@TalkTalk hello we had an engineer out to check our slow speeds and he told us it was an outside line issue and another engineer would be sent to repair this but I have no confirmation and when I call they do a line all I get told is to call back in 48h.

@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

@TalkTalk despite a complaint going to a supposed manager I asked that when they call it be after 2pm as I am at work. Suprise surprise they are calling me between 10 and 12. You are an absolute joke of a company .

@TalkTalk been havinh issues with my internet since i signed up 2 weeks ago. Had an engineer out who reccomended a signal booster wmd heard NOTHING back. Called today 3 times and have been hung up on each time. How do i cancel amd go somewhere that values service?

More of the @talktalk scam tricks! After letting me put of service for more than 20 days now they are not just not paying my compensation but charging me for the engineer… and the issue was in their comms station on the road not even in my place! Outrageous. @TalkTalk is BAD!!!

@philhayman2 @TalkTalk @CityFibre Phil, we were fine with the service we had, not a problem. Then they gave the hard sell "in the area" "super dooper" "no extra cost." Been at it for months. We cave in, and they've ****** everything up. No internet since Thursday!!
