@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

@TalkTalk I have been trying unsuccessfully to cancel an engineer visit that is booked for 3pm today for 4 days. I’ve been unable to cancel via My Account or get through on the phone. I no longer need the engineer as fault has been rectified and do not want to be charged £40
