@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

@TalkTalk I am trying to cancel my broadband contract but it says the phone lines are closed despite the website saying they’re open 24/7, 365 days a year. I have also tried to cancel the contract via my online account but that seems impossible. Could you help please?

@M4tty_J EE is just as expensive (£3 more infact) than what im paying now for TalkTalk and I've had no problem with them

@sabre4686 @TalkTalk At least you got an email. I didn’t as I can’t get any emails from tiscali. They just stopped as I never got the reset email. Now locked out account with no way of getting in as they like to send a forgot password link to email they’ve locked me out of. ABSOLUTE DISGRACE
