  What a complete shambles the customer support division of TalkTalk are… they have left my elderly mother without phone or broadband service for over three weeks and each time they are contacted we get a different version of the repair progress or non-progress. Awful company.

  @davidc2k11 @TalkTalk Cheers, all sorted with free cancellation. Had to go through CEO. They've admitted multiple errors at their end. Even attempted to charge for a month with a closed account with no service. Would never use again or recommend

  @TalkTalk You cancelled my service without notice and are making no attempts to reinstate it, only offering a new line which is scheduled for 9th January. Merry Christmas

  @TalkTalk Hello folks. Greenock area, no internet access. Router states it is 'connected' and looks normal, xDSL status is 'up', but we have no internet via ethernet/wifi. Unable to login to your site as it's not delivering password reset emails, assistance would be appreciated
