🦇💜Lulu💜 🦇 Not ok. Sorry
(@LuluMoonArtX) reported
@TalkTalk There's nothing to DM about. I'm.not a customer and am concerned about these practices to try to get people to sign up to things without seeing the terms and conditions first then saying they can cancel if they change their mind in 14 days. It is bad practice.

(@LuluMoonArtX) reported
@sarsapamander @TalkTalk Exactly. That's what made me suspicious. I said at the start of wsnt to read a contract before I sign up for anything and they said they could send me it, but only after I signed up, gave my details and then could call a number to cancel if I change my mind. Highly suspicious

No one has explained how I was able to order the service when I clearly am not able to receive it. No one has given me any options on what I am able to do, now that my current provider is going to be cancelling and I work from home. BAD SHOW @TalkTalk

@TalkTalk Internet speeds awful once again. Been like it for months on end, really inconsistent and paying for a premium. Can barely load a video without it buffering - impossible to work from home with this. Sort it out asap or will be moving elsewhere

@virginmedia Hang on I’ve already spoken to your staff at Virgin Media AND Virgin Mobile and NEITHER know why these payments have been deducted so if you don’t know then I don’t stand a chance really do I? I wouldn’t advise anyone to take out a virgin contract & to use @TalkTalk or #Sky

@TalkTalk @aaronbepacook Speed is down to just about 80-100 Mbps, not the usual 900+ Mbps. So they must be running off a backup system.
