  @TalkTalk yano what considering the new eero boxes are ment to be amazing they are absolutely crap get told 150mg an 1500 square foot of coverage but struggle for signal in the back bedroom upstairs its an absolute joke now all my devices keep disconnecting upstairs constantly

  @Shaolinfatboy You should bring this up with the Ombudsman. Slightly different situation (& different Ombudsman) but I had a problem with TalkTalk over charging me. I refused to pay more than I owed. They added interest & they sent debt collectors. I contacted Ombudsman, TalkTalk wiped debt.

  @TalkTalk you’re customer service is a disgrace. On the phone all day no help, sent an email and I got an automated reply which is of no help. Disgrace

  @TalkTalk I pay for service from talktalk. I need reliable service, as I use internet for work and study. If I need the help I go to people who taking my money. I don’t know what you resources are. I know My money are always paid monthly on the same day, and all I get in return is nothing

  @TalkTalk I’ve reset my router numerous times and checked all cables etc but I’m still finding the internet light on the router is red? Any ideas of what to do would be great. Im tired of paying for service I’m constantly having issues with 😞
