Hey @TalkTalk, is there a reason that your service in CA2 keeps coming and going every 15 minutes? It was doing it all morning and it’s doing again tonight. From 140mbps to 1.1mbps and back again for no reason. Restarting routers doesn’t help.

@TalkTalk It is clear that I need an engineer but as per usual the customer has to jump through hoops to get an engineer to visit even though your equipment is not working. And before you ask I do not want a chargeable engineer

@TalkTalk awful service from talk talk. Upgraded me to a broken router. No Internet for 3 days. Monday call cut off at 7 agent obviously hung up. Tuesday rang told me at half 6 no point getting into it as finish at 7. Today no call back as promised. Had to go into office no WiFi

@TalkTalk I have tried on 2 separate occasions to get an engineer to fix my internet connection over the past 2 weeks. Your customer service is not fit for purpose....both times I have been cut off from your online chat. 30 mins each time ...nothing has been sorted!
