    @TalkTalk get your act together and get your customer service sorted. 5 days trying to pay a final bill after I have left and now can't access any services to do so! Much more fun charging folk extra charges and screwing their credit score than actually assisting them!

    @TalkTalk Why are you randomly adding on extra TV packages to customer accounts and refusing to credit the account when you complain. Just trying to get extra money out of customers.

    @martyajackson @virginmedia This seems to have been a UK wide issue, lots of talk of Vodafone, Sky, BT, EE and TalkTalk all having issues. All back up now though. Virgin shouldn’t have been affected but who knows at what box the issue lay

    @TalkTalk Please can you confirm how long the fault in Edinburgh will take to fix? If it’s going to be the 2 -3 days that people are being told, will we get a reduction on our bills? Is there scope to claim for loss of earnings due to missed deadlines etc? Please respond!

    @TalkTalk hi! Out broadband has been dropping for over a week now- more than half the time it doesn't work at all, and when it does work it's incredibly slow. Would love a fix for this, especially as we need the connection for WFH

    @TalkTalk I have been told I will be contacted by the network team in 3-5 days. And been told it will cost me to cancel. I have had no Internet for 10 days I just do not know why you are messing me around fix my Internet or let me cancel free of charge

    @TalkTalk getting majorly pissed off with your company. I am not getting anywhere near the guaranteed speed I'm paying for and when I call to complain about it I'm just told to go through tests and then you say there is no issue and must be my home setup. Its not me, it's you.

    Why does TalkTalk charge more for loyal customers per month and charge less for new customer? why does TalkTalk offer you a better deal as a loyal customer if you take out SIGN UP NOW for £27p.mbut if you sign up at the end of your contract it is £31p.m, for an 18 month contract,
