    @GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

    Yes, @TalkTalk down from around that time in Inverness. Can't even access my account via website/4G connection. Needed for school/work - pls sort asap.

    @TalkTalk customer is the worst I’ve ever experienced very very rude people handling the calls. They just leave and don’t speak. I’m guessing this is procedure

    @TalkTalk I’ve been trying most of the morning to arrange a home move, 25 mins on hold and agent couldn’t get me to the right team, live chat wasn’t available on my phone. Live chat on laptop I’ve been passed to two departments who can’t help? Still waiting!

    @TalkTalk I’d had been referred twice. But that doesn’t help me till it’s fixed does it. I’ve had to turn the volume of on all the phones in the house which isn’t ideal when I’m in call is it !!🤨

    @TalkTalk worst service ever. 2 weeks and still no resolution on my line. Refuse to escalate the problem. How many times does an engineer need to check the line?

    @TalkTalk Seriously how long does it take to get to the correct team. I’ve never known anything like it. 30 minutes waiting on live chat. Can somebody help me?

    TalkTalk is the WORST company I have EVER dealt with in terms of Customer Service. Nobody is trained to deal with issues like mine, so they throw me from department to department. Managers have called me, all unable to solve the issue. It's always someone else's problem.

    @TalkTalk three times now I’ve called your service centre and twice after coming off hold the VOIP has garbled the reps voice. I’ve also had to suffer delays on the line. Sort it out please

    If you're with TalkTalk, find another provider. If you're not with TalkTalk, don't go with them no matter how good the offer. The moment something fails, they will NOT help you. They cannot help you. They are a bad company with dreadful customer support.
