@TalkTalk when I first signed up an engineer came out within 24 hours and fixed the problem...now you call are on hold for 30 minutes before they ask YOU to run through their diagnostics for another 30 minutes!! and hey presto still no internet...@TalkTalk I wish I could!!!!

Signed up to @TalkTalk...first day broadband slow...second day engineer came and it's great... 24 hours to fix a problem @VodafoneUK couldn't in 12 months...despite charging me Full price for something they never delivered!!

@TalkTalk We've been trying to cancel our Talk Talk internet for almost a week now with well over 8 hours logged on hold to your customer service. If we hadnt have been cancelling for another reason we would be due to the customer service. Why have you made this so difficult

@TalkTalk your telephone customer service is appalling. Internet off yesterday, told an engineer coming this afternoon. As I believed it is an outage, I asked what to do if it came on, told to call in the morning to cancel appt. Internet came on, rang, told being charged £30 wtf

When your other half is trying to do interviews for NHS and you still have no WiFi been awful for years I’ve tried drumming it into them the problem is from telegraph pole to green box as they have replaced everything BUT!! @TalkTalk need this sorted and you ow us.
