    @TalkTalk I had a call booked between 6pm and 8pm this evening to discuss my complaint. I received a text message at 18.10 saying you will call on 23rd June. Why haven't you called me today? I have been waiting since 23rd May for a call!!

    @virginmedia Whenever i've worked with @TalkTalk or @bt_uk they went above and beyond when the mistake was on their end opposed to making the customer suffer.

    @TalkTalk I appreciate that - I work for the NHS so I know how tough things have been. My issue is why we are told specifically that prices will not increase. It seems deceptive to me. I would prefer things to be upfront and honest.

    Poor girl at #TalkTalk cancellations sounded exhausted. Probably had quite a lot of cancellations since their mid contact price hikes. Oh well. Hello @VodafoneUK I'm back.

    @13sarahmurphy @NHSEngland She failed spectacularly at her previous job at Talktalk as well. Harding is the person to make it fail. The line from the Tories over the next 5 years is going to be, "we've tried to save the NHS, but it's way too difficult... we need to privatise it to save it"

    @TalkTalk more internet issues. Telling me there’s no valid IP which is laughable. So you need to send me a new router because this is happening too often now. Either Wi-Fi won’t work or Ethernet. So sick of this crap, why am I even paying you if I have to fix it every time?!

    @doctor_oxford @BorisJohnson @NHSEngland Not to mention the cover-up of the fact that TalkTalk's customer data had been massively hacked on her watch. That's one hell of a CV she has built up. On the plus side, apparently she can ride a horse.
