@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

@OpenreachHelp You came to install external cable on Thurs last week. But engineer said there was a fault further down the line. Talktalk say my line is fine. It’s not. Red PON light. Can someone PLEASE just tell me when I can expect fibre? Being ongoing for weeks. Annoyed now 😞

Just been told by @TallkTalk & I'm not kidding that the engineers were sent to fix the issue on my account but & I quote: "they didn't have the right tools". What a company! My internet has been continually failing since last week. Just getting through to TalkTalk is a nightmare.

@TalkTalk because my wifi has been on and off for a whole week not working properly, I’ve used most of my o2 data which is impossible! Now I will have to pay extra out of my pocket to buy more! I want to be compensated for this! Why do I pay nearly £30 a month for this service?
