Hey @TalkTalk, is there a reason that your service in CA2 keeps coming and going every 15 minutes? It was doing it all morning and it’s doing again tonight. From 140mbps to 1.1mbps and back again for no reason. Restarting routers doesn’t help.

@TalkTalk I’m still waiting to be contacted by manager since 12/11! as promised after two hours of live chats;never happened! Sent DM on 17/11, received a reply on 21/11 with invitation to fill the form, the system doesn’t recognise the login…worst service!

@TalkTalk One of your managers decided to just up and leave a conversation while trying to resolve an ongoing issue in Twitter DM's. Haven't had a response for over 2 hours. This on top of the hour and half long troubleshooting I did earlier.

@BBCWatchdog I was offered an upgrade by @TalkTalk over two months ago. 4 weeks ago @WeAreOpenreach fitted a cable and it hasn't worked with no eta on when it will. The customer services are appalling where I have to approach them.

@TalkTalk Had OR visit today to upgrade me to full fibre, as part of the installation he removed my old service that I agreed too. New line isn’t working, apparently problem at the exchange. How can I get an update?
