@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

@FCodbites @TalkTalk We haven’t been told it’s anything to do with the router. All I’ve had is a different story every time I’ve spoke to them about a problem with the line, externally, internally, etc yet when openreach came out he couldn’t find a problem.

Still no response from @TalkTalk regarding my lack of phone service. I emailed them on Monday and absolutely no response, let alone a solution. They simply don't understand the service they're contracted to supply.

@IanCroombs1 @MartinSLewis To be fair I phoned them just after Xmas as had enough of talktalk inability to provide a decent broadband service, saved me £30 a month on what I’m paying for sky and talktalk so definitely worth speaking to them
