@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

@TalkTalk And can I just point out how useless your diagnostic thing on the web is. There is clearly a regional issue so why is it telling me that the problem is between my plug and my router. It would be funny if it were not so irritating.
