@TalkTalk when I first signed up an engineer came out within 24 hours and fixed the problem...now you call are on hold for 30 minutes before they ask YOU to run through their diagnostics for another 30 minutes!! and hey presto still no internet...@TalkTalk I wish I could!!!!

Signed up to @TalkTalk...first day broadband slow...second day engineer came and it's great... 24 hours to fix a problem @VodafoneUK couldn't in 12 months...despite charging me Full price for something they never delivered!!

So @TalkTalk keep ringing me to find out why I’m leaving but I can’t be bothered to be on the phone for half an hour telling them I had NO internet for 3 months in March 2020 and they would do NOTHING to help and we now have to rely on @ThreeUK MyFi to stay connected 😠

@TalkTalk hi, our internet in York, postcode area YO31 is down and has been down for 8 hours, logging into the router settings says that wi-fi is enabled but there appears to be connectivity problems with the router.
