  Signed up to @TalkTalk...first day broadband slow...second day engineer came and it's great... 24 hours to fix a problem @VodafoneUK couldn't in 12 months...despite charging me Full price for something they never delivered!!

  @TalkTalk Unexpected service standards from TalkTalk.I'm moving home and 2 days back I was promised 15th August as date of installation in new place, today when i checked if everything is still going as promised, I was told its not picked up yet so dont know if it will happen.

  @TalkTalk service is the worst I've known in years!! On phone now gone quiet on hold I assume as can't hear anything but call looks active - no service for months!! What is going on??

  @Huggy23837431 @TalkTalk me I will not wait that much I can cancel within the 14 days without penalties. I call them a last time tomorrow if they refuse again. The lawer of my company will take care of this for me.

  @matthewrupton Second Voxi SIM card arrives. It works, but the PAC code doesn't so I cannot transfer my number. Phone Talktalk, they say not their problem ask Voxi. Not possible to contact Voxi by phone, only an automated online bot. This resolves nothing, so unable to get £15 from 1st SIM
