@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

@TalkTalk Why do you lie to people? My disabled friend is having problems with her set top box, your engineer told us the box is faulty and now obsolete and that he would inform TT that a new box is needed, TT say she can`t have one. WHY?

@TalkTalk I am now. But my broadband is not the issue. It is working well. The issue is that since retuning my televising as instructed, I now have considerably fewer channels, including the channels I mainly watch.

@TalkTalk I have been trying to cancel, I am in my cooling off period I have wasted hours on chat with different people and still no help. I have been given the number for cancellations when I ring it asks for my home phone number or mobile I have tried both and its not working
