@TalkTalk Hi Kaye, I just know you guys have customers in the TR20 area that like us had a very long broadband outage last weekend (read my string) and last night the same fault has arisen. Thought you might want to check the status in this area too!

@SueSuezep TalkTalk. Phone & broadband went out for three months. Helpline kept going round in circles to the same person with the same set of questions. Even spent a few weeks blaming “our equipment” which they supplied. Finally came back on no apology no refund. The absolute worst.

@EONhelp quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced (apart from @TalkTalk ) constantly rearranging appointments without saying or just completely ignoring them altogether. Frustrating doesn’t begin to cover it! 😡

@TalkTalk @Google 15. I keep the Samsung phone in Flight mode, otherwise it downloads Apps (all switched on, running loads of data in the background). Yet it says 497MB USED "measured by your device. Your service provider my account for usage differently." I don't have a Samsung Contract or a sim.

@dwppressoffice @TalkTalk @dwppressoffice went to the job centre yesterday told "can't help you because deadline is tomorrow"(24/6) -today! Phoned up today and told "can't help you because the deadline is up until 6pm"(which is when they close) - seriously! #ScumbagSystem #ToriesOut

@TalkTalk @Google 12. During the 1st remote access with Microsoft, a page came up asking me to sign in with Edge. It showed 2 recovery methods: 1. My husband's EE pay as you go phone (not a Smartphone) which we share 2. The Samsung S7 phone without a sim, I used on TT WiFi to forward pics to gmail

@dwppressoffice @TalkTalk Seriously who do you even complain to??! Put a complaint on your website like but shockingly that didn't go anywhere 🤷 Claim started on April 2nd, earnings dispute has put the brakes on this claim apparently, I have the proof to solve this dispute, nobody wants to see it.

Part1 @TalkTalk 2 days ago (after continuously trying to get in touch with this company with no response or resolving my issue I have got no further with my fault.. outside my property and OpenReach van and was doing some works with the telephone poles outside from that moment…

@TalkTalk @Google 11.Over the Xmas period I had two blue screens on my PC, both caused by TT WiFi connection dropping (due to local network problems). Microsoft reinstall it the 1st time in a number of remote sessions, but the second time the PC wouldn't go online & all 4 dongles ceased to work.
