Signed up to @TalkTalk...first day broadband slow...second day engineer came and it's great... 24 hours to fix a problem @VodafoneUK couldn't in 12 months...despite charging me Full price for something they never delivered!!

@TalkTalk when I first signed up an engineer came out within 24 hours and fixed the problem...now you call are on hold for 30 minutes before they ask YOU to run through their diagnostics for another 30 minutes!! and hey presto still no internet...@TalkTalk I wish I could!!!!

@TalkTalk This is talktalk response after 7 hours of complete internet outage.Thank you for letting me know. I just got an update from our engineer in your area and they presently liaising with 3rd party suppliers diagnosing the root cause of this network disruption.

@TalkTalk They sent me this text as my area is effected but i hope it’s not going to be 2/3 working days before it’s back up and running again , i did a network test in talktalk account it shows the network fault updates there too if anyone else wants to see it

@talktalk must have the most frustrating phone call system. My Sunday was quite relaxed until I tried to report a fault about the never ending crap internet service.
