    @SepticFalcon @TalkTalk Have a look into plusnet you can use your own router etc and never had a problem for 3 years

    @TalkTalk trying to arrange Power of Attorney for an account and it’s more complicated than it was to arrange it with the bank! Can’t get hold of anyone to speak to and your form for this is very poor!

    @TalkTalk spoke to one of your customer service reps this evening to try to sort out my in-law’s account because my father in law has advancing dementia and isn’t able to do it any longer. Genuinely couldn’t have received better help from Christine. She was an absolute 🌟

    @TalkTalk To be fair to @TalkTalk , after the internet crashed they were up and running again four hours later. Internet crashing happens to all internet service providers that I have ever been with. Not sure though why the text message said "The new estimate is 14/01/26 before 1 PM."

    @TalkTalk what a shambles of a company, first of all we have been paying for a service which hasnt worked in months, endless discussions back and forth for them to tell us they dont provide the tv box we have installed anymore thats why it hasnt worked

    @TalkTalk my mother who is 84 has been attempting to talk to a human in your business to resolve the lack of service (broadband and landline) to her home. 3 hours yesterday dealing with a Chatbot.

    @TalkTalk 2/2 she had to then get a neighbour to help her. Surely when you deal with vulnerable elderly people, you can forgo making people act as telecoms engineers and just book a repairer. And not threaten her with a £75 charge if she got itwrong after doing said telecoms work

    @TalkTalk Multiple times. That wouldn't solve the landline problem anyway which is more pressing. No dial tone at all.
