@TalkTalk Let's hope the engineer coming today will bring some service with him, no usable internet since you moved me over to fibre 35 on Thursday, when it does briefly come to life I'm getting 5mbps.. 😠😡😠

@TalkTalk Hi, I've just had a bill come through for March, when my service was due to cease March 15th, and I had an advisor confirm over live chat that you bill in advance, so I would only be charged up to the 15th. Can I get some help with this please?

I have spent over 12 hours trying to get someone at talktalk to fix this, it will be almost 6 weeks before they attempt to install the fibre connection for 2nd time. All I have from TalkTalk is there front line people telling me how sorry they are
