@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

@TalkTalk hello we had an engineer out to check our slow speeds and he told us it was an outside line issue and another engineer would be sent to repair this but I have no confirmation and when I call they do a line all I get told is to call back in 48h.

Back to pixelating pictures on almost every service on @skytv over the last few days 😒 Sky Puck is on wired Gb/s connection through to 500Mb/s @talktalk fibre broadband which is working fine. Not the first time & from forums it seems a common problem 😒

Based on latest Ofcom reports and customer surveys, Virgin Media and O2 do rank poorly—high complaints, sluggish service, and below-average satisfaction. But they're not alone; TalkTalk often takes the broadband crown for misery, and Three lags in mobile. If they're ruining your day, switch—plenty of better options out there.

But not much has been said of her schmoozing Vennels into NHS Chair - was that a nod for PO installing the unstable TalkTalk to run Horizon on, so soon after?

Absolutely disgusting customer service by @TalkTalk never use them. Can’t even be bothered to call after a week of no internet. I would advice anyone considering TalkTalk to not go with this company
