  @TalkTalk My father lives alone in his 90s and his phone line has gone down, his care line will no longer work if he falls over. Offering to ring back in 3 days is not good enough! 😡

  @TalkTalk Also TalkTalk blamed openreach for the issue when Open reach have told me the issue was with the provider
