Hey @TalkTalk, is there a reason that your service in CA2 keeps coming and going every 15 minutes? It was doing it all morning and it’s doing again tonight. From 140mbps to 1.1mbps and back again for no reason. Restarting routers doesn’t help.

Cannot understand how #TalkTalk keep any customers in the way they treat people just because they leave ,due to a bad broadband service & bill you after you leave when you have left wks later ;

@TalkTalk @LillithVexx My husband has been on chat with u guys for 4 hours after r wifi went down during working hours today. They wanted him 2 take the faceplate off r phone socket & then said they’d send out an engineer but if it turned out to be house problem they’d charge. Not prob b4 new contract

So been in a conversation with Christopher since 21:02, now 22:07. Ultimately, I can't help you please contact Customer Service. @TalkTalk I will be contacting you but to cancel full stop. Wow! absolute joke of a company.

@TalkTalk @pi_jed no reported incident? that's strange because the automated system over the phone said "since June 10th at 11:40am we've been looking into an issue on our network and this is causing problems with your phone and broadband" my postcode is BA14 0QG, why is it saying June 10th?
