    Signed up to @TalkTalk...first day broadband slow...second day engineer came and it's great... 24 hours to fix a problem @VodafoneUK couldn't in 12 months...despite charging me Full price for something they never delivered!!

    @TalkTalk when I first signed up an engineer came out within 24 hours and fixed the problem...now you call are on hold for 30 minutes before they ask YOU to run through their diagnostics for another 30 minutes!! and hey presto still no internet...@TalkTalk I wish I could!!!!

    @jamiemillington @TalkTalk It’s not just M34, but my area too. WV14. Spent a long time with @TalkTalk customer service and all I got was - Planned outage due to Openreach. It’s rubbish!

    @TalkTalk Is there an issue with S80 3HG Worksop? Internet has been dropping all day, line test says everything is running fine. We have restarted the router, all devices etc.

    @talktalk will get no money from me until they agree to cancel my contract from 20th September 2022 and send me written bill outlining all the charges. Extremely bad company to deal with.

    @TalkTalk you need to improve your call centre. Mega! Today I called 2x to find out why you had not taken payment from my card. After 30mins of never getting an answer as to why, huge levels of background noise, incredibly bad sound on the line and being cut off twice, I gave up.

    I spent over 25 mins on the phone today trying to close my account with @TalkTalk this is after failing to get anywhere online. They even refuse to give an address to write to in order to cancel your contract, why does @ofcom let these companies get away with this. 🤔

    @TalkTalk is there something wrong with your broadband??? our wifi provider uses your internet and ive had nothing but issues the last hour and a half
