  @TalkTalk Absolutely not Andy. Only the other day you told me there was nothing else you could do, and that if i want an engineer i would have to pay for it. Ive got a new provider now. The terrible support is why you lose customers.

  @TalkTalk Another day, another @TalkTalk fail. After several hours on DM yesterday, and their promise to call me today, I’ve now had a message saying they will call me tomorrow. Tomorrow was supposed to be our 2nd delayed connection day. Not looking likely!

  Internet was fine all day yesterday but 7 minutes after i start streaming it dropped completely (@TalkTalk say there is no problem though lol). So no stream today, Tomorrow new internet is connected and also some upgrades so i can bounce back problem free hopefully :)

  @TalkTalk The only reason of all those will be 'Our services aren’t available in your area'....so when will your services be available in my area as the house 6 doors down can get it, so it's obviously your services

  @TalkTalk No internet in the Madowbank area of Edinburgh at all today and been more off than on over the last 2 weeks. What is the problem ???
