    @TalkTalk Hi Kaye, I just know you guys have customers in the TR20 area that like us had a very long broadband outage last weekend (read my string) and last night the same fault has arisen. Thought you might want to check the status in this area too!

    @EONhelp quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced (apart from @TalkTalk ) constantly rearranging appointments without saying or just completely ignoring them altogether. Frustrating doesn’t begin to cover it! 😡

    @SueSuezep TalkTalk. Phone & broadband went out for three months. Helpline kept going round in circles to the same person with the same set of questions. Even spent a few weeks blaming “our equipment” which they supplied. Finally came back on no apology no refund. The absolute worst.

    @TalkTalk i have been having awful connection for weeks now and still you have not sorted the issue i pay my bill every month on time. I have called your customer sevice and have been told things will be fixed but there is no improvement this is unacceptable. I called again today

    Absolutely disgraceful Customer Service from @TalkTalk Got kicked out of online chat, 1 call got answered & disconnected, second call had been placed on hold, then transfered several times to be cut off. Just got through to be told systems are down. 4 days with no Internet!!!

    @JanineShirley2 @TalkTalk I waited for over an hour today to talk to @TalkTalk for them to hang up on me when I asked for the manager! They do not help you!

    @TalkTalk My wife is desperately trying to get hold of your technical support team by phone but becoming very frustrated. Shes already been promised a call back on a Monday bile because the line is so bad but noone has rung her. Can you help?
