@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

Yes, @TalkTalk down from around that time in Inverness. Can't even access my account via website/4G connection. Needed for school/work - pls sort asap.

@TalkTalk You could improve Talktalk's system so people who sign up for full fibre broadband aren't fooled into thinking it's going ahead when in fact it isn't and never will because the order was never processed. Then having to spend an hour on phone to find out.

Just want to complain about Talktalk Customer Service that will not speak to me although I have had a fault for 12 months and my phone line stopped working 30 days ago. Has anyone else had similar problems.

@TalkTalk I already DM'd yesterday, but after some tests and resetting my router, I was told it was an external cause. I was wondering if it's the CityFibre guys still working on the network, causing this disruption.

@TalkTalk my mother, who is 90 years old and relies on an emergency call button has been without a landline since Friday. I am unable to get a current status update. I live 200 miles away from her and she is very vulnerable. Please help
