  • Nescaphe Federica Stefani (@Nescaphe) reported from Inverness, Scotland

@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

  • SarahjThomson18 Sarah Jane Thomson (@SarahjThomson18) reported from Smithton, Scotland

@TalkTalk why is your solution always 'We'll send a new router'. Coincidental drop out of service following opting to end my contract in a couple of weeks. 😡

@_Ayifas_ @TalkTalk We literally pay £150 for “fiber” that drops every night they’re so bad 🙄 like all of my college has been put on zoom and I need a solid connection! I hope they drop the fee for you guys. I would email the ceo or try to get as high as possible since the customer service suck

  • theungoliant Adam Kay (@theungoliant) reported

@TalkTalk Yet we were told the only way you would remove the delay was to cancel the switch we were within our right to take

  • theungoliant Adam Kay (@theungoliant) reported

@TalkTalk Yeah, I’m asking if it’s TT policy to prevent lift-and-shifts if a customer takes a new contract with a third party.

  • JohhnyBravo1995 johnny bravo (@JohhnyBravo1995) reported

Finally left @TalkTalk 🎉🥳what a load of garbage! Not just poor internet but terrible customer service, took over a hour just to speak to someone that didn’t have a clue and I couldn’t understand. Adios 👋🏽 #talktalk #internetdown #crapinternet

  • BimbolaL Bimbola Lukosi (@BimbolaL) reported

@TalkTalk is there a reason why the internet service is so bad in the South Norwood area.

  • theungoliant Adam Kay (@theungoliant) reported

@TalkTalk Is it policy to do this? Preventing lift and shifts if the customer is leaving a contract? Generally-speaking, of course.

  • Davidp1103 Davidp (@Davidp1103) reported from Snodland, England

@TalkTalk major issues with internet in ME6 post code. What's wrong?

  • _Ayifas_ Saphi (@_Ayifas_) reported from London, England

Imagine I’m in the middle of a Global Pandemic doing a degree from home and @TalkTalk is trying to get my mum to pay £50 to cancel her broadband

  • theungoliant Adam Kay (@theungoliant) reported

@TalkTalk so the reason we had 3 BT engineer visits to fix our internet is because Talk Talk stopped the first 2 from switching over our port because we’d agreed to a contract with another ISP, so thought they could force us to take a new contract. Is that even legal?

  • SadStatueOTayla Tay (@SadStatueOTayla) reported

@TalkTalk We don't need our connection checking we can come to that conclusion on our own. We even saw a man 'fix' it today and its still down
