    @GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

    @TalkTalk why is your solution always 'We'll send a new router'. Coincidental drop out of service following opting to end my contract in a couple of weeks. 😡

    @TalkTalk I have tried your online chat and mobile number for the past two days at several times throughout the day and it constantly says busy. Is there any way to contact you in regards to internet which is not working

    @TalkTalk are there any issues Nr31 area please had no internet all morning and have tried the usual turn off and on again trouble shooting many times

    @AgainLaughing Let's not forget, Dido Harding was CEO and head of the TalkTalk network when 157,000 people had their personal details stolen. I think we all know why people like this continue to be rewarded with lucrative contracts... It's not what you know, it's who you know.

    @TalkTalk customer service is absolutely garbage. I was asked to DM them yesterday, which I did. This morning I received a DM asking if I was still here & wanting a reply, doh. I said yes but that was 2 hours ago. What a shambles they are.

    @ajithiran @Ofcom @TalkTalk I was the same, they pushed me around saying it was a fault in my house. Ended up a fault with the BT land line. Took 3 months to fix. Keep complaining and ask for compensation. I was given 6 months free once it was fixed.

    @TalkTalk how do I make a complaint about poor internet speed? @OwenSetter has completed all checks requested by your colleagues and waited 48 hours. Still no change.
