@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

@TalkTalk we have had no talk talk all day,so havent been able to watch ANY T.V but when we try to call.. we never get to speak to any customer service!!!!this is a joke. What the help are we paying for!!!all they want to do is a phone line check...😡😡😡 we will delete package!!

@TalkTalk I have been on the phone to tech support three times and they said there’s nothing else they can do and that the upload speeds are too low, but correct. You should update the website stating that 2 - 4 mb upload speeds are all you actually get

@just_al3x @TalkTalk Same here, also working from home and on day three without internet now :( they have said to me though that there's another fault in addition to the reported outage which an engineer is looking into :/

@TalkTalk Hi Julian, when I signed up I upgraded my fibre plan to include a tech bundle increasing my monthly cost. That I should have received a code for within 37 days. That has not happened so am paying for a tech bundle I have not received and your loyalty team are not willing to help
