It's very frustrating and time consuming trying to resolve any little issues with @TalkTalk let alone major ****-ups. I only wanted to upgrade my account to get a better deal! 😡

I pay for a service which I am not getting. I am cut off from my email at the moment. Previously, I have been plagued by Indian sub continent scammers because of a data breach. #NotGood

I called so many times to help and every time you say we will troubleshoot. I can’t watch @NetflixFilm in a single go. Worst experience of being #talktalk

I must emphasise I explained everything on the phone to your sales team who were not concerned, just wanted an order. We wait to see what happens!
