I did three days worth of being your engineer, to fix th problem. Then a further two days calling numbers and getting nowhere. Instead of email, RING ME.

I thought i had done that but it appears I'm still getting my slower service and paying more for the privilege. Can any one help?

It returns to the login page over and over again asking a verification code which has been given. The chat service appears to have been disabled. I just despair with it.
