Signed up to @TalkTalk...first day broadband slow...second day engineer came and it's great... 24 hours to fix a problem @VodafoneUK couldn't in 12 months...despite charging me Full price for something they never delivered!!

@TalkTalk when I first signed up an engineer came out within 24 hours and fixed the problem...now you call are on hold for 30 minutes before they ask YOU to run through their diagnostics for another 30 minutes!! and hey presto still no internet...@TalkTalk I wish I could!!!!

.@TalkTalk you are literally the worst broadband provider ever. Have sent out THREE open reach engineers - all with the wrong job so they haven’t been able to set up my fibre. Incompetence to the highest degree!

@LMathiesonLife @TalkTalk Exactly! I see they posted something about their app being down between 12am-4am and loads of others have said their internet is down. Mine was definitely fine until at least midnight
