  • Rain_Bow_Dasher xI KonKon Ix (@Rain_Bow_Dasher) reported

@TalkTalk Imagine I have a fibre broadband that's cuts out every 20 minutes, has 20% Packet loss, less than 10 Mbp/s speeds but then I switch to HotSpot from my phone and get 0% Packet loss and 25 Mbp/s and I'm not getting cut off. Your service is embarrassing at its best.

  • GaryJamesWriter Dr Gary James (@GaryJamesWriter) reported

@TalkTalk are there any problems with your email service? I’ve not received emails for a few days; have tested by sending mails to it; tried multiple devices; have gone through your help system etc and nothing incorrect at my end or technically it seems. Any help?

  • steveo247stream steveO 🇬🇧 (@steveo247stream) reported

@TalkTalk Different 3rd party service every time, Utility Warehouse was 1st time then some Telecom something or other. All you get as the customer is an email saying sorry you are leaving us with exit fees for contract

  • RationalPanic Tommy Maguire (@RationalPanic) reported

@BeansInYourBum @MatthewStadlen @CentreLeft_ Though Sky and TalkTalk do have a switching service for user email accounts, you can hold on to your Plusnet and BT for an additional monthly fee after your service switches.

  • TinaT73 Tina Cresswell-Hibbert (@TinaT73) reported

Contacted @TalkTalk late on Saturday afternoon regarding problems with our Internet. By 8am Monday morning @Openreach were outside my house sorting the problem. Excellent service.

  • jonharvey Jon Harvey #RejoinEU #FBPE #GTTO (@jonharvey) reported

@TalkTalk You sent an engineer to the house. Charged me £50 even though no fault was found. You then sent an engineer to check/fix the line. I am still not getting your ‘guaranteed’ 58mbps but you charged me a further £65. Scandalous.

  • steveo247stream steveO 🇬🇧 (@steveo247stream) reported

@TalkTalk Great so I will keep getting emails repeatedly to tell me I have to pay hundreds of £'s exit fees before calling customer service, doing a security check to talk to them before cancelling the cancellation rinse, repeat the cycle goes - what happens when everyone starts doing it?

  • roadracer1uk malcolm wilson (@roadracer1uk) reported

@TalkTalk what a shambles this company is,Internet went down on Friday numerous chats and today a 1hr phone call and still not resolved the problem, have been told they will call me in 3 to 5 days what a joke. #customerservice #nonexistent
