Signed up to @TalkTalk...first day broadband slow...second day engineer came and it's great... 24 hours to fix a problem @VodafoneUK couldn't in 12 months...despite charging me Full price for something they never delivered!!

@TalkTalk when I first signed up an engineer came out within 24 hours and fixed the problem...now you call are on hold for 30 minutes before they ask YOU to run through their diagnostics for another 30 minutes!! and hey presto still no internet...@TalkTalk I wish I could!!!!

I am disgusted that @TalkTalk was charging my mother for years for a broadband that she never used and when I asked if I could get a refund I was told no they were charging her £30 per month from 2016 and I have just found out I spoke to Tina who wasn’t very helpful.

@TalkTalk want to explain why it's taken me five attempts to talk to someone on chat to resolve an issue that's been reoccurring for over a year to only get told to maybe upgrade, after saying no many times I've been left with no reply?

oh I'm overdue to change ISP again. talktalk price is ridiculous and why would you ever stay with one provider rather than jump around for the new customer discount

@TalkTalk our internet is all over the place yet according to your website it’s all fine- it’s not!!! We are getting speeds on line test from 37 which is what we normally have, down to 1.4!! We’ve changed nothing so something isn’t right!!!! In Suffolk NR33 #wifiissues

@TalkTalk are actually useless. Not only have they removed the only boost my grandad uses. TCM. But refused to send out an engineer. The nowtv they have replaced it won't work on his box and their customer service is drivel! He's 82. #Useless
