@KevinJolliffe @TalkTalk Talktalk did it to me, asked for your deadlock letter and raise a complaint. It is fraud! You would be fined if you change anything in a contract.

A sudden Internet fault has been detected, and Talktalk say they'll send an engineer to fix it 'in the next 2 to 3 working days'... I um won't be able to work for 3 days! I do not know what to do with this.

Nobody EVER go with @TalkTalk their customer service is appalling and have now increased our plan when we are on a fixed term contract for 18 months and they have now removed this without telling us!!
