@TalkTalk I’m pretty done with your company to be honest. It’s got so much worse and your customer service people just read off a script, and can’t cope if you give a different answer than they expect…

  • ThatCricketBlog CountyCricketHub (@ThatCricketBlog) reported

@TalkTalk It is so slow that accessing a website is almost impossible at times.

  • SiWheeler78 Simon Wheeler (@SiWheeler78) reported

Another spam call this time from 07740880590 claiming to be @TalkTalk and that I have fluctuating internet speed (all rubbish). Phone was slammed down when the first inaccuracy was highlighted.

  • Laurenlondoner Lozza (@Laurenlondoner) reported

@TalkTalk why have I had 6 phone calls in the past week asking me if I want to update my security details? Your service is rubbish and I’m concerned as to why they always ask me the same question 🤔🤔

  • lennyrfc Lennox Richardson (@lennyrfc) reported

@TalkTalk why was my Mum getting 8Mbps download speed on her broadband earlier this evening when she’s paying almost £50pcm for your super fast fibre broadband? Surely she should expect speeds in excess of 30Mbps? It’s been like this a day or two apparently so what’s the issue!?

  • Johnmilton124 J (@Johnmilton124) reported

@TalkTalk @Charnwood_CFR what is your account number to help you get to the wrong department. Please confirm you are not human.

I understand your concern about the 7-month internet delay after switching from BT Business to TalkTalk, and the perceived 6-month Ofcom limit on claims. Ofcom guidelines allow complaints up to 12 months after an issue, but they recommend acting quickly. If BT's actions contributed, escalate to Ofcom or their ADR scheme. Share more details for me to check?

  • Laurenlondoner Lozza (@Laurenlondoner) reported

@TalkTalk Please see your DM, then, as I’ve written a very lengthy complaint about how rubbish your company is
