    @GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

    @TalkTalk why is your solution always 'We'll send a new router'. Coincidental drop out of service following opting to end my contract in a couple of weeks. 😡

    @Jc62Matildamog Her CV is a trail of destruction. At TalkTalk she was responsible for a massive hack on personal data. Bad enough, I guess. But she’s upped her game now and is actively killing people. I think she’s peaked.

    Urgh my @TalkTalk monthly bill has increased on a day when my internet is down 😭 how much is it to break out of a contract? The price i am paying is starting to get to me. Especially seeing cheaper deals with other providers advertised everywhere

    Feel like banging my head against a wall...Worst customer service @TalkTalk can’t wait to cancel my contract in august 2021. All I’ve had is problems with your service! Tried 4 times to reinstate my Now TV package that YOU cancelled over Christmas. Now the voucher is wrong again

    Still waiting for @TalkTalk WiFi hub to arrive - ordered it 13 days ago and it’s still not here, was told 2-3 days by technical department rep. Needed urgently for remote school learning for 3 children. Please help!!

    absolute day light robbery #TalkTalk rubbish internet service. Will never use this company again. Signed up for their service but they couldn’t provide. Now being charged £143 to leave them after 3 months of poor service

    @TalkTalk My internet drops out hourly and has been this way for atleast a month now. I've tried to navigate myself to get help on your website but the support portal is like a Maze. Please help.
