Yes, @TalkTalk down from around that time in Inverness. Can't even access my account via website/4G connection. Needed for school/work - pls sort asap.

@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

@TalkTalk Karl left a rely to my Trustpilot review and suggested I contact TT at Twitter or Facebook. I had no service from March 21st to 27th, then none from August 16th to 26th. In march I was told I reported the fault too late, I've been told I reported August's problem too...

..early. I must wait 30 days until after the problem was fixed. So I must pay for service I never had and then meekly accept whatever compensation, if any, Talktalk deigns to offer me. I feel this is unfair. Insufficient compensation will result in me breaking my TT contract.

@TalkTalk can you geniuses sort your lives out please? I expect my connection not to drop every five minutes while I’m trying to work. If you keep this **** up you’ll be getting an itemised bill for all of my lost productivity. Sort it out, you literally have 1 job.
