    @TalkTalk when I first signed up an engineer came out within 24 hours and fixed the problem...now you call are on hold for 30 minutes before they ask YOU to run through their diagnostics for another 30 minutes!! and hey presto still no internet...@TalkTalk I wish I could!!!!

    Signed up to @TalkTalk...first day broadband slow...second day engineer came and it's great... 24 hours to fix a problem @VodafoneUK couldn't in 12 months...despite charging me Full price for something they never delivered!!

    @TalkTalk 'volumes of ticket' is your problem. You agreed to provide 150 Fibre to my home. In the past month I've had repeated disconnections and in this week I've had only 1/3 of minimum guaranteed speed as well as disconnections. 3 different engineers visists in 2 weeks and no fix yet.

    @Nickytimms @TalkTalk sky are bad but i find @TalkTalk worse by a mile.. i rather give my money else were than to these

    @TalkTalk Internet connection reset 4 times within half an hour and now it's not reconnecting. How much more disservice are you going to inflict before you fix it or just let me move on to another provider?

    @TalkTalk, your customer service is so bad, you do the big "talk" of doing best by your customers. So if anyone is having problems BT have just matched the price of talk talk and are offering more too. Will never In the future ever go with talk talk again.

    @TalkTalk Your TV box is ****. Have reset the box and the apps have still not updated. #More4 is missing episodes which come up when I access the app on my phone! 😡

    @TalkTalk Did you really instruct my 80 year old mother to take a screwdriver, open the connection box, jiggle the wires about a bit and put it back together to fix her extremely fuzzy line?

    @TalkTalk any chance you guys can stop being terrible? Tired of the internet dropping.. 1 sec I’ve got internet, 10 mins later, gone.. everyday.. all day and night! Let’s not talk about me paying for 80mb down but I average 2mb!!

    @b0mbshell_xo @TalkTalk This happened to me, bee with them since I can remember, unaware payment wasn't made until the email saying they were going to restrict service!! Paid it literally straight away, then noticed been charged a adim fee, wouldn't mind but what admin
