Signed up to @TalkTalk...first day broadband slow...second day engineer came and it's great... 24 hours to fix a problem @VodafoneUK couldn't in 12 months...despite charging me Full price for something they never delivered!!

@TalkTalk when I first signed up an engineer came out within 24 hours and fixed the problem...now you call are on hold for 30 minutes before they ask YOU to run through their diagnostics for another 30 minutes!! and hey presto still no internet...@TalkTalk I wish I could!!!!

@TalkTalk disgraceful service this week. Worked at home as a keyworker for 19 months and this week unable to do anything due to broadband dipping out only to be told it’s a residential line and I shouldn’t be working at home using it! How else am I supposed to work #disgrace

@SowmanDavid @TalkTalk I lost a days work because of it. I had 3 hours connection. It looks like they’ve started earlier than planned. Yet we are paying through the nose for this. Breach of contract in not delivering the service we pay for

@TalkTalk Out for 6 hours this morning talk talk reply from service centre was no issues in my area .. yet others in my area also lost it. Let's hope the upgrade doesn't go wrong !
