Signed up to @TalkTalk...first day broadband slow...second day engineer came and it's great... 24 hours to fix a problem @VodafoneUK couldn't in 12 months...despite charging me Full price for something they never delivered!!

@TalkTalk when I first signed up an engineer came out within 24 hours and fixed the problem...now you call are on hold for 30 minutes before they ask YOU to run through their diagnostics for another 30 minutes!! and hey presto still no internet...@TalkTalk I wish I could!!!!

Thinking it was a good idea to get @TalkTalk broadband, it’s not working, the engineer who was due between 12 and 3 (AT A COST OF £50) has just phoned to say he needs to go home to get his laptop charger AND isn’t actually the person who will be able to fix it if it is broken 😡

@TalkTalk Help! My parents phone has been out of action since Saturday - they are in their nineties. My father was sent a mail saying the problem was fixed but it isn’t. Every time I call the talktalk number they supplied I only get automated messages. Need to talk to a person please!!

@TalkTalk Easily one of the worse switch overs I’ve ever experienced this would be the 6 person on one call just to get our internet up and running since Monday! All we did was order a service and have had to spend hours on the phone and still have no idea if I’ll get service!
