    WORST customer experience I have ever had in my entire life at @TalkTalk today. 6 different departments to resolve my issue and still not sorted. Makes it much more difficult to explain myself 6 times when I have Covid too! Now just sat listening to a silent line. Fuming.

    @TalkTalk To whom it may concern, my vulnerable 91 year old mother has been living with a faulty landline for weeks now. It has been reported by her and other members of my family who are now experiencing having the phone put down on them when calling your help centre.

    @TalkTalk how many times do I have to phone up to cancel contract and installation date for that to actually happen? Each time I'm assured contract cancelled but keep getting messages from outreach about installation. When I phone you contract never been cancelled. Diabolical.
