    @Ofcom Thanks - I’m hoping they’ll respond to my open case/complaint, but that’s not looking promising. I just thought you should be aware of this behaviour. Surely when a line is transferred to another supplier, the previous supplier cannot keep charging for it? @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk customer here: no broadband service for 15 days. Problem reported 26/8 Replacement router arrived 29/8. It’s on but ‘no internet connection. I’ve been through the on line links and customer’service’. Tried your phone line help - farcical.
