Yes, @TalkTalk down from around that time in Inverness. Can't even access my account via website/4G connection. Needed for school/work - pls sort asap.

@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

@TalkTalk why is it impossible to communicate with you except via premium number (as a non TalkTalk customer on-behalf of a ceased TalkTalk customer). Why do you not have online chat where problems can be resolved swiftly? Why are you so deliberately non-customer friendly?

@JaneyLlou @Ksz24352334 @nadhimzahawi Even so, funny how it takes that long to bring them to book. That is the problem of our whole system as a whole. Putting in misappropriates. Harding had a huge info leak at TalkTalk. I think it was deliberate. Track & Trace case & point.

@TalkTalk 2 weeks later and still not resolved. Every day is Groundhog Day. I must have spent 7-8 hours trying to resolve this with you. I will now be cancelling my contract but the immediate issues need resolving.

@TalkTalk Is there any chance of resolving the lack of internet availability to a single mum with 3 children out. I'm sure you don't need telling how important the internet is to a child's education. It's only been 5 weeks so far so your service is pretty poor

@TalkTalk Your engineer visited on Tuesday 2nd and has confirmed that everything is functioning internally and that it is a problem with the BT line and that BT Openreach are needed to resolve that. Yet I am going around in circles with your agents via twitter. Please see DM conversation
