@TalkTalk hello we had an engineer out to check our slow speeds and he told us it was an outside line issue and another engineer would be sent to repair this but I have no confirmation and when I call they do a line all I get told is to call back in 48h.

@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

@TalkTalk the worst service I have received in a long time!Ordered a month ago and given a Activation date of 21st July but still waiting for any sign of service! Keep being told we will call you tomorrow and then just receive a text saying we will call the following day. So poor

@TalkTalk Don't have fibre broadband with you, but have Tiscali email addresses for which we pay an annual fee. At 8:23am today, these paid-for email addresses are NOT working. Sort it out please.

@TalkTalk absolutely shocking service!!!! cancelled order, but can't get new internet with any provider because @TalkTalk haven't cancelled it properly and don't have a clue what can be done! Amateurs!!!!
