  @TalkTalk when I first signed up an engineer came out within 24 hours and fixed the problem...now you call are on hold for 30 minutes before they ask YOU to run through their diagnostics for another 30 minutes!! and hey presto still no internet...@TalkTalk I wish I could!!!!

  Signed up to @TalkTalk...first day broadband slow...second day engineer came and it's great... 24 hours to fix a problem @VodafoneUK couldn't in 12 months...despite charging me Full price for something they never delivered!!

  @TalkTalk over the last couple of months Ive tried to log in to renew my contract rather than pay the out of contract price. Thought there was a mobile issue logging in. Today I remembered to try laptop at work and still cant log in. Guess you want the higher price from me eh?

  Re your business account people: they are the most spectacularly useless script-reading nincompoops I’ve dealt with.   @TalkTalk Utterly abysmal customer service. Initial chat online re: end of my contract; misinformed and dismissed. Apparently escalated to Customer Service management to hear back within 24 hours. Nothing; it's two weeks later. #badcustomerservice @Ofcom

  @WeAreOpenreach my dad is now having issues with his talk talk WiFi not working. Not getting anywhere with Talktalk. They've confirmed that the fault is with open talk, but no one has been out yet. He's been left with no internet for almost a week in a countryside village!

  @TalkTalk I refuse to pay the cancellation fee or call this number. I need an express guarantee that I will not be charged an exorbitant cancellation fee for a service I have not used yet. This is the only action I want from TalkTalk..
