  @GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

  @sjwarsap @TalkTalk We have had a lot of trouble with signal over last few months all due to roadworks All fine was affecting TV/Phone and Internet thankfully fine .Never get signal on our phone we have to go outside to use it. Virgin the dearest not the best for phone signal.

  @TalkTalk I've been on hold to your Complaints Team the best part of 20 minutes now & when someone answered the call eventually I couldn't hear them so you disconnected. Shocking service all around.

  @TalkTalk Despite this you have still not been able to help, and each time I try to get put through to someone it disconnects. Awful customer service. Wouldn’t recommend anyone using you as a provider.
