@EONhelp quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced (apart from @TalkTalk ) constantly rearranging appointments without saying or just completely ignoring them altogether. Frustrating doesn’t begin to cover it! 😡

@LichVtuber I don't remember a time a UK internet provider has tried to screw me. BT had constant disconnects each day, Same with Sky. Talktalk had daily connection issues. Virgin Media I stay away from, my friends have had nothing but bad experiences with them.

@TalkTalk Yet ANOTHER month of being charged for late payment. I have been assured every month my DD has been set up. Why should I pay for your errors?? I was told someone would call for my official complaint-NO call. Surprise surprise

@talktalk TV box not working properly, remote doesn’t always work, not recording all TV. Keeps saying no broadband connection. Done factory reset twice. Lights on socket plugged into wall keep going off; turn it off & on again then it works for a bit. Can we get new box/plug?

Btw @TalkTalk have the worst customer service . All of their agents are from across the world and barely none of them could understand me . Spent nearly 3hrs on the phone 🥵. I’m exhausted .

@ClaireH_NN @TalkTalk This is absolutely terrible. We have had no wifi for a week and going around in circles too. You should be able to get your early exit fee wavered as its them that broke the contract, not you. Good luck.

@TalkTalk Hi Eunice we can do it here. I’m trying to leave #talktalk as your service keeps dropping out & doesn’t work as sold. Put on hold while you look into it & then just cut off at 7pm with a we are now closed message!!! Really poor
