@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

@TalkTalk Right this is bloody ridiculous. My daughter is still without her Internet, she's works from home, she's put in a complaint, she's using her data. Stop with the questions and get her connected or Ofcom will get an email.

On the phone to @TalkTalk for 3 hours after a contract upgrade trying to change simple details I’ve been bounced off 12 agents all rude; pretending they can’t hear me, muting or outright just rude. Not this man going “Jesus” under his breath? What type of bs professionalism ??

@TalkTalk really poor customer service trying to change account into just my name as wife passed 11/20/21 I have filled in all paperwork had 3 phone calls had a letter saying there cutting me off and they ring today asking for her to upgrade to a quicker internet shocking

@talktalk what is going on?? My phone and broadband are unusable. Why am I paying for a service not fit for purpose??? Openreach came out and it’s even worse. I’m having to use my 4G

@TalkTalk my broadband was out from 4th August to 11th September. You failed to pay my compensation in the 30 days. After 60 days I reported you to the regulator, after calling you at least 8 times to resolve. You arranged to call me today. You didnt. Appalling service.
