@TalkTalk Monday appt booked on automated service. It did not log. Tuesday appt booked on phone - no one turned up. Told theyd be back today “anytime” 🤔 friend at openreach who was able to confirm that nothing had been rebooked!! So had to ring back, and demand appt. waiting again now! 🤬
