Signed up to @TalkTalk...first day broadband slow...second day engineer came and it's great... 24 hours to fix a problem @VodafoneUK couldn't in 12 months...despite charging me Full price for something they never delivered!!

@TalkTalk when I first signed up an engineer came out within 24 hours and fixed the problem...now you call are on hold for 30 minutes before they ask YOU to run through their diagnostics for another 30 minutes!! and hey presto still no internet...@TalkTalk I wish I could!!!!

Following from my last post about how bad @TalkTalk are, we are still without broadband/landline since Thursday. An engineer arrived today to say he's not the right engineer to fix problem and talktalk should have known that. Abysmal service.

@rodtheplodNo9 @Ofcom @TalkTalk I raised 2 complaints with #Talktalk about their service, (not the faults those are many), 2 x with Ofcom and one with CISAS. let's see. TBH I don't want compensation from #talktalk just let me cancel my contract so that I can move to reliable #isp

@TalkTalk I have had no access to e mail since 10 am this morning. This happened last week too. I have missed meetings and webinars because the links are in there. I was told the server had an outage on 24th. Is this the same problem?
