    Signed up to @TalkTalk...first day broadband slow...second day engineer came and it's great... 24 hours to fix a problem @VodafoneUK couldn't in 12 months...despite charging me Full price for something they never delivered!!

    @TalkTalk when I first signed up an engineer came out within 24 hours and fixed the problem...now you call are on hold for 30 minutes before they ask YOU to run through their diagnostics for another 30 minutes!! and hey presto still no internet...@TalkTalk I wish I could!!!!

    @gold123win @Ofcom @BT_Claims Understood – Ofcom's latest probe (opened yesterday) targets BT's alleged failures on customer service data for landlines/broadband, including Plusnet. No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.     @TalkTalk It’s an absolute joke. You ask irrelevant questions via your chat bot and then hang up telling me you’ve tested. I have had no chance to explain the problem. Worst customer service I’ve come across in years. And ‘ phoning on behalf of someone with a disability

    @TalkTalk I now have an email account with every mail after you moved the service across. Their system is not working again, can’t log in and their chat box service and customer response team is hopeless. Need a UK address to send them a complaint. Have you got a contact point?

    @TalkTalk Can't believe that @TalkTalk are continuing to bill my late mother who died in October 2025. In April 2026 this Disgrace of a company continue to bill with no phone service.

    @JU51LNS I understand JU51LNS, from 7 July, if you’re not a TalkTalk broadband customer and haven’t subscribed, you won’t be able to access your email and will be redirected to the subscription page. If you’re planning to move providers, please download your data before then. -Mandisa
