D (@justaviewofit) reported from Barrow-in-Furness District, England@TalkTalk when I first signed up an engineer came out within 24 hours and fixed the problem...now you call are on hold for 30 minutes before they ask YOU to run through their diagnostics for another 30 minutes!! and hey presto still no internet...@TalkTalk I wish I could!!!!

Seeming lack of willingness to actually send a person out to physically explore and diagnose the issue on your part is puzzling after lots of web chats

I spoke to TT agreed new cheaper tariff for 18m. Then process to rejoin. Mum doesn’t use email. So now set up to send me. But was charged more than double agreed tariff. So trying to find answers

I’ve no complaint at the moment other than I never received the latest TV box as promised but I’ve given up all hope of getting that

Awaiting authorisation and email update to let me access online account. This has been challenging - inconsistency in call handlers. Some have been great, some not so good.
