    Signed up to @TalkTalk...first day broadband slow...second day engineer came and it's great... 24 hours to fix a problem @VodafoneUK couldn't in 12 months...despite charging me Full price for something they never delivered!!

    @TalkTalk when I first signed up an engineer came out within 24 hours and fixed the problem...now you call are on hold for 30 minutes before they ask YOU to run through their diagnostics for another 30 minutes!! and hey presto still no internet...@TalkTalk I wish I could!!!!

    @TalkTalk It's a GUARANTEED fixed price term. In my terms and conditions. The rise in broadband use is not my problem. I chose TalkTalk because of the guaranteed no price increase.

    @TalkTalk Since last Monday I’ve had no access to apps on my talk talk tv box - unable to access Netflix and catch-up tv and others. I pay on time every month and this is unacceptable that I am not getting what I am paying for #customerexperience #terrible #ridiculous
