    @TalkTalk I had to e-mail Tristia Harrison to get the issue resolved. One of her team replied almost instantly. Then informed I will receive a phone call on Monday - Guess What, still waiting!! **** show of a company!!

    @TalkTalk No I dont think so. Last time I spoke to one of you you stopped responding mid conversation for OVER AN HOUR and then told me I'm paying more than I should be per month and that you want me to pay to fix the issues I'm having... not a chance I'll be in your DMs.

    @TheRobNicholas @TalkTalk @BBCWatchdog They are a shambles, we have had an open complaint on the go since May 2022, they seriously need to get their service team trained . Goodluck .

    @TalkTalk Really disappointed with the service I've received this week. I've had a fault on my line and been fed a string of lies by your customer service agents. I won't be renewing my contract or recommending you to others. Even the Openreach engineer was shocked. Lost 4 days pay now 😠

    @TalkTalk for a company that specialises in communications, your communication and customer service levels are horrendous. Zero customer service, you train robots to read from scripts, and apparently your staff are not allowed to call customers back. Embarrassingly shocking!

    @TalkTalk NOT GOOD ENOUGH. Can never get through to anyone!!! You need to stop overcharging! 1 mistake ok but every month now is just beyond!!! Your not sorry as you keep doing it!
