@TalkTalk when I first signed up an engineer came out within 24 hours and fixed the problem...now you call are on hold for 30 minutes before they ask YOU to run through their diagnostics for another 30 minutes!! and hey presto still no internet...@TalkTalk I wish I could!!!!

Signed up to @TalkTalk...first day broadband slow...second day engineer came and it's great... 24 hours to fix a problem @VodafoneUK couldn't in 12 months...despite charging me Full price for something they never delivered!!

Well, so far so good with new net connection! Not the best incoming signal but that can be sorted with an external antenna and even then i'm still getting between 40 to 50 download speeds, which is profoundly better than the 3 that I was getting with Talktalk!

@TalkTalk I think this issue is wider than just accessing 'My Account'. Other sites such as DVLA & British Gas are timing out. This happens on multiple devices but connection is fine over mobile data via my hotspot. Twitter is clearly OK.

@TalkTalk any chance of speaking to anyone at all to cancel this internet order can’t get through to anyone online or on the phone absolutely shocking
