Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

@TalkTalk Love that you're "here to help". In the past 5 days you've shared that you are "aware" that customers can't access their accounts, that their bills aren't accurate and that your systems are down so that your customer service can't deal with queries.

21 days & someone will be out to connect up my internet that I have subscribed to. It’s been nearly a month and no one. I called in stayed on the phone for 8 mins then got cut off. I havent even got internet yet and the service is bordering on @TalkTalk service @UKAirband

@TalkTalk Been told on the phone to set up a mobile password as account holder is not at home but the wifi is down and we need an engineer. Can’t speak to us as we’re not the account holder. How do we set up a password??

@TalkTalk Not impressed at all!! Had an engineer booked this morning between 8-12 and no one has turned up! I’ve had no fibre for a week now and used annual leave to ensure I’m home for the engineer!! Definitely not impressed with this customer service!
