I phoned to cancel @TalkTalk account on nov 8th @vodafone were met to call n take over line went live dec12 but @vodafone didn't n now ihave been charged 33quid this month n going to be next month also..for a service I am not using wtf

@TalkTalk Hi talktalk, I am an existing customer, and I am absolutely disgusted and shocked at the service I've been getting with my home move. 2 months now, 3 engineer visits that an engineer didn't show up, no explanation as to why, just constant lies and false promises.

@TalkTalk Been on DM with TalkTalk since 08.37 now 12.04 been going round & round in circles trying to get help. They have just asked me to go online and check a connection. The very same question they asked 2 hrs ago, I have no wifi connection! That is the fault!

I'm glad I left @TalkTalk their chasing me down for £16, emails, calls etc The service they have provided me over the year's, their lucking I'm paying my last bills, then they said they will charge me £50 if i don't send the router back, good luck with that #CostOfLivingCrisis

@ChrisEJ93 Boooo. Was it talktalk? They are my least favourite customer service provider I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. It was years ago, literally around 6 or 6 of them, and I'm still angry 😠
