  @GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

  Very convenient that @talktalk account (fixed) itself once talktalk wanted me to set up the direct debit to take my final payment.. and now that I've started mentioning going ombudsman.. and actually pursuing an official complaint, bit late now dears...

  @btbusinesscare absolutely disgusting attitude this morning for questioning an over priced first bill. To the point I had to hang up. Seriously considering cancelling and going back with TalkTalk. Disgusting!😡😡😡

  @TalkTalk my online account won’t load to pay the bill also I can’t get on the phones because I work nights and you don’t have 24/7 support so when you hit me with late fees don’t come crying to me saying I owe money

  @TalkTalk Rubbish. Yesterday consisted of 2 agents hanging up in my face, 4 live chat agents who couldn't help me, and 20 minutes on hold with no answer which would beg to differ. And all because I want to leave TalkTalk. Ridiculous. You're terrible and should feel embarrassed.
