@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

I can't wait for my contract to end with @TalkTalk once ******* again internet not working. I am sick of paying for a service I ain't receiving.. I might go with @BTGroup or @Virgin not sure, any recommendations??

@GawleyLee @TalkTalk Yeah that’s what I signed up for, all be it it’s not a big increase but it’s not the point is it? it’s not been fantastic either since I’ve had it to be fair, but got a WiFi hub and it went a little better and now it’s just crap

@TalkTalk Hi Angel - the internet has been so bad for the last month, working from has become a nightmare and customer Service just don’t follow through. Talk talk is not a good service provider at all.
