  @TalkTalk hello we had an engineer out to check our slow speeds and he told us it was an outside line issue and another engineer would be sent to repair this but I have no confirmation and when I call they do a line all I get told is to call back in 48h.

  @GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

  @TalkTalk my parents WiFi has been down now for almost 2 weeks. An engineer was sent and said couldn't reach cables. No word on what they are doing to fix this?

  @TastyEp1c_F41l @TalkTalk Yes they are cheap it would be nice if they had an effective customer helping system. At the end of the day I will probably have to pay more when i leave, cheap if I don't have to go thru this again.

  @TalkTalk been having issues since yesterday with our router dropping signal for a handful of minutes at a time. line check is fine, can't do it when the signal drops as i cant get logged in fast enough 🤦 customer services have said there's no issues. I'm in Cumbria so no alerts

  @TalkTalk I have been on chat twice now in the last week, and both times the fault hasn’t been fixed, but more importantly, the chat bot hung up on me after 2 hours 1st time and 40 min’s 2nd time Diabolical service. Request a DM from senior management. Thanks in advance.
