@TalkTalk are again absolutely the worst. YOU texted me the night before a cityfibre engineer visit I hadn't requested. I reachedule. Noone arrives. Reschedule again for today. The cityfibre people install my new cable. But the internet doesn't work.

@TalkTalk Still no further on with resolving my complaint @TalkTalk; I am fed up of having lengthy conversations on your 0345 number and when it seems that I am about to be transferred to a Complaints manager I am left on hold or the line cuts off!

@onechord_js TalkTalk. Went on their online chat and got a "special offer" just for today (cool story) and they knocked it down from £49 to £42.
