Chris peters (@Kingpotter10) reported from Inverness, Scotland@TalkTalk hello we had an engineer out to check our slow speeds and he told us it was an outside line issue and another engineer would be sent to repair this but I have no confirmation and when I call they do a line all I get told is to call back in 48h.

We know you can't do anything to help, and the only thing you can do is push us back to the non-functioning team that we are complaining about. Angus (@Angus_02) reported@TalkTalk awful service. My 89 & 91yo grandparents (one with Parkinson’s) tried to upgrade their internet & are now left with no working phone line. The engineer admitted he wasn't "very familiar with phones." Now told it's 3 working days just to get a case manager. 👏
