Hi @TalkTalk since we ‘upgraded’ our internet it’s been utterly useless. It keeps cutting out. We stream our TV and my 2yr old is telling me in the mornings ‘it’s broken Daddy’ I now pay more than I did as was pushed into an upgrade. And it’s a worse service!

@TalkTalk well today how has my Talktalk internet done. 1. Up and down 2. Speed way below contract at 21 should be a min of 59. First reported nearly a month ago. TALKTALK WILL SOON BE OUT OF TIME, free termination, bet TT wriggles. All I got from this is 50 DMs

@TalkTalk 3rd engineer in a week still can't fix the problem you's caused why am I paying a company for such a shite service my home has been damaged I am no longer safe in my home and yous dont give a care that you've left a vulnerable person like this in their home #lawsuit

@TalkTalk I received an email regarding am unexpected bill for £7.79, but I can't login to my account. I pay for my TalkTalk Mail Plus annually so I shouldn't get monthly bills. Please look into this for me. Kind regards
