@VPayney89 Worst provider I’ve ever had. I binned them halfway through the contract as the signal didn’t reach the bedroom. Garbage. Go with TalkTalk. Three years in and very few issues. The one time I lost service they credited me six months!

@TalkTalk day 4 of no Internet. Openreach engineer attended my home but unable to resolve issue. Now I've been told I've got to wait for a case manager to call me, which could take another 3 days. Absolute shocking service!!!

.@TalkTalk day 23 of waiting for my account to be cancelled. account still not cancelled, still no phone call from a supervisor to force the cancellation through. fibre account so twitter advisers cannot help. if I have to call on Monday about this...

Welp no call from a @talktalk supervisor. If their fibre line isn't open tomorrow then I'm going straight to complaints on Monday because this is the second manager who has failed to call me. Outstanding service from a company thats "always trying to get better" 👌
