@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

@TalkTalk i/c calks only give a single ring. line test ok. ran cust svce. spoke with a "john" Im now loosing will to live. Couldnt understand him he told me 'not a major issue'. to me it is... I think he said 'incident related to our end' 'no specific time to clear'

Hi can i know exactly what exchange my broadband is connected to? I haven’t had wifi yesterday since 12 and the issue is still ongoing @TalkTalk
