@TalkTalk @K0connor No point. I wrote to you twice with complaints and not even an acknowledgment. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Deliberately obtuse

@TalkTalk Indeed I have but as usual thst didn’t work. The first one you sent had the wrong number. We got a customer service call but oh what a surprise they couldn’t help. Just wanted us to run around after them. I’m not worried about DM I want it public how awful you are.

@TalkTalk Talktalk use eero routers on FTTP, on these routers the two Wi-Fi signals ( 2.4ghz and 5ghz) cannot be split as with the vast majority or routers. Anyone with IP CCTV cameras will lose the connection as they need a 2.4 signal. You should inform the customer about that.

@TalkTalk Blimey, I just wasted 10 minutes writing a DM to tell you of my experience and all I get is generic customer service response. 🙁

@TalkTalk I need to speak to somebody regarding my fathers mobile bill. Account cancelled in December and now getting demands for a mobile phone he doesn’t have. Cust support refuse to give the number. Have transcripts of calls. So unhelpful and he’s worried sick

@Lunabelly TalkTalk are the worst company I never even used. Couldn't even process my account when I tried to join them but then tried to claim I had a contract three times. I am thoroughly relieved at their ineptness but still spent hours on the phone to them trying to make them go away.

@guardiantech Can someone have a look at TalkTalk's failures in its implementation of FullFibre network? Aggressive promotion for sign-up/upgrades. Failure to allocate WAN IP addresses

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had a similar experience with TalkTalk a few years ago. There was simply no way of cancelling and when I eventually got to speak to someone they hung up. I will never sign up for anything until I know what the exit strategy is.
