    Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

    @TalkTalk hi I was in a message trail with Sbo on your Twitter feed from 9.15 he has said he was in the account but has since disappeared with no customer service replies . I have had intermittent broadband for 12 days please can this be urgently reviewed and repaired!

    @TalkTalk Having had no service for 3 days, & requested Support TalkTalk have now resorted to provide no updates, no assistance or any help to understand when my service will be restored. Lying is there key speciality & they seem to want not to help. Do not give them your money !

    well @talktalk internet has been down for around 3 hours now, website detects an issue but when running a connection test it errors and says try again later... great...

    Hate to be this guy @TalkTalk but I am trying to cancel my contract (which comes to an end on 12/11) and apparently no one can tell me how much I will be charged for my final invoice?? I just want to be told how much I need to make available since I am advised not to cancel my DD

    @TalkTalk & even better still getting sent to the complete wrong department and being left on hold for 20 mins in a bid for you to hand up so they don’t have to deal with you… talk talk is this how you treat existing/ renewing customers? 2/2
