    @TalkTalk my 87 year old frail father in law who lives alone phone line died. My brother in law tried to contact you. No one you can talk to just a web based response. First it said there is a fault but we can't say when we can fix it. Second time it said the problem is in the

    @yourolly Openreach then leases these cables to other service providers like EE, PlusNet, Vodafone, TalkTalk, Sky etc, who can then also either pay to use OR’s kit in the exchange or rent space to house their own kit (LLU or Local Loop Unbundling)

    @tristiaharrison @TalkTalk i have sent 4 messages to talk talk spent over an hour on your online chat and still no broadband connection , why is it so difficult to get this sorted out. Service should be your number 1 goal . Looking to leave now .

    @ryanteck @TalkTalk Pretty sure this is an increase to the cost of their calls add-on, and technically not a breach of their "we won't increase your prices" promise. Solution: use a mobile (e.g. £5 unlimited calls SIM card) and save £14 per month ;)

    @BenjaminEHowe @TalkTalk Yeah I couldn't quite remember if he did or not. We moved him to a Mobile years ago for free calls between us on the same network.
