@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

@TalkTalk absolutely insane that no one is actually willing to help get my internet service back up after being down for 7 days. All they seem to do is refer you to someone else. No one has a clue what they’re doing in the company.

Based on latest Ofcom reports and customer surveys, Virgin Media and O2 do rank poorly—high complaints, sluggish service, and below-average satisfaction. But they're not alone; TalkTalk often takes the broadband crown for misery, and Three lags in mobile. If they're ruining your day, switch—plenty of better options out there.
