    Yes, @TalkTalk down from around that time in Inverness. Can't even access my account via website/4G connection. Needed for school/work - pls sort asap.

    @GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

    @TalkTalk hello we had an engineer out to check our slow speeds and he told us it was an outside line issue and another engineer would be sent to repair this but I have no confirmation and when I call they do a line all I get told is to call back in 48h.

    @TalkTalk @talktalk I will send DM, but lots of customers reporting issues yet your service status page is showing all working ok. Would be good if you fixed your service status monitor too!

    @TalkTalk I would strongly ask you, as a company, to look at the protocols you provide to your front line team. I understand they MUST follow these but it is maddening when as a customer you explain the situation and then you jump back to square one of the protocol

    @TalkTalk still waiting for a call back from TalkTalk . . . Told by Raymond on Friday, that a call would come on Monday. It’s now Tuesday evening. Absolutely shocking service tbh.

    @TalkTalk id like you to contact us via post like you promised, to confirm cancellation of a service you are billing us for that we never even had installed - you promised that shouldn’t be happening and that it was your fault and that you were very sorry yet still sending bills!

    @thisisAlanTurk £28 for 150mb with talktalk and never had an issue. (Aside from the delivery of the router which was with yodel)

    @TalkTalk broadband in B74 is currently down, I note you have a number of other customers reporting the same issue, flashing orange light on router. Any update on when our service will be restored?

    talktalk the lousiest wifi provider to ever exist—sudden service outage every 2 weeks with customer service lines trying to solve the problems a month later definitely not helping me getting my degree in my final year fgs just shut the company down or whatever

    Why is @TalkTalk messing us around by putting us onto different departments but then the signal is poor due to being on for so long and being frown about over the line. No one is helping to fit in the upgrade and still waiting on the guy and the original line is down
