@TalkTalk when I first signed up an engineer came out within 24 hours and fixed the problem...now you call are on hold for 30 minutes before they ask YOU to run through their diagnostics for another 30 minutes!! and hey presto still no internet...@TalkTalk I wish I could!!!!

Signed up to @TalkTalk...first day broadband slow...second day engineer came and it's great... 24 hours to fix a problem @VodafoneUK couldn't in 12 months...despite charging me Full price for something they never delivered!!

I think we've had it with @TalkTalk. It's so slow, it's like being back on dial up but without the fun and nostalgic noise. Tedious is the word. Just tedious.

@TalkTalk The main problem has always been that the front line staff have been apologising and saying sorry since the 18th Feb, but they obviously cannot do anything about the problem and the people they are passing the problem to are doing nothing

@billquiseng This is a lesson that @TalkTalk would do well to heed! Right now, they treat customers like they're an inconvenience in highlighting service shortfalls and they then criticise *the customer* ! Absolutely unbelievable 😤😡🤬
