@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

Yes, @TalkTalk down from around that time in Inverness. Can't even access my account via website/4G connection. Needed for school/work - pls sort asap.

@TalkTalk still waiting on an engineer since 9am Monday morning. Are they all in mourning or something! Keep getting told a pack of lies when I call customer service. I just want to know when someone will be here. I work from home and hot spotting off my mobile. Less than ideal!

@TalkTalk If there was ever anyone there, listening… which I doubt… I’m off! I’ve had enough of the appalling ‘customer service’ and lies. Life is too short to waste it on companies like TalkTalk who take your money… and take you for a fool. You simply don’t deserve my custom.

Customer service at @TalkTalk is truly appalling. I would never use them myself but I have been trying to sort out broadband for someone else and ended up wasting 2 hours of my life trying to deal with it.
