    @TalkTalk when I first signed up an engineer came out within 24 hours and fixed the problem...now you call are on hold for 30 minutes before they ask YOU to run through their diagnostics for another 30 minutes!! and hey presto still no internet...@TalkTalk I wish I could!!!!

    Signed up to @TalkTalk...first day broadband slow...second day engineer came and it's great... 24 hours to fix a problem @VodafoneUK couldn't in 12 months...despite charging me Full price for something they never delivered!!

    @TalkTalk We have now been trying to get ‘customer services’ to sort out our account for two weeks. Every time we eventually get though to your UK call centre in Mumbai, or on chat, we are told they can’t access customer accounts? What is going on?

    @TalkTalk Currently up to 4 customer service operatives incapable of understanding a simple request today. I also got lied to by one operative. Maddening and not helpful.

    @AngelcityIain Im a TalkTalk customer but Openreach came to put fibre to my house, they disconnected my copper line then found a blockage in the pipe they were going to feed the fibre down. They say they can't restore my copper line and the fibre won't be in until the 15th march, I'm pissed

    @TalkTalk no WiFi and talktalk said they ran a test and found no problems so it's a home set up fault. However, it was set up fine and suddenly went so not a problem from our end. Help please. Meant to be teaching online tomorrow

    @kirsty_neilan @TalkTalk Did you get a reply? Seems lying is standard for talk talk. Offered my bereaved mum £20 goodwill, she accepted but as she still will wanted explanation for lies told it has been retracted and said won’t speak to her about it further. Sick awful people.
