@eliseybell (virgin is better for us than talktalk was, though—they managed to offer some semblance of fibre connection compared to talk talk standard broadband..but we never got anywhere near the speed they suggested we'd get, often slugging along w/ next to no connection at all)

  • Harry_Worgan Harry Worgan (@Harry_Worgan) reported

@TalkTalk We have just spent an hour on the phone to your team who have been nothing but disgusting and refused to help again, despite speaking to the lady and said they’ll continue to bill her despite refusing to even connect her service.

  • moonlightcrys10 moonlightcrystalsliverpool (@moonlightcrys10) reported

@Skelly73 @TalkTalk It’s disgusting! I have been with these for years but this last year they have been awful! Hearing so many complaints lately!

  • stoopidstu Stuart Price (@stoopidstu) reported

2nd call to @TalkTalk to cancel my account, after a house move making it impossible to transfer my account, and the 2nd time I've been told I have to pay an extortionate amount to do so...

  • bhargreave Bridget Hargreave (@bhargreave) reported

@TalkTalk Ok, I’m a bit confused why they would need my name and number etc as an existing customer? Suspect I wouldn’t be the only resident a bit wary around this.
