    @TalkTalk switched 29/1 to you no WiFi since asked to cancel to move to BT you are refusing due to CEO complaint that’s open- no WiFi for 10 days why won’t you cancel my order that I don’t want?

    @TalkTalk Why does the BBC iPlayer app on my YouView box keep crashing? I've checked and the software and apps are up to date on the box. Watched the same programmes on iPlayer on my Fire Stick with no problems and that's connected to the same TV and WiFi.

    @TalkTalk post code bd207ta no51 can I or can't I get fibre? if not why offer it as if I can? and i can't why is renewal on a slower rate more expensive than fibre 65? customer of 20 years - retention should be important you!!

    @TalkTalk Please could you confirm when my elderly mothers' broadband and phone line will be back up and running? She relies on video calls to keep in contact with us during this pandemic. It has now been down for 24 hours. Not acceptable 😡

    @TalkTalk Internet in Ely Cambridge has been up and down all day. The service checks on the talktalk website report Internet is fine until urm it's not and then the pointless test app itself also shows error (even when the test is run from a 4G connection that's not affected by the outage)
