    @TalkTalk Reported a fault 2 weeks ago. Engineer not available to attend for 3 weeks, the intermittent fault progressively getting worse. Still got to wait another week. What a joke. Looking at other services that have better customer service. Fed up.

    Hi @TalkTalk, I have an issue with my new CityFibre service but your 0345 1725132 service Op2 technical is “closed right now”? I am unable to login because I’ve not received any account information from TT. Any ideas please?

    65. Complaint submitted in-between 1st + 2nd go-live dates. Wrong email address provided. Sent by post. No response. Asked over phone many times, it got "closed" without my consent First bill after service goes live charges for TalkTalk TV service (contract says it's included)
