Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

@TalkTalk I have sent a DM but as a new customer I am regretting this already.. shocking live chat and no resolution apart from saying a new router is being sent and try live chat if problem persists!

@TalkTalk I just recently signed up for your Fibre 900 Broadband only deal, after a salesperson came to my door and talked me through it. It's £36 p/m. I have been scared about it ever since, incase it seems too good to be true. Can you please help? I'm very worried about it all.

@EE Need help with getting someone to investigate my internet speeds with my fiber connection, I am now down to 27mb from a solid 40mb when with TalkTalk. It is nothing to do with area, line or socket, looks like I have been put on incorrect profile.

@TalkTalk absolutely horrendous contact centre...can't call it customer service! After 4/5 failed attempts to have an issue resolved, you are now charging ME for leaving...I don't think so! Will be taking the matter higher up...disgraceful treatment of a once loyal customer!

@TalkTalk Agree entirely with all complainants. One 'outage' lasted a whole weekend. No promised reply from the technical department. Nor again more recently. 'Complaint closed'! Network down this morning. No explanations, no apologies, no discounted bill. Searching for a better ISP.

@TalkTalk absolutely shocking customer service. Have called 3 times about an existing complaint. Every time I spend an hour on hold to be told someone will call me back but no one ever does. A complete waste of time

@TalkTalk Absolutely awful customer service promising an engineer call out and still waiting for appointment , your telephone help lines are not helpful or sympathetic to individual needs at all, paying over £50 a month for a service that is not working is robbery
