    @TalkTalk Yes we are suffering from bad and intermittent WiFi, you sent us a new router that did not work (it did not boot up at all) and so we have to resort to using our original router that has massive drop outs

    @TalkTalk just spent over 50 minutes with 3 different folk trying to cancel (for 3rd time since early September), right at end got cut off! Last woman was helpful but now have no idea what’s happening. Absolutely sick of this & once it actually happens I’ll not recommend you 😤

    @TalkTalk 1/ Charging me £65 for an engineer who agreed there would be no charge. 45 mins wasted with customer service, still don't know outcome if I will get the money back. I installed the router myself, not the engineer. #talktalk #crap #avoid

    Today I have mostly been speaking to TalkTalk 'support' #oxymoron 2.5hrs to get email password reset for a customer, only to be told at the end 'we can't reset customer passwords' u have to do it through the website.. website asks for password.. Me + Customer 80yrs+ not ammused

    @TalkTalk Jo, its too late to DM. I will spend one year helping customers switch to a cheaper, better quality service via Twitter. How I was treated was unjust and totally unforgivable.

    @TalkTalk I was offered the chance to upgrade to future fibre on 6th June. You text me on the 14th to say there was a problem with the order and you’d update me on 22nd June. 22nd came and went, still no update.

    2/ I told you on day 1 the router was faulty. 7 days later engineer came to agree router was faulty. Day 10 a router was delivered. Awful service. Making your customers suffer then over charging them. Avoid TalkTalk everybody.

    @TalkTalk What part of ‘I don’t want your help’ you are unable to understand Andy? Or are you just ignoring what the customer is saying like all other customer services reps with your company. One of them denied me a DSAR Yesterday…. That call is funny. Coming soon!
