@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

Yes, @TalkTalk down from around that time in Inverness. Can't even access my account via website/4G connection. Needed for school/work - pls sort asap.

@TalkTalk I was told last night I would get a call back from a supervisor today at 12 o’clock, I DID NOT RECEIVE THIS. I rang over an hour ago to be told I would receive a call from a supervisor. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THIS. This is disgraceful customer service.

@TalkTalk Can you explain to me why my elderly Mum’s broadband has yet to be repaired? It has now been faulty for over a month, we have notified you & been promised repairs will be carried out numerous times. It is unsatisfactory that she is paying for a service that she is not receiving.

@TalkTalk why cant i switch provider on my home broadband? after you installed cityfiber which has actually made my internet speeds slower. I am out of contract but no one will give me there service as apparently you owe the line into my house?
