@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

@TalkTalk two months and still waiting for my broadband to be disconnected. 10 phonecalls, being transferred and hung up on 5 times, tried raising a complaint twice just to be hung up on. Being told three different stories, and then hung up on again. Still no further forward..

Going by everyone tweeting @TalkTalk, it seems either everyone's routers are just becoming faulty. Or they have an issue and don't want to say anything about it🤔

@TalkTalk Totally understand that Nokulunga, but when the problem that we're trying to solve is @TalkTalk cutting our internet connection for no good reason, accessing emails becomes a challenge. Like asking a rugby player to score a confirmation try when you've confiscated the ball.

@TalkTalk I have called this number and after a long wait, finally got through to someone.. who just transferred me through to a retentions team (not what I asked for) and now waiting a long time on hold (again), just for someone to try and stop me leaving! Terrible service @TalkTalk

@TalkTalk I have no idea what internal mechanisms you have but stop sending me your automated 'your issue was fixed by an engineer' emails when the issue is NOT fixed. I've had like 6 in the last 24 hours. This situation has really stressed me out. Fix my internet. Please.

Hi @TalkTalk . We’re waiting for our TalkTalk reward card which according to your website, should arrive by email within 35 days of our connection going live on the 24th June (59 days ago.) I emailed the GiftCloud team on 5th Aug but they claim to be waiting info from you. Help!
