@TalkTalk when I first signed up an engineer came out within 24 hours and fixed the problem...now you call are on hold for 30 minutes before they ask YOU to run through their diagnostics for another 30 minutes!! and hey presto still no internet...@TalkTalk I wish I could!!!!

Signed up to @TalkTalk...first day broadband slow...second day engineer came and it's great... 24 hours to fix a problem @VodafoneUK couldn't in 12 months...despite charging me Full price for something they never delivered!!

@TalkTalk Tried to close my account today, cancellation fees are extortionate! No flexibility or reasoning. Just expect you to pay 7 months up front to cancel.I explained my circumstances , the manager was consulted, still outcome was nothing.Raised a complaint & seeking legal advice.

@TalkTalk I have been speaking via private messages since 23rd August and still no call as promised and no result to my complaint, I would like to have ypur complaints process to escalate the matter to a governing body, my formal complaint was recieved before the 23rd.

@TalkTalk I have completed the form several times, scheduled several call backs from a manager and still nothing in response to my complaints! What a shocking service, I will be looking to take the matter further and don't reccomend this company!!
