    @TalkTalk I have sent many DMs with the response as I am full fibre you cannot help me and I have to call in. I'm sick of calling, I can't report the fault online as I have no working router and there is no direct tel number for tech help !!

    @TalkTalk need someone to call me. Can't do anything without using an app that that won't allow to register or talking to an Indian in a call centre who won't listen to me. Bad customer service

    I'm sorry but how can it be so bad? My WiFi connection is down again so I can't access anything on my laptop or the Firestick. I can use my phone to access but only when I turn off my WiFi (i.e. Data is working, thanks GiffGaff). But @TalkTalk wifi? Nothing.What am I paying for?

    Trying to us the Firestick.. No internet. No explanation as no reported issues in the area, no issues detected by the fault checker, and the chat bot was a digital assistant not an advisor so entirely useless. Absolutely abominable service. Again. #TalkTalk. Time to switch.
