@TalkTalk when I first signed up an engineer came out within 24 hours and fixed the problem...now you call are on hold for 30 minutes before they ask YOU to run through their diagnostics for another 30 minutes!! and hey presto still no internet...@TalkTalk I wish I could!!!!

Signed up to @TalkTalk...first day broadband slow...second day engineer came and it's great... 24 hours to fix a problem @VodafoneUK couldn't in 12 months...despite charging me Full price for something they never delivered!!

@TalkTalk I have no internet and your automated tool has said the problem is on my end and to turn my router off for 20 mins (!?). Seems a lot of people in Glasgow are having issues so pretty sure it's your end and not mine

@emjanero_ @TalkTalk Seems like TalkTalk are having some issues in the Glasgow area at the moment. Not working for me either. I've had to turn on the Mobile Hotspot on my phone so I can get back online at work (I'm also WFH) not ideal as I dont have free data. Hopefully they can get it sorted soon.
