@TalkTalk have moved into a new flat where the old tenants were with TalkTalk for broadband. We filled out a change of ownership form in august to switch the account to us, but they’re still being billed. Have rung several times to try and fix this but not had any success.

Gosh. #Talktalk couldn't fix our telephone over a 2 week period. Ran their same tests every day, but only when we chased them daily but never made an attempt to fix the issue. Now they want to charge us for cancelling a service they couldn't provide. Very frustrating.

@TalkTalk Apparently my order has been "stuck" in your system for 18 days so I can't have internet or cancel. This is against the law.

@Ofcom @talktalk are getting around this by simply not confirming the appointments but also not telling the customer that the appointments are provisional and will be confirmed at a later date. Happened in my household 3 times, and each time the Agent on the phone failed to tell us.

@TalkTalk We've already been through this multiple times. The only route left is to make a formal complaint. If that's not resolved we go to ofcom.
