Hey @TalkTalk, is there a reason that your service in CA2 keeps coming and going every 15 minutes? It was doing it all morning and it’s doing again tonight. From 140mbps to 1.1mbps and back again for no reason. Restarting routers doesn’t help.

@BBCHughPym So we won't use the NHS who has pretty much everyone's details. Instead we give it to a group of private firms who are usually in competition, with separate IT systems and head it up with someone who's only achievement was to fail at TalkTalk. What could possibly go wrong?

@netflix great customer services guys. Thanks for nothing. Cancelled my account even though I have paid for it via TalkTalk and unwilling to do anything about it for 10 days. That’s there process apparently.
