    Signed up to @TalkTalk...first day broadband slow...second day engineer came and it's great... 24 hours to fix a problem @VodafoneUK couldn't in 12 months...despite charging me Full price for something they never delivered!!

    @TalkTalk when I first signed up an engineer came out within 24 hours and fixed the problem...now you call are on hold for 30 minutes before they ask YOU to run through their diagnostics for another 30 minutes!! and hey presto still no internet...@TalkTalk I wish I could!!!!

    Why is it that my @Apple #HomePodMini works absolutely fine on BT, EE and TalkTalk - at my friends houses, but my @virginmedia connection is like a lottery with it. Sometimes no problems, other times all it says ‘I’m having trouble connecting to the internet’ 😡

    @TalkTalk was going to renew my contract but can't remove talk talk tv at £4 which i never use as the box has never been set up? would rather just cancel and find new provider if can't be removed and also could find cheaper overall per month

    Unlike our Engineers who arrive to perform pre-arranged installs, these sales agents may also ask for details such as name, email and phone number so that if you are interested, they can add you to the list to be contacted by TalkTalk to discuss the service in more detail.

    @TalkTalk I've tried that. You refuse to reconnect the service I'm paying for and block any attempt to switch.

    @TalkTalk really poor customer service From you today. Taken a day off work to find out that no engineer is coming due to you not putting the order through properly. Great start for new customers 🙄

    @TalkTalk I have an intermittent fault with my broadband, the router loses connection to the Internet several times a day. Your support agents say there is no fault and waste time trying to fix WiFi which is working fine. How can I get some real support with this issue?

    @TalkTalk are you still offering free broadband to universal credit recipients? i never got told and jobcentre know nothing?
