@TalkTalk cancelled on your 'chat service' 5th Feb. Sent equipment back in bag as requested 11th Feb. Wasn't cancelled correctly by yourselves. Cancelled again. Two call backs promised. Three further chat messages. Payments have continued to come out. Now received another bag....
