    Hey @TalkTalk, is there a reason that your service in CA2 keeps coming and going every 15 minutes? It was doing it all morning and it’s doing again tonight. From 140mbps to 1.1mbps and back again for no reason. Restarting routers doesn’t help.

    @TalkTalk Live test says stable connection (as always) I've never got over 30mbps since starting with you guys a month ago. I paid for the fibre 65 but the openreach tech told me you can only offer 40 from the box. You should have only offered the fibre 35 as I will never get more than 30

    @TalkTalk @number1daz This link is the biggest joke. I would advise nobody waste their time running a line check. You could log a complaint about your Dominos arriving late and TalkTalk would still as you to run a line check. It always works so therefor it’s never their problem.

    @TalkTalk @drlbennett It says where there has been a ‘total loss of service’. So because I’ve been lucky enough to have random bursts of 2-3 minutes of interrupted internet does that mean I won’t be compensated even though I’ve been unable to work from home the past 3 days?

    my mums @TalkTalk router keeps losing the internet and as she is the account holder i cant do much to help her or can i? , it often needs a power off / on restart to bring it back
