@TalkTalk when I first signed up an engineer came out within 24 hours and fixed the problem...now you call are on hold for 30 minutes before they ask YOU to run through their diagnostics for another 30 minutes!! and hey presto still no internet...@TalkTalk I wish I could!!!!

Signed up to @TalkTalk...first day broadband slow...second day engineer came and it's great... 24 hours to fix a problem @VodafoneUK couldn't in 12 months...despite charging me Full price for something they never delivered!!

I’ve been trying to cancel my @TalkTalk subscription / internet service for WEEKS but can’t seem to get through to anyone, not even a helpful bot. Twitter shaming is my last resort. Does any human being actually work for this ISP and how do I get you to stop charging me?!

@TalkTalk We ordered your fibre service for property we move to on 12 March. It is currently empty and not accepting post, so can you send the new router here instead? Tried asking by phone but gave up after 45 mins

@yassmin_a @TalkTalk I left TalkTalk years ago because their customer service was crap. Dido Harding was their CEO so that explains a lot!
