    @TalkTalk @TalkTalk you have tested my patience this morning & I’ve lost hours I’ll never get back. Your strategy towards accommodating the needs of elderly people regarding their access to full fibre broadband is woeful. How on earth do those who don’t have support manage?

    I would advise anyone considering TalkTalk Future Fibre/FTTP to give it a swerve. The implementation is a mess: account and billing problems, issues following installation, frequent loss of service. Currently 48 hours without a connection, support forever 'escalating' issues.

    @TalkTalk my Internet has not been stable since Friday and since yesterday morning has not worked at all. Yesterday your systems were not working and this morning I have been told my case has been escalated but will take 3 days for them to look at it. This is totaly unacceptable.
