@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

@TalkTalk I was told to come back 2-3hrs and that was at 3.55. Back on and still need someone to help. It’s not even for emails it to check my account. I need answers to the question I was askin on live chat to which after an hour i was cut off then reconnected to be cut off again!!

@TalkTalk I have been a TT customer for over 10 years - now, even with a new router i cannot access VPN, so cannot work from home but 2 months ago I could! I believe TT can change the settings on my router- but I cannot! It’s difficult to speak to anyone at all who is willing to help!

@TalkTalk shocking service as always, still no internet for the 2nd day in a row, think it’s like 6th day this month, engineer didn’t turn up this morning either, I will be cancelling my contract when the lines re-open #morons
