@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

@ZeeZeeBoomHM @TalkTalk I've always been really happy with the service and I've been with them 8 years. This has been beyond a joke though and I'm looking at other providers. At least I know have working WiFi again to help me look! 🙈

@TalkTalk why am I getting charged for broadband even though I cancelled within 14x days of ordering. As per contract t’s &cs I should not be charged. Have tried calling numerous occasions and online chat. Terrible coverage. Terrible customer service.

@TalkTalk you're still having problems with your TV Boxes. If something is scheduled to record on ITV or CH4 related channels, they just fail to record. Will this problem ever get resolved? It's gone on far too long now. 😱😡😠
