    @GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

    @TalkTalk I have just been speaking with Roly. A manager in the bereavement department. He put the phone down on me without offering a solution.

    @paul67davis @TalkTalk This afternoon has been a day of 🙈 with customer services. Car insurance, (so many companies don’t allow towing on their policies) internet and car parts the supplier can’t find in their warehouse! Couldn’t make it up! Sorting them all out and spent much time on hold!

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup Even escalating to your CEO has not worked. Rachel Barnes (CEO Complaints) called on 16/2/23 & offered a fix in 14 days. It hasn’t happened. I haven’t heard anything from them and now your customer service dept won’t speak to me as im not account holder

    Why is nothing ever easy? Moving broadband to @TalkTalk and welcome pack arrived with new land line number. 7 departments later and 45 minutes I was told to cancel order and reorder. But can’t reorder until 48 hours time. I thought talktalk was better than this……..

    @TalkTalk I have given you numerous chances to fix the issue, each time you prove incapable. What I want is to end my contract without any charge so I can find a company that can actually offer a service.

    Talktalk gotta be worst internet company ever. Yesterday my mum woke up and the internet router was flashing orange it should usually be on white and stay on white, gotta wait all this week till Monday for damn engineer to come out, ridiculous. #talktalk

    Then, after having a moan to the poor chat operator I was put through to, I’m told the cancellation was an error because fibre actually IS available in my area. So now I have to wait up to 48 hours to rebook an installation date. Absolutely shambolic from you, @TalkTalk.
