Can't wait to tell @TalkTalk tomorrow that I'm cancelling their service. Internet has dropped constantly now for weeks, completely unreliable and calling their tech support is pointless.

@talktalk I’ve got no where in 3 phone calls.Gave weeks of notice to cancel service before moving house(we were out of contract).We left router at old property.First notification to return router came 8 days after move.Why not before?!!😩.A £50 charge after 10+ years of loyalty😢

@TalkTalk our internet keeps loosing connection around the house, I reset it every week, no reports of issues in the area, anything to suggest ? was okay for the half of the contract

@CJ_Randell @TalkTalk We pay £35.77 a month that is the top end fibre and the phone we get 500mins We never use the house phone tho so if yous do alot I dunno if that'll be worth it

@TalkTalk internet are literally the worst. 2 months with unusable internet: - 2 months of daily support contact to fix one problem (3hrs avg per contact) - customer support send you in circles - no compensation, last support contact advised ‘just give up’ @Ofcom bin them.

Still waiting on @TalkTalk to transfer the business line and broadband to the new property. Engineer came Tuesday, tech issue, so waited till Friday, still not live now told Monday. Apologies the line is still down but working on this as fast as possible.

@FooWhiter Got Sky broadband and never had a problem with it. We used to have TalkTalk and had the same problem you described. Seems to be a lottery with these things.
