    @TalkTalk hello we had an engineer out to check our slow speeds and he told us it was an outside line issue and another engineer would be sent to repair this but I have no confirmation and when I call they do a line all I get told is to call back in 48h.

    @GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

    @TalkTalk I’ve been having internet problems for about 6 weeks. I thought that it was my phone, bought a new one last week. The problem persisted (keeps disconnecting). spent 6 hours yesterday morning writing an email I lost internet connection completely.

    @talktalk A contract with talk talk -the worst mistake This has been ongoing for a long while now.We were contacted by on e of your team. Still no solution.. even we agreed to pay whatever it takes to get rid of Talk talk from our lives still no solution.
