How bizarre. Talktalk phone bills dont include a phone number to contact talktalk. Not a great problem for those of us with google but a real frustration for those like my elderly inlaws who dont use the internet.

@DavidGr64548081 @TalkTalk They fixed it eventually after I emailed a load of directors, but I spent about 15 hours proving the obvious to them. Really does test your patience in my case took 7 weeks, but you do have to spell it out to them. If they're disputing there being a problem .. 1/2

Waited patiently until half term for broadband as I 'apparently' needed an engineer. Waited in yesterday - no show! contacted @TalkTalk who said they understood my 'frustration' and promised my service would be live today. 1 guess ... no service. Unable to even login! 🤐
