    So update on internet: Had to get in contact myself today as no one phoned yet again to find out they didn’t escalate the issue properly and now I have to wait 7 days again for the order to be cancelled! Wtf is that about ? @TalkTalk

    haha, talktalk literally sent an email saying ‘we’ve moved you onto a higher speed broadband package for free!’ and the speed is the same, because it’s a physical problem

    An hour and a half on the phone to @TalkTalk, and now being transferred to a fourth person. Still waiting for somebody to actually sort out my problem, rather than just saying that they are the wrong person.

    Now on the phone to @TalkTalk technical department. Although the engineer who came to the house said that there is no problem inside my property, and that the problem was with the line from the exchange, I received several texts asking me to check my systems.

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalk I have had none or very intermittent service for 11 days now. No clear answers being provided other than constant blaming of OpenReach. This is contributing to substantial loss of earnings. Tired of having to repeat myself every time with online chat.
