@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

@TalkTalk Already spent the obligatory 40 minutes sorting it. Still not confident I’ve heard the last. Also I never got an apology for the fact the engineer never turned up yet claimed he waited 15 minutes at the door 🤬🙄

@TalkTalk Honest to god I have been with TalkTalk since 2007 and I’ve never had a worse experience as I have today!! I haven’t had internet for six weeks and yet you land a £41 bill on me.....Today I spent 2 hrs 30 mins on the phone to you and nothing!!!!!
