    @GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

    @AimeeVictoria_5 @TalkTalk I know those feelings well. Trouble is all of the providers use the old BT systems. Which means new hardware gets spliced onto old. The older stuff can be over 40 yrs! Fibre optic to the exchange, then up to the junction box, from the junction box to your house, ancient wires.

    @fanCRTCProfling That means when my TalkTalk broadband goes down for one week, that means I am completely cut off the world. The worst part being that my mother can’t contact me in case of emergency. Finally TalkTalk complaint department contacted me and apologised. All back with new router

    @TalkTalk moving account because of flat move but no welcome pack. Customer tel no's not working. Say they are out of use? Whats happening? Supposed to go live Tues!

    @talktalk OMG what a company. Called in May to cancel due to bereavement. Bereavement team failed to action. Still being billed, takes 30 mins for the loyalty team to cancel! Refuse to refund and then blames an 86 yr old widow for not calling sooner.

    Gotta be honest here, @TalkTalk has gotta be the WORST Internet provider in Britain currently. Connection issues for months along with just not being able to get online most of the time. It's 2022, how is it this bad?
