Worst customer service ever with @talktalk for last 3 months I have had a charge and repeatedly requested refund and confirmation of DD setup. Today another email with charge and no DD gone out. Hours on chat promising me everytime it is done. #cancelcontract @MoneyTelegraph

@virginmedia I was speaking to Frazer from Retentions, who refused to re-open my complaint, refused to escalate my complaint to a manager, so patronising he was, and he also hung the phone up on me when asked to be escalated to a manager @TalkTalk you got nothing to worry about
