@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

Yes, @TalkTalk down from around that time in Inverness. Can't even access my account via website/4G connection. Needed for school/work - pls sort asap.

@TalkTalk Shocking customer service. When they mucked up they agreed go cancel my contract but they haven't done. Now I'm still get charged for a service talk talk are not providing.

@TalkTalk I called as I had a very old router, they send me a new one but without my approval they renew my contract for 18 months, I had some issues with my Internet, I raised two complaints, no one got back to me, now I request a cancellation, they asked for 117 £, don't trust @TalkTalk

@TalkTalk Hi, I have to complain as I was charged again after I cancelled my contract with TalkTalk . I was told by customer service that all is done and suddenly I’ve got a bill again from TalkTalk. I am not happy with the way you are handling my case.
