@TalkTalk I have sent a DM but as a new customer I am regretting this already.. shocking live chat and no resolution apart from saying a new router is being sent and try live chat if problem persists!

Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

@TalkTalk I sent u a DM, you ran a security check, verified our account, ran a line test, said there was a local outage which affected us and that has been fixed so just reboot router. The issue was not resolved. I told you in the dm still no internet. Now you are ignoring DMs!?

@Talktalk you say you are there 24/7. We have reported an issue, we got an email saying to call you. We call you and it just says "sorry we are closed right now, to check our opening hours, chat with us online. We cannot get online because your service is down! Please help.

@TalkTalk so have spent the whole morning on this.The worst thing about all this is that after 5 phone calls, 1 call back and a twitter chat it’s quite obviously no one can or wants to sort this out or even cares about it. Goodbye

@Yoda4ever Hello, is that TalkTalk. I wish to complain about a slow internet connection. No problem sir. Just check that the router is near to a window. Oh and make sure there's no cat sleeping on the router. Aye, Ok ... oh!

talktalk the lousiest wifi provider to ever exist—sudden service outage every 2 weeks with customer service lines trying to solve the problems a month later definitely not helping me getting my degree in my final year fgs just shut the company down or whatever

@TalkTalk My Internet has been down all day I've been lied to on the phone telling me a engineer was coming out, and hours later on talktalk chat insulted and belittled and told it could take 2 days to fix. Bad customer service costing me money. Rude, I'll be changing providers promptly.
