@TalkTalk hello we had an engineer out to check our slow speeds and he told us it was an outside line issue and another engineer would be sent to repair this but I have no confirmation and when I call they do a line all I get told is to call back in 48h.

@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

@TalkTalk @SkyHelpTeam can you transfer the account immediately including mobile, bt sport, as the sky broadband is absolutely crap sky glass breaks down. They just send links... They won't repair it do you know any people? We can't be 14 days without service so hurry up!!

@LesMalpas @TalkTalk Only company I've delt with worse than talktalk was npower. I just moved on in the end because the service was too bad too often and I got tired of having to call up and raise a complaint.

@TalkTalk absolute jokes! Been with them since the 13th. Called every day because my WiFi can’t stay on for longer than a day. Ask them to call me to complain. Nothing! Honestly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!!
