    Signed up to @TalkTalk...first day broadband slow...second day engineer came and it's great... 24 hours to fix a problem @VodafoneUK couldn't in 12 months...despite charging me Full price for something they never delivered!!

    @TalkTalk when I first signed up an engineer came out within 24 hours and fixed the problem...now you call are on hold for 30 minutes before they ask YOU to run through their diagnostics for another 30 minutes!! and hey presto still no internet...@TalkTalk I wish I could!!!!

    @TalkTalk It's not account isolated from what I can tell. It seems more like a connectivity issues between Nvidias services and Talk talk if multiple geographically spread customers are reporting it. Also the various speedtests coming back fine Vs Nvidias network test..

    @TalkTalk I want to cancel my broadband but your call center "cannot complete the call". If you can't get someone to speak to me I will just cancel my direct debt.

    @TalkTalk just called, two people couldn’t help, third cut me off. Very poor service. Are there problems in the CF14 area? When will they be fixed? Thanks.

    Day 14 with no phone line/ internet over 1,500 photos to down load just given up on @talktalk please don't send the how can we help message (sorry to hear this) just had enough of your poor service now pity am not paying the bill u would be long gone

    @ValerieABossman @TalkTalk Things improved once I moved to PlusNet, though I’m still stuck on slow broadband as fibre hasn’t made it to my street yet! Companies seem to charge more for non fibre connections even though we have no choice!

    .@TalkTalk, you keep cutting me off from the #internet (several times a day on average), & have to keep disconnecting & re-connecting in order to get back #online. I'm totally fed-up with your lousy service. It improves considerably p.d.q., or I look for another #ISP!

    @TalkTalk I’m expecting an engineer today. We upgrading to Fibre 500, no router arrived, no welcome pack. Can’t login to online account (says email is not recognised) when try to register again it say talk talk account number is not valid???

    If you want good WiFi in England, don't go with @TalkTalk, in the year and a bit we have been with them, not once have we gone a week without issues.
