@TalkTalk when I first signed up an engineer came out within 24 hours and fixed the problem...now you call are on hold for 30 minutes before they ask YOU to run through their diagnostics for another 30 minutes!! and hey presto still no internet...@TalkTalk I wish I could!!!!

Signed up to @TalkTalk...first day broadband slow...second day engineer came and it's great... 24 hours to fix a problem @VodafoneUK couldn't in 12 months...despite charging me Full price for something they never delivered!!

@simfelemy @TalkTalk I called their helpline and it was one of the most infuriating experiences that did not help in the slightest. I’m having a better response in a DM conversation but the problem has still not been resolved! Very disappointing so far

@virginmedia Last time I waited an hour and u did nothing. I ain't wasting my time. I'm gonna cancel the contract. I thought talktalk were bad. U lot are trying to charge us extra cause it WiFi doesn't go past 1 floor

@dandanjamieson @TalkTalk I'm on day 2 of trying to get help via DM now. @TalkTalk don't seem fussed enough to keep one customer service person focused on one customer at a time. It's like two to three hours between DM responses and then I get asked the same questions again.
