@TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp it’s great to see how much you value your customers, no broadband since Friday no updates or anything don’t even know if anything is getting fixed. I would say this is a shocking service if I was getting any service

@TalkTalk Yes we are suffering from bad and intermittent WiFi, you sent us a new router that did not work (it did not boot up at all) and so we have to resort to using our original router that has massive drop outs

@TalkTalk You had your chance to discuss it privately. You chose not to call me back. My upload speed is 0.54mb/s. Your advisor told me it’s because “everyone is working from home”. This is lower than your guaranteed speed. I’ve asked to cancel my account, there will be no leaving fee.

Hi @TalkTalk I have had five nightmare weeks of trying to get my broadband fixed. I’ve spent hours on the phone to you and today I have spent over two hours trying to cancel my account and been cut off three times. No idea what else I can do so
