@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

@TalkTalk Can you help? G46 6dy - unbelievably unreliable service today. Kicked out of teams calls several times and freezing. Paying for top fibre - can’t do my job with this. Please look into this for me.

Absolutely shocking experience trying to contact @TalkTalk . Can’t get through on the phone and tried their message service for 4 days with no response. Internet dropping every 5 minutes trying to homeschool a high school kid is a joke. Will go elsewhere if no luck tomorrow 😡

@OpenreachHelp Update: after hopeless TalkTalk automated support bots gave dreadful user experience, the OpenReach phone bot called the vulnerable customer today, asking whether she still wanted the engineer visit.. Obviously, TalkTalk has *not* provided you with relevant fault information..

@OpenreachHelp I have been experiencing severe speed dips with my Fibre. An openreach engineer came out a week ago and performed tests which showed a faulty port in the street cabinet. I am still experiencing massive speed drops and TalkTalk are not being any help at all.
