    @TalkTalk Internet down, running a service check tells me an engineer has been assigned and it will take 2-3 days for the issue to be resolved. Not really acceptable.

    Just your regular reminder that @TalkTalk is crap. If they were made to refund me for the service I have paid for and haven’t received, they’d owe me a small fortune.. Crap, crap, crap.

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalk really poor service! Left without internet since 22/12/20 and told it would be fixed 28/12/20 and it’s now 12/01/21 and it is still not fixed. Absolutely disgusting customer service!

    @talktalk. Just had a one hour text chat with one of your representatives re billing. Very sad that a refund for mis-selling on your website could not be resolved. I suggest my friends do not purchase or cancel boost bundles on line with #Talktalk. Use an online agent.
