@EONhelp quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced (apart from @TalkTalk ) constantly rearranging appointments without saying or just completely ignoring them altogether. Frustrating doesn’t begin to cover it! 😡

@TalkTalk Hi Kaye, I just know you guys have customers in the TR20 area that like us had a very long broadband outage last weekend (read my string) and last night the same fault has arisen. Thought you might want to check the status in this area too!

@TalkTalk In Ossett West Yorkshire. Internet down. Been through online diagnostic check says no problems found and to check home setup. Been through all troubleshooting with router to no avail. Last step said to proceed to online chat but that keeps saying unavailable.Pease help
