@SepticFalcon @TalkTalk Have a look into plusnet you can use your own router etc and never had a problem for 3 years

@TalkTalk Hi mbuso no I am not particularly well. I am shocked at the poor service and the fact I can't get through to anybody to report it! I have sent a DM but this is slow and cumbersome and I am still without the service I have paid for!

@TalkTalk Hello, I’ve had no update regarding this when you opened a fault on 4/1, logged in online and no mention now of the fault that was logged and no resolution, still states there is issue with broadband
