    @GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

    @TalkTalk I have now twice spent 15mins talking to your ‘NO-Customer Service Bot’ only to be cut off before the problem was resolved!! Your Customer experience is terrible and I’m a loyal many years customer. #zerocustomercare

    @TalkTalk so my Internet died today at 1430 UK time. Did all the checks possible with live chat support. After 2 hours Told me I might have to pay 75£ for a talktalk engineer to come in 5 days! Wow. @bt_uk, any contracts for me?
