@TalkTalk hello we had an engineer out to check our slow speeds and he told us it was an outside line issue and another engineer would be sent to repair this but I have no confirmation and when I call they do a line all I get told is to call back in 48h.

@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

So @TalkTalk . Ive had no broadband since 1st November. I have no working phone line. I have been told since 3rd Nov a manager will call me....and still nothing. Truly the worst customer experience ever.

Hi @TalkTalk I've been having ongoing issues with my internet since sign up last month. Both the product and your customer service has been horrendous, I was supposed to receive a call back earlier today to make a formal complaint but never received it. How do I escalate this?
