Hey @TalkTalk, is there a reason that your service in CA2 keeps coming and going every 15 minutes? It was doing it all morning and it’s doing again tonight. From 140mbps to 1.1mbps and back again for no reason. Restarting routers doesn’t help.

@TalkTalk there seems to be absolutely no way to contact you on your website. My mobile signal keeps dropping, and I suspect I need a new SIM (had this one for years). Who do I send smoke signals to get help?

@savanQadir @TalkTalkGroup @TalkTalk I'm currently with Plusnet which is owned by BT. I'm paying for 36 mbps but I'm lucky to get 9 sometimes it's less than 1 but the speed goes up & down like a yoyo. I also get disconnected frequently but only for a few seconds. I wonder if it would help if I bought another router

  • paulmarshall600 Sleepy Hedgehog (@paulmarshall600) reported

Changed my @TalkTalk router default DNS settings to @Cloudflare 1.1.1.1 (Pri) & 1.0.0.1 (Sec). Wow. What an improvement. Browsing so much smoother and faster now. What's going on @TalkTalk ? Lots of complaints re outages and slow connection speeds. Same here.

@savanQadir @TalkTalkGroup @TalkTalk Good morning Savan. I was with TalkTalk for nearly 5 years. 1st year was OK but then it was 4 years of hell. They'd change my package without telling me. Their call centres were in India, the quality of the call to the call centres was very poor and staff worked from a script.

@TalkTalk Fault reported Wednesday, texts tell me this was fixed on Friday. Wrong! A fault isn't fixed just because I can get dial-up speed, sometimes, if I am lucky. I call Customer Services and they hang up on me 4 times. Fault still there. Completely Unacceptable.
