@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

This now impacts my work stuff as I require a fast Internet to work on my work packages. Avoid @TalkTalk people, they really haven’t got a clue. Their customer support treat you like an idiot - even though I work in IT and know what I’m going on about.

Just had a call from @TalkTalk loyalty team about a complaint that I made, my word this company needs to invest in customer service training😡, shocking had to end the call as I was losing my cool. @Ofcom
