@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

@TalkTalk I have called the company 11 times today. Duration of these calls are over an hour. I have had no internet service from 13.7.22 although my bill was paid. I was told I’d be compensated. I don’t want compensation I want to leave without charge

@TalkTalk "wi-fi that just makes no sense!" was promised an installation date of tmoro. Now pushing it back to the 17th! shocking! this costs me time and money! awful standard of service.

@TalkTalk why is acceptable that report the internet down 4 days later you give me a time to be in, I have to take a day off work, no engineer turns up despite calling you twice about it with no reply from yourselves? Disgrace!!!

TalkTalk has now closed its 'Boost channel' service, effectively ending its own TV channel platform. ▶ From today, TalkTalk TV boxes will have access to Freeview + a selection of streaming apps. Sky channels continue to be available through the NOW app.
