    @TalkTalk Being charged £73 to cancel my contract even though TalkTalk weren't providing the speeds paid for. Customer services arguing with me to try and stop me from canceling. People looking for a broadband provider, avoid TalkTalk like the plague.

    @TalkTalk already done this and spoke with your customer service team. It’s an open reach issue which is causing issues for all providers, unfortunately they were unable to provide a timescale on how long it will take to fix the issues, which isn’t great when working from home
