@weshatton99 @TalkTalk 2 hrs to sort out an issue but it did get resolved! In fairness the live chat operator was really helpful. But trying to negotiate TalkTalk website support is soul destroying!

@TalkTalk My account says everything is fine and have 16 Mbps. Not true! Talktalk speedcheck says I have 2.4 Mbps download. Your fault finding is for idiots only and a complete waste of time. Chat does not work. How do I report this issue?

@TalkTalk please help me with this. How can it be that my 84 year old father in law informed you of his move in the first week of November. He moved on 27/11 and you’re telling him his number won’t transfer until 8/12. No internet for 11 days! Your call centre will not help!!!

@nickwilsdon @TalkTalk There's general provision of telephone+net, then there are companies selling "lines" and "voip" etc. I don't understand why the first group (Virgin, BT etc.) separate business and home. I've never understood how the 2nd group ever existed?
