    @TalkTalk when I first signed up an engineer came out within 24 hours and fixed the problem...now you call are on hold for 30 minutes before they ask YOU to run through their diagnostics for another 30 minutes!! and hey presto still no internet...@TalkTalk I wish I could!!!!

    Signed up to @TalkTalk...first day broadband slow...second day engineer came and it's great... 24 hours to fix a problem @VodafoneUK couldn't in 12 months...despite charging me Full price for something they never delivered!!

    .@TalkTalk is ready service team the first people you speak to who will@ask about lights on a box or are they people who can actually help? Three weeks, no fix, no call backs, the same tests run multiple times, wrong number given to me, can’t cancel can’t get on the web. WTF

    @TalkTalk I'm going to have to make a formal complaint, due to the condition of my Internet over the past year or so. I've had constant outages, occasionally extremely low download speeds, despite your promise that it won't go lower than 80mbps, or perhaps it was 60mbps.
