STAY AWAY!!! from @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup the worst BB providers I've ever dealt, no wifi for 2weeks, waiting for BB to get fitted today only to phone them to find out there's a been a knowin problem and it wont be getting installed, no contact from them to inform me, USELESS!!

@TalkTalk any reason my broadband is down for the last 12 hours again, for the umpteenth time this year? And when it is connected I'm generally averaging less than 1-2mbps on my computer over WiFi? This broadband has been astronomically terrible.

@TalkTalk Got my new internet provider coming out next week. Only a few more days of @TalkTalk to bear. It's Sunday night so, like every Sunday, my internet was lost at match point in a tennis game I've been absorbed in for 2 and a half hours... I never did get any help with this issue 1/

Hey @TalkTalk, the year is 2021. Why are you insisting our end-of-service refund can only come as a cheque to an address we don’t live at? “Due to covid there will be a delay of issuing cheques of up to 4 weeks” how about a bank transfer then, which is far more covid safe?!

@TalkTalk blocking TeamViewer and I can no longer work remotely. Your telephone support are unable to fix the problem so I cannot work. Yet you want to charge me £130 early exit fee to use another provider. Really unimpressed Talktalk. Any help please?

@TalkTalk Stop telling people to “stay safe” that’s ridiculous. Treat your customers better! Disgusting customer service. You pretend to sort the issues in a quick message on here but when privately messaged you disappear and don’t sort anything!

Not only does this mean we’d have to take it to the bank and interact with people there to process it, you’re also making it so we would have to go back to an address we don’t live at and increase the risk that way too...this is a solved problem, bank transfer! @TalkTalk

Just had a minor internet issue with @TalkTalk but they fixed it the very next business day. With @virginmedia it often took 3 or more (often more) weeks! #maketherightchoice
