    @TalkTalk why is your solution always 'We'll send a new router'. Coincidental drop out of service following opting to end my contract in a couple of weeks. 😡

    @GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

    @TalkTalk hi I was on the phone last night trying to sort out my internet connection problem I spoke to 4 different people as I kept getting kick off the site the last person said all they could do was send me offers on new equipment I dont think that I should have to pay

    @TalkTalk Directly. I have a lot of emails on there that I need to keep and access. There are about 6 random old emails some dating back to 2016 but the rest have gone from yesterday back. Why don’t you just admit that TalkTalk have a problem because I never deleted them so where are they?

    Anyone having problems with TalkTalk mail. All my old emails have been deleted and been on the Live Chat to them for an hour and they just keep you chatting but haven’t fixed it

    @TalkTalk my internet's been down since 2pm. No warning or reason whether you were working in the area or not. And yes i have tried rebooting the router.

    @mohammed__usman @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup Doesn't cover weekends though does it? Doesn't help me now when I am supposed to be workings from home. 2 weeks is unacceptable when i was told 72 hours. Still disgraceful

    @TalkTalk Apparently I just got a speed upgrade. But as of this morning all of my IP security cameras and phone are off. Are you sure when this upgrade took place that it was connected back up correctly? This is an empty property and vulnerable to burglary, I am I hope you can help please.
