@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

@TalkTalk Great service NOT! Fault reported , still no house phone and internet speed down to 1994 speeds! Can’t get through to customer services by phone or chat just get cut off! Great customer care , great service NOT!! I will look to move when contract expires one thinks!!!!

@TalkTalk Still waiting for an echo dot code from am upgrade in December 2021. Service has been ridiculous been told it would be escalated and still nothing.been told a supervisor would call me. Im still waiting . Completely false advertising to get you to upgrade

@TalkTalk i have never been so annoyed with a service in my life. Your internet doesn’t work, your technical help is none existent and when I am now trying to cancel my service after less that 1 week your phone line is closed. 9am tomorrow morning you will have 1 less customer!

@TalkTalk I want to cancel my contract. Every day for last 10 days you lose service and I go offline. I cannot get through to anyone but your chat service, and they tell me to call. I am offline again right now :(
