    @TalkTalk Please Respond! We were promised a call over 3 weeks ago for my 82yo Nan’s faulty phone line, since then we cannot get through. I hate to moan and I know times are tough. But she is self isolating, all alone, elderly and hasn’t been able to contact anyone for 3wks. Help

    @TalkTalk Please respond.Promised a call back after reporting my 82yo Nan’s phoneline was down nearly 3 weeks ago, since we have tried calling and can’t get through.We know times are hard and hate to moan but she lives on her own, is self isolating and has no communication. Help!

    I usually don't do this, but in dealing with TalkTalk for a severely disabled and blind elderly person I am amazed they have a business. Their service, approach and systems are appalling. Nothing is properly updated Keep billing for a cancelled service they refuse to acknowledge

    @OpenreachHelp The exact same service for me from talktalk £49, BT £55, ee £54, sky £60 Vodafone £30 Of course I want vodafone t connect its restrictions of my availability on already low income household I'm already on bt social tariff but they don't offer any lower prices on the 900mb service

    @TalkTalk @Duffield8 How tf does that work??? He was commenting on my complaint, and got better serviced than i did????? Your “business” is very off key!!!??? Take note. and stop taking peoples money and business for granted. I can’t even get hold off anyone to cancel my contract.
