  @commaficionado She was obviously out of her depth at TalkTalk when her ignorance of IT allowed hackers to steal unencrypted personal data & seems equally ignorant now on health issues despite being trusted with such a senior role during a pandemic. She couldn't organise a piss-up in a brewery.

  @steve_abraham74 @YodelOnline @TalkTalk That's fair enough, that was my view until I had a problem and then I had months of no internet and had to go through hours and hours of explaining the same problem again and again for a problem that was never solved.

  @TalkTalk Can you please hurry up, WiFi has been down for over 3 hours now, right now because of COVID everything I do from home I need internet for! P.S, You should do this maintenance stuff when people are sleeping not in the middle of the day.

  @Conac02 I feel for you. When we left the UK we had unbelievable issues with @TalkTalk We have now been gone more that three months and we still haven’t had a promised refund. Complained to CEO December; still no response. Telecoms co’s are the pits.
