@TalkTalk I'm not well, I'm stressed out and fed up, suffering mentally with this Internet. Testing my line didn't help. Reseting didn't help. Turning on/off didn't help. Factory reset didn't help.

@TalkTalk @CityFibre Which is not good enough. Customer service on really lacking because you don't have proper systems in place to communicate between CF-TT and the customer. Why do I have to report an issue to you? Why don't your systems show this automatically? Why do I have to chase all updates?

It's funny how when your contract is coming to an end with @TalkTalk (and that's not just for me my friend had the same issue). They tend to slow down your connection during your final month... Really? #UK

@TalkTalk I have already done this and it didn't help. Technical support team not helpful because they can't actually do anything other than get a CF technical engineer sent out

If any of my followers are thinking of going with Talk talk then don't bother. Months of problems, 10 days without a service, the worst customer service, and a CEO (Tristia Harrison they couldn't care less about her customer's. They might be cheap but they're useless.@TalkTalk

@TalkTalk So, please tell me how you manage to cut off the phone line of a vulnerable 91yr old lady with dementia when she has been paying you every month by direct debit. My phone call to your Customer Service line left a lot to be desired and achieved nothing!

@TalkTalk I've previously turned off the router and modem for 30 minutes, unplugged everything, and it's just a temporary fix, because just hours or days later, maybe weeks if I'm lucky, it stops working properly.
