    @TalkTalk when I first signed up an engineer came out within 24 hours and fixed the problem...now you call are on hold for 30 minutes before they ask YOU to run through their diagnostics for another 30 minutes!! and hey presto still no internet...@TalkTalk I wish I could!!!!

    Signed up to @TalkTalk...first day broadband slow...second day engineer came and it's great... 24 hours to fix a problem @VodafoneUK couldn't in 12 months...despite charging me Full price for something they never delivered!!

    @CloneKorp jesus man. at my old place I moved to BT to get away from the shite from talktalk - never really had anything bad from BT themselves (bar the price). Sorry to hear you're having such trouble :/ Might be worth looking up your exchange/cab on the wholesale checker and seeing if

    @TalkTalk my internet is down AGAIN. Service status says there's a problem, then sends a nice text saying you're sorry and that it now appears to be working. IT ISN'T. Live chat doesn't work. The phone number is out of hours so isn't being picked up. WTF?
