    @TalkTalk It took an hour for you to run a line test - which has identified a fault external to their premises. BTOpenreach need to fix this but your team could give no indication as to how long this will take.

    @TalkTalk my 94 year old grannie is being charged for calls she hasn’t made. Some of the charges relate to calls apparently made in the middle of the night (100 in an hour!) and when she hasn’t even been at home! The customer services team are no help and have cut her off!!

    @TalkTalk I have had DM's with TalkTalk. You guys say "This is an issue with TalkTalk Business. You'll need to contact them." I try. There is NO response. You guys get to throw it over the wall and ignore it over and over and over.

    Do not recommend @TalkTalk to a anyone, horrendous service and shocking WiFi!! For the second time in the last 2 weeks there “service” has let us down. My partner who works from home wasn’t able to work at all last week because our WiFi was down and now it’s down again.
