@TalkTalk when I first signed up an engineer came out within 24 hours and fixed the problem...now you call are on hold for 30 minutes before they ask YOU to run through their diagnostics for another 30 minutes!! and hey presto still no internet...@TalkTalk I wish I could!!!!

Signed up to @TalkTalk...first day broadband slow...second day engineer came and it's great... 24 hours to fix a problem @VodafoneUK couldn't in 12 months...despite charging me Full price for something they never delivered!!

@LMBD1418 @TalkTalk When my father had issues with his talk talk line they arranged for his calls to be transferred to me. I then had to go to his house to tell him someone had phoned him. Even after it was fixed, it took at least two weeks to revert the calls to his landline.

@WeAreOpenreach You notified a TalkTalk Customer Service person that an engineer would arrive at my property to fix my internet within 48 hours after they cancelled the first time it was arranged and they were a no show. What gives? Why am I receiving such poor customer service?
