@TalkTalk when I first signed up an engineer came out within 24 hours and fixed the problem...now you call are on hold for 30 minutes before they ask YOU to run through their diagnostics for another 30 minutes!! and hey presto still no internet...@TalkTalk I wish I could!!!!

Signed up to @TalkTalk...first day broadband slow...second day engineer came and it's great... 24 hours to fix a problem @VodafoneUK couldn't in 12 months...despite charging me Full price for something they never delivered!!

Don’t bother with @TalkTalk. Spent nearly an hour trying to get through to someone who can help with a very simple issue. A mistake they have made in the first place. 4 different people I have spoken to now. Hung up on after 30 mins of the first call too. Absolutely shoddy.
