    Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

    @TalkTalk I cannot access my online account, despite not changing my login details since I signed up some time ago. It will not accept my email address but recognises my account # then reverts to asking me to sign in with email. Can you help please?

    @eliseybell (virgin is better for us than talktalk was, though—they managed to offer some semblance of fibre connection compared to talk talk standard broadband..but we never got anywhere near the speed they suggested we'd get, often slugging along w/ next to no connection at all)

    @TalkTalk I was on hold for a total of 52 minutes and the phone was put down. I’ve had my installation date changed, 8 days after I’ve cancelled my current provider and the staff just told me it’s tough really. I’m annoyed.

    @TalkTalk Due to the fact I keep getting letters and also have a reply to a totally different address at the other end of the country. I fail to find how you and your company can do this I'll happily post both letters and your company's replies on social media as you clearly don't care.

    @talktalk Come on TALK TALK get your customer service TRAINED to say the same things as they put into practice! my family are beside themselves with overcharging despite being told one price and being charged another.#broadbandusers
