    @GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge Ā£65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

    @TalkTalk hello we had an engineer out to check our slow speeds and he told us it was an outside line issue and another engineer would be sent to repair this but I have no confirmation and when I call they do a line all I get told is to call back in 48h.

    Yes, @TalkTalk down from around that time in Inverness. Can't even access my account via website/4G connection. Needed for school/work - pls sort asap.

    @status_is_down My BB is working but my Landline is down, I have no tone and when i call my landline from my mobile it now says Invalid number, In live chat with talktalk had no replies, no help!

    I urge everyone to steer well clear of @TalkTalk for wifi. Just go check their feedback. EE couldnt do more to help me when TalkTalk treated me badly after DECADES with them. Even claimed my wi fi was working when not and that they would cut my phone line off when not linked!!

    @TalkTalk absolutely shocking connection from you guys the past few days. Not being able to even use the internet properly and having to use our mobile data instead. My husband has tried to contact you but you keep saying everything is okay. Paying for crap service

    @TalkTalk you have called me to make a new offer of service as am near end of contract. I ask that the offer be put in an email foe me yet, your team tell me they only do outbound. Your in the communication area, how is that you cannot send me an email of the offer I'd like.

    @TalkTalk Your company has a rating of 1.2 on Trustpilot. This complaint has being going on for months. @TalkTalk is a Disgrace as a company and should be closed down

    @TalkTalk I'm at my parents house their Internet is down how can I resolve this ? I can't do a test as I can't connect to landline to do the test. Phone connect to router but no Internet from there.
