    @TalkTalk Is it a deliberate tactic to call disgruntled customers, not talk when they answer the phone, and then leave a message blaming the customer for not answering the phone? There is nothing wrong with my reception, I've taken calls all day.

    Now *that* is how you do customer service. Mistake made, but very quickly and efficiently rectified. @CreamlineDairy maybe you should take a look at the systems they use?? @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk Do you have a customer service number that works? Your numbers 0800 542 8081 & 0345 172 0088 are just hanging up on customers after people are getting through the selections.

    @virginmedia You can see all my call logs to ask you to transfer the number from TalkTalk, you didn't do this they charged me for an extra month. I logged a complaint you told me a complaint wasn't logged. You told me someone would call me they didn't. You have nowcharged me until end ofMarc

    @TalkTalk possibly has the worst customer service. 3 times I have cancelled my contact with you, that you keep reinstating. Countless phone calls and it’s still not sorted!

    @TalkTalk @HeavyLightPiano I have been trying this since 8am this morning. We got connected 'just' yesterday. Have a problem & nowhere to turn! Terrible first 24 hours!! Thought Virgin were bad. All the same.
