    @TalkTalk I am facing the worst service since the I have joined. Every night nearly around 10:00 PM my internet stop working. I called so many times to help and every time you say we will troubleshoot. I can’t watch @NetflixFilm in a single go. Worst experience of being #talktalk

    @TalkTalk , @Yahoo and @AOL seem to have the greatest difficulty maintaining a normal service. I pay for a service which I am not getting. I am cut off from my email at the moment. Previously, I have been plagued by Indian sub continent scammers because of a data breach. #NotGood

    @TalkTalk Internet down since Sunday & all I get told is engineer on his way to exchange. Why no update. Is it an Southsea area outrage or just me. Has your engineer got lost on way to exchange. Will the problem be fix in 1,2 or 7 days. Why the secrecy. Tell us what’s happening

    @Spheron1 @Plusnet @TalkTalk TalkTalk: "It's not possible to have more than one service at the same address, so you must have agreed to transfer" (absolutely does not say anything of the sort). Me: Orders 900/900 via CityFibre/Pure while still on hold and will cancel talktalk within the first 30.

    @carlheaton @Plusnet @TalkTalk I ended up having to cancel the Plusnet order and went with Zen instead. Not that they were much better in the end as they weren’t able to do basic troubleshooting of congestion on their own network.
