@TalkTalk . Hi, I have been having many calls from these numbers: 0161 998 5880 and 0161 104 4974; they are claiming to be your company and my supplier. We are not a customer of yours. Do these numbers belong to you? I think it’s scammers.

If you are ever tempted to go with @TalkTalk broadband, DO NOT DO IT. I have to reset the router twice a day (as per the ‘help’ instructions) and even then I’m lucky if it works. 1/10 customer service too.

@tristiaharrison @TalkTalk i have sent 4 messages to talk talk spent over an hour on your online chat and still no broadband connection , why is it so difficult to get this sorted out. Service should be your number 1 goal . Looking to leave now .

@Shannonx___ @TalkTalk Yeh but mines still down

  • BenjaminEHowe Ben (@BenjaminEHowe) reported

@ryanteck @TalkTalk Pretty sure this is an increase to the cost of their calls add-on, and technically not a breach of their "we won't increase your prices" promise. Solution: use a mobile (e.g. £5 unlimited calls SIM card) and save £14 per month ;)

@TalkTalk 2/2 But I already told you that. Your site have no way to test phone line. Why don't you have a test for phone line if you provide a phone service.
