@virginmedia So when I reported the issue why didn't anyone try and help me at that time? Why was I told to talk to TalkTalk. This could easily have been rectified at the time, but no I was told to talk to TalkTalk and TalkTalk told me to talk to you. Why was that?

@TalkTalk Having issues since summer! Opened multiple complaints & been told by "managers" that they're working on resolving my case and that I'll be compensated. All I've got is a text msg saying it's been 28 days and case closed without resolution. (10+yrs Talktalk customer)

@HannahHaisman_H @PremPropLawyers More likely to be a network issue as web site is also down. They seem to Use Talktalk which is also have big issues in last 24 hours. Almost certain all their systems are cloud based

@TalkTalk No Internet since 12:45am thought I'd wake up to the problem being fixed (not that it's the first time this useless service has let me down) will be switching, reposting this and its comments everywhere to show people to not use this network

@TalkTalk major fail today. After supplying me with 70mbps for the past 4 years they can now only give me 35mbps. Another department told me I couldn’t even get fibre ! Bye bye….
