@TalkTalk hello we had an engineer out to check our slow speeds and he told us it was an outside line issue and another engineer would be sent to repair this but I have no confirmation and when I call they do a line all I get told is to call back in 48h.

@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

@davidschneider She offshored tons of UK Talktalk jobs to India, Malaysia and South Africa. And shut down AOL in Ireland after they trained the UK staff to "help out". Swings and roundabouts I guess.

@ThatTimWalker @didoharding She’s already lost £37BN, which I would expect her to repay from her own pocket. IF she works for the NHS, it should be for FREE until that money is repaid! Certainly, she should never get anywhere near a position of trust. Let’s not forget she was a failure at TalkTalk too!

@LBC @NickFerrariLBC No. She was incompetent at TalkTalk, incompetent at Track & Trace & would doubtless make it 3 out of 3 at the NHS. By all means try to make the NHS self sufficient but calling out "foreign doctors & nurses" as a key issue when we've got millions on waiting lists is ludicrous.

@OxfordDiplomat When she was running TalkTalk voted the worst U.K. company I had many wonderful (NOT) conversations with foreigners she employed in overseas call centres. Couldn’t she find any British people who know how to answer a phone!?
