@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

@TalkTalk Difficult to reply as we have no broadband (obviously!!) and a really poor 3G connection out here, hence why I’m paying for a shocking fibre service from you that’s not working!! I’ll check DM when I can get a reliable signal.

Another morning of working from home with @talktalk broadband. Several hours wasted with their terminally inept customer service - their suggestion was a new modem (the old one was a few months old) - lost network eight times in the last 90 min

So TalkTalk support say speak to Future Fibre team. Future Fibre team say it's nothing to do with them as they only deal with Fibre (FTTP). Oh, and the best bit was FTTP was meant to be installed on 4th August, but they screwed that up also....

@TalkTalk I don't want to take this to a private forum, that only serves you. You've got all my details, people should know how appalling your service is. I have spent a cumulative 5 hours on the phone, I've been hung up on 3 times, spent 1.5 hours on online chat (1/2)
