  @JohnMat77117417 @TalkTalk Thanks John, it was more to do with promoting non existent savings. After finally speaking to CEO complaints team it's obvious Talk Talk feel they can offer customers with a genuine complaint a sweetener and continue to operate in a spurious manner with no Ofcom repercussions.

  @TalkTalk Well now it doesn’t matter we’ve been told out internet has been cut off because you charge us for a bill that should have been sorted months ago and then charge us a late fee as-well so never mind now. Months this has been going on ridiculous

  @TalkTalk I sincerely hope so. But you never know with TalkTalk. Each time I think it’s been addressed we get another letter. I don’t think anything gets written down or tracked there. My dad is 89 years old and shouldn’t be under this sort of stress.

  @notveryonbrand @TalkTalk omg we just switched to talk talk and it’s worse than our internet before it’s sooo bad
