Signed up to @TalkTalk...first day broadband slow...second day engineer came and it's great... 24 hours to fix a problem @VodafoneUK couldn't in 12 months...despite charging me Full price for something they never delivered!!

@TalkTalk when I first signed up an engineer came out within 24 hours and fixed the problem...now you call are on hold for 30 minutes before they ask YOU to run through their diagnostics for another 30 minutes!! and hey presto still no internet...@TalkTalk I wish I could!!!!

@TalkTalk No. Mum had no internet for a year and now TalkTalk won’t send anyone out even though she’s had people out several times and replaced her router twice. No internet for a year with no results and now refusing to fix the issue. We’re done.

@TalkTalk my elderly mother and mother in law recently switched to you. Both phone lines down this morning. Waiting to receive second phone call re COVID jab. I see from the web that you constantly have problems. They are based in Holsworthy, Devon. When will this be sorted?

@TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. Needed as wfm. Not a great experience for a new customer who's only been connected a few weeks considering I'm yet to even get the speeds I'm paying for.
