    @GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

    @TalkTalk Now some hours later it is repaired. It would be better if your tech people communicated with your social media people who then could simply say" Yes we know we have a problem and will sort it out as soon as we can" a bit of simple honesty based on good communication.

    @TalkTalk Once again, Internet speed issues! Man playing PS4 and the connection is so bad that it causes delay whilst playing online! For months it’s getting bad to worse! Up to date with my bill and this is what I get?!!! Shocking man, embarrassing 😡

    Bloody broadband's down again 😡 Regular as clockwork around 1am. Still nothing from @TalkTalk. I really hate techy stuff, am seriously considering dumping the whole damned lot. It's more trouble than it's worth and I have to pay to be this pissed off!

    @TalkTalk I have no broadband since yesterday, your self-service systems are down and your chat is not working. How am I supposed to report an issue and when it will be resolved?

    @TalkTalk I have had no landline service since yesterday mid afternoon, and all I get is a busy signal when I try to connect to the network. There is no dial tone. Internet is working fine. I am in Oundle, Post Code PE8, near Peterborough. Please help!
