    Yes, @TalkTalk down from around that time in Inverness. Can't even access my account via website/4G connection. Needed for school/work - pls sort asap.

    @GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

    @TalkTalk @faffiemore How is any of us sending a DM going to help? We would all like to know when our service will be back up and running. Please can someone @TalkTalk provide that information openly without requesting a DM so that the information is visible to any customers impacted by this problem.

    @CityFibre Cityfibre have installed fibre network in the area over a year ago and have 4 suppliers. No Talktalk. So whatever happened to #TalkTalk ? Do they use CityFibre? #GLASGOW

    Will be pleased to see the back of this Monday, now discovered the landline is not working eg. ringing out. Interesting as 3 @Openreach engineers have been working outside for the last 2 days. This happened last time they appeared. Have reported via @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk Fear not, I finally was able to speak to someone who helpfully resolved my issue. Seemed quite confused as to why the previous 5 people had encountered such problems.
