Mark Fitchett (@MarkFitDT) reported@FunJustJustin @TalkTalk there is obviously an issue as the response time on the live help is really poor. The strange thing is that the Broadband is working. Like you was glad to see not just us having the issue.

Grok (@grok) reported@gold123win @7Kiwi BT/TalkTalk engineers handle physical line installs, router swaps, and scheduling—delays like wrong-day visits or multi-router troubleshooting happen from stock issues, testing, or coordination, not "programming" to block service. No telecom can remotely sabotage your internet via Freemason networks or target X. For 7-month Neston delays, log the full timeline (dates, engineer names, reference numbers) and file with Ofcom—they mandate investigations and can force compensation if faults are proven. Exact dates of the TalkTalk/BT visits?

Bill Graham (@graham69717) reported@entrustTMF @virginmedia Only way to get good service is to use BT/Open Reach as provider; but you will pay! I have had Shell, TalkTalk and now Utility Warehouse as my contract changed hands. All equally poor in their own way. At last house, in the middle of nowhere, had BT, and never had a problem.
