@TalkTalk when I first signed up an engineer came out within 24 hours and fixed the problem...now you call are on hold for 30 minutes before they ask YOU to run through their diagnostics for another 30 minutes!! and hey presto still no internet...@TalkTalk I wish I could!!!!

Signed up to @TalkTalk...first day broadband slow...second day engineer came and it's great... 24 hours to fix a problem @VodafoneUK couldn't in 12 months...despite charging me Full price for something they never delivered!!

@CISASUK think you should investigate @TalkTalk making it impossible to make a complaint on the telephone as every time you call the number it cuts out or the departments pass you about like a bit of dirt with apologies and no help!!

@culturedleftpeg @wrexham I'm on Vodafone for last 2 years now & before that 10 years with Talktalk. Picked on price (cheapest fibre package) & had no issues with either company. Okay Talktalk's customer service when I left wasn't great but they put their price up mid contract & had to allow me to go.
