@EONhelp quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced (apart from @TalkTalk ) constantly rearranging appointments without saying or just completely ignoring them altogether. Frustrating doesn’t begin to cover it! 😡

@TalkTalk Hi Kaye, I just know you guys have customers in the TR20 area that like us had a very long broadband outage last weekend (read my string) and last night the same fault has arisen. Thought you might want to check the status in this area too!

@TalkTalk Cannot believe how unhelpful Talktalk are. I want to add a lot more adjectives here. A whole week for my MIL, 93, with no service whatsoever. Endless calls, frustration. Given a case ID for no purpose as you still have to jump through hoops and explain all again. Pls retweet

@ConsumerFriend0 Good Evening. We're having trouble with @TalkTalk, as they are avoiding replacing faulty equipment. We have a YouView set top box that doesn't work. We have been sent around in circles all day and they are being incredibly unhelpful.

@TalkTalk Why is my Father's TalkTalk broadband connection blocking the @TeamViewer website (and presumably, any TeamViewer connections)? I was going to use it to remotely assist my Father, should he have any PC issues.

@mizzoopa @TalkTalk I have tried 2 routers. The modem says it has connection to the exchange. Definitely a TalkTalk issue. You were lucky to get to chat to someone.
