@TalkTalk have just emailed me to confirm an order I attempted to make, and then cancelled through the incomplete of the attempts to set up, back in November. Obviously I now can’t get through to them to make sure I’m not now in a contract with them. The worst customer service.

Why is is that @TalkTalk staff have repeatedly told me that ‘I’m sorry I don’t know what to do about this’ and cut me off @TristiaH Why when I called on Friday as an emergency because a letter said my internet would be cut off today with breakage fees I was told it wasn’t true

@TalkTalk No they just said there’s a note of our conversation & once the upgrade has been done I need to contact TalkTalk again?? Really not happy, currently looking at other companies, £60 is ridiculous we’ve never been charged before so why now??

@TalkTalk I have done. Online chat can’t help me, one phone line closed on me after a 30 minute wait, and I’m now in another queue on a second line. All to cancel an order I’ve already cancelled.
