@TalkTalk Yes we are suffering from bad and intermittent WiFi, you sent us a new router that did not work (it did not boot up at all) and so we have to resort to using our original router that has massive drop outs

Almost 2 weeks without Internet thanks to @TalkTalk having no clue how to provide a service, now being told it won't be till April.. let me guess in April it will be 'please wait another 48 hours till August '? Don't bother communicating with them, customer service is the worst!

Yesterday I called to cancel an upgrade with @TalkTalk because I am moving when my present contract ends. I was told that the order had not been processed. Today I got a text to say that the upgrade would be going live Feb20. Does their left hand know what the right is doing?

@TalkTalk you did a upgrade last night and now all my channels have gone.your staff cannot or will not restore my package,but they will send an engineer on the 18th of February pathetic service.
