  @GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

  @TalkTalk your customer service is disgusting. My boyfriend has recently moved in with me and was asked to send back his equipment. He has been in touch numerous times to get the returns packaging sent out to our new address so we can send back the equipment but have never 1/2

  @TalkTalk Hi my fibre 150 is not even close to running at 110 which is the guarantee. When first installed it was 147-160 now it’s 83-90. Fix it and I will be asking for compensation by the day. This has been like this for at least a month now. Fix it

  @TalkTalk just watched your advert. As someone who proudly works in the career that's just been denigrated. I'm pissed. Given the crap the hospitality industry has faced over the past 18 months. You may want to rethink your content.
