@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

It starts on 20th October, 2025. PXC (nee TalkTalk Wholesale) reported an outage at a single telephone exchange: "NEHAL - Hartlepool - loss of data and voice services Loss connection to multiple equipment in Hartlepool."

@TalkTalk In the process of my TalkTalk b/band failing, not being fixed and me divorcing you - I spent many hours, locked into ‘chat’ systems. I’m now an ex customer, being billed for a service that ended on 24 Aug. This is very much a TalkTalk system failure.

@TalkTalk I have rang so many times to cancel my late father’s contract. Until the last person I spoke to the bereavement team were rude and unhelpful. Yours is the worse company by far that I have had to deal with regarding dealing with my Dads affairs. Shame on you

@TalkTalk I am an ex-customer. The problem shouldn’t be access to a redundant account. The problem is that TalkTalk continues to bill customers after service has been discontinued.

@TalkTalk my elderly dad has received a shocking service. I reported his landline had a fault ( he cannot dial out or receive calls) over 10 days ago ! He’s just had one email saying that it will be fixed sometime in the future . I signed up to receive texts, received nothing!
