    So our @TalkTalk internet is still down despite them reporting it fixed. Currently have two teenagers tethered to my mobile hotspot attempting to do lessons (obvs they have run out of own data) and about to try tether my laptop to do work. Good job I don’t have lessons today!

    @TalkTalk Hi, we are in the B96 postcode and we just got a recorded phone call saying our internet was going to go down for 24 hrs. you are the provider - can you confirm? Thanks. (with homeschooling this is quite critical!)

    @TalkTalk @Jossshii Our wifi has not worked until last Wednesday and talking to you was no help. We have had to spend large amounts of money on mobile data, which you should be reimbursing us for.
