@TalkTalk I have and am still awaiting my leaving balance, I am hoping I receive it as the thought of calling customer services makes me anxious. My experience is absolutely hideous. I only hope that my phone calls were recorded and are used for staff training.

@TalkTalk 28 Day's since @CityFibre contractor installed an ONT box in my property for FTTP and still no connection apart from the old ADSL. I've tried and tried and kept on trying to get help since the 12th September but nothing apart from riddles.

@bleftmaaaaate Virgin were bad but I used to roll about Yorkshire fitting AV gear and every house that had TalkTalk mentioned it being broken. Virtually never heard about any other ISP but if you were in a TalkTalk house you knew about it. The amount of calls I made to them over the years 😔

@TalkTalk I've been waiting for a call back from a case manager for over 2 weeks now. New customer that has not been able to access their broadband once since set up. Absolutely disgusting customer experience. Anything to say?
