  @GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

  @TalkTalk I need to speak to someone as have had terrible internet connection for the past two weeks, it just keeps cutting at random, I can't get through to any form of customer service and have tried all the online troubleshooting nonsense.
