@ukraine32 @TalkTalk CISAS are the body talktalk are answerable to. Take your complaint up with them. Your get no where with talktalk there just fob you of I was with talktalk for 18 months never got the speeds there sales team promised me even though they’d emailed said speeds

@TalkTalk Good Morning, I have had problems with my landline making crackling noises for weeks, and last week reported it to yourselves. A BT engineer was despatched last Thursday who then escalated it to Open Reach. So far I have heard nothing.

Most of the @TalkTalk customers helpline is situated in Africa. Average call last more then 45 minutes or more. Rarely your issues will solved. My regret doesn't become yours. Think before you sign up to talk talk broadband.

@TalkTalk been on the call for 41 minutes, now talking to Pinky, the line manager for Cindy and Bridget. she has been both hostile and unhelpful - using your support is like having the life drained from you. I expect to receive an appalling experience!!!!!!
