    Hey @TalkTalk, is there a reason that your service in CA2 keeps coming and going every 15 minutes? It was doing it all morning and it’s doing again tonight. From 140mbps to 1.1mbps and back again for no reason. Restarting routers doesn’t help.

    Internet down again and spent over 6 hours trying to sort it with @TalkTalk. Customer service poor, just repeating process again and again (not the staffs fault) advised to power out for 20mins again and then message says they are closed! 🤬Time to move on …

    @TalkTalk says `we see no issues with your Internet`, as I'm on the phone it drops AGAIN keeps on dropping. They said they will send an engineer and if they can't find the problem, they will charge us £50?!??!?! Might be time to switch....

    @TalkTalk …and another thing…if you send Openreach engineers to install Full Fibre, at least give them some basic training in how to advise customers on reconnecting their apps/devices. Had installation last Thursday and shambolic ever since on my home network.

    Anyone wanting better broadband for streaming etc, get rid of @TalkTalk for their shoddy and poor service, and instead, get @bt_uk fibre. Gone from 37mg to 150meg for same price £30 a month ! Beaut

    @TalkTalk I am still waiting for my email to be reactivated. Only been waiting 2 weeks now! Joke of a company and don't bother keeping your details on file so you have to keep repeating yourself. No managers "available" when you want to escalate your issues. I'm cancelling my DD
