@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

@TalkTalk So now #talktalk won’t talk to me unless I complete an online form, which I can’t because I don’t have a password as it wasn’t my account. The account holder is dead. So I made a complaint and someone is calling me at some time in the future. This is for £1.12 #broadband

Oh @TalkTalk, I was very impressed with your online house move service. But now it has been cancelled and your agents just blame 'the system' and have no idea. Sorry, but lost trust now and @TalkTalk will be losing a previous loyal customer today.
