  Not only is @TalkTalk too useless to give me Internet despite getting over a months notice on setup, they are now slow on cancelling my order, which means I can't set up with a new ISP on the line. FURTHER DELAYS! The single most incompetent company I've ever experienced.

  I rely on recordings to watch a lot of my tv as being busy single mum not always possible to watch at time. @TalkTalk sent me new box after mine broke and this one doesn’t allow recordings and they won’t do anything to help. Looks like I’m switching provider soon. #nothappy

  @TalkTalk you are the worst internet provider in the UK, 4 days with no Internet, numerous phone calls to your call centre in the far East, staff following a script, asked for an engineer & was told it would be £50! I am moving asap

  @TalkTalk Hi Yesterday you sent me paul belton A dm and i went to look at it and responded to what i was going through with my fibre broadband immediately it was installed. we had no problem with the normal broadband before the engineer came and installed fibre.
