  @GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

  @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup My 83 y-o mother in law has now been without her broadband for 15 days and has been passed from Talk Talk to Openreach on countless occasions. No one seems able to escalate her case and we keep having to start from scratch. Not good enough. Please help.

  @TalkTalk Your call centre is closed, they want to run tests 2 weeks after the fault was reported. After I waited 6 hours for an engineer who didn't turn up! An engineer who found no faults and a new router that hasn't sorted it. You want to charge me money to leave a service not provided

  @dsue1441_re TalkTalk, offered a good deal and service was very reliable throughout the pandemic (in my area at least), whereas I was seeing regular complaints on local FB groups about other providers (Virgin and Sky especially).

  @TalkTalk I already did that, thanks. The whole thing could have been avoided had the engineer who installed the fibre checked the connection before leaving the property. Now I have to wait another 20 days for another engineer to come by… What a joyful service you provide
