Federica Stefani (@Nescaphe) reported from Inverness, Scotland@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

Scott Gollaglee (@Gollags) reportedthey tested the Broudband which is fibre cable and was not stolen... then we raise a fault again and they send a talktalk engineer out to check all the internal cables and he says that they need to get openreach engineer to investigate .. but closes the fault down as (3/4)
