@TalkTalk when I first signed up an engineer came out within 24 hours and fixed the problem...now you call are on hold for 30 minutes before they ask YOU to run through their diagnostics for another 30 minutes!! and hey presto still no internet...@TalkTalk I wish I could!!!!

Signed up to @TalkTalk...first day broadband slow...second day engineer came and it's great... 24 hours to fix a problem @VodafoneUK couldn't in 12 months...despite charging me Full price for something they never delivered!!

So @TalkTalk, I'm working from home, waiting for an engineer to come around to install broadband and a landline phone, supposedly between 8am and 1pm. It's now past 1pm, and no engineer. Can you help?

@TalkTalk worst customer service ever. My internet has now been down nearly 3 hours and my husband just spent 25 mins on the phone to the most useful person. We both work from home, this is not good enough.
