@TalkTalk hello we had an engineer out to check our slow speeds and he told us it was an outside line issue and another engineer would be sent to repair this but I have no confirmation and when I call they do a line all I get told is to call back in 48h.

@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

@TalkTalk I have received an email about setting up a broadband contract that I did not set up. The email appears credible. As does second the email for DD agreement. It may be a possible fraud. I’ve spent 10 minutes on hold to your customer service line not getting through.

Anyone wanting to use at @TalkTalk think again. Awful service. I'm on best Internet and it's been playing up for weeks. They said would send an engineer out in 48 hours. That was 3 weeks ago and he still hasn't been. Today my kids have missed all zoom classes. Part 1.
