Signed up to @TalkTalk...first day broadband slow...second day engineer came and it's great... 24 hours to fix a problem @VodafoneUK couldn't in 12 months...despite charging me Full price for something they never delivered!!

@TalkTalk when I first signed up an engineer came out within 24 hours and fixed the problem...now you call are on hold for 30 minutes before they ask YOU to run through their diagnostics for another 30 minutes!! and hey presto still no internet...@TalkTalk I wish I could!!!!

@TalkTalk Yeh my mom's loving it. The poor old dear can't wait to go to court for a service she never had. Sack the idiots who handled her account. Fire and forget setups? Not a single kb or minute used. No line. Well over a year later then £300+. Taking advantage of elderly? Mixup? What?

.@TalkTalk let's be honest when your email says "Our engineer is on their way soon", when you have an Internet outage, isn't 2-3 days isn't 'soon' is it? The engineer isn't on their way, I'm in a SLA queue, and they'll get to me when they can, but it's not 'soon' in outage terms.

@Ajhayter @chazdraycott @TalkTalk Yeah exactly, I deal with it day in day out. I always say if you're Internet is that important pay for a business grade connection then it will get fixed quicker if you have a problem

@TalkTalk But its not really 'soon' and the engineer isn't on their way until they have been dispatched. It's wording to give someone assurance, but it's not really true until then. My support request has been logged, and someone will come in 2-3 days but they aren't on their way.

@TalkTalk Im not. It was never used but still have to fill letter out for court. Bit of a pain in the *** I guess there was a mixup with engineer saying he had done a job he hadn't done. Or miss communication with my mom?She has the router. OK as a piece of modern art I guess. 🧐
