@TalkTalk Hello. There are numerous fault reports dating back months for this service on 01512520919. We have agreed to an engineer but cannot get any updates because of loss of Internet. The fault reporting service is inadequate.

Really love it when @TalkTalk arranges an engineer callout for 8am on a Saturday due to having no service for three days only to be told they're not showing up anymore and will have to wait until Monday. Raging.

@TalkTalk My broadband has been down since around 7pm and still hasn't returned. I have called customer services 4 times at cost to be told it's closed after all checks. I've done the usual stuff restart unplug so on several hours nothing. TalkTalk I'm having buyer's remorse.

@TalkTalk hello, city fibre has been upgrading the fibre in my area, talk talk emailed me saying it was ready in the area and I can upgrade to full fibre now. Called customer support and have been told no such thing exists for me and I have to call city fibre. What's up with this
