    @TalkTalk pls could you provide me with a number so I can talk to someone about my Fibre installation. Issues since June 2022, another appointment today & then get a text saying it’s cancelled as cant have Fibre in my area, despite the fact the box outside was installed in June.

    @TalkTalk Also down again... downham market pe38. After 3 calls to your customer service today and got hung up on 3 times. Awful service. Openreach friend came over, tested their end, no issues there end....More lies from talktalk and still no internet.

    Hello @TalkTalk you are holding me to ransom. I am out of contract and trying to cancel yet you put me on hold for hours. Your workers are leaving me on hold but I can hear them pissing around. Can you sort it out.

    @TalkTalk your technical support is a joke. I spent 90mins with your technical fault dept to report that my elderly mum (who has Alzheimer’s) phone and internet lines aren’t working and all you did is run a check on the line and tell me I had to go to the house to call you!

    @TalkTalk I could actually scream or cry!!!! I’ll just cry. TalkTalk are by far the absolute worst company I’ve ever dealt with!!! I don’t as really not in the right headspace to deal with them this evening and I’m cancelling my contract.
