    @GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

    Yes, @TalkTalk down from around that time in Inverness. Can't even access my account via website/4G connection. Needed for school/work - pls sort asap.

    @TOther_Simon Cancel. You'll get a call from 'Customer Retentions' and they'll offer you a better deal. I just switched broadband and TalkTalk were phoning me and sending me letters.

    @TalkTalk Wifi router has a white colour which means my wifi is on but it’s not working, Ive just tried to log in to my account online and it says due to technical issues I can’t log in. I was just wondering if it was down?

    The worst service by @TalkTalk tried cancelling my account with them but all I get is a dropped line once I’m transferred have to provide 30 days notice so still being charged disgusting will be going to the financial ombudsman as I am still being charged and not able to cancel
