@TalkTalk when I first signed up an engineer came out within 24 hours and fixed the problem...now you call are on hold for 30 minutes before they ask YOU to run through their diagnostics for another 30 minutes!! and hey presto still no internet...@TalkTalk I wish I could!!!!

Signed up to @TalkTalk...first day broadband slow...second day engineer came and it's great... 24 hours to fix a problem @VodafoneUK couldn't in 12 months...despite charging me Full price for something they never delivered!!

@TalkTalk @virginmedia So we finally got through, gave details - your agent then told us to hang up so they could call back in 1 minute verify. That was 7 minutes ago?! This is the 5th time your staff have essential cut us off by not calling back. Is this a company tactic?

@TalkTalk Again, I’m not referring to my specific account. After long periods on hold yesterday and today I have spoken with your advisers-who do not know what the issue is and they are sending out an engineer. I’m talking about the wider issue of the midlands that is at the beginning

@TalkTalk @virginmedia The "can you please hang up and we'll call back" line which has been requested 4 times and failed to happen 4 times is a very strange tactic, considering your customer in question is a pensioner in her mid 80s is poor taste, don't you think?

@TalkTalk It certainly hasn’t…I’ve had issues with my wifi for a few days & a complete blackout all day today. Nobody seems to know what the problem is and I’m supposed to wait 2-3 days for an engineer..it’s disgusting.

@pcgamer Where I used to live, my broadband connection would drop off at least 6 times a day. The provider, TalkTalk swore up and down there wasn't a problem, had to take them to the ombudsman to get out of the contract
