@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

@TalkTalk absolute rubbish and no help, just continuous robotic talk. Internet has been ridiculously slow since yesterday morning. Case has been opened and yet still no engineer has fixed the issue. Time to switch providers. 🙄
