  @TalkTalk when I first signed up an engineer came out within 24 hours and fixed the problem...now you call are on hold for 30 minutes before they ask YOU to run through their diagnostics for another 30 minutes!! and hey presto still no internet...@TalkTalk I wish I could!!!!

  Signed up to @TalkTalk...first day broadband slow...second day engineer came and it's great... 24 hours to fix a problem @VodafoneUK couldn't in 12 months...despite charging me Full price for something they never delivered!!

  @TalkTalk still having issues after 3 months of faulty internet connection, multiple engineers, complaints dept not calling, promised a new router and upgrade to fibre, I am now told I cannot move to another provider until October, how much worse is this service going to get?

  @carlheaton @alexbloor Openreach is the access network, is BT the ISP or are you with someone else? I know TalkTalk (residential only, not business) use DHCP, but I think other Openreach ISPs still use PPPoE with FTTP?

  This is @TalkTalk for you everyone “Oh just plug your router in and see if it works, our engineer couldn’t fix it but I’m sure if you just plug it in it’ll be fixed by midnight.” Midnight is here. No Wi-Fi. Still on my data. Top work

  @TalkTalk the maintenance in York is ridiculous, many times it's gone off and I'm not able to actually do my job. Why is this in work hours 99% of the time? (and no, I'm not sending you a DM, customer service is non-existent)
