    @TalkTalk Hopefully it's finally getting sorted after today's conversation with one of your managers. It's very frustrating and time consuming trying to resolve any little issues with @TalkTalk let alone major ****-ups. I only wanted to upgrade my account to get a better deal! 😡

    @TalkTalk I cannot believe i’m contacting you this week to say our internet is down AGAIN today ! Is there a reason I’m having such problems I live in Co10 0nj area !!!! This is a JOKE and becoming extremely frustrating!!!

    @TalkTalk I am facing the worst service since the I have joined. Every night nearly around 10:00 PM my internet stop working. I called so many times to help and every time you say we will troubleshoot. I can’t watch @NetflixFilm in a single go. Worst experience of being #talktalk

    @TalkTalk , @Yahoo and @AOL seem to have the greatest difficulty maintaining a normal service. I pay for a service which I am not getting. I am cut off from my email at the moment. Previously, I have been plagued by Indian sub continent scammers because of a data breach. #NotGood

    @TalkTalk Zack , I’ll contact you next time it goes down for investigation . Last time i spoke direct to an advisor it had to be reset your end !!!

    @TalkTalk please tell me how I can speak to a human in the phone about my broken Internet connection. Your automated phone bot doesn't help and I feel not listened to after speaking to 5 (yes, 5)livechat agents. Very poor customer service.

    @TalkTalk Help me out here - my contract (Fibre 150, £32/mo) is ending. Got an email saying I can.. do nothing (goes to £42.87/mo), or call you (goes to £29.95/mo). What with the 30% difference?

    We wanted was the damage fixing! No respone to any emails, not a single phone call, all false promises time an time again whether its talktalk or openreach so we reacted.Didnt mean to cause any grief for anyone and certainly not these responses. Got rid of it all now jesus

    @TalkTalk Jessie (@TalkTalk), clearly things aren't well, far from it! My wife spent hours on the phone with your 'support' team, she even told them what the issue is/was, sadly there's no one on 1st line who can issue a new router.
