@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

@TalkTalk Joke company. If you considering switching your provider to this company - don’t. I spent 2 hours on the phone tonight with an engineer who didn’t even have a system up and running in front of them. Then they cut me off because it was time to go home. Disgraceful service

@TrikkyDikky99 @bt_uk @TalkTalk Richard beware - my experience of Talk Talk when I tried to switch years ago was dreadful. Not sure which property they connected but it wasn’t mine !! The overseas call centre just didn’t get it. Worst company in the world 🌍

@TalkTalk I have replied to your DM and I am getting nowhere, it’s been over a week!! .My full fibre service has been disconnected and I need it connected again. Sales have confirmed that they are unable to issue a new contract therefore can you confirm when this will be active again?
