@TalkTalk no internet since Tuesday 16.00. 2 BT openreach engineers who said the fault is not their issue.Many houses on street SW18 affected. Come on Talktalk, service should be better! Faults happen but need better communication. Houses with other providers constantly updated!

@TalkTalk Your customer service is ludicrous & so scripted that it is laughable. How can you carry out "planned maintenance" completely cutting off service to your customers with ZERO notification ?!?! No internet service for a potential 72 hours & no warning given !

@TalkTalk 1.5h yesterday on the chat mum sat and told to call (she can't hear on phone). 0.5h on the phone with my support, transferred to 3 people (wrong last person I've been told), waiting for another transfer, call cut. HOW ON EARTH we can cancel the contract!?!?!?

Had a moan on Twitter yesterday about TalkTalk, they won’t help you via phone or web chat but they reply to a twitter message. A small hint instead of monitoring Twitter put those people on the customer service desk. You may find your customers like it.

@TalkTalk Talktalk Indian customer service team are terrible at helping UK customers. The experience with Talktalk has been down right disgusting customer. About the Indian customer service team sector not fit purpose. 30 years we have been with talktalk. Useless unprofessional team.
