    @GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

    Yes, @TalkTalk down from around that time in Inverness. Can't even access my account via website/4G connection. Needed for school/work - pls sort asap.

    @TalkTalk hello we had an engineer out to check our slow speeds and he told us it was an outside line issue and another engineer would be sent to repair this but I have no confirmation and when I call they do a line all I get told is to call back in 48h.

    @TalkTalk There is no way I am going through yet another route to contact you. We have spoken to so many different agents and still nothing. I am just voicing my disgust in your service and will be seeking the maximum compensation as I see no end in sight to our issue.

    @TalkTalk I called as I had a very old router, they send me a new one but without my approval they renew my contract for 18 months, I had some issues with my Internet, I raised two complaints, no one got back to me, now I request a cancellation, they asked for 117 £, don't trust @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk I've informed you about 1st two incidents on your TL. No one answered 4 times now at 00:10hrs my router is fine. ONT lights green, meaning connected to outside world. But no Internet service. 20-25 mins later internet service resumes. I assume the problem is at CityFibre.

    @TalkTalk Hi Angie, I have called to cancel since August, so please sort it out and refund my monies.
