    @GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

    Yes, @TalkTalk down from around that time in Inverness. Can't even access my account via website/4G connection. Needed for school/work - pls sort asap.

    @TalkTalk hello we had an engineer out to check our slow speeds and he told us it was an outside line issue and another engineer would be sent to repair this but I have no confirmation and when I call they do a line all I get told is to call back in 48h.

    10. If this session sucks, @OpenreachHelp and @TalkTalk owe these state school applicants a huge apology for their incompetence. But most of all, they owe me a huge apology for ignoring my plea not to touch anything because my installation had already gone fine on Friday.

    7. I call back @TalkTalk immediately and try to get them to realise they have made a series of compounded mistakes since re-booking my home move when I called to complain about the terms. The guy in Burnley is receptive and passes me onto tech support. The hold goes on ages.

    @TalkTalk absolutely disgraceful service, despite several long phone calls to technical services,my 94 year old gran has been left with an unreliable internet and phone connection, leaving here without her life line for over 2 weeks!! Promises made but not fulfilled, disgusting

    @TalkTalk Hi, I am trying to cancel the account from June 2022.Even after lot of follow ups over the customer service phone/email/chat all possible means, I still see billing for Nov. Not using the service since June. Can someone help me with cancelling the service
