    Hey @TalkTalk, is there a reason that your service in CA2 keeps coming and going every 15 minutes? It was doing it all morning and it’s doing again tonight. From 140mbps to 1.1mbps and back again for no reason. Restarting routers doesn’t help.

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalk yr latest broadband router is not fit for purpose. It cant auto-reset itself after a brief power cut. U shd look at fixing the problem with an automatic firmware router fix. Switching the router on/off for >25 mins doesn't work, see my other tweets re. manual fix.

    @TalkTalk I can't log in to my account, it keeps on saying "Sorry due to technical issues we can’t log you in right now. Please try again later." since last night. Are there any issues that should prevent me from logging in? It's not a browser issue.

    @stevejacksonHN @TalkTalk Public to private nothing changes. The quality of service in the UK has always been dreadful in those industries. Have a hard time on the flight home worrying if my cards will work, if the car will be what I ordered, if I have the right documents to get a sim….. endless

    @KarlG1003 @TalkTalk What you can do to help to get things fixed is to reset your router from the back using a straightened paper clip or pin and hold down for 30 seconds and change wifi channels by logging on to your router using 192.168.1.1 on your web browser address bar and monitor the service

    @TalkTalkBizCare new business router to Improve home working and port forwarding / firewall can't be configured. TTs response - consult a 3rd party, we don't offer support due to security issue with our network What the heck? Really? Don't provide routers then #talktalk #Useless

    @stevejacksonHN That's me just had a phone call from TalkTalk because I put in a complaint, I got told the same info they told me on here, I was polite as I could be and said I don't care, they cost of everything has gone up and you have sold me a false promise, I'm not happy 1/2
