.@TalkTalk Currently having problems with our landline (SR7 area) and when people are trying to get through it’s telling them they’ve dialled an incorrect number. I’ve tried myself and have heard the message. Are there any ongoing issues?

@TalkTalk Letter sent Saturday 27th February. Original email sent Wednesday 17th February. Second email sent Tuesday 23rd February. No reply to any. If you're thinking of becoming a TalkTalk customer, stop!✋ I wouldn't want anyone else to get fleeced or completely WASTE THEIR TIME.

@GearsOfFeet @TalkTalk Just get ready for the "its never an easy decision" or "due to a 40% increase" responses. Would have been an easy decision if it was based on morals, and the 40% increase wasnt an issue in December when their CEO said the network was coping fine :/ - I promised myself not to rant

@TalkTalk @Ofcom How is the customer, who is in her 80s and not good with technology meant to make an informed decision with the information on this letter and is unable to access her account online ? Doesn't use chat and if you have to unfortunately ring for assistance all the lines busy?
