    @TalkTalk @DrDaveH Sorry for jumping in, but David and Sarah have been talking about this for weeks. You jumping in to say “DM me and I’ll have a look”, as if this is a new issue you know nothing about, appears (to this outsider at least) rude, unkind, complacent, ignorant and unprofessional.

    @TalkTalk No you can get lost. Been a massive issue ever since I moved house. You send people out and nothing ever seems to be resolved even though you admit fault!!!!

    @TalkTalk when are you going to fix my broadband in OX3? Nothing since 12.30 on 6 December, you've failed to resolve the issue in 2-3 working days, on the whole your customer service team in S. Africa is useless. I'm a teacher, I work from home. GET THIS FIXED, NO EXCUSES

    @TalkTalk so after 30 days of no internet with Talk Talk. Countless (and I mean countless) conversations via phone, online chat, tech team, engineer sent. Last resort changed to BT, within 3 hours issue solved, internet now live. My advice STAY AWAY FROM @TalkTalk

    Brilliant service from @talktalk and @BT_Openreach. Fault on line reported to TalkTalk yesterday (line dead) and they arranged for BT Openreach to come within 72 hours. Patrick from Openreach arrived within 24 hours and fixed the problem. #Veryhappycustomer #greatcustomerservice

    @TalkTalk ho hum, slow again...just fix it 28 days to go, that's what the regulator said. And don't for the 12th time say...please DM us just take responsibity and fix it.

    @TalkTalk cancelled my contract last month & was told I’d be refunded any amount I was owed. Just got charged the usual amount again today - wtf?
