@TalkTalk hello we had an engineer out to check our slow speeds and he told us it was an outside line issue and another engineer would be sent to repair this but I have no confirmation and when I call they do a line all I get told is to call back in 48h.

@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

@GooglyeyedLlama I was with talktalk and it was constant nightmare + the only actual help I got from them was their twitter support. Never again. About 1 yr ago I changed to BT and haven't had any issues

Love having no internet for 9 days, being told issue is different thing every time I call up, being given appointments to fix it only for no-one turn up, all while trying to work from home. Utterly shambolic @TalkTalk, when are you planning on fixing the service I pay for?

@TalkTalk My landline has not worked for over 40 days and despite over 30 calls to Talktalk customer services, faults and fibre team who simply escalate it to the ‘Back Office Team’, my phone still does not work and nobody has rang me on my mobile or emailed me to update me

@TalkTalk since upgrading my internet connection it’s been awful. 5 years fine, the last month crap. I’ve ended up with a cable running around the outside of the house looks like crap and a router on the wall. The service is awful
