There is no worse customer service than @TalkTalk I promise you. Home move gone wrong. Monday: can’t help you till Tuesday Tuesday: you’ll be connected Thursday Today: need to wait another 3-4 days for back office team to fix, it’s been ‘escalated’. Ok put me through to cancel-

@TalkTalk Your customer service teams are a joke. They do not listen to what you are saying and you can’t get a manager to talk to. I’m told a manager will call me within 24/48 hour. The last time this was meant to happen no one called and I had to call you back.

I actually can't believe I waited 3 weeks for @TalkTalk to activate my wifi in my new house when I have needed it to work from home - it's past the day of activation so I've had to contact them(again!) and they cancelled my order? So now it's not set up after all this time!Awful
