Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

Well done @TalkTalk. Received an email at 9.47pm yesterday telling me you wanted to "do what we can to fix the issue" and "want to put things right". Just spent an hour on the phone to be told nothing can be done as there are no managers in on Saturday.

@TalkTalk @PaddyMcCrossan4 Yeah I think all talktalk staff need a pay rise with the conditions they've been working under, having to deal with no doubt many angry waiting customers. Also you seem understaffed, so maybe the extra money would help!

@TalkTalk If it has happened, I'll move on from talktalk. I've spend too much time trying to sort this out in the kafka-esque phone processes. Talktalk aren't ready for future fibre, and I'd love to move to a company with a better service. Still hoping this is resolved though. Thank you 🤞

Just wanted to update about @TalkTalk Still no landline, still poor Internet ( 0.6mbs) should be 34! We can't watch anything without it stopping takes ages loading. No email still,they doubled the bill. Then we are expected to chase this up! This has been months now. #Useless

@LadyLeonaSings @TalkTalk Sooo sorry ! BRIT ! 🇬🇧😭💔🇺🇲 2bad ovr here is wicked expensive ! $$ we pay ovr $200 ! Or more 4 cable monthly w / Broadban ! 4 computer 🖥 !! But at least it's descent somewhat & can watch Cable T.V. & use Computer 🖥! Tht Company u had " talk talk " sounds like it sucks ! 😕
