@SueSuezep TalkTalk. Phone & broadband went out for three months. Helpline kept going round in circles to the same person with the same set of questions. Even spent a few weeks blaming “our equipment” which they supplied. Finally came back on no apology no refund. The absolute worst.

@EONhelp quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced (apart from @TalkTalk ) constantly rearranging appointments without saying or just completely ignoring them altogether. Frustrating doesn’t begin to cover it! 😡

@TalkTalk Hi Kaye, I just know you guys have customers in the TR20 area that like us had a very long broadband outage last weekend (read my string) and last night the same fault has arisen. Thought you might want to check the status in this area too!

@TalkTalk so we are trying to watch Netflix but the program stops every few seconds . Guess we give up yet again and just watch whatever is on tv. Totally sick that we changed to talk talk. We have never had a trouble free day since we joined. Cant wait for contract to run out

@TalkTalk how frustrating we are having yet another evening of poor quality internet. Changed from sky in October and haven't had a day of problem free internet ever since. Sadly in a contract or we would change back to sky immediately. Seem unable to sort it.

@TalkTalk I have waited a week for 1 of your engineers to come & connect my broadband & a whole day 2day waiting for him, he did not show up, I got a text saying he did. BULLSHIT! Customer service does not exist, live chat does not work. Please take your crap out of my house !
