@TalkTalk Yes we are suffering from bad and intermittent WiFi, you sent us a new router that did not work (it did not boot up at all) and so we have to resort to using our original router that has massive drop outs

@YardleyShooting Get some tech support from a friendly IT expert to move your archive away from TalkTalk - you really should have an email address that is separate to your broadband provider.

Only way I've been able to get through to TalkTalk is via their press office. This is ridiculous. Phone their customer number & they say they are closed. I've had no broadband for 48 hours & I am deeply displeased. They can't offer explanation as to why their numbers don't work.

@YardleyShooting @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup With Virginmedia I usually go on the customer forums. Staff are usually on there and you’re more likely to get a response/solution.

@YardleyShooting @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup Whenever I wanted to get something resolved with talktalk I went straight to cancellations. They placed the only intelligent staff there to try and convince people to stay by actually getting the problem sorted. But if you can't even reach them...

Talktalk have disconnected my Internet a day early, how am I supposed to work from home now, fuming isn't even the word. Worst Internet provider I've had when dealing with a house move 😤😤
