@TalkTalk Yes we are suffering from bad and intermittent WiFi, you sent us a new router that did not work (it did not boot up at all) and so we have to resort to using our original router that has massive drop outs

@TalkTalk just spent over 50 minutes with 3 different folk trying to cancel (for 3rd time since early September), right at end got cut off! Last woman was helpful but now have no idea what’s happening. Absolutely sick of this & once it actually happens I’ll not recommend you 😤

@TalkTalk disappointing customer service today. Over 1hour 20 on phone and spoke to 5 people... over last few weeks have spent over 4hours trying to get an issue solved. Think I’m there now 🤞🏼

@TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp it’s great to see how much you value your customers, no broadband since Friday no updates or anything don’t even know if anything is getting fixed. I would say this is a shocking service if I was getting any service

The @TalkTalk engineer hasn’t come out between 8am and 1pm as arranged. No notice was given, nor has anyone bothered to contact me to apologise or explain. I’ve stayed home all day for this. AND now I’ve on hold for over 17 minutes to no avail. Despicable customer service.

If anyone is considering moving to @TalkTalk , please bear in mind that when they say they have customer support 365 24/7, they don't. Their "helpline" says "we are currently closed due to changes in hours over the festive period".

@TalkTalk engineer came out yesterday, said he’d fixed it and left… it’s not fixed the phone is not useable and there is no internet. Leaving elderly people without a phone is pretty bad and of course worse because of bank holidays now

@TalkTalk no wifi/broadband since 28th December, no phone signal so basically off the grid. Promised calls back, nothing received. Worst service I have ever experienced. Website says open new years day, not able to call. Same today!!!
