@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

Why is it impossible ever to speak to anyone at @TalkTalk ? As a business, it has absolutely no idea about customer service, or doesn't give a damn about us - probably the latter. One is palmed off with either pre-recorded messages or chatbots which don't reply.

@TalkTalk Hi, are there any internet problems reported in NE40? Elderly mother-in-law relies on email and internet services as her hearing is poor. Her router indicates she may have lost internet in - two computers and neither is connecting.

@NickieM2008 Don't touch them Nic I got better deal from #BT am now going to put in formal complaint to #Ofcom Poor old mum is utterly stressed. No TV, no Internet, no router and extortionate phone calls. @TalkTalk
