    The @TalkTalk engineer hasn’t come out between 8am and 1pm as arranged. No notice was given, nor has anyone bothered to contact me to apologise or explain. I’ve stayed home all day for this. AND now I’ve on hold for over 17 minutes to no avail. Despicable customer service.

    @TalkTalk just spent over 50 minutes with 3 different folk trying to cancel (for 3rd time since early September), right at end got cut off! Last woman was helpful but now have no idea what’s happening. Absolutely sick of this & once it actually happens I’ll not recommend you 😤

    @TalkTalk disappointing customer service today. Over 1hour 20 on phone and spoke to 5 people... over last few weeks have spent over 4hours trying to get an issue solved. Think I’m there now 🤞🏼

    I am telling you now @talktalk You desperately need to sort your customer service team out. Admittedly. I don't know the process. But I'm doing what they told me, phone and confirm final bill, request leaving pack once other provider installed. Apparently, I have to wait longer.

    @TalkTalk Hello my Internet speed at times has even appalling ranking from 1.8 to 9 which is not what I'm paying for, contacted customer services more than once and so difficult to get my point heard. It's just rubbish

    @TalkTalk Been with TalkTalk for nearly 10 years. I’ve changed broadband provider today. Been without internet for 12 days and the service to resolve this has been very poor. Just thought I’d let you know. I’ve done all the DMs and telephone calls..
