    Hey @TalkTalk, is there a reason that your service in CA2 keeps coming and going every 15 minutes? It was doing it all morning and it’s doing again tonight. From 140mbps to 1.1mbps and back again for no reason. Restarting routers doesn’t help.

    @TalkTalk spent 2 hours this morning trying to either cancel, or re-negotiate my broadband contract. Eventually was told they couldn’t do anything because I was in a “queue” for allocation of a new account number after conversion from copper to digital voice service. Shambles !

    Hi, @VodafoneUK on 3 occasions I have requested chat transcript and not got the conversation only the bot chat transcript sent to me - not good enough. Please tell me I am not going to get same service as I did with TalkTalk as it only got connected today.

    So after fixing on Day 3 - internet and website down again today - total crap service- company clearly not functional after fat cats such as @CharlesDunstone raided the balance sheet @TalkTalk talktalk down

    @TalkTalk That wasn't the point. Obviously at the point of sending that post I HAD regained access to the internet. The issue is when the internet is not available, sending a SMS link to report a fault to a website is of no use when a customer cannot access the internet! Do better!

    @TalkTalk My mother's landline phone has had issues for a few days. I logged in to her account and it says 'disconnected'. Your helpline number is impossible to get anyone on - 18 in queue. Your live chat is not replying with a real person. If not sorted today, Ofcom complaint.

    @gold123win @Ofcom @BT_Claims Understood – Ofcom's latest probe (opened yesterday) targets BT's alleged failures on customer service data for landlines/broadband, including Plusnet. No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.     @TalkTalk Hard to believe this ! What a shambles, Openreach engineer turned up (The 2 nd one)(2nd Visit) sorry mate can’t do that need specialist fitter. I really have no confidence whatsoever now, the communication just to fit fibre is awful.
