    @GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

    @Infosys @Dena_tahmasebi @TalkTalk Since launch of new IT portal, Taxpayer and consultant are not able to do login and by way of this the work can not be get done, even after one month of new Portal many forms are not available on IT portal.

    @TalkTalk why is it when I call to upgrade my package my phone call gets answered but when I have a problem with my service I cannot get through to anyone, this is absolutely disgusting, for months I’ve had nothing but problems with your broadband, for months I’ve had no answer

    @TalkTalk I have been trying unsuccessfully to cancel an engineer visit that is booked for 3pm today for 4 days. I’ve been unable to cancel via My Account or get through on the phone. I no longer need the engineer as fault has been rectified and do not want to be charged £40
