@TalkTalk hello we had an engineer out to check our slow speeds and he told us it was an outside line issue and another engineer would be sent to repair this but I have no confirmation and when I call they do a line all I get told is to call back in 48h.

@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

@TalkTalk talking about inflation when there are cheaper broadband services is hilarious. I’ll leave once my contract is up. The price has never been “fixed” as agreed. What happened to the profits/surplus? Why not invest in loyal customers? Business practices are a joke nowadays

Why is it that apparently everyone is back at work BUT If you call a company call centre They almost all say WE HAVE A LIMITED TEAM ON AT THE MOMENT & you get put on hold until you put the phone down or Contact our chat service & nobody replies to that either @TalkTalk

@TalkTalk called three time customer support no help provided so far? Can you please help: ticket:10000029663930 . By the way worst services experience your associates are not able to tell the problem in intended language. They asked to hold and then they cut the call.
