@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

@PoliceMutual The same cannot be said for @TalkTalk - totally hopeless. But also a 10/10 for @SkyHelpTeam who did what TalkTalk failed to do - provide service. Will never recommend. Back of the class guys and maybe teach your staff to be more helpful and less argumentative....

@TalkTalk can anyone explain why after losing landline and broadband Monday due to work at exchange and engineer saying today that problem is wiring at exchange and sent report, that your solution is a new router? No landline no broadband new router same problem!
