It was doing it all morning and it’s doing again tonight. From 140mbps to 1.1mbps and back again for no reason. Restarting routers doesn’t help.

However,I am still upset that you would contact him,or anyone for that matter,at 23.45.Maybe there is a time difference from where your call centre is based but that should be taken into account.

I’m having to use my mobile data as a hotspot to do my overtime work. Please let me know if you are aware of the issue.
