@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

Apart from Jonathan Kini @JK1n1 is anyone else in @TalkTalk authorised to fix this customer problem? TT swopped my neighbour’s details with mine on OpenReach database. My line & no. are incorrectly logged so I’m blocked. 42 days & 8 hrs with many TT people & still not sorted.

@TalkTalk Like I’ve said I’ve been through this too many times. Nothing wrong with my network, my tools tell me that. It’s what’s outside that is the problem so please don’t waste my time. I’ve cancelled my DD and I’m the process of switching
