So, @TalkTalk, your services are down in Carlisle. Your website says it should be fine. What’s going on? We have businesses to run!

Hey @TalkTalk, is there a reason that your service in CA2 keeps coming and going every 15 minutes? It was doing it all morning and it’s doing again tonight. From 140mbps to 1.1mbps and back again for no reason. Restarting routers doesn’t help.

@TalkTalk You didn't assist in anyway. Here you didn't. Facebook same BS. Technical support phones keeping on the hold for hours. Online chat clueless advisers. Account online not possible to find any help. You are throttling my broadband to 1 mbps in the evening, for a number of days!

@TalkTalk Having an outage in my area. Was not informed of any maintainence that was supposed to happen today, similarly, I checked out the outage pages and there are thousands of people complaining about loss of wifi throughout the country today.

@Ofcom Already did that last night, but tbh, it's not very helpful for offering any protection to the consumer. It's just ofCom logging stays, so assuming most people don't go to the additional effort to log the complaint, can't see how it will really impact on TalkTalk.

@TalkTalk I already sent, no support offered apart from contacting non operational customer support chat, phones etc. What is your understanding how long it should be acceptable to wait until support line responds? 1, 2 or 3 hours?
