    @RicardoSeb101 @TalkTalk They are awful. People need to be warned to stop signing up for contracts with them @Ofcom should be doing something about how they are treating people. I feel we have no protection anymore unless we pay for our own legal action, which not everyone can afford to do #AvoidTalkTalk

    @Dougal_McK @TalkTalk Customer service is shocking. They are very rude and are no help at all. Honestly do not get a contract with them. They also break their fixed price contracts so this company cannot be trusted at all.

    Called @TalkTalk on 2nd March 2022 for terminate my contract due internet problem and services. They asked to call 03451725157. First operater name is Raj. Then passed to 2nd operator is Samanta. Both Indian i dont from nowhere. They are very unprofessional and unhelpful.

    @TalkTalk Have sent a message. I really don’t understand why it so difficult to cancel services… well I do but it’s wrong! You are not the only company that I’m experiencing difficulties with which makes me wonder how folk without access to technology and social media cope!
