@EONhelp quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced (apart from @TalkTalk ) constantly rearranging appointments without saying or just completely ignoring them altogether. Frustrating doesn’t begin to cover it! 😡

@TalkTalk Hi Kaye, I just know you guys have customers in the TR20 area that like us had a very long broadband outage last weekend (read my string) and last night the same fault has arisen. Thought you might want to check the status in this area too!

Leaving fee....so this month I'd finally had enough of having slow **** Internet and changed suppliers. Now I've just check my bank and @TalkTalk have taken £134.00 because we left contact. Now we paid our bill on time every month even though half the time we had no service.

@TalkTalk I pay £31 a month to be disconnected from a Warzone game for the second time in 24 hours !! Why is this happening constantly?? Why is this never happening with your competitors?? For crying out loud

@TalkTalk Basically, crappy line service and crappy router. BTW have checked the wires and I have fully updated drivers, and the same laptop works fine in my family home's WiFi.
