@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

@TalkTalk hello we had an engineer out to check our slow speeds and he told us it was an outside line issue and another engineer would be sent to repair this but I have no confirmation and when I call they do a line all I get told is to call back in 48h.

Just been past from pillar to post for 50 minutes by @TalkTalk trying to cancel fibre broadband. 3 advisors later and get told to phone. Absolutely shocking service #ridiculous #shambolic #terriblecustomerservice

@IheanyiIbe @TalkTalk I left talktalk due to rubbish service, now have 5G with three. No set up, no need for openreach, works straight out box, can take with us on hols. Speeds vary from amazing to average but comes with 4G backup so has never completely fell over. If in coverage area would recommend.
