@CrispyFloyd Bleuch! My aunt went with talktalk because they advertised in the national press, one reason I'd NEVER go with a company, spending on ads like that instead of putting it into infrastructure. And it was TERRIBLE. But she wouldn't listen (and then needed help all the time:/

Just resigned to @TalkTalk a bit annoying I had to use my sons email address They won’t accept my #talktalk email because it’s been used on a different account Wouldn’t it be easier just to use that account again? Hopefully my WiFi signal will improve now #grassisntgreener

@TalkTalk we are on day 3 of no internet. Day 3! Your outage us perhaps a @BTCare problem but if you don't have a back up plan for customers, YOU are at fault. Why can you not pay to piggyback another ISP? It's 2021!

@TalkTalk never saw a customer “service” department as rude as talk talk. After endless attempts to solve my broadband issues, I am leaving talk talk and now they’re making it EXTRA complex to do so. Plus, I don’t even have a contract with them and it’s this hard

Talktalk update - we finally spoke to a complaints resolution manager who finally conceded they failed to provide us adequate service and their customer service has been poor. We were reimbursed and would be released without charge from our contract.
