Most impressed by Talk Talk @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup automated services and repairs re recent landline and broadband problems. My rage could be heard by seagulls in Shoreham. Normally I don't take prisoners. But all seems improved.

@TalkTalk hi there, we are trying to cancel our contract on your customer service line. We've tried twice now and your call centre provider both times passed us on to a dead line with no one there. We require a call back please to get this resolved ASAP.

@mattcornock @TalkTalk How did you make it happen? They asked us for wayleaves, I pointed out they probably didn't actually need them, they laid it down the next street but missed ours out. :-(
