻 talk talk is making your health worse

    @TalkTalk Do not go with talk talk I have been waiting 7 weeks for my services to go live. Been told countless amounts of different things. Customer service is 0. They don't have a clue what they are doing. Tell you engineers will be coming out then tell you it's a different day.

    @TalkTalk Dear @TalkTalk please read my tweet again and you will see that I have already done what you are now suggesting - if no one at #TalkTalk actually reads what is written to them from the poor customer the whole exercise becomes #meaningless

    On Monday at 10:30am I was told @OpenreachHelp would fix external cables and I'll have WiFi with @TalkTalk within 48 hours. Let's see if they keep their promise, as I've now had no WiFi for a whole week...

    @TalkTalk you are the worst WiFi service provider in the entire solar system I still have had no contact from any of your customer service. As soon as my WiFi is fixed I will be terminating my contract.

    @talktalk, fixed price broadband but everything else goes up £2 extra for the call boost with the base rate a 0.1% and inflation 0.9% but you need 25% increase. Great way to encourage customer loyalty. At least **** Turpin wore a mask.
