Hey @TalkTalk, is there a reason that your service in CA2 keeps coming and going every 15 minutes? It was doing it all morning and it’s doing again tonight. From 140mbps to 1.1mbps and back again for no reason. Restarting routers doesn’t help.

@talktalk iTalkTalk are either going bust or are just getting rid of customers who don't spend enough money. I have a £5pm month DD with TT, although they are no longer my BB provider. They have messed me up like would not believe #talktalkrubbish#worst customerserviceever

@Beeb24Brum @TalkTalk advised new router arriving 3-5 days, now on day 8. Over 1hr to be put through to technical services, who then disconnected.Similar experience with the online chat, as 'its faster'. Any advice #TalkTalk. we are paying for a service we are not able to use?

Why is everything so impossible! @TalkTalk can’t help my mother because she dosent know her account number or email address! Yes they’ve tested the line & there’s a fault but can’t send an engineer because she can’t prove it’s her account ffs she’s 88 years old.

@TalkTalk I called to say you was going to charge me £4 for talktalk tv I don't and and have never had last week..was told it was sorted..yet looked at my bank this morning and you have still taken it... what are you going to do about this ??? What times your phone lines open please?
