@TalkTalk Yes we are suffering from bad and intermittent WiFi, you sent us a new router that did not work (it did not boot up at all) and so we have to resort to using our original router that has massive drop outs

@TalkTalk I have occurred bank charges as I have been harassed for money for a service I did not have. I am now considering leaving your service and making a complaint to the ombudsman if I do not receive a suitable reply within the next few days

@TalkTalk I said I have emailed customer service with my complaint and have not received any response needed. When I rang on the 24th of June I was informed that the situation had been resolved by whom I’m not too sure.

@TalkTalk Of course you have a choice, in any case I have raised a formal compliant about my case. What I an pointing out is that you are still advertising fixed rates which aren't, you should take this claim down as you are deliberately misleading others into signing up to these deals.
