@TalkTalk Hi Kaye, I just know you guys have customers in the TR20 area that like us had a very long broadband outage last weekend (read my string) and last night the same fault has arisen. Thought you might want to check the status in this area too!

@EONhelp quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced (apart from @TalkTalk ) constantly rearranging appointments without saying or just completely ignoring them altogether. Frustrating doesn’t begin to cover it! 😡

@SueSuezep TalkTalk. Phone & broadband went out for three months. Helpline kept going round in circles to the same person with the same set of questions. Even spent a few weeks blaming “our equipment” which they supplied. Finally came back on no apology no refund. The absolute worst.

@TalkTalk my sister-in-law has problems with her Internet yet again! It seems every few months she keeps having issues. Normally an @OpenreachHelp fault on line or exchange. Been going on over 18 months now! I have reported it and have case number. @Ofcom

I find it telling that you should choose to list "saving me hassle" as an incentive to stay with you @TalkTalk I am no longer your customer. I shall be bringing a claim against you. I have TOTAL SYMPATHY for those employees that must clean up after you. @ TristiaHarrison CEO

@TalkTalk I am at home. Its been checked today and I am told its stable and, right now, it is. My issue is that it could go again at anytime so I have no confidence in stability. I have sent several messages to the DM facility and spoken to Customer Service several times.

@TalkTalk Hi, I have just been onto customer services for over 30 minutes without any resolution to my issue. I am losing wifi connection daily on my laptop & smartphone device, this has been happening for months & I’m not prepared to pay for a service that is not provided.

. @TalkTalk why is your service so terrible and slow, upgraded from 'standard broadband' to 'ultra fast fibre' and it's only around 2Mbps faster, basically you're deceiving customers intentionally... don't even get fibre where we live so what have you actually sold us? @ISPAUK

Guess what @TalkTalk this mornings cockwomble never even booked an engineer . Despite you not being able to discuss anything with a POA ( me!) you confirmed online he never booked it. Failed promises time and time again.
