@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

@Mrs_C_Geog Yes, but you fail to appreciate that the only skill Dido Harding has is LYING! This woman in the failed CEO @TalkTalk who swore blind to Kirsty Wark on BBC Newsnight that customer data had not been compromised in a hack. Turned out hackers stole 2 million people’s data! LIAR!

@TalkTalk Worst service. Haven’t had internet in ages. Call centre is rubbish. Engineers fail to show. Trying to work from home is a nightmare. Move to another provider!

@breeallegretti Tat's the same Dido Harding who was CEO at TalkTalk where they had the worst customer service record of any ISP. It seems that some women can also perpetuate the old boy's network. #NeverTrustATory

@TalkTalk When is the broadband going to be fixed in Harrow? No timescales for resolution given. No internet for over 6 hours now - bit of a joke when you’re trying to work from home during a pandemic. Don’t you agree? Perhaps time to switch to a new provider...

@letsplayftse Most fiber providers use BT's Openreach network, including BT itself, Sky, TalkTalk, Plusnet, and EE. So eventual control lies with BT.

@EnfieldTTT @MissCherry_xo @TalkTalk 7+ years with talktalk, few early minor issues and many bad routers but the new WiFi Hub is great and my connection is spot on. Customer service is generally great. It's also cheap :) compared to BT who i constantly had issues & customer service is trash, talktalk do me good.
