    @cactus_woman @B_E_Andre I don't know which service provider your mother has but TalkTalk do provide a screened access service which may help. Anyone with elderly relatives should contact the service provider to find out what the options are to prevent these scum from doing this

    @TalkTalk my internet has gone down and has been really unstable for the past 24 hours. Is there any way to fix this problem? We’re all working from home and I had to cancel and reschedule my tutoring job because of the lack of WiFi. This isn’t the first time this has happened.

    @TalkTalk Is this already happening?? Our internet disappeared out of the blue and now we’ve received a text saying that it might take 3 working days to fix it. We’re working from home, how are we going to work without internet?? 3 days? It’s shocking!

    @OpenreachHelp All we've heard is that "it's an OpenReach issue they're aware of and that the road needs to be dug up to access the cable break." That was from Sky and TalkTalk. That's all they've been able to tell us since 19th Nov. The postcode for the affected area is BD17 5AH if that helps.
