@mikemogs_8 @TalkTalk I totally understand your frustrations Mike as this has been the same for me. An email to the CS director and I've already received a telephone call from the service centre. This is what happens when Customer Service is based offshore. I hope you get you issue resolved.

@TalkTalk your telephone customer service is appalling. Internet off yesterday, told an engineer coming this afternoon. As I believed it is an outage, I asked what to do if it came on, told to call in the morning to cancel appt. Internet came on, rang, told being charged £30 wtf

Finally got through and the man was so rude and unhelpful it wasn't until I started crying as a result of my annoyance that he actually got me the answers I needed 🙃🙃 all because YOU keep sending me texts saying I've cancelled my package when I haven't @TalkTalk

I’ve a fixed price contract with TalkTalk until Jan 2022. They sent a message to say they are adding £2 from next month. I did not think they where allowed to do that. I rang to cancel but they are giving me a £2 monthly credit until end of contract #MartinLewis

@TalkTalk 3 months since we first complained by phone, emails and letter, almost 2 hours on a call today, passed around (disconnected because you checked the line) and you still haven’t solved the issue 😡. We just want to leave and don’t see why we should pay to leave.
