Hi @TalkTalk is there an issue with broadband in HP20? My internet has gone down for 2-3 mins at roughly 5-10 minute intervals for the last hour and a half. Extremely annoying when I’m trying to work online 😒

@TalkTalk not happy. Was told when I moved house that the £60 fee would be waived. Of course the customer service handler has made no record of this so I’ve been billed. Have already telephoned to try to sort out but told there’s nothing you can do. Extremely disappointed!

@OpenreachHelp Em. TalkTalk automated ‘AI’ support attendant is not able to pass relevant information to you. It could not take on board what I was attempting to ‘tell’ it.. There was no tick box set up to enable me to provide relevant information .. TalkTalk simply does not function..

Got a call from TalkTalk saying my computer was not working and offered to fix it remotely. Had to tell them 3 times to go away. Eventually I asked where they were calling from and they gave a city where there was no call centre!! After a angry mouthful they stopped ! #jeremyvine
