@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

access are called Internet Service Provider (ISP). These are the companies we pay to get access to the Internet and a prominent example is Glo, MTN, Airtel for (Nigerian users) Jio, BSNL (Indian Users) BT, TalkTalk, Zen Internet (UK users) etc

@joelycett maybe you wanna take a look at @TalkTalk who have wasted innumerable hours of my life talking to customer services..they have promised me several times the situation was resolved but still I am getting bills for services I didn't receive..losing the will to live

Another masterclass in incompetence and terrible customer service from @TalkTalk stranding a 91 year old without a landline for 3 days and now refusing to let her keep the number she's had for 30 years. @Ofcom website says it's possible - why won't you do it? #customerservice
