Signed up to @TalkTalk...first day broadband slow...second day engineer came and it's great... 24 hours to fix a problem @VodafoneUK couldn't in 12 months...despite charging me Full price for something they never delivered!!

@TalkTalk when I first signed up an engineer came out within 24 hours and fixed the problem...now you call are on hold for 30 minutes before they ask YOU to run through their diagnostics for another 30 minutes!! and hey presto still no internet...@TalkTalk I wish I could!!!!

@TalkTalk over four hours on the phone & live chat yesterday-already over an hour and passed through 4 departments today just to cancel an order-that apparently ‘can’t be cancelled because it’s not activated’ even though I’m in my cancellation period ! - please someone sort this

@TalkTalk Just had the second of two scam calls in two days from an Indian call center claiming my internet service has been hacked. Apparently from Talk Talk security. Mentioned it yesterday and sent a DM only to be asked loads of stupid security questions.

What appalling service we have had @TalkTalk firstly miselling a product, then telling us we will get a call back in 24 hours, 72 hours later no call back. Called to find out what's going on and they advised the manager had called us and we said we no longer want to complain JOKE

@TalkTalk Hi Rico, thanks, I get that remote access software is being used for that too. But you’re the only UK ISP doing this to my knowledge. The scammers will simply use another solution - logmein rescue, GoToAssist - do you block these too?

@virginmedia My advice to anyone looking to switch Internet provider ... Do Not register with @virginmedia THEY ARE THE WORST!! At this rate I would settle for TalkTalk🙄
