Hey @TalkTalk, is there a reason that your service in CA2 keeps coming and going every 15 minutes? It was doing it all morning and it’s doing again tonight. From 140mbps to 1.1mbps and back again for no reason. Restarting routers doesn’t help.

5 days now with no @TalkTalk internet service, no contact from their usless customer services dept,all after they said I needed a new all singing all dancing router,I'm getting well fed up with this company now,having to use data from phone for basic internet stuff,not ideal.

@TalkTalk what is the point of having live chat if, after finally finding where it is hidden, it never works. Your nowtv replacement for recordable sports is laughable. You turned off remote record from your app. Any more downgrades planned. #poorcustomerservice

@pstanf @TalkTalk Well since the first time you should have had 30days for it to be fixed or you could cancel free! I couldn't imagine that mate. I've been using my mobile hotspot for 6 month because talktalk is that bad :(

@TalkTalk 4th straight day of garbage broadband, should be 4800 to stream currently sitting at 90. Total mince. Do not use.promise the world then give you mediocrity. And tie in with huge cancellation fee

@TalkTalk I should mention also that the Sagecom works with all our other devices without problems, including other Apple products. It is only the iPhone 12 we have had the issue with.
