The @TalkTalk engineer hasn’t come out between 8am and 1pm as arranged. No notice was given, nor has anyone bothered to contact me to apologise or explain. I’ve stayed home all day for this. AND now I’ve on hold for over 17 minutes to no avail. Despicable customer service.

@TalkTalk are an absolute disgrace. We tried to set up broadband for our new house and they lost our order. Then told us we'd have to wait another 2 weeks (I can't do my job without it). Now we've found somewhere better so trying to cancel and so far been passed around 4x. Awful

@TalkTalk been trying all evening to un cancel a cancellation order. 1st person didn't want to help and hung up, 2 more did the same. Last person transferred us to the cancellation team and after 2 hrs on hold they hung up the line!

@TalkTalk biggest joke of an internet provider, every day I need to do live chats to have someone check the line. I’ve told them it’s an issue with the connection point they fitted, waited in for a booked engineer who never turned up. What am I actually paying for?
