@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

@WeAreOpenreach Hi Paul: our provider TalkTalk informed us that ‘planned engineering work on the network,’ by the network provider - Openreach - is the reason we are currently without internet. No-one was made aware of this planned engineering and it happened in the middle of the working day

@TalkTalk Resticted my service on the 1st of this month. Been ringing for 7days, every day you tell me 24hrs. Today was last straw your customer service is awful. If my services ain't back on by end of today I'll be going elsewhere.
