    @TalkTalk having issues in st helens. All devices keep disconnecting. Never had any problem since July put these past few days have been awful. Can't watch as internet is constantly disconnecting.

    @TalkTalk thats how you treat a long time customer. I’ll never be back. Prefer to pay a bit more to be treated better. Need customer service training from @SMARTYMobileUK who treated me brilliantly

    Terrible service from @TalkTalk today via live chat. Ended up then telling me was my fault and would send someone out and charge me. Don’t worry though after 1.5hrs of you messing me around. I’ve sorted myself
