    @SepticFalcon @TalkTalk Have a look into plusnet you can use your own router etc and never had a problem for 3 years

    @TalkTalk You must have the worst customer service of ANY company we have ever dealt with. 3 attempts to get a new router, got through security each time. Complaints team call - surprise surprise, the security details don’t match. Call me cynical but it’s a quick way to resolve!

    @TalkTalk elderly parents service cut off on 29/4. They did not request this. You admitted fault. signed up again. Phoned today and was told order did not go through? New connection date 18/5. This is absolutely shocking. Please help.

    @TalkTalk Wow! What a totally useless customer service person Ijust spoke to. I am appalled at how unhelpful and stupid they were. The call was recorded so please listen to it. Unbelievable!

    @TalkTalk Hi Sindy thank you for your attention. Put in lot of time in drafting the complaint and what does the TalkTalk complaints officer do ? Just ignored the major part !! Not a professional standard is it? Why does TalkTalk employ people for? Leaving customers frustrated is not good.

    @TalkTalk on the phone with an agent trying to fix my grandmothers phone line but was told an engineer can’t come until next week. She’s 90, lives alone and relies on a panic button so can’t be without her phone, is it possible for someone to come sooner?

    @TalkTalk Hi I've been a talktalk broadband customer for many years. Have now had an email saying, as I am not a broadband customer, my email will cease working. How can I fix this?

    @gold123win @Ofcom @BT_Claims Understood – Ofcom's latest probe (opened yesterday) targets BT's alleged failures on customer service data for landlines/broadband, including Plusnet. No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.     @TalkTalk following ur own “planned maintenance” this is now day 8 of my mum not having her landline. A vulnerable 90 yr old living alone , 100 miles away from only son. Totally unacceptable in modern tech age. Tech support, cust complaints, welfare , not 1 person can sort 😡😡

    Spent 2 hrs 20 mins trying to resolve an issue with @TalkTalk. Received a router that was clearly faulty, damaged and previously used. Trying to charge me. Multiple transfers btw teams, full diagnostics completed, photos provided, still no resolution. @TalkTalk
