@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

@TalkTalk trying to sort a new contract out with you has been a nightmare, I am on my 3rd chat, having to go over the same info and explain the same issue again, the renewal has not been correct twice and so I’m having to contact again! it’s been utter rubbish

In which kind of world are we living? While let down by #TalkTalk with no broadband/ landline connexion, no mobile network, having no access to my electronic files on the home server, no music, I turned on the TV. So many ads for Ring Doorbell or stupid conversational IoTs.

@TalkTalk been on phone for 2 hours trying to reconnect phone line and internet because you’ve disconnected us, new package doesn’t start till December 23 so you’ve left us with no service for a month, just reconnect us to the package we’re on until we start the new one

@TalkTalk Talk talk are the scammers and frauds. You have charged me for a tv package when I have NEVER requested it and now they will not refund me until December. Thus is the poor service from you

The best part of their joke are s when they keep telling ‘we have sent you an email’ . Great when you need broadband to access your emails and I have well explained I have no mobile network here. Is that customer service? To me this is customer at the service of TalkTalk.

@TalkTalk Well I’m trying to get the current package I’m paying for back on otherwise I’m paying for a service for a month I’m not connected to, looking like waiting for engineer to come out within 30 days

Awful service from @TalkTalk and @OpenreachHelp !!! Gave 2 weeks notice before moving in, had two separate appointments for an engineer to come out. Both times, no one has turned up and now the next appointment isn't until 6th December! Not great when you work from home!

@TalkTalk Not had any service for 12 days, so upgraded on 22nd November, that doesn’t go live till December 23rd, in the meantime we’ve been disconnected completely

@TalkTalk My broadband stopped working Thursday after a storm, i went away Friday morning and got back last night my internet is still not working, ive done all the tests the site recommends and im stuck, i click start live chat and nothing happens!!!!
