Yes, @TalkTalk down from around that time in Inverness. Can't even access my account via website/4G connection. Needed for school/work - pls sort asap.

@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

@TalkTalk here we are again: another 12 hour with no broadband and God only knows when it’ll back. Service down, obviously and as usual, when the customer service is not working. Well done TalkTalk, congrats for the amazing service!

@TalkTalk I've cancelled my broadband contract with you. Several long phone calls between you & my new provider (Sky) show there's still an issue with Sky accessing the line. I've been without broadband for two weeks which is seriously affecting my business. PLEASE sort this!!!

For real, talktalk can suck my left nut. Their reliability is a joke. 7mb but I pay for 70? Get ******** outta here. Tell me some **** excuse now @TalkTalk (ps, i've also had the router unplugged fully for 2+ hours so don't try come at me with "hard reset" reply)

@TalkTalk OK I have now given my 30 days notice. Why are you all in denial @TalkTalk? You sold me a deal 18 months ago. It said NO MID CONTRACT price increases! Yet this is exactly what you did. No excuses, no hiding behind T&Cs. False advertising at its worst.

@TalkTalk It should be all sorted now. But it must break the #directdebit code to not automatically refund money that you admit you owe. I’ve never had this with anyone else ever.
