Hey @TalkTalk, is there a reason that your service in CA2 keeps coming and going every 15 minutes? It was doing it all morning and it’s doing again tonight. From 140mbps to 1.1mbps and back again for no reason. Restarting routers doesn’t help.

@TalkTalk Our household is currently getting strange internet issues. Voice calls we are on carry on but we're unable to access websites. Some devices are unable to get any internet access but other devices do at the same time. Any ideas?

@TalkTalk Dynamic line management keeps slowing my line from 12mb to 2mb after about 2 months goes back up then gets cut down again , 3 times last year 1 time so far this year

@TalkTalk my granddaughter moved into her first flat on Friday. You were supposed to connect her up on Monday, she waited all day, getting messages saying you were on the way, then cancelled till today, same thing today, now cancelled till 6th. Absolutely disgraceful service

@TalkTalk Hi, you emailed to say you're putting broadband up, not only by £2, but then an extra 3.7% per year. As if times are hard enough for people. So you can shove it. I've moved elsewhere, got it cheaper with better speeds and service!
