@TalkTalk when we spoke to your customer service team they had a complete lack of empathy towards our situation, telling us to go to the library or use data for all our work which is completely unfeasible for 3 busy medical students

@TalkTalk how do I speak to an actual human being at TalkTalk? My broadband has gotten really bad. Your website doesn't have option to talk to someone and phoneline is just automated saying you will text me if there is a problem. My contract ends this month. Do I change provider?

Anyone recommend a decent Broadband provider? Got Sky right now but they want to hike it £13 a month more from December. I was always happy with TalkTalk at my old house but they reckon they can't provide a service here for some reason.
