@TalkTalk day number 5 of no Internet or phone line, no information regarding it or when it will be fixed. Amazing service, especially during a pandemic. Well done guys. I'm telling you people, stay away from this ISP if you're looking to switch by any chance.

@TalkTalk Hi there, yes there still seems to be a problem with our connection. Can't connect any devices other than my wifes phone. I've fully disconnected router etc several times with no change. Any help appreciated.

So as well as having no heating, no hot water and not being able to go outside, my internet just went down and @talktalk have the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I’m in a huge funk. 😡

@TalkTalk What's happening to the Internet, or lack of it? Had not service since yesterday. Need Internet to work Kids need Internet for home school. They can't log in to their online classes

My @TalkTalk broadband is down (again) and the TalkTalk website refuses to let me run a test. But, there's no way of contacting TalkTalk to tell them their website isn't working...so once again, to Twitter I come in the hopes that someone somewhere cares

@BradMarchantNWM @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup They are absolutely appalling. They haven't even informed people that they've clearly been having issues for ages now. They've just been completely ignoring me and we've had no Internet or working phone line for 5 days now. Completely useless.

@TalkTalk Our WiFi has been down for two days. We have contacted customer service who advised help will arrive in three days!!! We are all at home working and online school due to lockdown. Can you help to fix this today??
