    Yes, @TalkTalk down from around that time in Inverness. Can't even access my account via website/4G connection. Needed for school/work - pls sort asap.

    @TalkTalk why is your solution always 'We'll send a new router'. Coincidental drop out of service following opting to end my contract in a couple of weeks. 😡

    @GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

    @TalkTalk I started this process last Thursday, i expected closure immediately given how serious the issue was .. but the call centres give me the runaround and clearly focus on complaint handling and not complaint resolution - 6 days on i am still getting hassle, nowhere and stressed. !

    @TalkTalk Spoke yesterday about my internet disconnecting and running extremely slow when it is on. Said an engineer would be out today between 8am and 1pm, told they would phone 30 mins before, only time I've been out was for school run, no phone call, no engineer. still having issues.

    @TalkTalk Can you advise how to cancel if your call operators keep cutting me off instead of processing the final cancellation? 2 failed attempts now of over 15 mins. can you advise what I need to do to cancel my contract?

    @TalkTalk you'd think that being sent some stranger's bank details etc would ring alarm bells, but nope, calls get cut off and i go around in circles bewildered by the lack of understanding and initiative - it's a disgrace (i am coincidentally a @talktalk customer, but this is scaring me)!

    @TalkTalk so my mums phone is not working and you reply with :- Grimey we will be unable to run checks when you are not at the property .Hence, we are saying she will need to ring, or you contact us when you able to get to the property. The phone is broken and you ask us to ring

    @TalkTalk why are you harassing me for money for a contract (and service) I didn't have for the last 5 months! Spent 100s of hours talking to you with no resolution - get your act together as I'm at my wit's end and sick of wasting my time and you ruining my credit rating!

    @TalkTalk my Internet is so bad since we upgraded, I feel like it’s become worse.
