    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup Another poor service 4m ur tech adv named TK who hung up on me after me being on call for 23 mins. In today’s difficult times where companies like BT r trying their best to keep people connected,u’re making all ur efforts to make people feel terrible.

    @TalkTalk hi I upgraded to fibre 35 for £23.50was meant to go live 7th may! After pointless phone calls ! Not going live now till end July blaming engineers problems! Charging me £32! Not good service!

    @TalkTalk Poor response. Either way & for what ever reason, some sort of corresponding notice should have went out. Glasgow in particular appeared to have had an issue last night yet nothing from TT.

    @TalkTalk It’s back on now. Point now is, no prior notice that service was going down. I work from home so not good!

    I know I can setup an email alias so that the automated system at @talktalk is kept happy, but it's an indicator of future grief and for less than £2 a month saving, I'll stay with my current ISP - who use the same infrastructure but have a simpler customer support system
