@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

@BethKaroly2 Just had self same problem when we left the UK. They are an absolute nightmare and were extremely threatening and aggressive. People leaving a country doesn’t seem to be on their scripts. @TalkTalk

@lukepaulgabriel @TalkTalk Same here. Switched to their Fibre broadband. Fine for 3 months and now playing up all day 3rd and 4th December. My son's SKY has no problems at all using the same Open Reach systems and he gets more to watch.

@TalkTalk House move switchover failure, you disconnected both properties instead of one, waiting 5 days for an answer, tried to cancel my contract and can’t do that cos systems are down, tried phone, chatting, face book and Twitter and just left frustrated, awful customer service

@devilfiddler Thank you. I gave up waiting for explanations from TalkTalk ages ago They'll never admit it when there's a problem. I switched to their Fibre for a more reliable service at greater expense some time ago. OK for a start but now unreliable frequently.

@TalkTalk internet has been mostly off since yesterday morning. Reset router, reset all laptops, phones, TVs etc but nothing seems to help. Is service disrupted in BD10?

@TalkTalk why is my connection always dropping out? And why does my provider come up as Sky UK when I search my own IP? I thought you provide my Connection. Is this my problem? @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach
