@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

Yet again @TalkTalk fail to deliver a commitment. Broadband due 15/01. Multiple calls and broken promises. Don’t use them!! Agreed call at 1pm today to resolve. Amended to Monday - little hope as they missed the last 2 #talktalkrubbish

@TalkTalk I was supposed to have a call back from a manager in the better value department last night. Fourth time now failed to happen. Complaint still unresolved. What option do I have other than cancelling my direct debit to get talktalk to take me seriously? Apalling service
