@TalkTalk hi, I gave notice to cancel my contract under right to cancel because of thd price rise mid contract. I have received a letter gor £115 penalty and the broadband has been stopped at 5 days rather than 30 days from notice.

Been on the phone for over an hour. Internet not working AGAIN. Such terrible service from @TalkTalk once again with no resolution. Paying for nothing.

@TalkTalk Yes, I do. I just ran the TalkTalk line test which said there isn't a problem. Lately, we've had to restart the router regularly (once every few days) as the internet connection would go down, though WLAN was fine. Broadbandspeedchecker showed good download speed. Am confused.

@TalkTalk I’ve done everything I can think. Reinstalled the app, restarted my phone, cleared my cache, logged in from other devices. It’s the same problem no matter what device I use

@TalkTalkBizCare I keep getting emails purporting to be from Talktalk Business offering deals. The company responsible for the emails is "Acquirz". Here's the thing: not only will I not give my money to TalkTalk on this occasion but as a principle I now NEVER will so why bother?
