Hey @TalkTalk, is there a reason that your service in CA2 keeps coming and going every 15 minutes? It was doing it all morning and it’s doing again tonight. From 140mbps to 1.1mbps and back again for no reason. Restarting routers doesn’t help.

@TalkTalk Just do you know Andy, I have spent almost 5 hours in 4 web chats, 3 were disconnected just after the hour mark and the 4th went on for almost 2 hours without resolution, it was obvious they were following a script and could do nothing when the problem was off script

@TalkTalk Mike, I have cancelled my account mate. The customer service has been absolutely appalling - literally the worst I've ever experienced. Contrast that with @EE today who have managed to give me a callback within an hour and have an engineer on the way tomorrow.

@TalkTalk Hi having no Ethernet connection issue but (wifi) working?! Not cable issue. Called technical said fault in area being investigated and could not speak to an advisor. Is this the same fault as me in East London, E14.

@TalkTalk email failure Newbury UK. They sent an email prompting password reset then first in, then out, died. Data online is always old and never tallies with actuality. Why is the internet service always **** when it goes wrong?
