    @SepticFalcon @TalkTalk Have a look into plusnet you can use your own router etc and never had a problem for 3 years

    @TalkTalk @baldgrany Please send me details to raise a formal complaint too. My mum is 84 doesn't have a computer or use wifi or broadband just a landline for Careline but she is paying £30-35/mth for fast fibre & next month her bill is going up by £14?! How many other old people are being abused?!😡

    @TalkTalk ...talk talk tv or ask for it, and has tried timing multiple times, unable to get through, her cooling off period is in two days also, this needs cancelling as she did not ask for it, the lady on the phone took it into her own hands to send it to her, pls help, thanks!

    @TalkTalk I switched my service to our new address and was supposed to receive a new router which hasn’t yet turned up. There doesn’t seem to be anyway of contacting you through the web or phone, hence posting here. Please can you help? Thanks Kristian
