  @TalkTalk Why does your phone line state you started a service update on 12/01 at 1am and it should be completed by 11/01 11:52pm, while very precise that would be somewhat of a paradox and it 2as over a month ago!

  @TalkTalk Our internet service is intermittent in Buckinghamshire. Your website shows a fault within the M25 area, and lots of other reports. Can you widen the affected area please and see that the incident is resolved?

  @TalkTalk I'm talking to your awful customer support. I just thought I'd live tweet my progress. None so far . It's actually got worse. Even the #amazon #firestick randomly disconnects now. While other devices are on line. . . Then it will change. It's like musical chairs with internet

  @Who_IsM That's a hell of a lot. I just have talktalk broadband and BT Home Phone Saver for my landline (and the line obviously). I gave talktalk the option to take over my entire service after being a BT customer since the 80s - and the screwed it up. So I left it. I pay about £45

  @TalkTalk Even now, the issue haven't been fixed.5 days without Connection. Don't be surprised why the customers are turning their backs to your services.

  @RWTaylors @TalkTalk I’m having the same issue I just had sudden bad download and upload speeds and there’s no faults or nothing wrong with the service
