@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

Imagine having a engineer come out to fix your **** internet issues and he then says he is going outside to the box but really ***** off? This was at 11am btw... Nice @TalkTalk even more reason not to pay the bill this month aint it...

@TalkTalk no internet in se8 for 24 hours now and your site is saying 3-4 days to fix it?! With working from home the new normal for a lot of people this is unacceptable. Can you sort this out asap plz as I’m unable to do my job.

@MartinSLewis When I had internet speed issues I was told, when on Talktalk broadband, not to turn router off on a night as it will boot back up at lowest speed then gradually increase over the next few days or weeks until it hits a limit
