    SICK AND TIRED OF @TalkTalk 's f***ing appalling service! desperately trying to pursue an enquiry on DM - GIVEN my account number and phone details etc. answered security q's amending when necessary . there should be NO DOUBT that they are dealing with the correct person!

    @SydesJokes @Toadoftoadhall7 Dido don't do apols.... Did, she ever apologise for the shameful lack of Info-Security that led to the massive data hack leaking of Talktalk customer details. She was pathetic at fronting that one out too..

    @TalkTalk Our WiFi has been down for two days. We have contacted customer service who advised help will arrive in three days!!! We are all at home working and online school due to lockdown. Can you help to fix this today??

    @TalkTalk Christ, you guys don’t make it easy to get in touch with you. My internet is down and it’s an emergency cos I’m working from home - have spent 45 mins just trying to find a real phone no for you guys... seems like something it might be worth putting on your website?
