@EONhelp quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced (apart from @TalkTalk ) constantly rearranging appointments without saying or just completely ignoring them altogether. Frustrating doesn’t begin to cover it! 😡

@TalkTalk is an absolutely atrocious company. Awful service, awful customer and should be avoided at all costs. Just look at all their recent tweets to see the absolute terrible service they have been providing. Or rather, failing to provide at all. Completely useless.

@TalkTalk Peak times you throttle my speeds. Awful. Speeds are piss poor as it is, but come evenings using my phone as a hotspot is faster. Woeful.

@steph_wwfc Thats the problem with them, people go with Virgin because of the great download speeds but the internet itself is poor and overpriced if you think about changing I recommend TalkTalk, decent download and great strength. my mate was with Virgin and he had same problem

@TalkTalk I am so angry that on Monday I have been told to call retentions to see if they can do a deal.... No! Even the threat of paying an exit fee and yes it was used to deter me from leaving even tho I have it on record that exit fees would be waived.. Verbal contract.. Broken

@MrLauLearning @TalkTalk @ThreeUK have been super when our home broadband went down. Both husband and I have (I will be this week) renewed mobile contracts with them on the basis of their customer service & support for families without data over lockdown.
