@TalkTalk Hi Kaye, I just know you guys have customers in the TR20 area that like us had a very long broadband outage last weekend (read my string) and last night the same fault has arisen. Thought you might want to check the status in this area too!

@SueSuezep TalkTalk. Phone & broadband went out for three months. Helpline kept going round in circles to the same person with the same set of questions. Even spent a few weeks blaming “our equipment” which they supplied. Finally came back on no apology no refund. The absolute worst.

@EONhelp quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced (apart from @TalkTalk ) constantly rearranging appointments without saying or just completely ignoring them altogether. Frustrating doesn’t begin to cover it! 😡

I would seriously give @TalkTalk a big swerve because it shouldn’t take over an hour to close an account. They are trying everything they can to stop it happening or possibly hoping the customer loses the will to live and gives up. Shocked by how bad they are.

@TalkTalk Regarding this outage I’ve had to walk into town. Some mobile phone signal in Potters Bar has no data roaming in some areas. @EE please take note.

@TalkTalk I've called 5 times now (since 20th November) and each time I get told a cancellation form is being created and it will be 30 days before service can be cancelled. When I call back I get told "oh you actually needed xyz" don't see how a dm will change this cycle

@TalkTalk You have asked me to pay for a bill for broadband after my contract ended, spoke to you chat, they advised that I pay, and in 6 days when a new bill is generated I will get a refund for it. Madness!!! seriously, I cant be dealing with your support. not paying it.

@TalkTalk can you tell me why I am paying you when once again I have a fault on my line for the third time in 3 months? If I can’t rely on your service which is disrupting my business then I’ll take my business elsewhere. Nothing but problems for months now really not good enough

But when I tried to book only 15 minutes after that message was told there are no appointments until 16th Feb at the earliest. Very poor communication from @talktalk about it all. Got so many messages making sure I’d be in on 22nd December and wish I hadn’t bothered.

@TalkTalk made 3 separate calls to talk Talk this afternoon been on phone over 2 hours cut off each time, call me back ASAP. I don't want to involve the police but it is fraud for talktalk to renew my contract without my agreement, all I want is to cancel my contract no fees
