@TalkTalk hello we had an engineer out to check our slow speeds and he told us it was an outside line issue and another engineer would be sent to repair this but I have no confirmation and when I call they do a line all I get told is to call back in 48h.

@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

For real, talktalk can suck my left nut. Their reliability is a joke. 7mb but I pay for 70? Get ******** outta here. Tell me some **** excuse now @TalkTalk (ps, i've also had the router unplugged fully for 2+ hours so don't try come at me with "hard reset" reply)

@TalkTalk I don't have the details- it shouldn't be hard for you to check the Dns status in Maidenhead without them? Account holder is unavailable and I'm having to tweet you from my personal data because the Internet is unusable due to your DNS not working. 😡
