@TalkTalk disappointing customer service today. Over 1hour 20 on phone and spoke to 5 people... over last few weeks have spent over 4hours trying to get an issue solved. Think I’m there now 🤞🏼

@TalkTalk just spent over 50 minutes with 3 different folk trying to cancel (for 3rd time since early September), right at end got cut off! Last woman was helpful but now have no idea what’s happening. Absolutely sick of this & once it actually happens I’ll not recommend you 😤

@TalkTalk are restricting my Dads landline service following the recent death of my Mum because of an overdue bill that we can’t pay until they change the details to my Dads!! Absolutely awful service at the worst possible time can you help @MartinSLewis

@JK1n1 @TalkTalk are currently restricting my 80 year old Dads service because of how long it takes to complete a change of ownership following the death of my Mum recently? He’s 200 miles away from family and this is extremely distressing to him do you think this is acceptable?
