@TalkTalk It's alright. We just got off a call where we were told to expect another update on the service status on May 4th. Ridiculous. It's fixed in the next 48 hours or we change provider.

Don’t be lured into another broadband contract with @TalkTalk by the promise of Amazon gifts - because you never get them. Just continual fobbing off - wait 37 days, then +7, then +10, actually it’s 90 days. Then Email this ‘no reply’ address, that doesn’t work (surprise!) 😡
