    @GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

    @TalkTalk Hi, I still cannot access my account. I have been trying for 2 weeks. I can access my email but cannot manage my emails. My wife has an email address that we cannot access. She has rang + DMd several times but still no help. We signed up for emailplus and paid DD but zero access.

    @TalkTalk Hi. I ordered broadband 14th Jan for activation 31st Jan. It is 19.05 on 1st Feb and still no internet. I have raised a complaint which you have quoted to resolve in 5-7 working days. This is not acceptable. The agent disconnected after I called. Where is my internet?

    Well now over two weeks we’ve still not got a land line @TalkTalk , broadband works, even the diverts not working now, just not good enough!
