    @TalkTalk Hi my connection has been cutting in and out all day! This is the 5th or so time it's dropped for at least 15minutes, would be really nice to actually use the service I pay for

    @TalkTalk We have dm’d you already and Was total waste of time. We’ve issued a formal complaint already. you were not willing to release her 2 months into a 24th month contract without penalty & refused to send her new router to try to rectify problem then. I’m now forwarding to ombudsman

    Could not make this up. Response from TalkTalk customer service when asked whether connecting with HP printers was a known issue - "I'm not sure."
