@TalkTalk can you help? I have an elderly friend who is with talk talk. Her phone is out of order. Her account was set up by her daughter who is now very very ill and cannot get any help from talk talk because login details have been lost. Draughter is not able to communicate.

@TalkTalk I have - but as I have shown, we have no landline based connectivity at all, and zero to very poor mobile signal, hence asking for a phone number
