Scott Wigglesworth (@MyNameIsScottie) reported from Carlisle, EnglandHey @TalkTalk, is there a reason that your service in CA2 keeps coming and going every 15 minutes? It was doing it all morning and it’s doing again tonight. From 140mbps to 1.1mbps and back again for no reason. Restarting routers doesn’t help.

Twiggy Bigwood (@devilscustard) reportedHey @TalkTalk Your debt recovery company, Moorcroft, have just said they are instructed by you to collect an overdue debt. They are saying they might be able to ‘unbar our services’ if we pay. Considering that you have never given us the service which we paid you for, consistently, for over four years, it is rather ironic. You sent four engineers - two of which gave completely conflicting advice which cost us money - and our account was for fibre broadband. There is NO fibre broadband where we live. Should we send you a bill for four years of payments for non-service? I believe our bill will be considerably larger. Address this problem correctly. Apologise for utterly appalling customer service and call off your spurious claims. You owe your customers for false promises and no service.
