@TalkTalk , @Yahoo and @AOL seem to have the greatest difficulty maintaining a normal service. I pay for a service which I am not getting. I am cut off from my email at the moment. Previously, I have been plagued by Indian sub continent scammers because of a data breach. #NotGood

@TalkTalk please UK customer services to contact me immediately! We have renewed and upgraded our contract today after being contacted by you. Got passed onto another number after being told bill will be a lot higher before engineers come, got cut off. Spent an hour trying 1/2...

@TalkTalk You guys have the most horrific customer service. I am moving house and trying to cancel my contract. I've spent 4 hours on the phone and eventually someone promised me it was cancelled. I just received an email saying someone is going to come around and upgrade me!!!

@TalkTalk my activation link to get my sport back didn’t work. I’ve spent all week; hours on the phone and nobody can help. Your customer service is appalling and not fit for purpose. The people on the phone are lovely and courteous but your operation is dreadful. A joke.

In March 2021 I tried to get UFO broadband via @TalkTalk. It was their engineer who alerted me to this issue. I then spoke to various people there and at @CityFibre who assured me this would be sorted.

@PaulCowland_ @VodafoneUK In the 22+ years I’ve been with Vodafone I’ve never had an issue. Now @TalkTalk , there’s a company I would never touch with a 10ft sh***y stick! Had to email the CEO directly to terminate a contract that the incompetent staff wouldn’t do for over six months!
