    @GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

    Yes, @TalkTalk down from around that time in Inverness. Can't even access my account via website/4G connection. Needed for school/work - pls sort asap.

    @TalkTalk Once again I will need to use expensive pay as you go Vodafone to cover your service gaps. Issues ever since installed. Please let me know how to apply for a discount or an early termination.

    Well @TalkTalk is down in london. I wonder how many people this is effecting whilst Wfh and families trying to teach kids in lockdown! Sort it out and give an offical statement!!

    @TalkTalk is there a problem with broadband in NW10? I can't access internet at all after following all your troubleshooting steps. Your texts says the connection is fine which is not!
