@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

@TalkTalk my mum has been battling with yourselves for also two months now to try and fix her poor line. Taking two hours to speak to someone on the phone is not good enough! When she can finally get through she will be cancelling her contract with you!

@TalkTalk You keep trying to cancel my contract despite being told I don’t want to cancel it. I’ve spent 2 hours yesterday and 2 hours today trying to speak to someone to help me and all I get is a holding line and nobody that can actually help me resolve the issue. Help please!

@TalkTalk customer service is a joke, 30 broadband dropouts a day from set up, averaging about 20 phone calls to the Customer Service, each over an hour long, and now find out they haven’t applied the correct deal that I was signed up to.. then hung up on! Anyone want to sort?
