@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

@laurengermxn @TalkTalk @prentissdecker OK if you say so but I found that they've just increased my direct debit without informing me. I cannot sign into my account. I cannot chat and cannot speak to any member of the team. It is terrible service. I'm regretting moving to this service.

Hey @bt_uk any chance I could have the superfast totally reliable internet you promised me when I signed up, instead of being exactly as patchy and intermittent as @TalkTalk ? How DARE you send me bills with a service this rubbish!
