Yes, @TalkTalk down from around that time in Inverness. Can't even access my account via website/4G connection. Needed for school/work - pls sort asap.

@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

@TalkTalk Your service is shocking. Stopped replying to my dms. Forced me to pay a one off payment last night as I was “late” which I’m not. Then take the direct debit anyway advising it wouldn’t be taken. You have now charged me twice. ******* ridiculous give me my money back.

And if I can’t enter the nonexistent details of the account that doesn’t exist anymore because it’s closed, into MyAccount which I have never had access to (hence why I closed the account) then no one can help me to stop @talktalk from billing me for a non existent account. (5/6)

@TalkTalk dead easy to set up, but heaven help you if you wanna cancel. Not on contract just rolling and they’re mugging me off. Not even offering the service anymore. #scammers
