@TalkTalk hello we had an engineer out to check our slow speeds and he told us it was an outside line issue and another engineer would be sent to repair this but I have no confirmation and when I call they do a line all I get told is to call back in 48h.

@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

@TalkTalk I have been through all this, raised a complaint for it to be closed and nothing was done. No meaningful apology or compensation for leaving me with no internet for my cctv and dog camera when I was away from home. Disgusting.the more people that no this the better

@TalkTalk quite possibly the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. 3 separate phone calls, 3 hour long conversations, new landline personally bought, same issue, and they then offer me a £10 good will gesture - absolute joke. Canceling renewal and going with Virgin

@TalkTalk No I wasn't talking about my mother. I was talking about the issue with not having fibrebroadband. I'm with TalkTalk and we had issues with old copper cabling. Now we have fibre broadband and it's much better. I don't have a mother. She died when I was 18.
