Yes, @TalkTalk down from around that time in Inverness. Can't even access my account via website/4G connection. Needed for school/work - pls sort asap.

@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

@TalkTalk Unable to reconnect tv and android phone. Message is no signal on server. Disconnected and reconnected router. Unable to connect to server. Usually no issues with TalkTalk but so close to Christmas. Not a happy house.

appalled by the service that @TalkTalk have provided to my mother. she's been mis-sold a tv package and unable to use it. and after struggling for over 30 days trying to understand how to use the system is now being charged hundreds of pounds to get out of a worthless contract.
