The @TalkTalk engineer hasn’t come out between 8am and 1pm as arranged. No notice was given, nor has anyone bothered to contact me to apologise or explain. I’ve stayed home all day for this. AND now I’ve on hold for over 17 minutes to no avail. Despicable customer service.

@TalkTalk Go on let’s see if you can as over 100 calls 2 new routers 2 open reach visits and new phones hasn’t an promise of call backs is a waste of time ie you don’t call back. Rubbish customer service departments shut by 6pm what about people that work and the chat bot is useless

@TalkTalk Some customers are unable to receive calls not alone access an account and you don’t seem to be to bothered to do anything about it ow over 2months down the line threatening to charge elderly with open reach call outs when open reach have reported back it’s your issue

@Deborah61003233 @TalkTalk My wife has had the same issue today, ring back in 3 hours, 19.00 offices closed. The service is for her 91 year old mother who has dementia, we monitor her on CCTV when not there. No one is interested
