After 2 years of successful WFH, had to unplug my @TalkTalk router today & now my fibre has gone down. 90’ on their live chat only resulted in several switch off & on again scenarios & now I have to wait 2-3 days for a new router which is going to cause all sorts of problems.

@TalkTalk new customer and now 5 days after activation, and still no internet and now being told I need to wait another 7 days before someone can come out & fix, even though I was assured it all work without me needing to be in, still being charged too

@TalkTalk frustrated - When we signed with you you told us 30m wifi reach from router location - we barely get half! Worked well for couple months and then didn’t - it’s like you dial down the service as soon as you’re tied in!! 😡

@turner_josie @TalkTalk They take the piss, we logged a fault and since they ‘fixed it’ we’ve had not internet at all! As long as they get the money they don’t care what service they provide.
