Never been a so-called 'keyboard warrior', but in the case of @TalkTalk just be aware a friend has been cut off TWICE, opening new accounts both times, promised refunds for payments taken for the closed accounts, and compensation, and received NOTHING.

@_AgainstMyWill @virginmedia Was with them for a few years and losing the broadband several times each year. Eventually woke up and went to TalkTalk. Magic! After two years with them and no problems I've signed for another two because they've knocked spots off Virgin!!
