@OpenreachHelp We do have TalkTalk broadband but we are not expecting a new service. We had two previous texts asking us to switch things off and on again but the “Hi there” seemed way too informal. However, we had a patch of time where everything went off and now we have 3X the speed we had!!

Amazing @TalkTalk. Your engineer has just been ringing me and buzzing my flat door while I’m in the middle of talking to a patient. I told your operator literally this morning not to disturb me during my working day and to cancel the engineer. What is wrong with you?!

.@TalkTalk, you keep cutting me off from the #internet (several times a day on average), & have to keep disconnecting & re-connecting in order to get back #online. I'm totally fed-up with your lousy service. It improves considerably p.d.q., or I look for another #ISP!

@ValerieABossman @TalkTalk Things improved once I moved to PlusNet, though I’m still stuck on slow broadband as fibre hasn’t made it to my street yet! Companies seem to charge more for non fibre connections even though we have no choice!

@TalkTalk I’m fed up sending you DM’s, nothing gets fixed. Apparently the issue is with all of my devices, not your service. Your service is perfect apparently. If that’s the case, your equipment isn’t up to par.
