    @GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

    Would it be possible for someone from @TalkTalk to actually help my mum PROPERLY instead of messing her package up, overcharging her and putting her bank account in the red, she's tried 5 times to sort this issue out, someone took her call allowance off of her package 1/2

    @TalkTalk Thanks - I have made approx 25 calls and spent approx 40hours on calls with your team, who are all polite and keen to help but are evidently poorly trained, inexperienced and not supported by team leaders and supervisors. Your call centre experience for customers is appalling!

    @TalkTalk @CityFibre Essentially every agent only understands what the script tells them and where solutions are attempted, no one has responsibility to check the solution worked - leaving the customer to follow up every day

    @TalkTalk you’re are one of the worst customer service brands out there. Every dealing with you and your team is a disappointment. Trying to change a home move date (after a text from yourselves to say get in touch if anything changes) only to be told to cancel and rebook

    @TalkTalk really disappointed! Fibre500fitted 16/6 don’t have a router. Was meant to get a call back yesterday- didn’t happen! Fed up of chasing when you’re charging me for a service I can’t even use! Really messed up tbh
