    Hey @TalkTalk, is there a reason that your service in CA2 keeps coming and going every 15 minutes? It was doing it all morning and itโ€™s doing again tonight. From 140mbps to 1.1mbps and back again for no reason. Restarting routers doesnโ€™t help.

    Real world weight, then the fix. SQL injection has powered some of the largest breaches in history. The 2017 Equifax era of breaches, TalkTalk, Heartland Payment Systems: hundreds of millions of records, much of it through injection flaws. It has sat at the top of the OWASP vulnerability lists for two decades. The fixes are well known. For SQLi: parameterized queries, which keep user input permanently separated from database commands. For XSS: input validation and output encoding, so anything a user submits gets treated as text, never as runnable code. Never trust user input. Sanitize and validate everything, every time.

    @Utilitywaremal still waiting in a call more than 2 week later on a dispute on pricing since you took over TalkTalk, absolutely abysmal service, overpriced & clearly donโ€™t care about customers, was with aol/talktalk for 24 years with rarely an issue!

    @TalkTalk Wow! Really! The worst company I've dealt with in decades! The customer service people call quoting from some rules and procedures book but don't actually listen to what you are saying to them! Useless.

    Companies that do this type of stuff during a bereavement are absolutely disgusting. I had the same issue with @TalkTalk. I would advise people - based on this - to avoid @TUIUK.

    @TalkTalk are by far the worst company in the UK at present, their customer service and prices are insanely bad. I hope this company does not exist in the next 12 months. There will be no job losses as I'm sure they employ zero staff

    @TalkTalk You must have the worst customer service of ANY company we have ever dealt with. 3 attempts to get a new router, got through security each time. Complaints team call - surprise surprise, the security details donโ€™t match. Call me cynical but itโ€™s a quick way to resolve!

    @TalkTalk & @WeAreOpenreach Iโ€™ve been left without internet for almost 48hrs. The issue is unknown, the internet randomly stopped working and Iโ€™ve been informed an engineer is on their way. I live in central London, not sure why itโ€™s taking so long. Pls send help!
