    Signed up to @TalkTalk...first day broadband slow...second day engineer came and it's great... 24 hours to fix a problem @VodafoneUK couldn't in 12 months...despite charging me Full price for something they never delivered!!

    @TalkTalk when I first signed up an engineer came out within 24 hours and fixed the problem...now you call are on hold for 30 minutes before they ask YOU to run through their diagnostics for another 30 minutes!! and hey presto still no internet...@TalkTalk I wish I could!!!!

    @TalkTalk Hi Venice, I already have the Sagemcom SSID split between the 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz bands and the issue occurs on both.

    @timspanner @TalkTalk Hmmm, issue reoccurred for me too, thought for a moment it was fixed. The device cost a lot of money for a flaw in such basic functionality.

    @TalkTalk what is the point of having live chat if, after finally finding where it is hidden, it never works. Your nowtv replacement for recordable sports is laughable. You turned off remote record from your app. Any more downgrades planned. #poorcustomerservice

    Actually think @TalkTalk are the worst, most inconsiderate internet provider out there. Stay clear people do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.

    @TalkTalk I am in the UK. What phone number can I contact you on? 0345 172 0088 is not working. I asked for my account to close on Dec 30th, but the wifi is still connected.

    @TalkTalk I should mention also that the Sagecom works with all our other devices without problems, including other Apple products. It is only the iPhone 12 we have had the issue with.

    @TalkTalk morning I’m in SW11 and my internet is down, looks like it went down between 5am and 7am and is still not working. I haven’t touched/changes anything in the house. Just would like my service restored ASAP
