    Yes, @TalkTalk down from around that time in Inverness. Can't even access my account via website/4G connection. Needed for school/work - pls sort asap.

    @GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

    @TalkTalk Someone called Tory just rang me up. She clearly does not understand the issues. I need an email address for TalkTalk so that I can send the 3 screenshots which prove that I keep being connected to my TalkTalk network name via WiFi direct by a Proxy. I shouldn't have a Proxy.

    @TalkTalk I’ve had 6 months of this **** upload speed . Never got a letter of deadlock.Your managers just kept phoning and asking me to cancel the contract . But wouldn’t send me an email to say I wouldn’t be charged. RECKON THEY HAVE NO ACCESS TO EMAIL. What bull

    @TalkTalk If I signed up as a new customer (which I can't) I get an offer more than 25% cheaper for the same package I'm on now through @MoneySupermkt. It's a shame you don't seem to be interested in keeping customers. I've had no problems with the service, but what else can I do?

    @TalkTalk can I ask , why my WiFi hasn’t been working the last 2 days , I’m paying £29 a month , but yet I’m still being charged £40 for an engineer to come look at a service that you haven’t provided for my money ? ..

    @TalkTalk How can you move home and TalkTalk dont shutdown the phoneline, so the new occupier then can use the phone and start running up bills that you have to pay. After 3hrs on the phone to TalkTalk you get nowhere. Dont use TalkTalk absolute awful company to deal with.
