@TalkTalk No thanks, you will just waste my time like the other 3 people have by DM. Just because a basic external line test doesn't show a fault during the brief few minutes its run doesn't mean there isn't a problem

@TalkTalk I know that you know that I can't get any help from the ombudsman for 8 weeks. What do I do until they contact you and make you release the line? You really are the worst in what is a pretty crowded field.

@TalkTalk Your reply said to contact the order management team, who I think I’ve mentioned, have been talking a quite consistent stream of shite since Friday. You can’t treat people like this. I will contact the ombudsman about my treatment, if I ever get internet access again that is!
