@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

@TalkTalk 30 minutes on the Indian TalkTalk call centre tech support, repeatedly running checks/diagnostics which aren't fixing the problem, can an actual technician sort this out!?!?

@TalkTalk absolutely disgusting service from TalkTalk an engineer was booked to come to the house today between 1300-1800 as was told they must enter the property Had a txt at 1600 to say they are not coming as the line appears to be ok Customer service is appalling!!

@TalkTalk awful service, abandoned without any broadband for the day. Customer service was also sub par and no actual progress was made in a 4 hour long conversation with multiple colleagues. Virgin media's deals are looking much more promising.

@TalkTalk You do not understand it, because you didnt wait at home all day for an engineer, but didnt show up without any reason. And instead of trying to resolve the issue, you are telling me the earliest date was in August?
