@TalkTalk I bought WiFi for a property a few weeks ago that was due to go live 2 days ago, every single time the tenants call you say the system is down. You also refuse to send out an engineer which was part of the package I paid for. Useless.

@TalkTalk , @Yahoo and @AOL seem to have the greatest difficulty maintaining a normal service. I pay for a service which I am not getting. I am cut off from my email at the moment. Previously, I have been plagued by Indian sub continent scammers because of a data breach. #NotGood

@TalkTalk Fibre was due to go live on 5 Dec, numerous update calls later and I was told that it definitely was going live today and when I spoke to another advisor, she said that wasn’t the case as openreach are still working on it. Shocking customer service!regretting this move

@TalkTalk terrible! My original contract £16 has over doubled to £46!with no formal notice. Got new cheaper deal £26 in October,told won’t be ready till Feb 2020 being charged £46 till then! 2 hrs wasted on chat . If I don’t get answer on here will cancel DD, breach of contract!
