    @TalkTalk why is your solution always 'We'll send a new router'. Coincidental drop out of service following opting to end my contract in a couple of weeks. 😡

    @GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

    @TalkTalk my mother has had slow internet for years but now new lines have been installed on her street. She needs connecting up but I don’t know who to contact. the call staff were useless, an ‘engineer’ (not open reach) saw her and reported ‘a fault’. Who do I speak to?

    @concretebodies1 @TalkTalk The link isn't great, because as you say, it looks like everything is working. If you click on network connection though, it does say there is an issue. I now see some local businesses in BD16 are having issues with taking payments through BT, and TalkTalk use same lines as BT.

    @TalkTalk I understand that. why is there a team dedicated 24 7 on twitter but not Talktalks MAIN WEBSITE? I have All my details verified on there. Are you a mod on there too? I had to call customer service directly because I didn't want to waste time. They identified the problem.

    @TalkTalk @concretebodies1 It's been down since 5:20am now Ram. Approaching 10 hours! When does something become urgent! You really need to be providing much more regular updates on the issue: What exactly is it? Is an engineer on site? Is there an estimated fix time? Any update you can give would help.

    @garyavfchorton @TalkTalk This was me this morning. Had to explain I couldn’t fill out the online questionnaire as i had no internet and my mobile reception was not great! Could you just tell us what the issue is @TalkTalk ? Is there actually anyone currently trying to fix it?

    @TalkTalk You're repeating what I say. I knew that otherwise I would not have called customer support. I made a resolution and have an outcome waiting. Don't reply. Stare out the window for 5 minutes. Absorb the sky with your mind, and forget about my thread. I hope you can do this

    @TalkTalk @concretebodies1 Hopefully the problem in BD16 will be sorted by 10pm?!!!! If not, then it’s ridiculous. And people wonder why @TalkTalk have a bad reputation for their customer service!

    @TalkTalk For people further down the line there has been issues all week. What will be done about it? I want to stop using talktalk because of the redundancy of the community support forum. If you contacted people ahead of time it would be dreamy. My finances are affected by my Internet
