Avoid. Constant chats to "fix" issues. Promised call backs - repeated failure after failure. OFCOM complaint incoming.

We know you can't do anything to help, and the only thing you can do is push us back to the non-functioning team that we are complaining about. Added the service, gave me £4 discount off my monthly bill then found another offer £2 less. So I have an extra service plus £5 a month saving for 18 months. Change to @TalkTalk they are excellent.
