    @TalkTalk My connection get live about 30 mins ago. Looks like technician was working on local exchange. My question still is open: how many times my broadband speed needs to be bellow guarantee speed to terminate contract free of charge?

    @TalkTalk can you please explain why none of your so called customer service advisors will give me the Early Termination Fee figure until after I sign the contract. No one in there right mind would sign up on those terms.

    @TalkTalk Hello, having issues with the broadband. Wi-Fi keeps dropping out. I've changed the channel but it keeps changing itself back. Apparently this is Wi-Fi optimisation settings? Tried to get these turned off but when I call, the staff know nothing about this. Can you help please?
