@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

@virginmedia At 13.5p pm on Talktalk, so £s for me. Seems this was scheduled maintenance by your engineers and may last some days. No one informed me of this work and no service issues were highlighted using the search on your website. So, without warning, I have no phone for several days!!!
