@TalkTalk hello we had an engineer out to check our slow speeds and he told us it was an outside line issue and another engineer would be sent to repair this but I have no confirmation and when I call they do a line all I get told is to call back in 48h.

@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

@TalkTalk Connundrum time. Someone dies without telling anyone their account number and never having used their landline. They live 300 miles from their next of kin so not an easy thing to pop round and plug a phone into their landline port. Answers on a postcard please.

@TalkTalk My 84 y.o. grandmother has been without her phone line (her only source of contact) for 3 weeks now and you keep saying it will be fixed within the next 7 days and kicking it down the road. Stop SAYING you will help and actually do something. The WORST service we have ever seen.
