    @TalkTalk disappointing customer service today. Over 1hour 20 on phone and spoke to 5 people... over last few weeks have spent over 4hours trying to get an issue solved. Think I’m there now 🤞🏼

    @TalkTalk just spent over 50 minutes with 3 different folk trying to cancel (for 3rd time since early September), right at end got cut off! Last woman was helpful but now have no idea what’s happening. Absolutely sick of this & once it actually happens I’ll not recommend you 😤

    The @TalkTalk engineer hasn’t come out between 8am and 1pm as arranged. No notice was given, nor has anyone bothered to contact me to apologise or explain. I’ve stayed home all day for this. AND now I’ve on hold for over 17 minutes to no avail. Despicable customer service.

    Well after 3 weeks of no internet, even issuing a formal complaint has not garnered any help from @TalkTalk so I have no choice left but to report them to the relevant ombudsman. No wonder 420,000 broadband customers have left & TalkTalk are £1.2billion in debt!

    Good Update from #TEP with customer growth continuing and TalkTalk customer integration exceeding expectations. ShareScope showing fwd p/e 14.4 falling to 13.5 and fwd Divvy 5.6% rising to 6%; still a big payer.

    @TalkTalk Sindy, if you actually had the power to do anything to help, I would DM you, but the only thing you have the power to do is post on social media and spend the rest of your life regretting that you have TalkTalk on your CV.

    Looked at outside cables, this one exposed. Everything else looks okay. If @talktalk #talktalkfibre can't fix internet connection, who will, electrician? IT tech? Over 2 weeks without internet connection! Or change provider, TT sending bill but not providing service.
