    @TalkTalk my internet has been down since TUESDAY. Apparently you sent a city fibre engineer over today 1pm to fix it. Guess what, it's not fixed. Plugged laptop directly into OTP, no connection even though all lights on. Disgraceful service. Can't believe this back and forth 1/3

    @TalkTalk Told to call, call in to change address. CUT OFF by the call centre. What on earth! such a simple request, "I wish to move house and take the service with me"

    @TalkTalk To anyone thinking of joining, don't. Between terrible customer service who mick and laugh at you, appealing Internet and a terrible outreach team, you're better with BT or EE. Also, for those tweeting here with problems, they do nothing. Give you a number and that's it
