    @TalkTalk really disappointed. Ciyfiber came to install the new cables today but they then told me I should have been sent a new router from you as the old one is not compatible. Had to cancel and now go through the carry on or re arranging an install.

    @TalkTalk My mum has been trying to resolve an issue YOU created since 26/10/22 with ZERO success. She is now being billed for a service that does not exist. The consent phone calls she is having to make, repeating the situation and at the end of a 2 hour phone call

    @TalkTalk appalling customer service. I’ve had no internet since Saturday. Very unhelpful customer service on the phone this morning to be told I have to wait another 3 days before someone even contacts me. Unacceptable.

    @TalkTalk every other night just after midnight my service drops out completely, reset the router and no change on service. Shocking behaviour ongoing for 3months now

    @TalkTalk is is wrong that your support team refused to cancel our internet package in a cooldown period, then insisted on payment and when we called to cancel they have hung up on her instead of dealing with it!

    @TalkTalk No offence Sbo but TT have not been able to help with my disconnection even tho I’ve agreed to your cancellation T&C’s twice now! Ive been overcharged 2 months after leaving through your official process. You’re taking money from me without my agreement - can you explain please?
