    @talktalk Hello, our broadband has problems. We ordered a new package & were given live date of 18th June. Now changed to 23rd June. The only reason we stayed with Talktalk was because you offered earlier date than other providers. Pls can you reinstate 18th June live date?

    @TalkTalk please can someone from customer support contact me. When we moved house, we stopped being a TT customer. The prepaid bag to return our router was sent to the wrong address. We've now tried 3 times to get a replacement bag to return the router. We don't need it, help!

    @TalkTalk Talktalk can't confirm why I haven't had internet since April 20th (because I cancelled and changed provider) they say a fault, but I should've notified them that I had no internet, even though I asked them to cancel it on that date.

    @virginmedia hands down the WORST internet provider I’ve ever been with and that’s saying something because I’ve been with TalkTalk. Horrendous connectivity issues, paying £120+ a month and the WiFi constantly disconnecting from devices.

    @TalkTalk You have been given the names the account holder number my name and phone number and mother’s landline which has no dialling tone and needs to be functional as is vulnerable Please fix for her.

    @talktalk overcharge a customer for two months, offer a refund but swear blind you did nothing wrong. A simple apology would have sorted this, but that seems to be beyond you. #SorryNotSorry #sorryseemstobethehardestword.
