I called so many times to help and every time you say we will troubleshoot. I can’t watch @NetflixFilm in a single go. Worst experience of being #talktalk

Line test says it works=it doesn’t, complained last Sun= sent a new cable for router =STILL not working, now what? I wfh & am losing income every day until this is sorted 😠I didn’t even ask for fibre BB!

Paid for faster fibre weeks ago and never had a higher speed than 69mbps (same as pre fibre) fantastic as an asd mum who relies on it for her entire TV, devices and SEN child routine!
