    @GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

    Yes, @TalkTalk down from around that time in Inverness. Can't even access my account via website/4G connection. Needed for school/work - pls sort asap.

    So far I have wasted two hours of my day to try and speak to someone at @talktalk to resolve an issue with my account that would have been totally unnecessary if they had done what I asked then to do on 30 Nov - and my account says I requested!!! #incompetent

    @TalkTalkGroup @TalkTalk @TalkTalkBizCare in my opinion talktalk have attempted to steal from pensioners my opinion talktalk ceo will not reply but I guess when it was attempted the staff are so called CEO customer care So I guess no wonder Trista Harrison will not reply

    @TalkTalk 👋 talktalk! Trying to access my business account but being told I’m not registered and when try to register again I need account number. Can’t access account number without being on the portal - which you won’t let me log in to. Can you help?

    ASN. Slight delay on the messages due to TalkTalk broadband being down, but the PC is tethered to the mobile so it is up and running. Website and email working normally.
