@TalkTalk when I first signed up an engineer came out within 24 hours and fixed the problem...now you call are on hold for 30 minutes before they ask YOU to run through their diagnostics for another 30 minutes!! and hey presto still no internet...@TalkTalk I wish I could!!!!

Signed up to @TalkTalk...first day broadband slow...second day engineer came and it's great... 24 hours to fix a problem @VodafoneUK couldn't in 12 months...despite charging me Full price for something they never delivered!!

@TalkTalk Absolutely the worst broadband provider I have ever had... its down yet again and the customer service is so terrible... one advisor was trying to tell me that England is a continent and not a country... I'll be refusing to pay for this disgrace of a service here on

@onlyapound @TalkTalk Talk Talk failed 7 times to install broadband before I gave up and went elsewhere. I found that Senior Customer Manager must be a made up title because they had no more authority or control than anyone else. Found it very frustrating having to explain the situation every call.

Just highlighting the fact that I have had an absolutely terrible service from @TalkTalk and I highly recommend to all my followers that they stay away from this company for any telephone, broadband or any other service that @TalkTalk offers and finds a better provider

@TalkTalk I called as I had a very old router, they send me a new one but without my approval they renew my contract for 18 months, I had some issues with my Internet, I raised two complaints, no one got back to me, now I request a cancellation, they asked for 117 £, don't trust @TalkTalk

@TalkTalk As it stands, it appears to me that your company has been “happy to help” provide me with a below standard broadband service and also a below par customer service If only your broadband speed was as quick as you scrabbling about because I’ve gone public to moan about you

@adamtomes4 @TalkTalk Probably not. Talk talk kicks me off every night at midnight for at least an hour. There are hundreds (more likely thousands) of their customers experiencing the same issue. Good luck getting them to sort it.

@TalkTalk Ordered it in August got an email confirming it ! Have rung approx 5 or 6 times all tell me it’s been done it never has been I now cannot make a call to a person who does not have a mobile and likes to speak on a landline ! I got charged last month £12.00 for call !

@onlyapound @TalkTalk I've actually had some very good customer service and engineers come out from EE over the last couple of years if you're looking for alternatives
