@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

@Maguiad98 @TalkTalk Omg I have had the same issues. And they haven’t even put my new tariff on my account so I got billed for a month of internet with no tariff and no help. Passed about and hung up on twice. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from @TalkTalk

@TalkTalk Actually the worst customer service they've repeated same conversation for 3 days with 4 different advisors sending the same automated response about doing tests asking me to confirm what colour the light is about 20 times!!you know its orange coz its not working!🙄😒

@virginmedia I needed to delay the start if my Virgin contract, to coincide with the end of my agreement with TalkTalk. I managed to speak to someone online, via live chat on your website, & they SEEM to have resolved the issue. The person I spoke to on the phone apparently did nothing 🙄
