    @talktalk just when you think you couldn’t get worse, overcharged, no compensation for earlier prob, and now cut off mid chat by agent as it must have been too much trouble to fix. Disgrace. And don’t DM me telling me to waste another 90mins on your stupid call ‘system’

    @TalkTalk @talktalk waiting for the call to address my official complaint about no internet for 7 days due to your mistake and guess what, no call because your systems are absolutely rubbish. You did take my direct debit though, no troubles there. No internet for 7 days.

    @TalkTalk I requested an email to state what is my expected service speeds are to be, this takes 😳 4 days, as 😡 0 is totally unexceptionable. And additional increases have been adjusted/deducted from account and backdated. So far...

    @TalkTalk I have had an email saying that my talk talk mail is going to stop until I pay £50 a year as I’m no longer a broadband customer? I am still paying Talktalk for broadband, the only thing that’s changed is the account is now in my wife’s name

    Just received an email from @talktalk about shifting email accounts to another provider. It mentions a cascading list of deadlines. Being crap, the latest deadline is mentioned first and the most imminent deadline is buried at the end of the email. Poor communication skills.
