@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

@TalkTalk Hi, I reported my broadband as being down last week and received a message on Saturday to arrange an engineer home visit. I did so for this morn but they’ve not come. I reported this to your telephone service team but they weren’t able to help

So begins another week with poor internet from @bt_uk. Over the weekend I learned that many of our neighbours have a similar problem - despite some being with different providers such as @TalkTalk and @SkyHelpTeam. This is Day 5.

A periodic tweet on how customer service gets worse rather than better. Today, it's #talktalk who seem to think providing no broadband for 3 weeks and not providing technical support on Sundays is perfectly acceptable.

@TalkTalk Fix ur service at de249bh, not usable since 5.30am & becoming a daily regularity. On 4a few mins/secs off again & repeat, EVERY NIGHT just lately. Going to be asking for a refund at this rate as becoming 2 frequent. NOT MY EQUIPMENT ITS UR END! #breachofcontract
