@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

@TalkTalk absolutely ridiculous service.Internet is keep disconnecting after every 30 min.What kind services you are providing to your customers? I am already in process of quitting this **** network. Pls do the same because they are absolutely nonsense company.

@ClarkySpurs @TalkTalk Talktalk dont know what they r doing but somes they do ***** tricks when u say do not renew. They put phone down in middle of it. Then saybu didnt cancel. Then charge.then start oretending u have requested new board band when i did not. Fraud.

@TalkTalk The whole area is! M7, M9 what use is a DM? you are fully aware of this outage which has been ongoing for nearly 4 days!!! Just provide your customers who are paying for no service with an update and what is being done to fix it.

Latest on the @TalkTalk saga. Not content with sending bills and threats to my 82 year old mum, they now want her to set up an account so they can try to sort out a problem they created. Or they might call her, but can't say when and in the meantime will be racking up her bill
