@TalkTalk this is the 8th night in a row now my Internet goes off and on and off and on etc etc etc etc from about 7pm right through to the early hours of the morning and I'm getting nothing done I need to. The price goes up but the service gets worse. What's going on???

@TalkTalk why does it cost me £50 and 2 days to have an engineer come out and tell me what I already know? The power adaptor for my router has fried for some reason and talking to your T1 chat support is worse than pulling teeth when they can't deviate from the script

Also the fact I've used my data more than my WiFi this month bc my Internet cuts out every 10 minutes is appalling. @TalkTalk and I have complained and been told no issues. Not even sure what I'm paying for by this point.

@TalkTalk You are the WORST company I've ever had to communicate with! Spent over 7hrs on the phone with you, 8days without internet, told numerous times I'd have engineer...nothing! Told I'd get call back at certain times...nothing. Is it possible to take legal action?

Most incompetent service provider award goes to @talktalk. You can't even submit a complaint to their designated complaints email address, the reply just tells you to use the phone or live chat which I've already done to no avail! I definitely don't recommend 🤬
