@TalkTalk My elderly mum has no means of communicating with all the phones and Internet down.... Not acceptable talk talk.... The beeper she has if she falls is useless as it runs of the WiFi....

@TalkTalk 8 hours ago We're aware that customers connected to the Northolt and West Drayton exchanges are currently experiencing a loss of service. Latest Update 2:55pm - Virgin Media engineers are on site and have assessed that the Fibe optic cabling has been damaged.....

Well that was weird, someone claiming to be from talktalk called "about my internet". I said to be quick because I was working, they asked me for some space?! They hung up on me and then the internet went down briefly!
