@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

@s_vills @TalkTalk they will carry on doing this i was in this situation with them, back years ago they charged me for TV package i never asked for, they put me in new contract when i never asked, they cut me off it took weeks to get internet back, we need to shut them down forever

@JenniferWelsh89 @TalkTalk did this with me created two accounts, then charge me for braking contract they are pure scum bags, they put me in a contract with out telling me in the past, they are known for taking money out of accounts in high st banks, cancel DD and still they created a bill

@TalkTalk I'm honestly disgusted. told I was getting a connection set up in 5 working days, that turned out to be false, so I called to cancel my contract. a week has passed since that cancellation call and you haven't actually cancelled my contract. what a joke!

@TalkTalk shocking level of customer service the past 2 days. All I want to do it reset my password. I receive the codes. It keeps saying there is an error. I’ve been through 6 customer service agents. 3 this evening just ended the chat mid conversation. Awful awful awful.

@TalkTalk Internet has been down since 10pm yesterday, can I please receive a call . Spent 3 hours on the phone to you guys yesterday getting passed about to different departments, with the issue not getting resolved

@TalkTalk please can we have an engineer look at the problem with our router. Asking us to switch it off and back on again numerous times doesn’t work. Asking us to move it to a different plug socket despite there not being a problem with the power is ridiculous!!

@TalkTalk Have been since you got city fibre to come out and fit "super fast broadband" which made connectivity worse. And since it was fitted it doesn't work and I've had to connect the old way just to be able to work. I've been paying for months for now service. Scandalous
