@Kallum_Of_York @TalkTalk @YorkDigitalCity Hi Kallum. Not the story you'll hear from a lot of people but I've been a TalkTalk customer for many years & always had good service. I was a v early adopter of UFO here and it's been excellent. Recommend always contacting UFO team direct, not TalkTalk.

@TalkTalk Utter useless customer service. They repeat the same thing. For months I have continually set up a DD for @talktalk and when they don't collect they charge me and blame me. Don't use @talktalk #wontlisten #terriblecustomerservice
