@TalkTalk had horrendous experience calling your support, for my aged and vulnerable parents. 3hours of my life lost and no progress. One laughing, another put me on permanent hold & all told me they can’t help. They just wanted to cancel a line that hasn’t been working for years

@TalkTalk Don't bother asking this company for help. They stole £1400 from a person with serious health issues and when asked for the money back used the health issues as an excuse not to and told the person to sue them. Disgraceful

@TalkTalk I have spent the last 3 hours on live chat trying to get a simple WiFi problem recognised. 3 chats so far. 2 different chats have ended abruptly. Perhaps the agents are as frustrated as I am. I’m no further forward. This is genuinely soul destroying.

@TalkTalk this is ridiculous! The customer service went down so much! The representative have raised the voice on me, been very rude and when I demanded to talk to the manager the manager declined to talk to me twice. The issue which I had have not been resolved or even heard!

@TalkTalk Why? You have already told me the network team will be in touch, which they haven't.. I've made 8 phone calls with no resolution and I've chatted with you lot with no resolution. What can you do that's different? I'm only interested in talking to someone who can connect me.
