@TalkTalk Hi, urgently need to speak to someone regarding compensation for the fact that we've waited over 1 week for a new router which now the engineer cannot fix because the modem has gone. Working from home so 1 week's wages lost. So angry.

@TalkTalk that’s the issue, the engineer notes are nothing but a lie. i asked him if there was a charge for sending someone out and he said no, and that the issue was with talktalk because he did the tests with some weird machine and said we aren’t getting the speed we pay for

@TalkTalk Customer Services assured me that they would ensure I was not charged for non-return of my router but I have just received a bill for £50. I can't return the router because I haven't been sent a return label.
