@TalkTalk Hi Kaye, I just know you guys have customers in the TR20 area that like us had a very long broadband outage last weekend (read my string) and last night the same fault has arisen. Thought you might want to check the status in this area too!

@EONhelp quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced (apart from @TalkTalk ) constantly rearranging appointments without saying or just completely ignoring them altogether. Frustrating doesn’t begin to cover it! 😡

@SueSuezep TalkTalk. Phone & broadband went out for three months. Helpline kept going round in circles to the same person with the same set of questions. Even spent a few weeks blaming “our equipment” which they supplied. Finally came back on no apology no refund. The absolute worst.

@TalkTalk I do hope the updates are to correct the false information on your site about connection speeds and to actually add a way for people to contact customer services. The contact us button taking you to a community forum is a fing joke! Your service is absolute dog 💩!

@bt_uk please help! My 89&76 year old parents will have no landline or internet from tmw, due to a problem with their transfer to BT from talktalk “it may take a number of weeks” to get reconnected. How can this be so difficult when their phone and internet work fine now?

@TalkTalk The problem is that this is not going to change anything. I see that a lot of people have the same issue. Are you gonna go through thousands one by one? Please look at the outage websites that show all areas impacted by this problem. Are you at least aware of what’s going on?

@TalkTalk Is there a reason your internet is so slow in MK right now? It’s been working fine for months but now I can barely load web pages nevermind music, videos or even games. I’ve tried all the basic troubleshooting methods with the router but nothing has worked.
