    @TalkTalk And how about secure account disconnection you do know what disconnection means? It means l'm no longer a customer, I'm with another provider but you insist on sending me bills with threat to increase if I dont cough up soon! RIP off merchants stay well clear everyone!

    Can @TalkTalk and @NOWHelpTeam please help.. My nan's with TalkTalk but we switched her to Now because it was going to save her £20 ish a month (Black Friday deal). For some reason it was rejected and we would need a new number for her. She has dementia, so obviously this isn't

    @TalkTalk Replied again regarding this!!! No internet again!! Is there a way to terminate the contract and move to someone who can actually deliver a service that's worth the money my parents pay!

    @TalkTalk Hi Ian, I will do tomorrow if what now have done doesn't work. Seems the problem could have been with openreach and talk talk not responding.

    @TalkTalk can you please update everyone here on the status of TalkTalk Internet? You don't have to Google far to find large swathes of the country are hit with Internet issues: dropping Internet,no Internet,etc. Your own website says all services running fine. Fail.
