  @TalkTalk when I first signed up an engineer came out within 24 hours and fixed the problem...now you call are on hold for 30 minutes before they ask YOU to run through their diagnostics for another 30 minutes!! and hey presto still no internet...@TalkTalk I wish I could!!!!

  Signed up to @TalkTalk...first day broadband slow...second day engineer came and it's great... 24 hours to fix a problem @VodafoneUK couldn't in 12 months...despite charging me Full price for something they never delivered!!

  So then this guy asks for £1 deposit refundable I am reassured to solve my problem presumably on behalf of @Talktalk who are my erstwhile WiFi suppliers but have gone into cyberspace ….after a few exchanges he says for £22 he will connect to my system abc solve it for me ?

  So you put my special needs sister on an account for evenings & weekends without her consent so that she has to pay for daytime calls. I have just found out you are charger hervam extra £100+ a month in addition to her £43. Terrible behaviour. @TalkTalk

  Re your business account people: they are the most spectacularly useless script-reading nincompoops I’ve dealt with. I cannot access my own account because you’ve decided an email I have never used is the only acceptable proof I exist. I’ve provided every piece of ID except my inside-leg measurement.   @paulivory1963 @TalkTalk do yourself a favour @paulivory1963 and leave them, they are and always have been a terrible terrible provider. they double billed me for 6 months and i t took 9 months of legal letters to get it paid back

  @devilscustard @TalkTalk I had HUGE trouble with them several years ago when I moved to a house where they couldn't supply any service but they continued to take my money for 6 months and ignored all my communications to them, actually threatening me with bailiffs.

  @TalkTalk on the phone with an agent trying to fix my grandmothers phone line but was told an engineer can’t come until next week. She’s 90, lives alone and relies on a panic button so can’t be without her phone, is it possible for someone to come sooner?
